"Tulisan ini membahas sebuah trilogi Y.B. Mangunwijaya yang terdiri dari tiga novel, yaitu Roro Mendut, Genduk Duku, dan Lusi Lindri. Trilogi ini melukiskan peristiwa pada masa kejayaan sampai dengan kejatuhan Kerajaan Mataram. Novel Roro Mendut (pemerintahan Sultan Agung Hanyokrokusumo), novel Genduk Duku (pemerintahan Sultan Agung Hanyokrokusumo), dan novel Lusi Lindri (pemerintahan Amangkurat I).Analisis terhadap trilogi ini dimaksudkan untuk menemukan (1) persamaan struktur, (2) perkembangan struktur, dan (3) gagasan yang terkandung dalam trilogi. Karena trilogi merupakan karya sastra yang menggunakan bahasa sebagai medianya, metode yang dipilih ialah pendekatan semiotik menurut teori Ferdinand de Saussure, yang menganggap bahasa sebagai sistem tanda. Dengan pemilihan metode semiotika dan anggapan bahwa karya sastra memiliki sifat otonom, diterapkan teori sintaksis naratif (Greimas), teori semantik naratif (Todorov), dan teori isotopi (Greimas).Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa ketiga novel itu memiliki keutuhan sebagai sebuah trilogi, baik dari unsur sintaksis naratif maupun semantik naratif. Di samping itu, masing-masing novel secara tematis memiliki perkembangan gagasan. Pokok permasalahan novel Roro Mendut bersifat individual (konflik pribadi antara Roro Mendut dan Tumenggung Wiroguno). Pokok permasalahan novel Genduk Duku melukiskan penderitaan Genduk Duku, yang dapat dianggap sebagai metafor kaum kecil yang tidak berdaya). Pokok permasalahan novel Lusi Lindri mencerminkan idealisme Lusi Lindri terhadap situasi dan kondisi sekitarnya.

The following passage is aimed to get know about the three ideology (Trilogy) that is found in the novels of Y.B. Mangunwijaya's. These 3 novels are Roro Mendut, Genduk Duku, and Lusi Lindri. The Trilogy in these 3 novels illustrate the events which occured during the golden era of Mataram until the age of its collapse. The events happened during the goverment of Sultan Agung Hanyokrokusumo are ilustrated in Roro Mendut and Genduk Duku, meanwhile Lusi Lindri ilustrates the events during the government of Amangkurat I.

The study of these 3 novels is meant to analyze (1) its structural similarities its, (2) its development as well as, (3) Trilogy ideas. As Trilogy is a literature uses a language as a media semiotic approach is then used as the method (semiotic approach by Ferdinand de Saussure), in any case, semiotic approach regards a language a sign system. As semiotic method is picked out as the method, and as the literature creations have an otonom character, the theory of narrative syntax (Greimas), the theory narrative semantic (Todorov), and the theory of isotopi (Greimas) are then applied.

The last analyses indicate that these 3 novels have a whole criteria as a Trilogy either in the syntax narrative element or semiotic narrative, besides each novel systematically has developing ideas. Conflict in Roro Mendut has an individual character (conflict between Roro Mendut and Tumenggung Wiroguno) meanwhile, the main point in Genduk Duku describes the pain that Genduk Duku experiances, this is regarded a methapor of little people who is hopeless. The main point in Lusi Lindri is focused on her ideal towards the situations and conditions around."

"Tesis ini membahas pengaruh variabel-variabel makroekonomi khususnya variabel moneter terhadap perilaku konsumsi rumah tangga di Indonesia dengan periode penelitian triwulanan sejak triwulan I ? 2000 s.d. triwulan IV - 2009.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel disposable income dan beberapa variabel moneter yakni suku bunga deposito, suku bunga kredit konsumsi dan inflasi periode sebelumnya memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perubahan konsumsi rumah tangga di Indonesia. Besaran pengaruh variabel moneter yakni suku bunga deposito, suku bunga kredit konsumsi dan inflasi terhadap pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga sangat tergantung pada tingkat suku bunga dan tingkat inflasi periode sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumsi masyarakat Indonesia dalam jangka panjang cenderung stabil ditunjukkan oleh MPC yang konstan dalam periode penelitian.

The focus of this study is discusses the influence of macroeconomic variables, especially monetary variables on the behavior of household consumption in Indonesia with sample period since Quarter I - 2000 until Quarter IV - 2009. The method is used in this research is multiple linear regression.The result of this study obtained that the disposable income variable and several variables namely time deposit interest rates, consumption loan interest rate and inflation prior periods have a significant influence on changes in household consumption in Indonesia. The magnitude of monetary variables i.e. time deposit interest rates, consumption loan interest rate and inflation prior period influence to the household consumption expenditure are highly depends on the previous interest rates and inflation rate. The results also showed that the consumption behavior of the Indonesian community in the long term stable indicated by the MPC is constant within the period of study."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan merit system pada rekrutmen dan seleksi Bintara Polri kompetensi khusus penerbang di Polda Metro Jaya T.A. 2019 dan T.A. 2020 maupun faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan seleksi Bintara Polri kompetensi khusus penerbang di Polda Metro Jaya T.A. 2019 dan T.A. 2020. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni post-positivism, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumen dan wawancara mendalam terhadap internal dan eksternal Polri dilanjutkan dengan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan seleksi Bintara Polri kompetensi khusus penerbang di Polda Metro Jaya T.A. 2019 dan T.A. 2020 sesuai dengan penerapan merit system pada proses seleksi yang mengutamakan adanya kualifikasi, sertifikat/lisensi dan tes uji kompetensi keahlian. Namun, terdapat temuan pada penelitian ini yakni belum terdapat Peraturan Kapolri yang mengatur penerapan merit system dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi Bintara kompetensi khusus penerbang yang berbeda dengan rekrutmen dan seleksi Bintara Polisi Tugas Umum (PTU) yang terselenggara di Polda Metro Jaya T.A. 2019 dan T.A. 2020. Faktor utama pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan seleksi Bintara Polri kompetensi khusus penerbang dapat berjalan optimal yakni adanya kebijakan dan aturan Panitia Pusat Mabes Polri apabila terdapat penyimpangan akan dilakukan proses hukum kepada peserta dan panitia seleksi daerah sesuai dengan prosedur hukum yang berlaku untuk mewujudkan pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan seleksi Bintara Polri kompetensi khusus penerbang sesuai dengan penerapan merit system

This study aims to analyze the application of the merit system in the recruitment and selection of National Police Officers with special competence for pilots at Polda Metro Jaya T.A. 2019 and T.A. 2020 as well as the factors that influence the implementation of the recruitment and selection of the Special Aviation Police Officer at Polda Metro Jaya T.A. 2020. The approach used in this research is post-positivism, data collection is done through document studies and in-depth interviews with internal and external Polri followed by data analysis. The results showed that in the implementation of the recruitment and selection of National Police Officers Special Competence for Pilots at Polda Metro Jaya T.A. 2019 and T.A. 2020 is in accordance with the application of a merit system in the selection process that prioritizes qualifications, certificates/licences and skill competency tests. However, there are findings in this study, namely that there is no National Police Chief regulation that regulates the application of a merit system in the recruitment and selection process for Special Competency Officers (Bakomsus) for Aviation, which is different from the recruitment and selection of General Duty Police Officers (PTU) held at Polda Metro Jaya T.A. 2019 and T.A. 2020. The main factor in the implementation of the recruitment and selection of the National Police Officers Special Competence for Pilots can run optimally, namely the policies and rules of the National Police Headquarters Central Committee if there are deviations, the legal process for the participants and the regional selection committee will be carried out in accordance with the legal procedures applicable to the implementation of the recruitment and selection of NCOs The National Police Special Competence for Pilots is in accordance with the application of the merit system."
