"Sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 08/PRT/M/2010 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan urusan di bidang pekerjaan umum dalam pemerintahan untuk membantu Presiden dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan Negara. Demi menjalankan proses penyelenggaraan urusan di bidang pekerjaan umum yang berkualitas, maka Kementerian juga harus memiliki infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang handal. Demi mewujudkan infrastruktur yang handal diperlukan perencanaan arsitektur teknologi informasi agar terwujud keselarasan penerapan TI terhadap strategi bisnis organisasi sebagai acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan TI jangka panjang yang efektif dan efisien.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan arsitektur TI untuk Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum. Penelitian ini berdasarkan kerangka kerja The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dengan mengumpulkan data primer dengan melakukan wawancara ke pihak pengelola TI di Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum serta mengumpulkan data sekunder melalui cetak biru TIK Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum serta kebijakan terkait TIK.Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya: (1) Dari hasil perancangan menggunakan TOGAF ADM diperoleh 22 kandidat aplikasi baru yang diusulkan untuk dikembangkan di Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum.(2) Menghasilkan 10 prinsip arsitektur. (3) Hasil perancangan arsitektur teknologi berupa rancangan private cloud.

According to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 08/PRT/M/2010 on the Organization and Administration of the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Public Works has the task of organizing affairs in the field of public works in the government to assist the President in carrying out the State government. For doing the affairs of the implementation process in the quality of public works, the ministry must also have an infrastructure of Information Technology (IT) are reliable. Reliable infrastructure in order to realize the necessary planning information technology architecture to realize the alignment of the application of IT to the organization's business strategy as a reference for long-term IT decisions are effective and efficient.

This research aims to deliver a design of information and technology architecture for the Ministry of Public Works. This research is based on The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM) framework. This research approach to collect primary data by conducting interviews to IT manager in the Ministry of Public Works and collecting secondary data through ICT blueprint Ministry of Public Works and ICT related policies.

Results of this research are: (1) From the results of the design using the TOGAF ADM acquired 22 new applications candidate are proposed to be developed Ministry of Public Works. (2) Generate 10 principles of architecture. (3) The results of technology architecture is private cloud."
