"Pendahuluan : Tindakan transplantasi adalah praktek multidisiplin yang membutuhkan kerjasama dan komunikasi efektif. Kesuksesan transplantasi diantaranya ditentukan oleh peran perawat dalam tim. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan pelayanan dan peran perawat dalam tim multidisiplin transplantasi ginjal. Metode : Studi etnografi dengan 27 partisipan ini melibatkan  yang terdiri dari 12 orang pasien, 9 perawat, 3 dokter, 1 apoteker, 1 ahli gizi dan 1 fisioterapis. Pengambilan data selama 9 minggu melalui observasi partisipatif, focus group discussion, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil : Terdapat 4 tema yang diperoleh yaitu 1) Peningkatan kolaborasi perawat dalam tim, 2) Peran yang ditampilkan perawat belum optimal, 3) Etika pelayanan, 4) Tantangan pelayanan transplantasi.  Kesimpulan : Pelayanan transplantasi menjadi sebuah tanggungjawab bersama semua profesi yang terlibat dan memerlukan peran optimal dari masing-masing anggota tim. Untuk menjawab tantangan pelayanan dibutuhkan peningkatan kompetensi perawat dan dukungan rumah sakit. Rekomendasi : Pengembangan layanan transplantasi ginjal dengan memaksimalkan peran perawat dan potensi rumah sakit.

Introduction : Transplantation is a multidisciplinary practice that requires cooperation and effective communication. The success of the transplant is determined by the role of the nurse in the team. The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of services and the role of nurses in the multidisciplinary kidney transplant team. Method : This ethnographic study involved 27 participants, including 12 patients, 9 nurses, 3 doctors, 1 pharmacist, 1 nutritionist, and 1 physiotherapist. Data were collected over a 9-week period through participatory observation, focus group discussions, interviews, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Results : Four themes emerged from the analysis : 1.) Improvement of nurse collaboration within the team, 2.) The suboptimal role of nurses, 3.) Service ethics, 4.) Challenges in transplant services. Conclusion : Transplant services require the shared responsibility of all professional roles within the team, necessitating the optimal contribution of each member. Addressing the challenges in transplant services requires enhancing the competence of team members and the support provided by hospitals. Recommendation : To develop kidney transplant services, it is essential to maximize the role of nurses and leverage the potential of hospital resources."
