"Karya akhir skripsi ini membahas tentang Sistem Informasi Akuntansi siklus pendapatan dan pengeluaran pada perusahaan asuransi syariah, PT Jaya Proteksi Takaful. Pembahasan dimulai dari uraian mengenai setiap aktivitas dalam kedua siklus tersebut. Kemudian dilakukan analisis efektivitas dan efisiensi proses serta pengendalian internal secara umum dan secara khusus di setiap prosesnya. Hasil dari skripsi ini menyimpulkan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang diterapkan perusahaan sudah cukup baik. Namun masih terdapat sedikit kekurangan terkait kedua siklus yang masih harus diperbaiki perusahaan agar seluruh prosesnya berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien serta didukung pengendalian internal yang memadai.

This paper discusses about the Accounting Information System, specifically revenue and expenditure cycle on Syari'a insurance company, PT Jaya Proteksi Takaful. The discussion starts from explanation of each process from those two cycles. Then do analyze the effectiveness and efficiency in every activity and the internal control in general and specifically in each process.

The result of this paper concludes that the Accounting Information System which is applied by the company is good. However, there's still a few deficiency in the two cycles that need to be improved so that the whole process could be more effective and efficient and also supported by adequate internal control."
