"Dalam penelitian ini, minyak jarak dikonversi menjadi BTX melalui reaksi simultan perengkahan dan dehidrogenasi. Katalis yang digunakan adalah ZSM-5 yang diimpregnasi dengan logam Zn (Zn-ZSM-5) dengan tujuan untuk memadukan fungsi asam ZSM-5 dan fungsi dehidrogenasi logam Zn. Reaksi dilangsungkan secara semi-batch pada fasa cair dan tekanan atmosferik dengan rasio massa katalis/minyak jarak 1:75. Variasi yang digunakan adalah suhu reaksi (300°C, 310°C, dan 320°C). Produk gas yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan GC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk gas mengandung BTX dan C1-C5 dengan fraksi produk BTX tertinggi sebesar 45,18% volume diperoleh pada waktu 48 menit dari suhu optimum 310°C.

In this research, castor oil is converted into BTX through simultaneous reaction of cracking and dehydrogenation. The catalyst used is ZSM-5 impregnated with Zn metal (Zn-ZSM-5) in order to combine acid function of ZSM-5 and dehydrogenation function of Zn metal. The reaction is conducted in a semi-batch reactor in liquid phase and atmospheric pressure with catalyst/oil mass ratio 1:75.

Variation to be used is reaction temperature (300°C, 310°C, and 320°C). Gas product is analyzed by using GC. The result shows that gas product mainly consists of BTX and C1-C5. The maximum BTX fraction is obtained at 48 minute from 310°C optimum temperature with the result of 45,18% volume."

Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat apakah variabel Employee Engagement dapat dijadikan sebagai faktor yang dapat memediasi pengaruh EVP terhadap performa penjualan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa dimensi EVP supervisor-leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dimensi performa penjualan. Dimensi EE overall growth berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhaap dimensi performa penjualan.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employee engagement (EE) towards the sales performance of insurance agent at PT Prudential Life Assurance. This study also aimed to see if Employee Engagement can be used as a factor that may mediate the effect of EVP on sales performance. The analysis states that the dimension of EVP (supervisor-leadership) has positive and significant effect on the dimension of sales performance. EE dimension (overall growth) affects positively and significantly on the dimensions of sales performance."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat efektivitas pemberian intervensi manajemen stres untuk mengurangi stres pada mahasiswa yang terlambat menyelesaikan skripsi. Intervensi ini terdiri dari lima sesi dengan berbagai macam teknik di dalamnya. Teknik-teknik yang digunakan adalah relaksasi progresif, psikoedukasi mengenai coping yang efektif, manajemen waktu, dan restrukturisasi kognitif. Partisipan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga mahasiswa yang belum menyelesaikan skripsi lebih dari dua semester. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan Perceived Stress Scale PSS dan kuesioner stres skripsi, serta secara kualitatif menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Pengukuran dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi untuk melihat perbedaan kondisi partisipan sebagai hasil dari intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat penurunan tingkat stres dan kemajuan dalam pengerjaan skripsi yang mengindikasikan bahwa intervensi efektif membantu partisipan untuk mengurangi stres.

The aim of this research was to examine the effectiveness off stress management for reducing stress in undergraduate students who are late in completing their thesis. There were five sessions in which involved several different techniques of stress management. The techniques used were progressive relaxation, psychoeducation about effective coping, time management, and cognitive restructurisation. There were three undergraduate students who hasn rsquo t finish their thesis more then two semesters. Data collection was through both quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative method used Perceived Stress Scale PSS and Questionnaire about thesis stress. On the other hand, qualitative method used observation and interview to collect additional information from participants. Pretest and posttest were assessed in order to investigate the differences that occur on the stress. It was found through the posttest that there wete decreased levels of stress and also progress in their thesis."
