"Histon Deasetilase 2 (HDAC2) merupakan salah satu enzim dari suatu superfamily 18 enzim zinc-dependent yang kini tengah banyak diteliti sebagai target terapeutik. HDAC2 merupakan bagian dari HDAC kelas 1 yang diketahui memiliki aktivitas kuat sebagai katalis, dan umumnya merupakan target bagi inhibitor HDAC (HDACi). HDAC2 berperan pada gejala komplikasi akhir diabetes seperti nefropati diabetes. Sehingga penelitian lebih lanjut terkait inhibitor enzim-enzim HDAC khususnya HDAC2 perlu dikembangkan.
Dalam penelitian ini, diteliti senyawa-senyawa dari basis data herbal Indonesia terhadap aktivitasnya sebagai inhibitor HDAC2, dengan melakukan penapisan virtual, untuk mendapatkan senyawa-senyawa pilihan, kemudian dilakukan simulasi dinamika molekuler untuk mengetahui interaksi senyawa sebagai inhibitor enzim. Didapatkan sepuluh besar peringkat senyawa penapisan virtual, kemudian diambil lima diantaranya dengan kriteria terbaik untuk dilakukan simulasi dinamika molekuler yaitu senyawa Boesenbergin B, Pongachalcone I, 6,8-Diprenylgenistein, Marmin, Mangostin, dengan kristal ligan N-(2-aminophenyl)benzamide sebagai kontrol positif, dengan nilai ΔG secara berturut-turut -8.28; -9.15; -7.05; -9.07; -7.15 dan ΔG kontrol positif -10.27. Dari simulasi dinamika molekuler diketahui aktivitas inhibitor HDAC2 berinteraksi pada residu asam amino penting yaitu His145C, Tyr308C, Zn379C, Leu276C, Phe155C, Phe210C, Leu144C, Met35C.

Histone Deacetylase 2 (HDAC2) is one of a superfamily of 18 zinc-dependent enzymes, which now being widely investigated as therapeutic targets. HDAC2 is part of class I HDAC enzymes which knownly active as a strong catalys, and generally is the target for HDAC inhibitors (HDACi). HDAC2 play a role in the symptoms of late complications of diabetes such as diabetic nephropathy. So further research related to HDAC inhibitors, particularly HDAC2 need to be developed.
In this study, research will be performed using virtual screening method to obtain several herbal compounds against their activities as HDAC2 inhibitors from the Indonesian herbal database, molecular dynamics simulations are then conducted to understand the interaction of compounds as inhibitors of the enzyme. The results of virtual screening process managed to obtained ten compounds with the highest Pharmacophore fit score rating, and would selected five compounds with the best criteria for molecular dynamics simulations, which are Boesenbergin B, Pongachalcone I, 6,8-Diprenylgenistein, Marmin, Mangostin, and active crytal ligand N-(2-aminophenyl)benzamide as a positive control, with respectively ΔG values obtained -8.28; -9.15; -7.05; -9.07; -7.15 and -10.27 as the ΔG value of active crystal ligand. From moleculer dynamics simulation of the activity of HDAC2 inhibitors are known to interact in two important amino acid residue that is His145C, Tyr308C, Zn379C, Leu276C, Phe155C, Phe210C, Leu144C, Met35C."

Praktik kerja profesi di PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant Periode Bulan Juli-Agustus Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas serta tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memperoleh pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk nantinya melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, serta dapat memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB , dan memiliki gambaran nyata terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi di PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant dilakukan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus terkait ldquo;Management of Quality Assurance Agreemenst rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini untuk memahami proses pembuatan dokumen Quality Assurance Agreements dalam kerjasama antara pihak PT Bayer Indonesia ndash; Cimanggis Plant dengan supplier atau manufacturer bahan baku. Secara umum, PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.
Internship at PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant Period July-August 2017 was intended to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry, to earn knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work field in the Pharmaceutical Industry, also to understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP , and experiencing the real picture of pharmaceutical jobs in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Internship at PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant was conducted for two months with special assignment about ldquo;Management of Quality Assurance Agreements rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to comprehend the process in the making of Quality Assurance Agreements document with in the collaboration between PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant and supplier or manufacturer of materials. In general, PT Bayer Indonesia-Cimanggis Plant has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have gained the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy. "Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma Nomor 366 Depok Periode Bulan September Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas serta tanggung jawab apoteker dalam mengelola apotek, dan melaksanakan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku. Selain itu praktik kerja ini juga memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan serta pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek, memberikan gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma Nomor 366 Depok dilakukan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Analisis Resep Obat Hipertensi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Depok rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memahami peran apoteker dalam pengkajian resep terutama obat hipertensi yang merupakan kasus terbanyak di apotek tersebut, agar tujuan terapi dapat tercapai yaitu pasien dapat sembuh dari penyakitnya dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.

Internship at Kimia Farma Pharmacy Number 366 Depok was conducted for four weeks with special assignment ldquo;Analysis of Prescription for Hypertension medication at Kimia Farma Pharmacy Number 366 Depok rdquo;. The objective of this special assignment is to comprehend the role of pharmacists in prescription assessment, especially hypertension which is the most cases in this pharmacies, so that the goal of therapy can be achieved that is the patient can recover from the illness and improve the patient life quality. "
