"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengelolaan hutan rakyat yang dilakukan oleh warga di Dusun Bogoran, Wonosobo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan terlibat, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hutan rakyat merupakan salah satu bentuk guna lahan yang dominan di Bogoran. Dalam hutan tersebut terdiri dari berbagai jenis tanaman. Hutan rakyat sudah sejak lama dikelola oleh warga Bogoran. Ini disebabkan karena wanatani adalah bidang pekerjaan utama warganya sejak dahulu. Hutan rakyat ini menjadi sumber produksi, penghasilan warganya, dan juga sumber pakan ternak. Warga Bogoran menyadari pentingnya arti hutan secara ekonomi dan ekologis bagi kehidupan mereka. Petani hutan di Bogoran memiliki pola pikir yang sederhana terhadap hutan rakyat yaitu mereka hidup dari hutan sehingga hutan harus dikelola dengan baik agar hutan dapat terus menghasilkan uang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Warga Bogoran melihat hutan sebagai kehidupannya.

This study focuses on forest management based on local community in Bogoran Hamlet, Wonosobo. The research was conducted by using qualitative research approach through observation, interview, and literature study method. The result of this study showed that forest management based on local community is one of the dominant land use in Bogoran. This is because agroforestry is community's main occupation since old times. Forest community becomes product resources, community's income, and also the source of livestock feed. Bogoran community not only recognize the importance of forest on ecomony value, but also the importance of forest ecological value for their lives. Farmers in Bogoran have simple mindset, they live in forest so the forest must be managed properly for making money to fulfill their needs. Bogoran community seeing forest as their lifes."

"ABSTRAKIdentity Conflict adalah ketidaksesuaian yang dirasakan seseorang pada dua atau lebih identitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah positive gender identity dan female role model berpengaruh terhadap identity conflict dan berdampak pada emotional exhaustion dengan sampel pemimpin wanita (N=151) di Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survey online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa female role model tidak berpengaruh terhadap identity conflict. Ditemukan bahwa positive gender identity berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap identity conflict dan identity conflict berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap emotional exhaustion.

ABSTRACTIdentity conflict is an incongruence perceived by someone in two or more identities. This research is aimed to examine whether positive gender identity and female role model had any effect on identity conflict and in the end towards emotional exhaustion. Sample of this research are women leaders in Indonesia (N=151). The method used in the study is online survey. The results shows that there are no effect between female role model toward identity conflict. There are negatively significant effect of positive gender identity toward identity conflict and positively significant effect of identity conflict toward emotional exhaustion"
