"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan metafora bentuk substitusi dan komparasi eksplisit, serta pesan iklan yang terdapat dalam tajuk poster iklan berbahasa Jepang. Poster iklan yang digunakan sebagai data adalah iklan kuliner kota Onnagawa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan analisis komponen makna dan metafora. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dari seluruh data yang berjumlah sembilan buah, diperoleh empat data yang mengandung metafora substitusi, dan diperoleh lima data yang mengandung metafora komparasi eksplisit. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pesan iklan yang mendominasi dari keseluruhan data adalah pesan mengenai 'kelezatan' dan metafora yang digunakan berkaitan dengan 'wanita'.

The purpose of this research is to explain the substitution and comparative metaphor and its delivered messages in Japanese advertisement posters. The corpus of this research are Onnagawa city's culinary advertisement posters. This research is a qualitative in nature and uses meaning component and metaphor analysis. Based on the result of analysis, out of nine examples, four use metaphorical substitutions, while the other five use explicit comparison metaphors. Most of metaphors has a message about 39 delicacy 39 and metaphors used in connection with 'women'."

"Skripsi ini membahas hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan tetap (non-managerial) pada PT Asuransi Jiwa Recapital. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik survei yang menggunakan total sampling terhadap karyawan tetap (non-managerial) PT Asuransi Jiwa Recapital yang berjumlah 56 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi Spearman untuk mendapatkan bentuk hubungan kedua variabel.Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa kepuasan kerja (variabel bebas) dan Kinerja (variabel terikat) memiliki kekuatan hubungan yang sedang dengan arah hubungan yang positif. Kekuatan hubungan yang sedang menandakan bahwa selain kepuasan kerja, masih ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, yaitu motifasi dan kemampuan karyawan itu sendiri. Serta hubungan yang positif menandakan bahwa semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan.

This thesis discusses the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance of permanent employees (non-managerial) at PT Recapital Life Insurance. The study was done in order to determine the extent of the relationship of job satisfaction with employee performance. The research approach that used is a quantitative approach and for data collecting uses survey method that uses a ?total-sampling? technique from the total permanent employee (non-managerial) of PT Recapital Life Insurance with total of 56 respondents. This study using Spearman correlation analysis to obtain the form of relations between the two variables.

Based on the results of the analysis, noted that job satisfaction (independent variable) and performance (dependent variable) has the medium-category relationship with a positive relationship way. Strength of the relationship which is indicating that in addition to job satisfaction, there are other factors that affect employee performance which is motivation and ability of the employees themselves. And a positive relationship indicates that the higher the job satisfaction the higher the employee performance."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi yang berjudul Bandoeng Vooruit 1925-1941: Upaya Pengembangan Turisme Pramodern ke Turisme Modern adalah mengungkapkan tentang dinamika organisasi Bandoeng Vooruit dan perannya dalam mengembangkan turisme selama awal abad 20 di Bandung. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan Bandoeng Vooruit muncul dan perannya dalam dunia pariwisata yang antara lain akan menjadi pokok bahasan.Tujuan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui dinamika Bandoeng Vooruit terutama perannya dalam mengembangkan turisme modern di Bandung tahun 1925-1941. Di samping itu adalah untuk mengetahui latar belakang munculnya Bandoeng Vooruit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah. Metode ini terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemunculan Bandoeng Vooruit berkontribusi dalam mendorong perubahan pola kegiatan wisata di Bandung yang semula berupa turisme pramodern menjadi turisme modern. Organisasi ini berperan menggerakkan aktivitas turisme dengan menyediakan sarana-prasarana, menjadi pusat informasi wisata, mengkoordinir tur kelompok, serta melakukan berbagai promosi wisata. Keberadaan aktivitas wisata juga memberikan dampak sosial dan ekonomi terhadap masyarakat di sekitarnya. Berkembangnya industri pariwisata membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru bagi masyarakat Bandung. Dari aspek sosial menunjukkan adanya perubahan kehidupan sosial orang pribumi dengan tergusurnya kultur kehidupan tradisional.

ABSTRACTThesis entitled Bandoeng Vooruit 1925 1941 Development Efforts on Premodern Tourism to Modern Tourism was revealed about the history of Bandoeng Vooruit and its role in developing tourism during the early 20th century in Bandung. Factors that cause Bandoeng Vooruit to emerge and its role in the tourism will be one of the subject in this thesis.The purpose of this thesis is to know the dynamics of Bandoeng Vooruit especially its role in developing modern tourism in Bandung during 1925 1941. In addition, it is to know the background of the emergence of Bandoeng Vooruit.The research method used is historical method. This method consists of heuristics, criticism of sources, interpretation, and historiography.The results showed that Bandoeng Vooruit contributed to encourage changes in the pattern of tourism activities in Bandung which was originally a premodern tourism into modern tourism. This organization has a role in mobilizing tourism activities by providing facilities, being a tourist information center, coordinating group tours, and conducting various tourism promotions. The existence of tourism activities also inflict social and economic impacts on the surrounding community. The development of tourism industry provide jobs for the people of Bandung. From a social point of view there is a change in the social life of indigenous people with the destruction of the culture of traditional life. "
