"ABSTRAK Salah satu penyebab belum tercapainya cakupan ASI nasional adalah rendahnyamenyusui eksklusif di kalangan ibu bekerja karena kurangnya dukungan tempatkerja kepada karyawati menyusui. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasidukungan tempat kerja terhadap karyawati menyusui dan faktor yangmempengaruhinya. Penelitian cross sectional ini melibatkan 130 manajer sebagairesponden, yang dipilih dengan tehnik stratified random sampling. Tempatpenelitian di Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner chow (2009)untuk sikap dan kuesioner Pan-Asian Lactation Consultant Association (PALCA)(2004) untuk mengukur dukungan tempat kerja. Hasil penelitian menyatakanbahwa dukungan tempat kerja terhadap karyawati menyusui masih rendah. Faktoryang berpengaruhnya adalah kepemilikan tempat kerja dan bidang pekerjaan.Kepemilikan tempat kerja merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi. Tempatkerja milik pemerintah merupakan faktor penghambat adanya dukungan tempatkerja terhadap karyawati menyusui. Pengawasan dari pemerintah sangatdiperlukan bagi keberhasilan menyusui di tempat kerja. Saran kepada pemerintahuntuk melakukan pembinaan, supervisi dan pemberian sangsi kepada pelanggaranprogram laktasi di tempat kerja.

ABSTRACT One cause of not achieving national coverage of breast milk is low exclusivebreastfeeding among working mothers because of a lack of workplace support forbreastfeeding employee. The purpose of this study is to identify workplacesupport for breastfeeding employee and the factors influences it. This crosssectionalstudy involving 130 managers as respondents, who were selected bystratified random sampling technique. This studt was undertake at Cimahi, WestJava. Instruments used a Chow (2009) to measure attitude and Pan-AsianLactation Consultant Association (PALCA) (2004) to measure workplace supportfor breastfeeding. The study revealed that workplace support for breastfeedingemployee is still low. Influential factor is ownership of work and field work.Ownership of the workplace is the most influencing factors. Governmentworkplace is a factor inhibiting the occurrence of workplace support forbreastfeeding employee. Oversight of the government is necessary for successfulbreastfeeding in the workplace. Suggestions to the government to do the coaching,supervision and sanctions for violations of workplace lactation program."

Ners spesialis keperawatan maternitas yang memiliki peran dan fungsi pada kesehatan perempuan diharapkan dapat berperan dalam mengatasi permasalahan kesehatan perempuan. Karya ilmiah akhir ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan praktek residensi ners spesialis keperawatan maternitas dengan fokus penerapan teori keperawatan "need for help Wiedenbach" pada fase akut dan "conservation Levine" pada fase pemeliharaan dalam asuhan keperawatan tujuh kasus perdarahan akibat kanker serviks. Masalah keperawatan prioritas pada tahap akut adalah resiko hipovolemi. Masalah pada tahap konservasi adalah gangguan perfusi jaringan, gangguan nutrisi dan kelemahan. Evaluasi pada tahap akut adalah tidak terjadi syok hipovolemi. Evaluasi pada tahap konservasi adalah gangguan perfusi jaringan teratasi, klien dapat meningkatkan asupan nutrisi dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan beraktifitas. Kompetensi selama pelaksanaan praktek keperawatan maternitas dapat dicapai. Ners spesialis keperawatan maternitas diharapkan mampu menerapkan teori model keperawatan dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan pasien.

Maternity nursing specialists who have the role and function on the women's health are expected to play a role in addressing women's health problems. This final scientific work aimed to describe the implementation of maternity nursing specialist residency practice focused on the application of Wiedenbach Need for Help Theory which was performed in the acute phase and Levine Conservation Theory which was done in the maintenance phase in nursing care of cervical cancer bleeding was performed on seven patients. The prior nursing problem in the acute phase was risk for hypovolemic. The problems in the conservation stage were tissue perfusion disorder, altered nutrition, and weakness. The evaluation in the acute phase was hipovolemic shock did not occur. The evaluations in the conservation phase were the tissue perfusion disorder was resolved, as well as the client can increase the nutritional intake and the ability to do the activity. The maternity nursing specialist competencies were achieved during the residency practice. The maternity nursing specialists are expected to be able to apply the nursing model theory in the implementation of nursing care in accordance with the patient's conditions and needs., Health problems in Indonesia are including maternal and women's health.
