"Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Kota Depok bertujuan untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Apotek. Kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan BMHP serta pelayanan farmasi klinik di Kimia Farma No. 366 Kota Depok telah sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Sedangkan tugas khusus yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemilihan prioritas pasien dan tahapan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah serta peran apoteker dalam mengatasi masalah terkait penggunaan obat.

"Praktek kerja profesi di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto bertujuan untuk memahami peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Rumah Sakit. Kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan BMHP serta pelayanan farmasi klinik di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto telah sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 58 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Sedangkan tugas khusus yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan apoteker pada kegiatan pemantauan terapi obat serta dalam mengatasi masalah terkait penggunaan obat pada pasien skizofrenia.
