Tesis ini merupakan hasil penelitlan mengenai Persepsi Masyarakat Jakarta Pusat Tentang Penegakan Peraturan Perundang-undangan Lingkungan, dengan jumlah sampsl yang ditarik 160 orang atau 10% dari 1612 orang.

Pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam yang berlebihan akan dapat menimbulkan masalah lingkungan. Untuk mencegah timbulnya masalah ini maka diperlukan hukum sebagai sarana pengendali, tetapi hukum sebagai instrumen yurldls dalam pengelolaan lingkungan tldak bekerja sendlrl, melalnkan perlu mellbatkan dlslplln Ilmu lainnya.
