"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker sangat bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker karena melalui PKPA, calon Apoteker mendapatkan gambaran tentang pekerjaan kefarmasian di Pedang Besar Farmasi (PBF), serta mahasiswa dapat lebih memahami implementasi Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik sehingga menambah ilmu pengetahuan dan wawasan. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini berlangsung selama satu minggu dengan tugas khusus, yakni Penyusunan Prosedur Operasional Baku Pemusnahan Obat dan/atau Bahan Obat di Pedagang Besar Farmasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuat dokumen Prosedur Operasional Baku (POB) pemusnahan obat di Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF). Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan prosedur operasional baku, yakni melalui studi literatur dari media cetak berupa POB yang telah ada sebelumnya serta dari media elektronik. Penyusunan prosedur operasional baku pemusnahan obat diharapkan dapat berguna sebagai acuan dalam melaksanakan pemusnahan obat sehingga pelaksanaan pemusnahan menjadi terarah, efisien, dan konsisten serta aman

Pharmaceutical internship is beneficial for pharmacist students because through internship, pharmacist students get an overview of  working in pharmaceutical wholesaler and they can practicing the implementation of Good Distribution Practice thereby enhancing their knowledge. The duration of the internship is for one week with a special assignment, namely The Preparation of Standard Operational Procedures for the Destruction of Medicines and/or Substances at Pharmaceutical Wholesaler. The purpose of this research is to create a document of Standard Operating Procedures for medicines destruction at pharmaceutical wholesalers. The method used to create the document through the study of literature as well as from electronic media. It is hoped that the preparation of standard operational procedures for medicine destruction can be used as a reference in carrying out drug destruction so that the implementation of destruction becomes directed, efficient, effective, consistent and safe."

"Pelayanan farmasi klinik di Apotek merupakan bagian dari pelayanan kefarmasian yang langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan Sediaan Farmasi, Alat Kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Salah satu upaya agar mahasiswa apoteker mampu melakukan praktik kefarmasian secara profesional, legal, dan etik di apotek, yakni melalui kegiatan PKPA (Praktik Kerja Program Apoteker). Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini berlangsung selama satu bulan dengan tugas khusus, yakni Poster Edukasi untuk Swamedikasi Batuk. Tujuan dari pembuatan poster adalah sebagai media edukasi bagi masyarakat untuk swamedikasi penyakit batuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan poster edukasi untuk swamedikasi batuk,  yakni melakukan studi literatur mengenai pembuatan poster, swamedikasi batuk beserta pilihan obat yang dapat digunakan, dan terapi non farmakologi untuk meredakan gejala batuk, kemudian selanjutnya informasi yang telah diperoleh dituangkan menjadi sebuah poster.  Pembuatan poster edukasi dapat berguna sebagai sarana edukasi masyarakat untuk swamedikasi penyakit batuk sehingga masyarakat dapat menggunakan obat secara aman dan rasional serta dapat mencegah terjadinya kesalahan medikasi.

Clinical pharmacy services at the drug store are part of the pharmaceutical services which are direct and responsible to patients related to improve the quality of patients life. One of the efforts to be able to practice pharmacy in a professional, legal and ethical manner at drugs store is through internship. The internship duration is for one month with a special assignment, namely Educational Poster for Cough Self-Medication. The purpose of making poster is as an educational media for the community to self-medicate cough. The method used in making educational poster for cough self-medication by conducting a literature study about cough self-medication along with the choice of medicines that can be used for cough, and non-pharmacological therapy to relieve cough symptom. Making educational poster can be useful as a means of educating people for cough self-medication so that people can use medicines safely and rationally as well as can prevent medication errors."

"Calon Apoteker yang ingin berkecimpung di bidang industri farmasi tidak hanya dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan mengenai Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik, tetapi juga memerlukan keterampilan yang dapat diimplementasikan pada saat terjun langsung di ruang lingkup industri farmasi. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan pengalaman kepada calon Apoteker tentang ruang lingkup industri farmasi yaitu melalui kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus, yakni Penyusunan Format Laporan Hasil Audit Proses, Line Clearance, dan Produk Jadi Periode 2022. Data hasil temuan audit proses, line clearance, produk jadi selama satu tahun diperoleh melalui pemeriksaan dokumen dan rekaman, wawancara, serta observasi oleh tim auditor. Kemudian, data hasil temuan dianalisis dan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan tingkat risiko yang berdampak pada mutu, dan berdasarkan sumber temuannya. Selain itu, CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) diklasifikasikan berdasarkan statusnya. Penyusunan format laporan audit laporan hasil audit proses, line clearance, dan produk jadi dapat berguna sebagai standar acuan dalam penyusunan laporan hasil audit selama satu tahun. Laporan hasil audit proses, line clearance, dan produk jadi sekurang-kurangnya mencakup tujuan, ruang lingkup, latar belakang, metodologi, hasil dan pembahasan, kesimpulan, serta daftar rujukan.

One way to provide potential pharmacists with knowledge and experience regarding the scope of the pharmaceutical industry is through internship. The internship is for two months with a specific task, namely Formatting Audit Report Process, Line Clearance, and Finished Products for 2022 Period. The data of process audit findings, line clearance, finished products for one year were obtained through document and records inspection, interviews, and observations by the auditor team. Then, the findings data are analyzed and classified based on the level of risk that has an impact on quality, and based on the source of the findings. In addition, CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) is classified based on its status. The preparation of audit report formats for process audit results, line clearance, and finished products can be used as a reference standard in the preparation of audit reports for one year. Reports on process audit results, line clearance and finished products encompass objectives, scope, background, methodology, results and discussion, conclusions, and a list of references.

"Pelayanan farmasi klinik merupakan kegiatan pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh apoteker yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan terapi pasien dan meminimalkan risiko terjadinya efek samping obat sehingga keselamatan dan kualitas hidup pasien dapat terjamin. Apoteker diharapkan dapat terus meningkatkan kompetensinya agar dapat memenuhi hak pasien. Sebelum menjadi apoteker, mahasiswa apoteker harus memiliki keterampilan dan wawasan dibidang kefarmasian. Salah satu upaya agar mahasiswa apoteker mampu melakukan praktik kefarmasian secara profesional, legal, dan etik, yakni melalui kegiatan PKPA (Praktik Kerja Program Apoteker). Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus, yakni Evaluasi Data Interaksi Obat pada Sepuluh Zat Aktif dengan Pemakaian Terbesar di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Nasional Cipto Mangunkusumo. Metode yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan data interaksi obat sebelumnya dengan literatur terpercaya untuk melihat apakah terjadi perubahan dalam kategori interaksi obat. Dari data interaksi sepuluh zat aktif pemakaian terbesar di RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo diperoleh total data interaksi sebanyak 1280 data, sebanyak 262 data kategori interaksi obat tidak perlu dilakukan revisi, sebanyak 264 data perlu dilakukan revisi karena perubahan kategori interaksi obat, sebanyak 739 data perlu dihapus dari daftar interaksi obat dikarenakan setelah dievaluasi tidak ditemukan interaksi.

Clinical pharmacy services are service activities carried out by pharmacists that aim to increase the success of patient therapy and minimize the risk of drug side effects so that the safety and quality of life of patients can be guaranteed. Pharmacists are expected to continue to improve their competence in order to fulfill patient rights. Before becoming a pharmacist, pharmacist students must have skills and insight in the pharmaceutical field. One of the efforts so that pharmacist students are able to practice pharmacy in a professional, legal and ethical manner is through internship.The implementation of this professional work practice lasts for two months with a special assignment, namely Evaluation of Drug Interaction Data for the Top Ten Most Frequently Used Active Substances at Cipto Mangunkusumo Government-run General Hospital. The method is carried out by comparing previous drug interaction data with reliable literature to see if there is a change in the category of drug interactions. From the interaction data of the ten active substances used the most at Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital, a total of 1280 interaction data was obtained, 262 data in the category of drug interactions did not need to be revised, 264 data needed to be revised due to changes in the category of drug interactions, 739 data needed to be removed from the list drug interactions caused after being evaluated no interactions were found."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memberikan bekal keterampilan pada mahasiswa apoteker agar memiliki keterampilan kefarmasian sehingga  nantinya calon apoteker diharapkan mampu melakukan praktik kefarmasian secara profesional, legal, dan etik di Puskesmas. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini berlangsung selama dua minggu dengan tugas khusus, yakni Evaluasi Rasionalitas Penggunaan Antipsikotik Pasien Skizofrenia di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kramat Jati Periode Oktober 2022. Tujuan dilakukannya tugas khusus ini untuk mengevaluasi rasionalitas peresepan antipsikotik pada pasien skizofrenia di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kramat Jati tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan pada tugas khusus ini adalah menggunakan desain observasional deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara retrospektif pada pasien skizofrenia periode bulan Oktober 2022. Subjek pada penelitian, yakni data resep pasien skizofrenia Puskesmas Kecamatan Kramat Jati bulan Oktober 2022. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yakni data excel yang diperoleh melalui website ePuskesmas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan obat antipsikotik pada pasien skizofrenia di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kramat Jati Periode Agustus 2022 dinilai belum memenuhi ketepatan penggunaan antipsikotik. Hasil  evaluasi menunjukkan ketepatan indikasi sebanyak 25 pasien [100%], tepat pemilihan obat sebanyak 18 pasien [72%] , tepat pasien sebanyak sebanyak 25 pasien [100%], tepat dosis sebanyak 24 pasien [96 %], serta tepat frekuensi sebanyak 24 pasien [96%].

Pharmacy intenrship is one of the efforts to provide skills provision for pharmacist students so that they have pharmaceutical skills so that later pharmacist candidates are expected to be able to practice pharmacy in a professional, legal and ethical manner at the district health center. The duration internship is for two weeks with a special assignment, namely  Evaluation of Rational Antipsychotics Schizophrenic Patients at the Kramat Jati District Health Center. The purpose of this special assignment was to evaluate the rationality of prescribing antipsychotics in schizophrenic patients at the Kramat Jati District Health Center in 2022. The method used in this special assignment was to use a descriptive observational design with a retrospective sampling technique in schizophrenia patients The research subjects were prescription data of schizophrenic patients at the Kramat Jati District Health Center in October 2022. The research instrument used was data excel obtained through the ePuskesmas website. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of antipsychotic drugs in schizophrenic patients at the Kramat Jati District Health Center for the August 2022 period is considered not to meet the accuracy of antipsychotic use. The results of the evaluation showed the accuracy of the indications for 25 patients [100%], the correct drug selection for 18 patients [72%] , the correct dosage for 25 patients [100%], the correct dosage for 24 patients (96 %), and the correct frequency for 24 patients. patients [96%]."

"Terapi kanker kolorektal dengan menggunakan agen kemoterapi seperti 5-flourourasil, kapesitabin, irinotekan, leukovorin, dan oksaliplatin memiliki permasalahan terkait tingkat toksisitasnya yang tinggi, selain itu agen kemoterapi bekerja secara tidak spesifik pada target tertentu yang dapat merusak sel-sel normal sehingga diperlukan obat yang bekerja secara selektif pada reseptor tertentu. Berdasarkan beberapa penelitian mengenai kanker kolorektal, telah ditemukan sebuah reseptor yang terlibat pada mekanisme kanker kolorektal. Reseptor tersebut adalah TNIK (TRAF2 dan NCK-interacting Kinase ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kandidat inhibitor TNIK yang berasal dari senyawa bahan alam Indonesia yang diprediksi memiliki potensi untuk menghambat sel kanker kolorektal . Senyawa bahan alam yang berasal dari pangkalan data HerbalDB dilakukan penapisan virtual terhadap reseptor target TNIK (TRAF2 dan NCK-interacting Kinase ) dengan ID 5AX9 pada situs RSCB PDB. Penapisan virtual dilakukan menggunakan program AutoDock yang telah divalidasi sebelumnya menggunakan senyawa pengecoh. Program penambatan AutoDock divalidasi menggunakan parameter EF dan AUC. Grid box yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil validasi, yakni grid box 60 x 60 x 60 dengan evaluasi energi maksimal sebesar 250.000 (Short). Berdasarkan hasil penapisan virtual, diperoleh sepuluh senyawa yang memberikan nilai ΔG terbaik, yaitu Mutatokrom, Anteraksantin, Mangostenon a, Violaksantin, Morusin, Kriptokrom, Erikristagallin, (+)-Talrugosin, Kasiamin c, Stigmastanol. Nilai energi pengikatan yang diberikan dari kesepuluh senyawa tersebut berada pada rentang -11,17 – 9,79 kkal/mol sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sepuluh senyawa hasil penelitian tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai kandidat inhibitor TNIK.

Colorectal cancer therapy using chemotherapeutic agents such as 5-flourouracil, capecitabin, irinotecan, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin has problems related to its high level of toxicity, besides that chemotherapeutic agents don’t work specifically on certain targets so that they can damage normal cells, so the drugs that work selectively on certain receptors are needed . Based on several studies about colorectal cancer, a receptor has been found which is involved in colorectal cancer mechanism. This receptor is TNIK (TRAF2 and NCK-interacting Kinase). The aim of this research is to find candidates for TNIK inhibitors derived from Indonesian natural compounds which are predicted to have the potential to inhibit colorectal cancer cells. Natural compounds derived from the HerbalDB database were subjected to virtual screening using TNIK as a target receptor (TRAF2 and NCK-interacting Kinase ) ID 5AX9 obtained on the RSCB PDB site. Virtual screening was done using an AutoDock program that had been previously validated using actives and decoys compounds. The AutoDock program was validated using the parameters of EF and AUC. The grid box which was used in virtual screening using AuotoDock based on the validation results is 60 x 60 x 60 with a maximum energy evaluation 250,000 (Short). Based on the results of virtual screening, ten compounds which gave the best ΔG values were Mutatochrome, Antheraxanthin, Mangostenone a, Violaxanthin, Morusin, Cryptochrome, Erycristagallin, (+)-Thalrugosine, Cassiamin c, Stigmastanol. The binding energy values ​​given from the ten compounds were in the range of -11.17 to 9.79 kcal/mol so it can be concluded that the ten compounds from the virtual screening results could be proposed as candidate TNIK inhibitors."
