"ABSTRAKSejak tahun 2012, beberapa pemerintah daerah kabupaten/kota di Indonesia secara mandiri telah menginisiasi pembangunan kota dengan menerapkan konsep smart city. Smart city merupakan terminologi kepada sebuah kota yang memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kinerja ekonomi kota-kota dan menyelesaikan permasalahan kota secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Meskipun selalu ditekankan pada teknologi, akan tetapi, fokus utama pembangunan smart city tidak hanya terbatas pada teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, tetapi juga pada peran human capital, sosial, dan masalah lingkungan Lombardi et al., 2012 .Pemerintah pusat juga telah mendukung pembangunan smart city melalui program ldquo;Gerakan Menuju 100 Smart city rdquo; di Indonesia sejak tahun 2017, oleh karena itu penting untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pembangunan kota dengan menerapkan konsep smart city. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengestimasi pengaruh dari penerapan konsep smart city terhadap kinerja ekonomi kota-kota di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode Two Stages Least Square 2SLS. Studi ini menggunakan instrument variable IV berupa variabel indikator-indikator kecerdasan kota yang dikemukakan oleh Giffinger et al. 2007 untuk mengontrol faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan konsep smart city. Indikator-indikator kecerdasan kota tersebut, antara lain smart economy, smart people, smart governance, smart environment, smart mobility, dan smart living. Hasil studi membuktikan bahwa pembangunan kota dengan menerapkan konsep smart city signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja ekonomi kota-kota di Indonesia. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa internet sebagai proksi dari smart mobility berperan penting dalam penerapan konsep smart city di Indonesia.

ABSTRACTSince 2012, local governments in Indonesia has independently initiated city development by implementing smart city concept. This concept is useful as a terminology or tools to improve city performance in order to solve problems more effectively and efficiently through the usage of technology. Although often linked to technology, however technology is not the only focused from implementing smart city concept, so that we also have to focus on utilizing the role of human capital, social, and environmental issues Lombardi et al., 2012 .Central government finally supported smart city development through a program named ldquo Gerakan Menuju 100 Smart City rdquo since 2017, so that it is important to know the success of city development using the application of smart city concept. This study aims to estimate the effect of smart city concept implementation on cities economic performances in Indonesia by using Two Stages Least Square 2SLS method. This study also utilize Instrument Variable IV by using city smartness indicators proposed by Giffinger et al. 2007 to control some factors which will affect smart city concept implementation. Those smartness indicators are smart economy, smart people, smart governance, smart environment, smart mobility, and smart living. The results prove that the implementation of smart city concept in districts or cities in Indonesia has a significant positive effect towards cities economic performance in Indonesia. This study also results that internet as a proxy of smart mobility is the most important thing that must be built for implemeting smart city concept in Indonesia."

"Galeri Nasional Indonesia (GNI) sebagai sebuah museum seni rupa kontemporer bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan fungsi dan tugas museum yaitu mengkomunikasikan koleksi pada masyarakat melalui pameran, salah satunya adalah pameran tetap berjudul “Monumen Ingatan: Modernitas Indonesia dan Dinamikanya dalam Koleksi Seni Rupa Galeri Nasional Indonesia”. Penelitian ini ditulis untuk mengkaji nilai penting koleksi pada pameran tetap tersebut dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh konservator GNI dalam melestarikan koleksinya melalui kegiatan konservasi dengan menggunakan metode penelitian oleh Pearson dan Sullivan. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa lima koleksi lukisan yang mewakili lima periodisasi perkembangan seni rupa di Indonesia memiliki nilai penting dalam bidang sejarah dan ilmu pengetahun. Proses pelestarian koleksi lukisan tersebut dilakukan melalui upaya pencegahan dengan pembersihan umum, mengatur suhu dan kelembapan relatif, kontrol bangunan, pengecekan fisik lukisan, dan pengaturan intensitas cahaya. Sedangkan upaya perbaikan melalui restorasi yang sebagai contoh dilakukan terhadap lukisan “Jacqueline en robe de taffetas” (1926) karya Albert Andre dibahas melalui teori restorasi oleh Cesare Brandi.

The National Gallery of Indonesia (GNI) as a contemporary art museum plays a responsible role in carrying out the functions and duties of the museum, namely communicating the collection to the public through exhibitions, one of which is the permanent exhibition entitled "Monuments of Memory: Indonesian Modernity and its Dynamics in the Fine Arts Collection of the National Gallery of Indonesia” . This research was written to examine the important values of the collection at the permanent exhibition and the efforts made by GNI conservators to preserve the collection through conservation activities using research methods by Pearson and Sullivan. The results of this research show that five painting collections representing five periodizations of the development of fine arts in Indonesia have important value in the fields of history and science. The process of preserving the painting collection is carried out through preventative efforts by general cleaning, regulating temperature and relative humidity, controlling buildings, physically checking paintings, and regulating light intensity. Meanwhile, efforts to repair through restoration, for example carried out on the painting "Jacqueline en robe de taffetas" (1926) by Albert Andre, are discussed through restoration theory by Cesare Brandi."
