Hubungan pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan sesuai standar dengan kemampuan klien perilaku kekerasan dan keluarga yang di rawat diruang MPKP RSJ Tampan = Implementation of the nursing care of relations in accordance with the standard client capability of family violence and behavior on rawat in the room MPKP RSJ handsome
"Perilaku kekerasan adalah gejala positif dari skizofrenia yang menjadi penyebab utama klien dirawat. Di RSJ Tampan priode tahun 2011 - 2012 ditemukan 1218 klien yang dirawat kembali dengan diagnosa perilaku kekerasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan askep sesuai standar dengan kemampuan keluarga dan klien yang di rawat diruang MPKP RSJ Tampan. Penelitiaan ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan total sampel 45 perawat, 30 klien prilaku kekerasan dan 30 keluarga. Data wawancara digunakan untuk mengkonfirmasi hasil. Responden untuk wawancara 10 orang dari klien dan keluarga klien. Uji analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji Pearson Corelation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan erat antara penerapan MPKP oleh perawat terhadap tanda, gejala dan kemampuan pasien pada klien perilaku kekerasan. Pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang sesuai standar meningkatkan pelayanan kepada klien dan keluarga.
Violent behavior is the positive symptoms of schizophrenia are a major cause of the client being treated. Handsome RSJ years in the period 2011 - 2012 found that clients were treated back in 1218 with the diagnosis of violent behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship of the implementation of nursing standards in accordance with the ability of families and clients are treated in PNPM RSJ Handsome. This penelitiaan using crosssectional design with a total sample of 45 nurses, 30 clients and 30 family violent behavior. Interview data is used to confirm the results. Respondents to interview 10 people from the client and the client's family. Test analysis used in this study is the Pearson Correlation test. The results showed a significant correlation between the implementation of PNPM and closely by nurses on signs, symptoms and the patient's ability violent behavior on the client. Appropriate nursing care standards improve services to clients and families."

Pikiran negative pada klien harga diri rendah kronik menyebabkan klien sulit berpikir jernih dan logis terhadap diri sendiri. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk memberikan gambaran pengaruh penerapan terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga pada klien harga diri rendah kronik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy dan model stres dan adaptasi Stuart. Tindakan keperawatan terapi pikiran perilaku diberikan pada 20 klien dimana 15 keluarga klien diberikan psikoedukasi keluarga. Hasil pelaksanaan terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi pada klien menunjukan adanya penurunan tanda gejala pada aspek social dan perilaku serta peningkatan kemampuan keluarga dalam pemberian terapi psikofarmaka dan mengunkapkan pikiran negative yang lebih besar dibanding klien dan yang hanya mendapatkan terapi pikiran dan perilaku, Kombinasi terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga dapat dijadikan standar terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa.

Cognitive distortions in clients with chronic low self-esteem causes the client difficult to think clearly and logically against yourself. The purpose of writing is to provide an overview the effect of applying cognitive behavior therapy and family psychoeducation in clients with chronic low self-esteem. The method used is descriptive analytic approach Roy adaptation theory and models of stress and adaptation Stuart. Nursing actions cognitive behavior therapy given to 20 clients of which 15 families given client family psychoeducation.
