"Peոelitiaո iոi berkaitan dengan analisis atas implementasi sistem Building Information Modeling (BIM) di PT ABC. Menurut beberapa penulis Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan masukan atas implementasi Building Information Modeling (BIM) di PT ABC. Implementasi Building Information Modeling (BIM) akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Technology Organization Environment (TOE) Framework yang dibuat oleh Tornatzky dan Klein tahun 1982. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah PT ABC. Jumlah proyek yang dianalisis sebanyak 4 proyek yang telah selesai proses konstruksinya di akhir tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang melakukan pendekatan mix method dengan melakukan wawancara dan analisis atas data laporan keuangan proyek. Hasil dari penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa PT ABC memperoleh manfaat dengan diterapkannya sistem Building Information Modeling (BIM), namun demikian masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam pelaksanaan Building Information Modeling (BIM) yang dapat dikelompokkan berdasarkan aspek-aspek Technology Organization Environment (TOE) Framework.

This research related with the analysis of implementation Building Information Modeling (BIM) system at PT ABC. According to several authors, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an integrated information system that can improve the performance of construction projects. This study aims to provide input on the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) at PT ABC. Implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) will be analyzed using the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) Framework created by Tornatzky and Klein in 1982. The unit of analysis in this study is PT ABC. The number of projects analyzed were 4 projects that had completed the construction process at the end of 2020. This research uses a mix method approach by conducting interviews and analysis of project financial report data. The results of this study conclude that PT ABC benefits from the implementation of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) system. However, there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) which can be grouped based on aspects of the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) Framework.
