"ABSTRAKBerdasarkan literatur sebelumnya, bahwa munculnya perilaku obsesif kompulsif pada mahasiswa meningkat dan skala - skala sebelumnya hanya mengukur pasien yang telah didiagnosis dengan gangguan obsesif kompulsif, studi ini telah mengembangkan skala obsesif kompulsif OCB scale untuk mahasiswa yang secara khusus mengukur gejala obsesif kompulsif berdasarkan Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders DSM : 5th edition. Selain itu, tujuan lain dari studi ini untuk menginvestigasi karakteristik psikometrik dari OCB scale. 142 mahasiswa berumur dari 18 sampai 54 tahun berpartisipasi secara sukarela di survey besar. Perhitungan cronbach rsquo;s alpha pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa konsistensi internal skala ini sangat baik. Selain itu, analisis item discrimination index menunjukan bahwa kualitas tiap item dari OCB scale ini cukup baik. Tiga skala dipakai untuk menilai validitas OCB scale. Pertama - tama, peserta dengan skor tinggi di OCB scale mendapatkan skor tinggi di Obsessive-Compulsive Invetory-Revised OCI-R , menandakan validitas konvergen yang sangat baik. Kedua, peserta yang dengan skor tinggi di OCB scale mendapatkan skor tinggi di Penn State Worry Questionnaire PSWQ menunjukan validitas divergent skala ini membutuhkan perbaikan. Ketiga, peserta yang mendapatkan skor OCB scale yang tinggi juga mendapatkan skor tinggi di Responsibility Attitude Scale RAS menandakan validitas kriteria yang sangat baik.

ABSTRACTBased on previous literatures that the occurrence of Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour OCB in college students is increasing and previous scales often only measured patients who have been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder OCD , this study developed Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour OCB scale for college students that specifically measures obsessive compulsive symptoms according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM 5th edition. Furthemore, the other objective of this study is to investigate the psychometric properties of OCB scale. 142 college students aged from 18 to 54 years old participated voluntarily in mega survey. Calculation of cronbach rsquo s alpha in this study revealed that internal consistency of this scale was excellent. Furthermore the analysis of item discrimination index showed that the quality of each item for this scale was moderately good. Three scales were used to examine the validity of OCB scale. First of all, participants who scored high in OCB scale obtained high score of Obsessive Compulsive Invetory Revised OCI R indicates excellent convergent validity. Secondly, participants who scored high in OCB scale obtained high score of Penn State Worry Questionnaire PSWQ shows that the divergent validity of this scale needs improvement. Thirdly, participants who had high score of OCB scale also scored high in Responsibility Attitude Scale RAS indicates excellent criterion validity."

"ABSTRAKIndustri Otomotif merupakan industri yang prospektif dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan pada pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Peluang tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh Bapak Isnendar dengan mendirikan PT. Moreen Indonesia, perusahaan manufaktur komponen yang diperlukan oleh produsen komponen untuk kendaraan bermotor. Saat ini PT. Moreen Indonesia mempekerjakan 70 karyawan. Di tengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin kuat, Bapak Isnendar harus mengoptimalkan kapabilitas internal perusahaan, salah satunya adalah kinerja karyawan. Kendala utama yang dihadapi menurut Bapak Isnendar adalah motivasi karyawan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh tidak adanya Peraturan Perusahaan yang menerangkan tentang penghargaan dan tidak adanya hukuman yang tegas dalam bentuk Surat Peringatan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan business coaching ini berfokus pada penyusunan Peraturan Perusahaan dan Surat Peringatan, dimana kedua alat tersebut memiliki peran yang penting untuk meningkatkan motivasi karyawan dalam bekerja.

ABSTRACTThe Automotive Industry is one of the most prospective industry and has a significant contribution to the economic growth of Indonesia. This opportunity is seized by Mr. Isnendar by establishing PT. Moreen Indonesia, a manufacturing business that is producing spareparts that are required by another companies who are manufacturing spareparts for motorized vehicles. PT. Moreen Indonesia is now employing 70 employees. Within the high intensity of competition, Bapak Isnendar is obliged to optimize the internal capabilities of the company, where one of them is related human resources. The main obstacles that Bapak Isnendar need to face in optimizing the human resources are the employee motivation that needs to be improved. This is caused by not owning clear and written rewards in Company Regulation and the disciplinary intervention system has not been implemented. Therefore, the activities of business coaching will consist of drafting Company Regulation and Disciplinary Form, which both of them are important tools in order to enhance the employee motivation."
