"ABSTRAK Samarium-Metal Organic Frameworks (Sm-MOFs) berhasil disintesis mengunakan metoda solvotermal berbasis ligan 2,6-naftalendikarboksilat (2,6-NDC) sebagai linker dan ion logam samarium (Sm3+) sebagai pusat kluster. Struktur ligan 2,6-NDC yang kaku dan kemampuan logam samarium dalam membentuk bilangan koordinasi tinggi dimanfaatkan untuk memperoleh disain MOFs yang memiliki kerangka koordinasi dengan luas permukaan yang besar. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan variasi sintesis Sm-MOFs melalui parameter suhu, perbandingan mol reaktan dan nilai pH. Tidak adanya serapan pada bilangan gelombang 1700cm-1 sebagai vibrasi ulur v(C=O) untuk 2,6-NDC, mengindikasi telah terjadinya deprotonasi ligan pada gugus (O-H) karboksilat, sehingga atom oksigen dari ligan dapat berkoordinasi dengan ion logam samarium. Hal ini menandakan Sm-MOFs telah berhasil terbentuk. Intensitas puncak difraksi yang kuat dan tajam mengindikasi kristalinitas Sm-MOFs yang cukup tinggi. Sm-MOFs yang disintesis pada pH 9 memiliki ukuran partikel yang lebih kecil dibadingkan pH 4, sehingga memiliki luas permukaan yang lebih besar yakni 107m2/g. Energi celah pita dihitung dengan mengunakan teori Kubelka-Munk, secara berurutan diperoleh untuk pH 4,7 dan 9 sebesar 3,1, 3,4 dan 3,42eV. Data siklik voltametri menunjukan nilai potensial reduksi Sm-MOFs pH 4 diperoleh sebesar -2,1volt dan potensial oksidasinya sebesar 0,6volt. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, material ini berpotensi sebagai material semikonduktor dalam fotokatalis degradasi metilen biru, dimana Sm-MOFs pH 4 dalam waktu 240menit mampu mendegradasi metilen biru sebesar 68,6%, sedangkan Sm-MOFs pH 9 mampu mendegradasi sebesar 87,6%.

ABSTRACT
Samarium-Metal Organic Frameworks (Sm-MOFs) have been successfully synthesized based on 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid ligand (2,6-NDC) and ion samarium (Sm3+) as metal linkers using solvothermal methods. Rigidity 2.6-NDC structure and the ability of the samarium metal forming high coordination numbers are utilized to obtain the MOF disain has a coordination framework with a large surface area. In this study, parameters variations in the synthesis of Sm-MOFs were carried out through temperature, mol of reactants and pH. The absence of absorption at wave number 1700cm-1 as vibration stretching v(C = O) from 2.6-NDC, indicates that there has been deprotonation of the ligand on the carboxylic group, the oxygen atom from ligand can coordinate with the samarium metal ion. This indicates that Sm-MOFs has been successfully formed. Peak intensity of strong and sharp from x-ray diffraction indicates the high crystallinity of Sm-MOFs. Sm-MOFs synthesized at pH 9 have a smaller particle size compared to pH 4, it has a larger surface area of 107m2/g. Band gap energy was calculated using the Kubelka-Munk theory, sequentially obtained for pH 4, 7 and 9 of 3,1 ; 3,4 and 3,42eV. Cyclic voltammetry data shows that the value of Sm-MOFs reduction potential pH 4 is obtained -2,1volt and oxidation potential is 0,6volt. Based on the analysis data, this material has the potential as a semiconductor for photocatalysts methylene blue degradation, where Sm-MOFs pH 4 in 240minutes can degradation methylene blue by 68,6%, while Sm-MOFs pH 9 can degrade 87,6%.

"Eksipien koproses xanthan gum-amilosa tersambungsilang (Ko-CLA-XG) beresiko mengalami degradasi enzimatis oleh α-amilase. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi pelepasan obat dalam matriks eksipien Ko-CLA-XG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui degradasi enzimatis eksipien Ko-CLA-XG dan melihat pengaruh α-amilase pada profil disolusi tablet lepas lambat natrium diklofenak dengan matriks eksipien Ko-CLA-XG. Eksipien Ko-CLA-XG merupakan hasil koproses dari amilosa tersambungsilang dengan xanthan gum. Amilosa disambungsilang dengan menggunakan natrium trimetafosfat dalam konsentrasi 6% dan 12%. Eksipien Ko-CLA6-XG dan Ko-CLA12-XG dibuat dengan perbandingan 1:1, 1:2, dan 2:1 kemudian dilakukan uji degradasi enzimatis dengan metode iodin. Selanjutnya eksipien Ko-CLA-XG diformulasikan menjadi tablet lepas lambat dengan metode kempa langsung. Tablet lepas lambat yang dihasilkan dievaluasi dan dipelajari profil pelepasan obat dengan dan tanpa menggunakan α-amilase.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan derajat substitusi CLA6 dan CLA12 adalah 0,204 dan 0,319. Waktu untuk mendegradasi CLA sebanyak 20% dari eksipien Ko-CLA6-XG 1:1, 1:2, dan 2:1 berturut-turut adalah 28 menit, 43 menit, dan 24 menit serta eksipien Ko-CLA12-XG 1:1, 1:2, dan 2:1 berturut-turut adalah 44 menit, 45 menit, dan 36 menit. Seluruh tablet lepas lambat yang diformulasikan memenuhi persyaratan evaluasi tablet. Profil pelepasan tablet dengan matriks eksipien Ko-CLA-XG tidak terpengaruh oleh adanya α-amilase. Oleh karena itu, eksipien Ko-CLAXG dapat digunakan sebagai matriks tablet lepas lambat.

Coproccessed xanthan gum-crosslinked amylose (Co-CLA-XG) excipients are at risk of enzymatic degradation by α-amylase. It may affect the drug release of tablets with Co-CLA-XG excipients matrices. This study aims to know the enzymatic degradation of Co-CLA-XG excipients and to view α-amylase effect on dissolution profile of sodium diclofenac sustained release tablet with Co-CLA-XG excipients matrices. Co-CLA-XG excipients is the result of crosslinked amylose and coproccessed with xanthan gum. Amylose was crosslinked using sodium trimetaphosphate, which is 6% and 12%. Co-CLA6-XG and Co-CLA12-XG excipients were made with a ratio of 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1 then evaluated for enzymatic degradation using iodine method. Afterward, Co-CLA-XG excipients were formulated into sustained release tablets by direct compression. Tablets were evaluated and studied drug release profile using and without α-amylase.
The results showed substitution degree of CLA6 and CLA12 were 0.204 and 0.319. Time to degrade 20% CLA for Co-CLA6-XG excipients 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1 were 28, 43, and 24 minutes with Co-CLA12-XG excipients 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1 were 44, 45, and 36 minutes. Tablets fulfilled tablet evaluation requirements. The release profile of tablets with Co-CLA-XG excipients matrices were not affected by α-amylase. Therefore, Co-CLA-XG excipients can be used as a sustained-release tablet matrices.

Apoteker memiliki peran dan fungsi dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Suku
Dinas Kesehatan. Peran dan fungsi apoteker berkaitan dengan
pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan aplikasi cara perizinan, serta pembinaan,
pengawasan, dan pengendalian dari pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk sarana
dan tenaga kesehatan. Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di Suku Dinas
Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat dilakukan untuk memberikan
gambaran mengenai peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Suku
Dinas Kesehatan serta mengetahui permasalahan kefarmasian yang terjadi
di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Peran, tugas,
dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi
Jakarta Barat adalah melakukan kegiatan pembinaan, pengawasan dan
pengendalian (binwasdal) pelayanan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian
meliputi Usaha Mikro Obat Tradisional (UMOT), sub penyalur alat
kesehatan, apotek, toko obat, depo obat, dan industri makanan minuman
rumah tangga, pemantauan harga obat, pengelolaan dan pengendalian
obat, serta standardisasi mutu kesehatan. Tugas pokok Suku Dinas
Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat di bidang kefarmasian adalah
pengawasan dan pengendalian ketersediaan kefarmasian, serta
pelaksanaan pembinaan, pengawasan, pengendalian, monitoring, dan
evaluasi terhadap tenaga kefarmasian dan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian.
Permasalahan kefarmasian di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi
Jakarta Barat adalah sistem pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan sistem pengaturan penyimpanan sediaan farmasi di gudang yang belum sesuai.

Pharmacists have role and function in health services in the Health
Department. The role and function of pharmacists related to the
knowledge, understanding, and application licensing, as well as
guidance, supervision, and control of health care, including health
facilities and personnel. Profession Practices in Suku Dinas Kesehatan
Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat conducted to provide an overview of
the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Health
Department and to know pharmaceutical problems that occurred in Suku
Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Roles, duties and
responsibilities of pharmacists in Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota
Administrasi Jakarta Barat is conducting guidance, supervision, and
control of facility pharmacy services includes Usaha Mikro Obat
Tradisional (UMOT), sub distributor of medical equipment, pharmacies,
drug stores, drug depo, and food and beverage home industry, drug
price monitoring, management and control of drugs, as well as the
quality healthcare standardization. The principal tasks of Suku Dinas
Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat in the field of pharmacy is
monitoring and controlling the availability of pharmaceuticals, as
well as the implementation of the guidance, supervision, control,
monitoring, and evaluation of pharmacy personnel and pharmacy services
facility. Pharmacy?s problem in Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi
Jakarta Barat is the pharmaceutical management system and pharmaceutical storage regulatory system in a warehouse has not been appropriate., Pharmacists have role and function in health services in the Health

Apoteker bertanggung jawab dalam menangani pengelolaan Sediaan Farmasi,
Alat Kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinik
di apotek. Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di Apotek SAFA diperlukan untuk
mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di apotek serta
memahami praktik kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan non teknis kefarmasian di
Apotek SAFA. Apoteker bertugas dalam memimpin, mengatur, mengawasi,
dan bertanggungjawab terhadap seluruh kegiatan apotek. Apoteker Pengelola
Apotek (APA) di Apotek SAFA belum sepenuhnya menjalankan fungsinya
sesuai dengan Undang-Undang dan peraturan yang berlaku dalam mengelola
semua kegiatan yang berlangsung di Apotek SAFA baik manajerial maupun
pemberian pelayanan kefarmasian yang baik bagi pelanggan Apotek SAFA.
Pengelolaan apotek di Apotek SAFA mencakup administrasi, manajemen pengadaan, penyimpanan, penjualan dan pelayanan telah berjalan dengan cukup baik.

ABSTRAK
Apoteker dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan komprehensif mengenai aspek CPOB dengan perannya sebagai personil kunci dalam industri farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi di PT. Konimex diperlukan untuk memberikan pembekalan ilmu mengenai peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker; keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis pekerjaan kefarmasian; penerapan CPOB di PT. Konimex; dan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PT. Konimex. Apoteker bertanggung jawab sebagai personil kunci dalam industri farmasi yaitu penanggung jawab bagian produksi, bagian pemastian mutu, dan bagian pengawasan mutu. Apoteker sebagai personil kunci memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan dan menjaga kualitas produk sesuai persyaratan dengan keahlian yang dimiliki dan pemahaman CPOB. Aspek CPOB untuk menghasilkan produk yang konsisten berkualitas adalah manajemen mutu, personalia, bangunan dan fasilitas, peralatan, sanitasi dan higiene, produksi, pengawasan mutu, inspeksi diri dan audit mutu, penanganan keluhan terhadap produk, penarikan kembali produk dan produk kembalian, dokumentasi, kualifikasi dan validasi. Permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PT. Konimex adalah perlunya peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya sanitasi terhadap proses produksi. Pelatihan CPOB secara berkala diharapkan dapatmengatasi hal tersebut.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacists are required to have comprehensive capabilities regarding GMP aspects as the key personnel in the pharmaceutical industry. Profession Practices in PT. Konimex required to know roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists; skills, and practical experience pharmacy work; GMP implementation in PT. Konimex; and problems of pharmaceutical in PT. Konimex. Pharmacists as key personnel in the pharmaceutical industry are responsible in production, quality assurance, and quality control. Pharmacists as key personnel play an important role in determining and maintaining quality product in accordance with the requirements with its expertise and GMP knowledge. GMP aspects to produce a consistent product quality are quality management, personnel, buildings and facilities, equipment, sanitation and hygiene, production, quality control, self inspection and quality audit, the handling of complaints against products, product recalls and product returns, documentation, qualification and validation. PT. Konimex need an improvement of the importance of sanitation understanding to the production process as its pharmaceutical problems. Reguler GMP training is expected to overcome it.
