Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji efektivitas buku saku dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu terkait mempersiapkan anak pertama menjadi seorang kakak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-test and post-test design kepada lima orang partisipan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Karakteristik partisipan yaitu ibu yang sedang mengandung anak kedua dan memiliki anak pertama berusia 2-3 tahun. Metode wawancara dipakai sebagai metode pengambilan data. Isi dari buku saku ini terdiri dari lima tips untuk mempersiapkan anak pertama menjadi seorang kakak, yaitu: 1) mengajak anak pertama mengikuti kelas prenatal, 2) diskusi tentang kehamilan dan bayi, 3) mengajak anak pertama ikut serta saat ibu memeriksakan kandungan ke dokter/bidan, 4) membacakan buku cerita tentang kelahiran bayi, dan 5) merasakan gerakan bayi di dalam perut ibu. Hasil analisa statistik wilcoxon signed ranks menunjukkan bahwa buku saku secara efektif dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu terkait mempersiapkan anak pertama menjadi seorang kakak.
ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to test effectiveness of booklet in order to enhance mothers? knowledge to prepare their firstborn to take role as elder sibling in the family. The research utilises pre-test and post-test design subjected to the five chosen participants through purposive sampling. Its characteristics can be shown to be mothers who are expecting their second child and already have first child aged 2-3 years old. Interview is the applicable method to obtain the sufficient data used in this research. The content of this booklet consists of five tips to prepare the firstborn to be elder sibling, which are: 1) to engage firstborn to attend prenatal class, 2) to have discussion about pregnancy and babies, 3) to engage their firstborn to come along with mother when they are having prenatal check-up with their obestetricians, 4) to read along with their firstborn about childbirth, and 5) to feel the baby?s movement in utero. Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Perilaku Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun pada Siswa MI Yapimda Pejaten Timur Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2011
"Permasalahan kesehatan akibat kurangnya cuci tangan pakai sabun (CTPS) masih menjadi masalah di dunia. CTPS belum banyak diterapkan oleh masyarakat, termasuk di MI Yapimda Jakarta Selatan yang baru saja mendapat intervensi untuk pertama kalinya oleh peneliti. Penelitian dilakukan pada 55 siswa kelas 4 dan 5 selama bulan Mei-Juni 2011 untuk melihat hubungan jenis kelamin, pekerjaan orang tua, suku bangsa orang tua, pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan orang tua, dukungan guru, sanksi sekolah, dan keterjangkauan fasilitas CTPS di sekolah dengan perilaku CTPS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hanya dukungan orang tua yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan perilaku CTPS pada siswa MI Yapimda.
The lack of hand washing with soap (HWWS) still contributing many health problems. Society not adopted this concept widely, as researcher found in Yapimda Islamic Primary School (MI Yapimda) in South Jakarta, which never received any intervention before. During May - June 2011, 55 students from 4th and 5th grade observed to examine any connection between gender, parent's occupation, ethnic, knowledge, attitude, parental and teacher's support, school regulation, and the accessibility of facilities in school with the behavior of HWWS. As the result, only parental support had significant connection with student behavior of HWWS at MI Yapimda."

"Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah, Direktorat Jenderal Bina Keuangan Daerah Kementerian Dalam Negeri RI memerlukan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kualitas dan kompetensi terbaik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh peran Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang sangat krusial karena perannya sebagai penyelenggara pemerintahan dan pelaksana pembangunan yang melekat pada tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Penerapan teori Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada  ASN bisa memberikan kontribusi positif baik terhadap kinerja ASN maupun instansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis sejauh mana implementasi OCB pada ASN Direktorat Jenderal Bina Keuangan Daerah Kementerian Dalam Negeri RI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ASN, terutama dari generasi Z, menunjukkan tingkat penerapan OCB yang tinggi di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Bina Keuangan Daerah. Penerapan OCB menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian target kinerja Direktorat Jenderal Bina Keuangan Daerah, sebagaimana dibuktikan melalui laporan kinerja.
In carrying out its duties in managing local finances, the Directorate General of Regional Finance of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia requires Human Resources (HR) with the highest quality and competence. This is attributed to the crucial role of Civil Servants (ASN) due to their responsibilities as administrators of governance and implementers of development inherent in their duties and responsibilities. The application of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) theory to ASN can contribute positively to both the performance of ASN and the institution. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of OCB in ASN at the Directorate General of Regional Finance of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with stratified random sampling technique. The results of this research indicate that the majority of Civil Servants (ASN), especially from the Z generation, demonstrate a high level of implementation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Directorate General of Regional Financial Management. The implementation of OCB becomes one of the factors influencing the achievement of performance targets for the Directorate General of Regional Financial Management, as evidenced by the Performance Report."
