"Peptida merupakan suatu komponen bioaktif yang beberapa tahun terakhir banyak dimanfaatkan dalam produk kosmetik, terutama produk perawatan kulit karena memiliki aktivitas sebagai antikerut. Vitamin B3 sebagai pelembab kulit akan memberikan efek sinergis sebagai antikerut apabila dikombinasi dengan peptida. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dilihat manfaat lain dari peptida yaitu sebagai bahan peningkat penetrasi melalui mekanisme mempengaruhi lipid intermolekuler lapisan tanduk. Oleh karena itu, diformulasikan suatu sediaan serum peptida dan gel tanpa peptida Cu-GHK untuk membandingkan perbedaan jumlah vitamin B3 yang terpenetrasi. Serum merupakan suatu bentuk sediaan baru yang berarti sediaan terkonsentrat tinggi dan mengandung peptida dengan viskositas rendah. Daya penetrasi vitamin B3 diuji secara in vitro dengan alat sel difusi Franz menggunakan membran abdomen tikus. Nilai fluks vitamin B3 selama 8 jam beturut-turut ialah 688,9 dan 701,6 μg cm-2 jam-1. Hasil percobaan menyatakan bahwa peptida Cu- GHK menghambat penetrasi vitamin B3. Kemudian uji stabilitas fisik dilakukan melalui cycling test dan pengamatan pada penyimpanan selama 8 minggu di suhu tinggi (40° ± 2°C), suhu kamar (28 ± 2°C), dan suhu rendah (4° ± 2°C). Kedua sediaan menunjukkan kestabilan fisik yang baik dengan parameter kestabilan di ketiga suhu yaitu organoleptis, pH, dan viskositas (suhu kamar).

Peptide is a bioactive component that has been used in cosmetics in recent years, especially in skin care products because of its function as anti-wrinkle substance. In this research, peptide is not only as a bioactive component but also as a penetration-enhancing agent through the mechanism of intermolecular affect of stratum corneum lipids. The combination of the peptide and vitamin B3 result in a synergict effect producing anti-wrinkle substance which is as skin moisturizer. Therefore, gels were formulated with or without Cu-GHK peptide to compare the difference in the number of penetrated vitamin B3.

In vitro penetration study was determined with Franz diffusion cell using rat abdominal membrane. Vitamin B3 flux values within 8 hours process were recorded 688,9 dan 701,6 g cm-2 hour-1. It opposite hipotesis because of peptide was not increased the penetration. Then, physical stability test of gels were performed through cycling tests and observation on storage for 8 weeks at high temperature (40 ° ± 2 ° C), room temperature (28 ± 2°C), and cold temperature (4 ° ± 2 ° C). Both of gels show good physical stability on three parameters of stability, are organoleptic, pH, and viscosity (room temperature)."

Pemberdayaan wanita dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai media komunikasi, salah satunya ialah media gimmick dalam bentuk tas kosmetik agar lebih menarik dan mudah diingat.

Melalui praktek kerja ini, apoteker dapat melihat secara langsung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian, administrasi, dan manajemen di Apotek Atrika. Kemudian, tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penggunaan Lodia® di Apotek Atrika Pada Periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Lodia® yang diresepkan sebagai obat diare di Apotek Atrika selama periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013 dan menganalisis penggunaan atau peresepan Lodia® di Apotek Atrika selama periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013 dari sisi kerasionalan resep dan pemberian informasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran resep, total resep yang diterima atau dilayani untuk pengobatan diare berjumlah 7 lembar atau 0,60 % dari jumlah keseluruhan resep yang diterima selama periode tersebut. Pemberian informasi mengenai obat saat penyerahan obat kepada pasien juga telah dilakukan dengan baik di Apotek Atrika.
