"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menjelaskan penempatan pejabat notaris yang memenuhi asas keadilan dan menganalisis mengenai cara mengatasi persaingan antar pejabat notaris yang berkaitan dengan penempatan wilayah jabatan notaris. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah pengaturan penempatan pejabat notaris yang memenuhi asas keadilan dan mengatasi persaingan antar rekan notaris, serta mengusulkan pengaturan ideal mengenai penempatan pejabat notaris yang memenuhi asas keadilan dan cara mengatasi persaingan antar rekan notaris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan yang berbentuk yuridis-normatif. Tipe penelitiannya adalah deskriptif analitis dengan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan primer. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan didukung oleh wawancara kepada informan. Hasil dari penelitian adalah untuk memenuhi asas keadilan dalam penempatan notaris pemerintah harus dapat memberikan kebebasan dalam memilih wilayah kerjanya dengan cara memperhatikan kesejahteraan notaris baru dan pemerintah perlu mengatur pengaturan mengenai persaingan antar rekan notaris guna mengatasi persaingan antar rekan notaris. Selain itu notaris juga perlu diawasi karena dalam menjalankan jabatan yang diembannya dapat merugikan masyarakat jika digunakan dengan tidak benar.

ABSTRACTThis study describes the placement of notary officials who fulfill the principle of justice and analyze how to deal with competition between notary officials relating to the placement of notary positions. The issues raised were arrangements for placement of notary officials who met the principle of justice and overcoming competition among notary associates, and proposed ideal arrangements regarding the placement of notary officials who met the principle of justice and how to overcome competition between notary colleagues. The research method used is a juridical-normative library research method. The type of research is analytical descriptive with the types of data used are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques use a qualitative approach and are supported by interviews with informants. The results of the study are to fulfill the principle of fairness in the placement of a notary government must be able to give freedom in choosing their working area by paying attention to the welfare of new notaries and the government needs to regulate the competition among notary partners to overcome competition among notary colleagues. In addition, a notary also needs to be monitored because in carrying out his position, he can harm the community if it is used incorrectly. "

"Koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang dijadikan sokoguru perekenomian bangsa Indonesia memiliki banyak masalah yang dihadapi seperti kasus investasi bodong Koperasi Cipaganti, penipuan oleh Koperasi Pandawa yang disebabkan oleh lemahnya pengawasan internal yang terjadi di dalam badan koperasi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan sebuah penelitian mengenai pengaturan peran dan kedudukan organ pengawas dalam badan usaha koperasi dengan menganalisis pengaturan mengenai peran dan kedudukan organ pengawas dalam badan usaha koperasi, serta mengusulkan pengaturan ideal peran dan kedudukan organ pengawas dalam badan usaha koperasi dalam hukum Indonesia. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif, dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif analitis, dengan metode analisa data kualitatif, penelitian ini akan menjajaki pengaturanpengaturan mengenai peran dan kedudukan pengawas internal yang dijalankan oleh organ pengawas dalam badan usaha koperasi. Untuk memenuhi keperluan data untuk meneliti, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian kepustakaan merupakan penelitian yang bersumber dari bahan-bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Selain itu, salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan fungsi pengawasan adalah dengan memperbaiki sumber daya manusia anggota-anggota koperasi serta menerapkan prinsip koperasi dalam bidang pengawasan koperasi.
