"Berdasarkan pada survei yang dilakukan oleh Asosiasi E-commerce Indonesia (idEA) menemukan bahwa semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan tenaga kerja baru pada industri digital karena rasio turnover mencapai 19,22% dimana rasio turnover tersebut relatif lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan industri lain yang memiliki rata-rata rasio turnover sebesar 10%. Terdapat tantangan tersendiri dalam mengelola Generasi milenial bagi sebuah perusahaan khususnya startup e-commerce yang menjadi daya tarik Generasi milenial untuk dapat bekerja di tempat tersebut tetapi rasio turnover masih relatif lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan industri lain. Akan menjadi sebuah permasalahan bagi perusahaan itu sendiri apabila tidak bisa mengelola Generasi milenial dengan baik karena generasi tersebut memiliki kebutuhan berbeda dari generasi-generasi sebelumnya. Terdapat beberapa cara dalam mengelola Generasi milenial di dunia kerja yaitu dengan memfasilitasi sebuah training yang bertujuan untuk pertumbuhan pribadinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari employee perceptions of training terhadap turnover intention dengan organizational commitment sebagai mediasi dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data penelitian diperoleh dari 284 karyawan dari generasi milenial di startup e-commerce Jabodetabek melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived availability of training dan perceived supervisor support for training yang merupakan konstruk dari variabel employee perceptions of training merupakan konstruk yang paling berpengaruh pada variabel organizational commitment dimana organizational commitment terbukti memediasi namun tidak dengan perceived benefits of training.

Based on a survey conducted by the Indonesian E-commerce Association (idEA) found that the increasing need for new workers in the digital industry is due to the turnover ratio reaching 19.22% where the turnover ratio is relatively higher when compared to other industries which have an average turnover ratio of 10%. There are challenges in managing the millennial generation for a company, especially e-commerce startups which attracts the millennial generation to be able to work there but the turnover ratio is still relatively high when compared to other industries. It will be a problem for the company itself if it cannot manage the millennial generation properly because this generation has different needs from previous generations. There are several ways to manage the millennial generation in work by facilitating a training aimed for personal growth. This study aims to determine the effect of employee perceptions of training on turnover intention with organizational commitment as mediation using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. Research data were obtained from 284 employees of the millennial generation at e-commerce startups in Jabodetabek through a questionnaire. The results showed that perceived availability of training and perceived supervisor support for training as a construct of the variable of employee perceptions of training has the most influence to the organizational commitment where organizational commitment are proven to mediate but not with perceived benefits of training.

"Generasi Milenial, yang mendominasi populasi dunia saat ini, dapat menjadi peluang sekaligus tantangan karena karakteristiknya yang tidak bisa bertahan lama di sebuah Perusahaan seperti generasi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh career growth dan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention karyawan Milenial, yang dimediasi oleh organizational commitment. Data empiris dikumpulkan dari 316 responden menggunakan survei online, kemudian data sebanyak 316 responden yang dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut. Responden adalah karyawan tetap kategori Milenial (lahir antara tahun 1980 dan 1996) di Indonesia yang saat ini bekerja di sebuah perusahaan dengan masa kerja minimum 2 tahun.
Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak Lisrel 8.8. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa career growth dan perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment dan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa organizational commitment secara signifikan berfungsi sebagai faktor mediasi dalam hubungan antara career growth dan perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention.
Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, yaitu terbatas pada karyawan tetap generasi Milenial, menggunakan variabel yang unidimensional dengan item terbatas, metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner online yang bersifat self-assessment, dan skala Likert tujuh poin, sehingga hasilnya tidak dapat digeneralisasi dan tidak mencerminkan keragaman perspektif responden secara mendalam. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi organisasi ataupun manajemen perusahaan dalam mengembangkan kebijakan yang efektif untuk mengelola karyawan dalam kaitannya dengan fenomena turnover intention.

The Millennial generation, which dominates the world’s current population, can be both an opportunity and a challenge due to its characteristic of being unable to stay in a company for a long period of time like previous generations. This research aims to measure the influence of career growth and perceived organizational support on turnover intention among millennial employees, mediated by organizational commitment. Empirical data were collected from 316 respondents using an online survei, then data from 316 respondents were further analyzed. The respondents are millennial permanent employees (born between 1980 and 1996) in Indonesia who are currently working in a company with a minimum tenure of 2 years.
The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 software. The results indicate that career growth and perceived organizational support have a positive influence on organizational commitment and a negative influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, it was found that organizational commitment significantly mediates the relationship between career growth and perceived organizational support on turnover intention.
This research has several limitations, namely being restricted to millennial permanent employees, using unidimensional variables with limited items, employing a quantitative method through a self-assessment online questionnaire with a seven point Likert scale. Consequently, the results cannot be generalized and do not deeply reflect the diversity of respondents’ perspectives. Through this study, it is hoped to provide insights for organizations or company management in developing effective policies for managing employees in relation to turnover intention.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh workplace flexibility terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh affective commitment dan employee engagement pada karyawan generasi milenial Indonesia. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode convenience sampling dan cross-sectional design dengan jumlah sampel 510 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workplace flexibility tidak memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Sedangkan workplace flexibility memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment dan employee engagement. Selanjutnya, affective commitment dan employee engagement memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Kontribusi teoritis dari penelitian ini adalah dapat menemukan pengaruh negatif workplace flexibility terhadap turnover intention ketika dimediasi oleh affective commitment dan emplyoee engagement. Selain itu, kontribusi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk dapat menurunkan turnover intention karyawan generasi milenial Indonesia.

This study aims to understand the effect of workplace flexibility on turnover intention which is mediated by affective commitment and employee engagement on Indonesia millennial employees. This quantitative study approach with convenience sampling and cross-sectional design with a sample of 510 respondents. Data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
The result of the study show that workplace flexibility does not have a negative influence on turnover intention. While workplace flexibility has a positive influence on affective commitment and employee engagement. Furthermore, affective commitment and employee engagement have a negative influence on turnover intention. The theoretical contribution of this study is to be able to find the negative effect of workplace flexibility on turnover intention when mediated by affective commitment and employee engagement. In addition, the practical contribution of this research is as a provision of considerable factors in minimizing the turnover intention of Indonesian millennial employees.

"Penelitian ini secara garis besar dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek dengan peran mediasi burnout. Terdapat 6 hipotesis yang peneliti rancang pada penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM), beberapa temuan dihasilkan dari data yang telah terkumpul dari 207 responden pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Temuan atau hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived supervisor support memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap burnout dan turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Kemudian, self-efficacy juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan negatif terhadap burnout dan turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Ditambah dengan adanya variabel burnout memediasi hubungan antara perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy terhadap turnover intention pekerja Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek, semakin tinggi perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy yang dimiliki karyawan Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek, maka semakin rendah perasaan burnout dan turnover intention yang dialami oleh karyawan Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek. Kesimpulannya, penting untuk perusahaan memperhatikan perceived supervisor support dan self-efficacy dari karyawannya khususnya Gen Y dan Gen Z di Jabodetabek untuk menurunkan tingkat burnout dan turnover intention karyawannya.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived supervisor support and self- efficacy on the turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek with the role of mediating burnout. Using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach, several findings were generated from data collected from 207 Gen Y and Gen Z worker respondents in Greater Jakarta. The findings in this study indicate that perceived supervisor support has a significant negative effect on burnout and turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Then, self-efficacy also has a significant negative effect on burnout and turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Coupled with the presence of the burnout variable mediating the relationship between perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy on the turnover intention of Gen Y and Gen Z workers in Jabodetabek. Thus, the higher the perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy of Gen Y and Gen Z employees in Jabodetabek, the lower feelings of burnout and turnover intention experienced by Gen Y and Gen Z employees in Jabodetabek. In conclusion, it is important for companies to pay attention to the perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy of their employees, especially Gen Y and Gen Z in Jabodetabek to reduce the burnout rate and turnover intention of their employees."

"Keluarnya karyawan dari perusahaan adalah fenomena yang selalu terjadi. Saat ini tingkat keluarnya karyawan cenderung tinggi dan terus meningkat, baik karena alasan ekonomi maupun karena pengembangan karier, terutama pada Generasi Milenial. Hal tersebut dapat merugikan karyawan dan perusahaan. Keluarnya karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh niat keluar dan keterlibatan karyawan. Namun, saat ini tingkat niat keluar karyawan tinggi dan keterlibatan karyawan rendah, karena ketidakpuasan terhadap gaji/upah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi niat keluar, komitmen organisasi, keterlibatan karyawan, dan kepuasan penghargaan. Penelitian dilakukan secara daring pada 176 karyawan Generasi Milenial. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode regresi dan PROCESS v4.2 menunjukkan: kepuasan penghargaan memengaruhi keterlibatan karyawan dan komitmen organisasi secara positif, serta niat keluar secara negatif; keterlibatan karyawan memengaruhi komitmen organisasi secara positif dan niat keluar secara negatif; dan keterlibatan karyawan dapat memediasi pengaruh kepuasan penghargaan terhadap komitmen organisasi, tetapi tidak terhadap niat keluar. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa karyawan Generasi Milenial memiliki niat keluar yang rendah, keterlibatan karyawan tinggi, serta komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan penghargaan sedang. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan penghargaan yang diberikan dan memberikan peran pekerjaan yang dapat melibatkan karyawan secara aktif agar karyawan memiliki komitmen yang lebih kuat dan tidak memiliki niat untuk keluar sehingga meminimalisasi
keluarnya karyawan.

Employee turnover is a phenomenon that always occurs. Currently, employee turnover rates tend to be high and continue to increase, both for economic reasons and for career development, especially among the Millennial Generation. This can be detrimental to employees and companies. Employee turnover can be influenced by turnover intention and employee engagement. However, currently the level of employee turnover intention is high and employee engagement is low, due to dissatisfaction with salary/wages. This research aims to determine the interaction of turnover intention, organizational commitment, employee engagement, and reward satisfaction. Research was conducted online on 176 Millennial Generation employees. The results of the analysis using the regression and PROCESS v4.2 method show: reward satisfaction influences employee engagement and organizational commitment positively, and turnover intention negatively; employee engagement influences organizational commitment positively and turnover intention negatively; and employee engagement can mediate the effect of reward satisfaction on organizational commitment, but not on intention to leave. In addition, it was found that Millennial Generation employees have low turnover intention, high employee engagement, and moderate organizational commitment and reward satisfaction. In this way, companies can increase the rewards given and provide work roles that can actively engage employees so employees have stronger commitment and have no intention of leaving, thereby minimizing employee turnover."

Studi ini menjelaskan bagaimana fun at work dapat memengaruhi turnover intention dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan affective commitment sebagai mediator. Studi dilakukan pada 316 karyawan milenial di industri kreatif digital. Responden mengisi kuesioner untuk menilai unsur-unsur fun at work, turnover intention,
OCB, dan affective commitment. Metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menunjukkan hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa fun at work berhubungan negatif dan langsung dengan turnover intention dan secara positif dan langsung terkait dengan OCB serta affective commitment memediasi secara parsial pada kedua hubungan tersebut. OCB merupakan prediktor yang berhubungan negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

ABSTRACT
This study explained how fun at work influence turnover intention and OCB with affective commitment as a mediator. The study was conducted on 316 millennial employees in the digital creative industry. Respondents filled out questionnaires to assess elements of fun at work, turnover intention, OCB, and affective commitment. Structural
Equation Modeling method was used to show the relationship between variables. "Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan media sosial pada keterlibatan karyawan, pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan pada komitmen afektif, dan efek mediasi dari kepuasan kerja dalam komitmen afektif pada turnover intention pada generasi milenial di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain konklusif dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai alat penelitian. Metode analisis untuk penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi LISREL 5.21.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada 206 responden, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan media sosial memiliki efek pada keterlibatan karyawan, baik pada keterlibatan kerja dan keterlibatan organisasi. Hasil juga membuktikan bahwa baik keterlibatan kerja dan keterlibatan organisasi sebagai atribut keterlibatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif pada komitmen afektif.
Studi ini menunjukkan keterlibatan organisasi memiliki dampak yang lebih besar daripada keterlibatan kerja pada komitmen afektif. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Terakhir, kepuasan kerja sebagian dapat memediasi efek negatif dari komitmen afektif pada niat turnover.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the use of social media on employee engagement, the effect of employee involvement on affective commitment, and the mediating effect of job satisfaction on affective commitment on turnover intention on millennial generation in Indonesia. This study uses a conclusive design and quantitative approach with a questionnaire as a research tool. The analytical method for this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the application of LISREL 5.21.
Based on the results of research conducted on 206 respondents, this study proves that the use of social media has an effect on employee engagement, both on work engagement and organizational involvement. The results also prove that both work engagement and organizational involvement as attributes of employee involvement have a positive influence on affective commitment.
This study shows organizational involvement has a greater impact than work engagement on affective commitment. The results also showed that affective commitment had a positive effect on job satisfaction and had a negative effect on turnover intention. Finally, job satisfaction can partly mediate the negative effects of affective commitment on turnover intentions.

"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efek ethical leadership terhadap organizational cynicism dari karyawan perusahaan e-commerce di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menguji mekanisme variabel leader-member exchange dan organizational identification sebagai variabel mediasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modelling (SEM) dari data yang didapatkan melalui survei cross-sectional dari 195 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ethical leadership tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap organizational cynicism yang dirasakan oleh karyawan perusahaan e-commerce di Jabodetabek. Selain itu, leader-member exchange dan organizational identification tidak memediasi hubungan antara ethical leadership dan organizational cynicism secara parsial. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori pada variabel penelitian ini yaitu ethical leadership, leader-member exchange, organizational identification, dan organizational cynicism. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi terhadap implikasi manajerial yang dapat diterapkan diterapkan oleh organisasi terkait dengan konsep ethical leadership, leader-member exchange, organizational identification, dan organizational cynicism.

This study aims to see the effect of ethical leadership on organizational cynicism of employees of e-commerce companies in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). This study examines the mechanism of the variable leader-member exchange and organizational identification as a mediating variable using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach from data obtained through a cross-sectional survey of 195 respondents. The results of this study indicate that ethical leadership does not affect organizational cynicism perceived by employees of e-commerce companies in Greater Jakarta negatively. In addition, leader-member exchange and organizational identification did not partially mediate the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational cynicism. This study contributes to the development of theory on the variables of this study, namely ethical leadership, leader-member exchange, organizational identification, and organizational cynicism. Furthermore, this study also contributes to managerial implications that can be applied by organizations related to the concept of ethical leadership, leader-member exchange, organizational identification, and organizational cynicism."

"Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat krusial dan menjadi faktor penting yang bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai tujuan suatu perusahaan. Kualitas sumber daya manusia akan sangat memengaruhi hasil kinerja perusahaan. Mengingat pentingnya karyawan terhadap keberlangsungan perusahaan, maka kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan juga perlu diperhatikan. Hal ini tercermin dalam quality of work life yang nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction dan turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh quality of worklife terhadap turnover intention dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui google form. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah 102 sampel, yaitu karyawan tetap yang bekerja pada perusahaan e-commerce di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini akan digunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa quality of worklife berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap job satisfaction, quality or worklife berpengaruh signifikan secara negatif terhadap turnover intention dan job satisfaction juga berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap turnover intention. Selanjutnya, hasil sobel test menunjukan bahwa job satisfaction memediasi pengaruh antara quality of worklife terhadap turnover intention.

Human resources are a very crucial factor and are an important factor responsible for achieving the goals of a company. The quality of human resources will greatly affect the company's performance results. Given the importance of employees to the sustainability of the company, the quality of employee work life also needs to be considered. This is reflected in the quality of work life, which will later affect job satisfaction and turnover intentions. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of worklife quality on turnover intention, with job satisfaction serving as a moderating variable. The survey method is used in this quantitative study, with a questionnaire distributed online via Google Form. The number of samples obtained in this study was 102, namely, permanent employees who work for e-commerce companies in Indonesia. This research will use descriptive statistical analysis, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and Sobel test analysis. The results of this study indicate that quality of work life has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, quality of work life has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction also has a negative effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, the results of the Sobel test show that job satisfaction mediates the effect of quality of work life on turnover intention."

"Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perceived organizational support terhadap psychological well-being pekerja generasi milenial Indonesia dengan employee engagement dan affective commitment sebagai variabel mediasi pada generasi milenial. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah para karyawan yang telah bekerja sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pada perusahaan dan merupakan kelahiran antara tahun 1981 hingga 1996. Data kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) LISREL. Penelitian ini mencoba menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi psychological well-being pada karyawan. Terdapat 247 responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support, employee engagement dan affective commitment memengaruhi psychological well-being pekerja generasi milenial Indonesia, dan terdapat peran employee engagement dan affective commitment dalam memediasi hubungan antara perceived organizational support terhadap psychological well-being

The research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on the psychological well-being of Indonesian millennial generation workers with employee engagement and affective commitment as mediating variables in the millennial generation. Respondents in this study were employees who had worked for at least 1 year at the company and were born between 1981 and 1996. The data was then processed using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) LISREL. This study tries to explain the factors that can affect psychological well-being of employees. There were 247 respondents who participated in this study. The results of the study show that employee engagement and affective commitment affect the psychological well-being of Indonesian millennial generation workers, and there is a role for perceived organizational support, employee engagement and affective commitment in mediating the relationship between perceived organizational support and psychological well-being."
