"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk membahas dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan perancangan proses bisnis PT ABC oleh Kantor Konsultan XYZ. PT ABC merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pelabuhan dan maritim. Sedangkan, Kantor Konsultan XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa konsultansi bisnis. Perancangan proses bisnis ini adalah perancangan proses bisnis level 3 setelah terjadinya merger dari 4 (empat) perusahaan yang menjadi PT ABC. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melihat penerapan teori business process management selama proyek perancangan proses bisnis dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, Kantor Konsultan XYZ melaksanakan metode yang berbeda pada tahap desain dan analisis menurut teori business process management. Selanjutnya, pengalaman magang di Kantor Konsultan XYZ kemudian dievaluasi dengan merefleksikan diri pada hal-hal yang telah berjalan dengan baik dan belum berjalan dengan baik, serta mengambil kesimpulan dan tindak lanjut yang akan dilakukan.

This internship report aims to examine and evaluate the implementation of PT ABC business process design by XYZ Consulting Firm. PT ABC is a company operating in the port and maritime sector. In the meantime, XYZ Consulting Firm is a company that operates in the field of business consulting services. This business process design is the level 3 business process design after the merger of the 4 (four) companies that became PT ABC. Evaluation is carried out by looking at the application of business process management theory during the implementation of the business process design project. Based on the evaluation results, XYZ Consulting Firm implemented different methods at the design and analysis stages according to business process management theory. Additionally, the internship experience at XYZ Consulting Firm is then evaluated by reflecting on things that have gone well and not gone well, as well as drawing conclusions and follow-up actions that will be taken. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh struktur kepemilikan dan tata kelola perusahaan terhadaprisk taking sebelum periode krisis tahun 2006-2007 dan peningkatan struktur modal selama periode krisis tahun 2008-2009 pada institusi keuanganyang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2006-2009.Penelitian ini mengacu pada penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Erkens et al. (2012). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakanregresi linear berganda dengan sampel 50 institusi keuangan. Penelitian ini mengacu pada penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Erkens et al. (2012). Penelitian ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi risk taking sebelum periode krisis dan peningkatan struktur modal selama periode krisis. Faktor-faktor tersebut yaitu kepemilikan institusi, pemegang saham terbesar, keterwakilan pemegang saham di komisaris, dan tata kelola perusahan. Penelitian ini kan melihat bagaimana peran dari dominasi pemegang saham dari tiga faktor diawal dan peran dari tata kelola perusahaa sebagai pengawas perusahaan.

This research aims to know the effect of ownership structure and corporate governance toward pre-crisis risk taking and equity capital raising during crisis of financial institution listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2006-2009.This study refers to Erkens et al. (2012). Hypotheses testing used multiple regression using 50 sample of financial institution.

This study refers to Erkens et al. (2012). This study discuss about impact of pre-crisis risk taking and capital raising during crisis, such as ownership structure, large shareholder, share-friendly board, and corporate governance. This study shows how ownership dominan (ownership interest) on risk implementation and capital policies. And adition, this study shows corporate governance?s role which to control manager?s decision."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi struktur modal pada siklus bisnis yang berbeda. Sampel penelitian adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor energi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 2011-2022. Terdapat empat siklus bisnis dalam penelitian ini yaitu peak, trough, expansion dan sideway cycle. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal di setiap business cycle. Hasil ini juga berlaku untuk variabel independen lainnya (tangibilitas, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan kepemilikan terpusat), yang menunjukkan pengaruh yang berbeda di setiap siklus. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus bisnis trough, expansion dan sideway, teori yang dapat mendukung perilaku penentuan struktur modal adalah pecking order theory, sementara pada saat peak cycle teori yang mendukung adalah trade off theory

This study aims to analyze the determinants factors of capital structure in different business cycles. The research sample consists of companies in the energy sector that are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for 2011-2022 period. There are four economic cycles in this study, namely peak, trough, expansion and sideways cycle. The results show that profitability has a significant negative relationship with capital structure in each cycle. These results also apply to other independent variables (tangibility, firm size, firm growth, and ownership concentration), showing different significance and relationship outcomes in each cycle. The results of this study also shows during trough, expansion and sideways cycle, theory that support firm’s capital structure decision is pecking order theory while in the peak cycle the theory supports trade-off theory."

"Laporan magang ini mengevaluasi framework stress testing pada PT XYZ yang disusun oleh PT ABC Konsultan. Evaluasi tersebut meliputi poin-poin dalam stress testing yaitu objektif stress testing, tata kelola stress testing, ruang lingkup stress testing, skenario dan metodologi stress testing, manajemen data stress testing, dan pelaporan stress testing.Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan framework stress testing PT XYZ dengan framework stress testing of Basel Committee dan ketentuan framework stress testing yang tertuang dalam SE OJK No. 34/SEOJK.03/2016 tentang Manajemen Risiko. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat beberapa kesenjangan antara framework stress testing PT XYZ yang disusun oleh PT ABC Konsultan dengan framework stress testing of Basel dan tidak ada kesenjangan dengan SE OJK No. 34/SEOJK.03/2016.

This internship report evaluate the stress testing framework at PT XYZ which was prepared by PT ABC Konsultan. The evaluation includes the objectives of stress testing, the governance of stress testing, the scope of stress testing, scenarios and methodologies of stress testing, data management of stress testing, and reporting. The evaluation was

conducted by comparing the stress testing framework of PT XYZ with the stress testing framework of the Basel Committee and the stress testing framework in SE OJK No. 34/SEOJK.03/2016 concerning Risk Management. The results show that there are some gaps between the stress testing framework of PT XYZ with the stress testing framework of Basel and there is no gap with SE OJK No. 34/SEOJK.03/2016"
