"Penelitian ini tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Depok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; Penelitan ini menggunakan pendekatan  dengan teknik kuantitatif survei dengan kuesioner dan teknik kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 49 orang pegawai. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Diskominfo  Kota Depok. Indikator dari variabel budaya yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Diskominfo  Kota Depok adalah pimpinan mendorong pegawai untuk melakukan inovasi, kerjasama antar tim, komunikasi dengan atasan, dukungan pimpinan dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan penghargaan atas prestasi kerja sehingga dari indikator yang berpengaruh tersebut, dapat dilakukan langkah - langkah strategis peningkatan kinerja pegawai yang tepat sasaran.

This research is about the influence of organizational culture on the performance of the communication and informatics office of the city of Depok. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance; This research uses a mixed method approach with quantitative survey techniques with questionnaires and qualitative techniques with in-depth interviews. The sample used was 49 employees. The analysis method uses linear regression. From the research results obtained that Organizational Culture significantly has a positive influence on improving employee performance in the Diskominfo of depok city. Indicators of cultural variables that affect employee performance at Diskominfo Depok City are leaders encouraging employees to innovate, teamwork, communication with superiors, leadership support in solving problems and appreciation for work achievements. So, from these influential indicators, strategic steps can be taken to improve employee performance that are right on target."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan dan kinerja pada anggota Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian mendapatkan hasil bahwa budaya organisasi pada anggota Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Depok cenderung kuat, sedangkan kepemimpinan, dan kinerja cenderung tinggi. Selain itu, penelitian ini mendapati adanya hubungan yang cukup dan positif antara variabel budaya organisasi dengan variabel kinerja, dan ada hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara variabel kepemimpinan dengan kinerja.

This research is explaining about the influence of organizational culture and leadership to employee performance in members of Criminal Investigation Unit in Depok local police. The research was designed as a quantitative research. The results of the research are that the organizational culture, leadership, and employee performance in the Criminal Investigation Unit in Depok Local Police are tent to be high. Besides, this research found out that there was a moderate and positive relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, and there was a strong and positive relationship between leadership and employee performance."

Penelitian ini tentang pengaruh motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Informasi Geospasial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) untuk menganalisis motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitan ini menggunakan  pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dalam pengumpulan data. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 85 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Metode analissi menggunakan regresi linier. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Budaya Organisasi secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Badan Informasi Geospasial. Indikator  dari variabel budaya yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Informasi Geospasial adalah  koordinasi yang dilakukan antar unit, kebebasan mengemukakan pendapat, komunikasi dengan atasan, dukungan pimpinan dalam menyelesaian masalah dan promosi atas prestasi kerja. Sehingga, dari Indikator yanh berpengaruh tersebut, dapat dilakukan langkah-langkah strategis peningkatan kinerja pegawai yang tepat sasaran. Motivasi kerja secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif  faktor pengarunya lebih kecil dibandingkan faktor budaya organisasi. Setelah dikatagorikan pada interval rendah, sedang dan tinggi, Dimensi Satisfiers dengan indikator pengembangan potensi menjadi indikator yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Sehingga, Badan Informasi Geospasial dalam meningkatkan motivasi pegawainya, perlu melakukan pengembangan potensi yang dianggap menunjang Kinerja pegawai di dalamnya. Faktor budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama telah memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Informasi Geospasial.

 


This study is about  The Inlfluence Of Motivation and Organzational Culture on Employee Performance at Geospatial Information Agency. The objectives of the study were (1) to analysis the effect of motivation in employee performance : (2) to examine the effect of organization culture on employee performance, (3) to test the effect of motivation and organization culture on employee performance. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method in collecting data. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling as many as 85 employes, Data collection techniques were conduct using quesionnaires. The method of analysis using regression analysis. The result of rhe research  it was found that Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on improving employee performance in the Geospatial Information Agency. Indicators that influence the performance of employees at the Geospatial Information Agency are coordination between units, freedom of expression, communication with superior, support from leaders, problems and promotion of work performance. The influential Indicator, strategic steps can be taken to improve employee performance on target. Work motivation significantly has a positive effect on the influence factor is smaller than organizational culture factors. After being categorized at low, medium and high intervals, the Satisfiers Dimension with potential development indicators is the most influential indicator on performance. Geospatial Information Agency in increasing the motivation of its employees, needs to develop the potential that is considered to support the performance of its employees. Organizational culture and work motivation together have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Geospatial Information Agency employees.

"Tesis ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas komunikasi organisasi dengan melihat pengaruh iklim komunikasi, struktur organisasi, dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komunikasi organisasi. Berdasarkan pada teori Creswell, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan penentuan responden melalui teknik acak bersusun. Uji validitas menggunakan analisa faktor eksploratori sehingga terbentuknya faktorfaktor baru bersifat acak, yang selanjutnya dapat diintreprestasi sesuai dengan faktor atau komponen atau konstruk yang terbentuk. Analisa data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah kualitas komunikasi organisasi dipengaruhi oleh struktur organisasi dan budaya organisasi, namun tidak dipengaruhi iklim komunikasi yang terjadi di lingkungan organisasi.

This thesis to determine the factors that influence the quality of organizational communication by looking at the influence of communication climate, organizational structure, and the influence of organizational culture on organizational communication. Based on the theory of Creswell, this study uses quantitative methods, to determine the respondents through random layered technique. Test validity using exploratory factor analysis so that the formation of new factors are random, which can further diintreprestasi according to factors or components or constructs formed. Analysis of the data using linear regression. The results were influenced by the quality of organizational communication and organizational culture organizational structure, but not influenced climate communication that happens within an organization."

"Penelitian ini menjelaskan dua variabel, yaitu budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel budaya organisasi diuji dengan menggunakan 10 dimensi. Variabel kinerja pegawai diuji dengan menggunakan 8 dimensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Nanggung Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Nanggung Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan cross sectional study, Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi rank spearman dan regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 17. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The research explained two variables, the variables were organizational culture and performance employee. The research aims to insvestigate the influence of organizational culture toward performance employee. Variables of organizational culture were assessed using 10 dimensions. Variables of performance employee were assessed using 8 dimensions. The study was conducted at the subdistrict office of Nanggung, district of Bogor. Researched method of this study was quantitative research, data collected through distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The samples of this research 28 employee at subdistrict office of Nanggung, district of Bogor. The study was cross sectional study, data analysis was made by rank Spearman Correlation and Simple Linear Regression with using the help of SPSS version 17. Analysis result show that organizational culture have a positive influence and significant toward performance employee."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) serta menganalisis faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kantor pusat PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 83 orang yang berstatus sebagai pegawai tetap. Metode pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 19.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pegawai tetap di kantor pusat PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

"This study is conducted for analyzing the correlation of organization culture and leadership on the employee's performance in the State Corporation (Perjan) "Harapan Kita" Child and Maternity Hospital (RSAB). Jakarta. This study also tests the significance and determination of organization cultural correlation on employee's performance, leadership on employee's performance, and the correlation of organization culture and leadership on employee's performance.
The population in this study are employees in the Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB Jakarta from the management position to staff position as many as 1214 employee's, with the sample respondents of 275 persons (with reference of Krejcie table) divided into two elements, i.e. 40 respondents of managerial position and 235 respondents of staff, respectively are taken by simple random sampling method.
Data collection method used questionnaire composed of 4 parts. Part one contains inquiries related to respondents' identity of 8 points, part two contains inquiries related to organization culture of 26 points, part three is of inquiries related to leadership of 30 points, and part four is of inquiries related to employee's performance that are divided into two: 8 points for managerial and 5 points for staff. A validity and reliability test was once conducted on 25 respondents and all have been stated valid and no single indicator is stated void.
The data processing and analysis used SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program version 10.0 for testing the organization cultural correlation with employee's performance, the leadership correlation with employee's performance, while the correlation of organization culture and leadership on employee's performance uses Pearson correlation test technique (cross tabs).
The result of the test on organization culture and employee's performance indicates a very low correlation, positive with value (r) = 0.120, (p) = 0.047 and determination coefficient = 0.014. The test on correlation of leadership and employee's performance indicates no significant correlation with value (r) = 0.035, (p) = 0.568 and determination coefficient = 0.001, while the test on correlation of organization culture and leadership on employee's performance indicates no significant correlation with (r) = 0.125, (p) = 0.118 and determination coefficient = 0.16.
Thus, the hypothesis of study, stating that there is a correlation between organization culture and leadership on employee's performance in the Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB, Jakarta is not proven. In this opportunity, the writer would like to suggest as follows: To be able to survive in the global era, the Management of Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB should be willing and able to take the company to a global condition, i.e. a condition prioritizing customers' satisfaction as the service objective by visioner leadership in all lines. Miscommunication and misperception could be controlled by structured or formal and informal communication.
Besides, Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB has began to design communication by utilizing information technology, thus the information passed and provided are according to the communication objective. A structured planning should be made for understanding the information technology to avoid technology stammer. Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB should immediately attempt to have an evaluation of performance based on the objective or target, so as to be able to avoid subjectivity in evaluation and the most important aspect of all is to developing culture by achievement or results."

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kinerja aparatur negara, terutama dalam hal profesionalisme dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Badan Nasional Penempatan Dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia perlu untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai agar kinerja mereka dapat optimal. Peningkatan kinerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor iklim komunikasi organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi, dimana iklim komunikasi yang baik dapat membuat pegawai meningkatkan prestasi dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sehingga berdampak pada Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh iklim komunikasi Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat eksplanantif, dengan metode survei, yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara iklim komunikasi dan Budaya Organisasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja. Sehingga, dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Badan Nasional Penempatan Dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia, iklim komunikasi dan Budaya Organisasi yang diterapkan perlu ditingkatkan.

This research is based on the lack of government employee?s performance, especially in professionalism and public service quality. The National Board of Placement and Protection Of Overseas Worker as one of government institution which is in acceleration process of Reformation of Bureaucracy, need to increase employee?s performance in order to make their performance more optimum. This increase can be influenced by organizational communication climate and Organitational Culture, where a good communication climate and an good Organitational Culture support employees to work better.
This research is quantitative-explanative approach, used survey method by spreading questionnaires. Data analysis found that there organizational communication climate and Organitational Culture give positive and significant influence to employee?s performance, either partially or simultaneously. In order to improve the performance of employees in the The National Board of Placement and Protection Of Overseas Worker, communication and leadership climate that is applied at The National Board of Placement and Protection Of Overseas Worker need to be improved.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh budaya klan dan komitmen afektif organisasi terhadap performa organisasi pada organisasi nirlaba internasional AIESEC Universitas Indonesia . Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya klan, komitmen afektif dan performa organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei yang disebar kepada 54 anggota aktif AIESEC Universitas Indonesia tahun 2016/2017 dan diolah menggunakan SEM PLS 3.0.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya klan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif organisasi dan berpengaruh positif pada performa organisasi. Sementara komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif terhadap performa organisasi. Sehingga budaya klan dan komitmen afektif organisasi merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap performa organisasi.

This research discusses about the impact of organizational clan culture and organizational affective commitment on organization rsquo s performance in International Non profit Organization AIESEC University if Indonesia . The variables used in this research are clan culture, affective commitment and organizational performance. The method used in this research is survey method which was distributed to 54 active members of AIESEC Universitas Indonesia 2016 2017 and processed using SEM PLS 3.0.
The results of this research indicate that organizational clan culture has significant positive effect on organizational affective commitment and has positive effect on organizational performance. While affective commitment has positive effect on organizational performance. So that the clan culture and affective commitment of the organization is a variable that affect the performance of the organization.
