"Kehamilan, persalinan, dan masa nifas seharusnya menjadi pengalaman positif dengan fokus utama pada kesehatan dan kesejahteraan ibu dan bayi. Namun, tahapan ini masih menghadapi risiko tinggi, terutama di negara-negara dengan fasilitas kesehatan yang kurang memadai. Dua metode persalinan yang umum adalah persalinan pervaginam dan seksio sesarea (sesar), di mana persalinan sesar meningkat prevalensinya meskipun memiliki risiko lebih tinggi. Tren peningkatan persalinan sesar, yang dipicu oleh preferensi untuk menghindari rasa sakit, bertentangan dengan anjuran medis yang merekomendasikan persalinan pervaginam kecuali ada komplikasi. Studi ini bertujuan meningkatkan desain meja bersalin untuk mendorong ketertarikan ibu untuk memilih persalinan pervaginam, menggunakan metodologi Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 20 spesifikasi teknis meja bersalin yang terbagi menjadi 4 kelompok prioritas. Backrest (16,127%), kekuatan rangka (11,610%), dan mekanisme hi-lo (8,020%) merupakan spesifikasi dengan bobot tertinggi sehingga diyakini dapat meningkatkan nilai jual. Korelasi antar spesifikasi teknis dan arah perbaikan juga telah dipetakan untuk penetapan target yang lebih baik. Penggunaan kombinasi QFD dan AHP memungkinkan pengembangan spesifikasi yang konsisten dan prioritas atribut berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna.

Pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period should be positive experiences with a primary focus on the health and well-being of both mother and baby. However, these stages still face high risks, particularly in countries with inadequate healthcare facilities. Two common childbirth methods are vaginal delivery and caesarean section (C-section), with the prevalence of C-sections increasing despite their higher risks. The rising trend of C-sections, driven by the preference to avoid pain, contradicts medical recommendations that suggest vaginal delivery unless complications arise. This study aims to improve the design of delivery tables to encourage mothers to choose vaginal delivery, using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodologies. The research identified 20 technical specifications for delivery tables, divided into four priority groups. Backrest (16.127%), frame strength (11.610%), and Hi-Lo mechanism (8.020%) are the specifications with the highest weights, believed to enhance sales value. Correlations among technical specifications and directions for improvement have also been mapped for better target setting. The use of QFD and AHP in combination allows for the development of the delivery bed specifications and prioritization of attributes based on users’ consistent judgment."

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode Quality Function Deployment dan Analytical Hierarchy Process pada produk air conditioner tipe YC-CS9NKJ yang diproduksi oleh Panasonic Indonesia. Tujuan utama dari penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan prioritas konsumen terhadap produk air conditioner secara umum untuk dijadikan sebagai dasar dalam menentukan prioritas pengembangan dari setiap atribut teknis produk tersebut, sehingga dapat menghasilkan produk yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dan prioritas konsumen air conditioner secara tepat.
Penelitian secara garis besar menjelaskan penerapan metode Quality Function Deployment dalam mengidentifikasi atribut kebutuhan yang ada untuk kemudian prioritasnya akan ditentukan melalui metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Hasil yang diperoleh, lebih lanjut akan diolah dengan matriks House of Quality untuk dihubungkan dengan setiap atribut teknis yang ingin dikembangkan dari produk.
Dari berbagai data yang diperoleh sebagai input dalam pengolahan data penelitian, didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa pengembangan pada atribut kinerja dan fitur penekan konsumsi daya listrik dari penggunaan produk menjadi pengembangan yang memiliki prioritas paling tinggi untuk dilakukan agar dapat memenuhi prioritas kebutuhan konsumen. Penelitian ini juga berhasil mengidentifikasi berbagai atribut kebutuhan konsumen lainnya beserta prioritasnya terhadap produk air conditioner secara umum yang juga dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam pengembangan produk. Lebih jauh, penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi manajerial serta saran bagi perusahaan dan penelitian selanjutnya.

"Peraturan Presiden Perpres Nomor 81 Tahun 2010 mengenai Grand Design Reformasi Birokrasi Tahun 2010 ndash;2025 menurunkan roadmap reformasi birokrasi dimana terdapat komitmen untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan elektronik berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi TIK . Hal tersebut menyebabkan ketergantungan proses bisnis fungsi layanan pemerintah kepada masyarakat, melalui penggunaan TIK.Peningkatan penggunaan TIK mengakibatkan tingginya tingkat kerawanan yang dapat dieksploitasi oleh ancaman. Sumber terbesar pelanggaran keamanan informasi adalah karena kurangnya kesadaran dari aspek manusia. Kementerian Luar Negeri Kemlu RI memiliki permasalahan strategis terkait kesadaran pegawainya. Penelitian ini mengukur kesadaran keamanan informasi yang mencakup dimensi pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku. Teknik Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP digunakan untuk menilai kepentingan setiap dimensi tersebut melalui pairwise comparison. Namun terdapat gap dimana sampai saat ini, penelitian yang ada belum mengintegrasikan hasil pengukuran dengan program kesadaran keamanan informasi. Teknik Quality Function Deployment QFD dapat menjadi solusi gap tersebut.Pengukuran dilakukan dengan metode survei berupa kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai Kemlu RI. Fokus area yang diukur antara lain: keamanan komputer kerja, manajemen password, penggunaan email dan instant messaging, penggunaan internet, penggunaan media sosial, penanganan dokumen, pelaporan insiden, dan kebijakan keamanan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran keamanan informasi pegawai di Kemlu RI berada pada tingkat rata-rata, atau membutuhkan perhatian dan pengawasan. Pelaporan insiden menjadi fokus area yang memerlukan penanganan segera. Dengan QFD, metode komunikasi yang paling sesuai untuk program kesadaran adalah yang dipimpin instruktur.

Presidential Decree No. 81 Year 2010 regarding the Grand Design of Bureaucratic Reforms 2010 2025, had inspired bureaucratic reform roadmap where there is a commitment to realize electronic government based on Information and Communication Technology ICT . This causes the dependency of business process functions of government services to the public, through the use of ICTs.Increased use of ICTs lead to high levels of vulnerability that can be exploited by a threat. The largest source of the information security breaches are due to a lack of awareness of the human aspect. Ministry of Foreign Affairs MOFA RI has a strategic problem concerning the awareness of employees. This study measured awareness of information security that includes dimensions of knowledge, attitudes, and behavior. Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP was used to assess the importance of each of those dimensions through pairwise comparison. But there is a gap in which up to this time, the existing research has not integrated the results of measurements with information security awareness programs. Quality Function Deployment QFD can be a solution to this gap.Measurements conducted by survey on questionnaire to all employees of the MOFA. Focus areas measured include workstation security, password management, the use of email and instant messaging, internet usage, the use of social media, document handling, incident reporting, and security policies. The analysis showed that the security awareness of employees at the MOFA is at the average level, or in need of attention and supervision. Incident reporting became the focus areas that require immediate action. With QFD, communication methods that most suitable for an awareness program is led by an instructor."

"Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pendekatan terpadu dalam pengembangan produk delivery bed dengan mengintegrasikan teknik Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan Model Kano. QFD digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan esensial pelanggan sehubungan dengan penggunaan delivery bed, sedangkan Model Kano digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan atribut produk ke dalam kategori kepuasan pelanggan. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan langkah-langkah sistematis, termasuk identifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan, klasifikasi atribut produk, hubungan kebutuhan pelanggan dengan spesifikasi teknis, serta prioritisasi fitur dan spesifikasinya untuk membantu perusahaan atau lembaga kesehatan dalam merancang produk yang tidak hanya memenuhi harapan pelanggan tetapi juga efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan nilai produk delivery bed. Pendekatan melalui kedua metode ini menunjukkan bahwa atribut kenyamanan, keamanan, aksesibilitas, dan higienitas delivery bed berada pada klasifikasi Must be (M) yang berarti produk yang dirancang harus memenuhi semua atributnya sebagai syarat kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan hasil pendekatan matriks House Of Quality (HOQ) dapat dijadikan acuan menentukan prioritas spesifikasi teknis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis 20 spesifikasi teknis, terdapat 5 hal yang paling penting dan berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yaitu backrest, leg support, mekanisme Hi-Lo, pushing bar, dan kekuatan rangka.

This research explores an integrated approach to developing a delivery bed product by integrating Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Kano Model techniques. QFD is used to identify essential customer needs regarding the use of delivery beds, while the Kano Model is used to classify product attributes into customer satisfaction categories. The research methodology involves systematic steps, including customer needs identification, product attribute classification, the relationship between customer needs and technical specifications, as well as feature prioritization and their specifications to assist healthcare companies or institutions in designing products that not only meet customer expectations but also effectively improve the quality and value of delivery bed products. The approach through both methods shows that the attributes of comfort, safety, accessibility, and hygiene of delivery beds are in the Must be (M) classification, which means that the designed product must meet all its attributes as a condition of customer satisfaction, while the results of the House Of Quality (HOQ) matrix approach can be used as a reference to determine the priority of technical specifications. Based on the results of analyzing 20 technical specifications, there are 5 things that are the most important and influential in increasing customer satisfaction, namely backrest, leg support, Hi-Lo mechanism, pushing bar, and frame strength."

"Tujuan dalam suatu organisasi dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi adalah ketersediaan dan aksesibilitas informasi yang dapat tercapai melalui sistem informasi yang terintegrasi. Teknologi yang dikenal dapat melakukan integrasi, menawarkan konektivitas, dan memiliki interoparabilitas tinggi adalah middleware. Teknologi middleware yang memanfaatkan konsep Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) adalah web service, yang kemudian berevolusi menjadi suatu teknologi baru bernama Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). Saat ini, terdapat berbagai produk middleware ESB yang menawarkan keunggulannya masing-masing, sehingga diperlukan suatu metode dalam memilih produk middleware ESB yang berkualitas.
Metode yang menyediakan solusi, berorientasi terhadap tujuan, fleksibel, dan fokus terhadap kebutuhan pengguna adalah Quality Function Deployment (QFD), dan metode yang dapat digunakan dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan guna menetapkan pilihan, menentukan peringkat, dan pemilahan terhadap alternatif-alternatif pilihan yang ada berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria penentu keputusan adalah Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). Salah satu metode yang menggunakan pendekatan MCDA adalah Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).
Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu model pemeringkatan kualitas produk middleware ESB dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Proces (AHP) yang diintegrasikan dengan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) berdasarkan kriteria model kualitas SOAQM. Implementasi dari model tersebut menghasilkan peringkat produk middleware ESB. WebMethods adalah produk middleware ESB yang mendapatkan peringkat pertama diikuti oleh IIB, Oracle SOA Suite, dan BizTalk. Penerapan metode pemeringkatan yang telah dilakukan menjadi masukan dalam proses pembelajaran dan panduan bagi BPJS Kesehatan dalam kaitannya dengan pemilihan perangkat lunak yang paling tepat dengan kebutuhan organisasi pada masa mendatang.

The goal of developing an information systems in an organization are for the availability and accessibility of information that can be achieved through integrated information systems. The technology that has function to integrating, offering connectivity, and has a high interoperability known as middleware. The middleware technology which utilizes the concept of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) known as web service, which evolved into a new technology called Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). Currently, there are various ESB middleware products that offering the advantages of each, so we must adopt a method for choosing the right ESB middleware product.
The method that provides a solution, oriented to the organization goals, flexible, and focused to the needs of users, known as Quality Function Deployment (QFD), then, a method that can be used to help decision makers in order to making a selection, to ranking, and to sorting for the available alternatives based on criteria known as Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). A method that uses MCDA approach is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).
This research resulted an ESB middleware product quality model using Analytic Hierarchy Proces (AHP) integrated with the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) based on the criteria of quality models SOAQM. The application of the model provide a priority quality of ESB middleware products. WebMethods ESB is the middleware product that get the first ranked, followed by IIB, Oracle SOA Suite and BizTalk. The implementation of the method can become input for the learning process and give guidance to BPJS Kesehatan in relation to the selection of the most appropriate software that best suits to the needs of the organization in the future.

"Industri kecil merupakan kegiatan ekonomi yang mendominasi struktur perekonomian Indonesia. Sektor ini memiliki peran yang strategis, baik secara ekonomi maupun sosial politis. Namun dibalik peran positifnya, masih banyak kelemahan struktual yang menghimpit industri kecil ini, sehingga diperlukan upaya pengembangan agar industri kecil dapat memperoleh kepastian berusaha untuk menyambung hidupnya.
lndustri konveksi merupakan salah satu industri kecil dominan di Kota Depok yang tumbuh dan berkembang secara turun-temurun serta telah banyak mengalami kemajuan. Namun, masih terdapat permasalahan fundamental yang harus diidentifikasi dan dipecahkan, sehingga diperlukan perhatian dan pemikiran yang lebih serius. Pemda Depok telah mencanangkan empat alternatif untuk mengembangkan industri konveksi yaitu peningkatan kemampuan produksi, peningkatan mutu produk, peningkatan aspek pemasaran dan peningkatan hubungan kemitraan. Karena keterbatasan dana, waktu dan sumber daya, maka seluruh alternatif tidak dapat dikembangkan secara bersamaan, sehingga perlu diprioritaskan altematif mana yang akan terlebih dahulu harus dikembangkan. Dari hasil Analytic Hierarchy Process, didapatkan bahwa alternatif yang menjadi prioritas adalah peningkatan aspek pemasaran. Dalam upaya menindaklanjuti keputusan tersebut, maka dibuat perencanaan strategis dengan menggunakan matriks APFM (Action Planning for Failure Modes).
Untuk mendapatkan pola perbaikan kinerja yang kontinu, diperlukan suatu indikator kinmja, yakni dengan penetapan Key Performance Indicator (KPD). Penetapan KPI dapat dijadikan panduan dalam memonitor perkembangan dan perbaikan secara kontinu serta secara efektif mengendalikan manajemen operasional dan mengatur visi strategis. Berdasarkan KPI yang telah ditetapkan, peran dari pihak terkait, yang terdiri atas Pemerintah, stakeholders, peneliti dan akademis yang bergerak dalam bidang pengembangan industri kecil, akan membina dan memonitor industri konveksi dalam tiga fase pengembangan sehingga industri konveksi dapat bersaing.

Small lndustry has been an economic activity that dominates economical structure in indonesia. This sector has strategic role either economically, socially or politically. Beyond its positive roles, there are many structural weaknesses that obstruct small industries. Development efforts are needed, so that small industries can gain assurance to do the utmost in living their lives.
Garment industry has been one of small dominant industries in Depok that grows and develops hierarchy after having so much improvement. Nevertheless, there are still fundamental issues which needed identification and solution, and that requires more serious attention and thoughts. Local Govemment, Depok itself; has established four alternatives to develop garment industry. There are production capability improvement, product quality improvement, marketing aspect improvement and partnership improvement. Because of time, fund and resources limitation, all altematives can not be developed at the same time. We need to make a priority of which alternative must be develop lirst. From Analytic Hierarchy Process result, we got a conclusion that marketing aspect improvement would be the prior altemative. In order to follow up the decision, strategic planning was made by using Action Planning for Failure Modes Matrix.
To gain a continuous pattern of performance improvement, it requires one performance indicator which is suitable to Key Performance Indicator determination. Key Performance indicator determination can be a guidance to monitor a continuous development and improvement. It can also control operational management effectively and arrange the strategic side. Based on KPI determination, SMEs support group role, including the govemment, practitioners in SMEs, and researchers and academics in the area of entrepreneurship and small business development, will develop and monitor garment industry in three development phase, so that garment industry being competitive."

"Industri konveksi merupakan salah satu industri kecil dominan di Depok yang tumbuh dan berkembang secara turun-temurun serta telah banyak mengalami kemajuan. Namun, masih terdapat permasalahan fundamental yang harus diidentifikasi dan dipecahkan, sehingga diperlukan perhatian dan pemikiran yang lebih serius. Pemda Depok telah mencanangkan empat alternatif untuk mengembangkan industri konveksi yaitu peningkatan kemampuan produksi, peningkatan mutu produk, peningkatan aspek pemasaran dan peningkatan hubungan kemitraan. Karena keterbatasan dana, waktu dan sumber daya, maka seluruh alternatif tidak dapat dikembangkan secara bersamaan, sehingga perlu diprioritaskan alternatif mana yang akan terlebih dahulu dikembangkan. Dari hasil Analytic Hierarchy Process, didapatkan bahwa alternatif yang menjadi prioritas adalah peningkatan aspek pemasaran. Dalam upaya menindaklanjuti keputusan tersebut, dibuatlah perencanaan strategis dengan menggunakan matriks Action Planning for Failure Modes. Untuk mendapatkan pola perbaikan kinerja yang kontinu, diperlukan suatu indikator kinerja, yakni dengan penetapan Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Penetapan KPI dapat dijadikan panduan dalam memonitor perkembangan dan perbaikan secara kontinu serta secara efektif mengendalikan manajemen operasional dan mengatur visi strategis. Berdasarkan KPI yang telah ditetapkan, peran dari pihak terkait, yang terdiri atas Pemerintah, stakeholders, peneliti dan akademis yang bergerak dalam bidang pegembangan industri kecil, akan membina dan memonitor industri konveksi dalam tiga fase pengembangan sehingga industri konveksi dapat bersaing.

Garment industry has been one of small dominant industries in Depok that grows and develops hierarchy after having so much improvement. Never theless, there are still fundamental issues which needed identification and solution, and that requires more serious attention and thoughts. Local Government, Depok itself, has established four alternatives to develop garment industry. There are production capability improvement, product quality improvement, marketing aspect improvement and partnership improvement. From Analytic Hierarchy Process result, we got a conclusion that marketing aspect improvement would be the prior alternative. In order to follow up the decision, strategic planning was made by using Action Planning for Failure Modes Matrix. Based on KPI determination, SMEs support group role, including the government, practitioners in SMEs and researchers and academics in the area of entrepreneurship and small business development, will develop and monitor garment industry in three development phases so that garment industry being competitive."

"Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta akan melaksanakan reklamasi terhadap Kawasan Pantai Utara Jakarta dengan prinsip-prinsip pengembangan sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam peraturan perundangan yang berlaku. Upaya perwujudan reklamasi Kawasan Pantai Utara Jakarta dilaksanakan melalui kerja sama dengan Pihak Swasta. Dalam rangka penguatan konsep kerja sama tersebut, Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dapat memberikan insentif pemanfaatan ruang kepada Pihak Swasta. Penentuan alternatif bentuk insentif yang memungkinkan untuk diberikan dilaksanakan melalui metode Content Analysis yang menghasilkan alternatif bentuk insentif berupa penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, pelampauan ketentuan teknis, kemudahan perizinan, pengurangan pajak, keringanan retribusi, serta urun saham. Alternatif bentuk insentif tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode AHP dan menghasilkan tiga bentuk insentif dengan skor preferensi yang paling tinggi yaitu penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, pelampauan ketentuan teknis, serta kemudahan perizinan.

Jakarta Capital City Government will carry out the reclamation of North Coast Region of Jakarta according to the principles development as defined in the law and regulations that prevail. The manifestation of North Coast Region of Jakarta reclamation is implemented through cooperation with private sectors. In order to strengthen these cooperation concept, Jakarta Capital City Government can give space utilization incentive to the private sectors. Based on Content Analysis method, the alternatives of this incentive that are feasible to be given are incentive on facilities and infrastructures provision, technical provisions excess, licensing easiness, tax and retribution alleviation, and participate in shares. Those alternatives are then analyzed by using AHP method. The results show that three incentives with the highest preferenceare incentive on facilities and infrastructures provision, technical provisions excess, and licensing easiness."
