"Persaingan sektor kesehatan di Indonesia semakin kompetitif ditandai dengan adanya rencana peningkatan Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN). Sebagai salah satu perusahaan distributor alat medis di Indonesia, tentunya diperlukan rantai pasok yang efektif dan efisien demi dapat mempertahankan daya saingnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok gudang pusat perusahaan distributor alat kesehatan dan memberikan strategi perbaikan supaya proses aliran barang lebih optimal. Model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) digunakan dalam penelitian untuk mengevaluasi kinerja indikator rantai pasok. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, didapatkan kinerja keseluruhan gudang pada tahun 2023 berada dalam kategori Average dengan rata-rata sebesar 68,76%. Dari 20 indikator yang diajukan, terdapat 6 indikator prioritas yang masih memerlukan perbaikan menurut pemetaan Importance Perfomance Analysis. Kemudian, disusunlah rancangan strategi perbaikan yang berdasarkan diksusi dan wawancara dengan perusahaan serta penilaian Relationship Matrix. Strategi tersebut diantaranya Satu Optimasi melalui Warehouse Management System (WMS), Digital Logistics Scheduling and Tracking System, dan Evaluasi Rutin Manpower Gudang.

Competition in the healthcare sector in Indonesia is becoming increasingly competitive, marked by plans to increase the Domestic Content Level. As one of the medical equipment distributor companies in Indonesia, an effective and efficient supply chain is needed to maintain its competitiveness. This research aims to measure the performance of the central warehouse supply chain of the medical equipment distributor company and provide improvement strategies to optimize the flow of goods. The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is used in the research to evaluate supply chain performance indicators. Based on the measurement results, the overall warehouse performance in 2023 was in the Average category with an average of 68.76%. Out of the 20 proposed indicators, there are 6 priority indicators that still need improvement according to Importance Performance Analysis mapping. Subsequently, improvement strategy designs were developed based on discussions and interviews with the company and Relationship Matrix assessment. These strategies include Single Optimization through Warehouse Management System (WMS), Digital Logistics Scheduling and Tracking System, and Routine Evaluation of Warehouse Manpower."

XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan distributor alat kesehatan di Indonesia. Saat ini, terdapat beberapa risiko di dalam rantai pasok gudang sentral PT. XYZ. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah manajemen risiko rantai pasok menyeluruh dalam gudang sentral PT. XYZ sebagai tindak pencegahan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi agen risiko prioritas pada gudang sentral PT. XYZ serta menentukan rekomendasi mitigasi risiko prioritas untuk mengatasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah House of Risk (HOR) yang terdiri dari dua fase. HOR fase 1 bertujuan untuk menentukan agen risiko prioritas dan HOR fase 2 untuk memilih aksi mitigasi prioritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 11 agen risiko prioritas pada gudang sentral PT. XYZ berdasarkan nilai aggregate risk potential (ARP) tertinggi dengan 9 aksi mitigasi prioritas berdasarkan nilai effectiveness to difficulty ratio (ETD) yang direkomendasikan agar diimplementasikan terlebih dahulu oleh perusahaan.

The medical device industry in Indonesia possesses promising potential with rapid development in recent years. The growth of manufacturers and distributors within this industry indicates increasing competition, meaning companies are demanded to operate more efficiently. PT. XYZ is one of the medical device distributors in Indonesia. Currently there are several risks associated with the supply chain of PT. XYZ’s central warehouse. Therefore, a comprehensive supply chain risk management within the central warehouse of PT. XYZ is needed as a preventive measure. This study aims to identify the priority risk agents in the central warehouse of PT. XYZ and determine the priority risk mitigation recommendations to address these risks. This study uses House of Risk method which consists of two phases. HOR phase 1 aims to identify the priority risk agents and HOR phase 2 focuses on selecting the priority mitigation actions. The results of the study show that there are 11 priority risk agents in PT. XYZ’s central warehouse based on the highest aggregate risk potential (ARP) values with 9 priority mitigation actions recommended based on the effectiveness to difficulty ratio (ETD) to be implemented by the company first."

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang strategi peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok pada perusahaan manufaktur peralatan listrik di Indonesia, sebelum menyusun rancangan strategi diperlukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Terdapat 30 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam model SCOR untuk tiap level. Tingkat kepentingan indikator kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner oleh beberapa expert yang dibantu dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2021 sebesar 71,47% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori ‘Good’. Setelah itu, setiap indikator dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), untuk mendapatkan indikator yang memiliki performance yang belum baik dan memiliki importance yang cukup besar untuk diperbaiki atau di tingkatkan kinerjanya. Berdasarkan kuadran IPA didapatkan 6 indikator pada rantai pasok perusahaan yang kinerjanya perlu ditingkatkan, maka dari itu diperlukan strategi untuk dapat memperbaiki kinerja tersebut. Diusulkan sembilan rancangan strategi yang dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok mereka.

This research was conducted to design a strategy to improve supply chain performance in electrical equipment manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) framework for measuring the company's supply chain performance. Thirty performance indicators are measured and divided into a SCOR model for each level. The importance of the performance indicators is measured by weighting with a questionnaire by several experts assisted by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. From the measurement results, the company's supply chain performance in 2021 is 71.47% which shows the company's performance is in the 'Good' category. After that, each indicator is mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to get indicators that have not performed well and have a large enough importance to improve or improve their performance. Based on the IPA quadrant, there are six indicators in the company's supply chain whose performance needs to be improved. Therefore, a strategy is needed to improve this performance. Nine draft strategies are proposed to help companies improve their supply chain performance.

"Perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pergudangan, sebagai salah satu industri dengan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, perlu mempertahankan performanya agar tetap baik melalui pengukuran kinerja prosesnya, salah satunya proses rantai pasok. Companies engaged in the warehousing industry, as one of the industries with a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, need to maintain their good performance through measuring the performance of their processes, one of which is the supply chain process. Therefore, research related to measuring the Company's supply chain performance was conducted using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method, assisted by the MCDM Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to obtain supply chain indicators, the Company's supply chain performance, and design strategies for improvement. Data was collected through pairwise comparison questionnaires, interviews with experts, and historical data of the Company throughout 2023. The strategy design focused on six prioritized indicators, which have high importance, but low performance. Strategies that can be applied by the company to improve supply chain performance are implementing real-time vehicle routing mechanisms, using Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV), applying Lean Manufacturing methods, conducting employee training, applying ABC Analysis concepts, and implementing Just-In-Time Logistics (JIT-L) Management."

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SCOR sebagai kerangka penilaian, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai metode pendukung untuk memberikan bobot penilaian, dan metode analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk menganalisis hasil penilaian. Dalam menganalisis hasil penilaian kinerja, penelitian ini dibantu oleh sistem pengelompokkan Traffic Light System dan Prioritization Matrix untuk merancang usulan strategi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja rantai pasok dan memberikan usulan strategi perbaikan untuk indikator-indikator yang kurang baik. Terdapat 29 indikator kinerja yang tervalidasi untuk diukur dalam model. Dari hasil pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok pada PT. X tahun 2019, nilai yang didapatkan perusahaan yaitu sebesar 66,92% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan hanya berada pada kategori rata – rata dengan warna kuning. Dengan menggunakan kuadran IPA, didapatkan 4 indikator kinerja rantai pasok yang kurang baik dan memerlukan perbaikan segera. Setelah dianalisis lebih lanjut, terdapat 10 usulan strategi untuk memperbaiki keempat indikator kinerja rantai pasok yang kurang baik. Usulan tersebut kemudian dihitung korelasi dan prioritasnya menggunakan prioritization matrix. Usulan strategi yang berada di peringkat pertama yaitu meningkatkan koordinasi antardepartemen, dan strategi di peringkat akhir yaitu meningkatkan proses quality control terhadap mesin dan bahan baku produksi.

Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model is widely used to determine the condition of a company's supply chain. This research was conducted at PT. X which is one of the packaging industry. The method used in this research is SCOR as the measurement framework, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a supporting method for weighting indicators, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) as a method to analyze the calculated results. In analyzing the results, this study was assisted by a Traffic Light System grouping system and Prioritization Matrix to design a proposed strategy. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the supply chain and provide a proposed improvement strategy for indicators that are not good. There are 29 validated performance indicators to be measured in the model. The measurement results of the supply chain performance at PT. X in 2019, the company’s score was 66.92% which shows the company's performance is only in the average category with a yellow color. y using the IPA quadrant, there are 4 indicators of supply chain performance that are not good and require immediate improvement. After further analysis, there are 10 proposed strategies to improve the four indicators of supply chain performance that are not good. The proposed strategy is then calculated by its correlations and priorities using a prioritization matrix. The first rank strategy from the matrix is to improve interdepartmental coordination, and the final rank strategy is to improve the process of quality control of production machinery and raw materials."

Penggunaan Model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) banyak diterapkan perusahaan untuk mengukur kondisi rantai pasoknya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT.X yang bergerak di bidang industri obat herbal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kinerja rantai pasok ini adalah metode SCOR sebagai kerangka utama penelitian dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai metode pendukung untuk memberikan bobot penilaian pada indikator SCOR. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan serta memberikan usulan rekomendasi strategi perbaikan jika ditemukan indikator yang berkinerja kurang baik. Terdapat 28 indikator kinerja tervalidasi yang akan diukur dalam model. Dari hasil pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan pada rantai pasok proses produksi PT. X tahun 2022, nilai rata-rata kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan adalah sebesar 67,85% yang menunjukkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan termasuk ke dalam kategori rata-rata berdasarkan sisem Traffic Light Monitoring. Kinerja setiap indikator dipetakan ke dalam diagram IPA untuk mengetahui indikator mana yang memiliki Performance yang belum baik namun memiliki Importance yang tinggi sehingga perlu untuk diperbaiki atau ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan diagram IPA terdapat enam indikator dari rantai pasok proses produksi perusahaan yang harus ditingkatkan. Setelah dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut, penelitili mengusulkan rekomendasi strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja indikator tersebut.

Many companies use the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model to measure the condition of their supply chain. This research was conducted at PT.X which is specialized in herbal medicine industry. The method used in this supply chain performance research is the SCOR method as the main research framework and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a supporting method to give scoring weight to the SCOR indikator. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the company's supply chain performance and to provide recommendations for improvement strategies if indikators were found to be underperforming. There are 28 validated performance indikators that will be measured in the model. From the results of performance measurements carried out in the production process supply chain of PT. X in 2022, the average value of the company's supply chain performance is 67.85% which shows that the company's supply chain performance is included in the average category based on the Traffic Light Monitoring system. The performance of each indikator is mapped onto the IPA diagram to find out which indikators have poor performance but have high importance so they need to be repaired or increased. Based on the IPA diagram, there are six indikators of the company's production process supply chain that must be improved. After further analysis, the researcher proposes recommendations on strategies to improve the performance of these indicators.

"Pemerintah berencana untuk memperluas distribusi listrik di daerah pedesaan, maka rata-rata permintaan untuk tiang listrik baja di Indonesia diperkirakan akan meningkat. Harus ada perusahaan yang mampu untuk memasok tiang listrik baja ke daerah pedesaan. Selama tahun 2017 – 2018 masih terdapat keterlambatan pemenuhan pesanan tiang listrik di atas 50%. Hal ini tentu bisa menghambat proses distribusi listrik. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penilaian kinerja rantai pasok pada dua perusahaan manufaktur tiang listrik selama tahun 2017 – 2019. Dengan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode SCOR (Supply Chain Operation References) untuk menentukan indikator kinerja yang akan dinilai dan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) untuk menentukan bobot dari setiap indikator kinerja, serta fish bone diagram untuk menentukan faktor penyebab keterlambatan pemenuhan pesanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja rantai pasok pada dua perusahaan manufaktur tiang listrik dan menentukan faktor penyebab keterlambatan pemenuhan pesanan. Indikator kinerja yang dinilai berjumlah 21 pada perusahaan BP dan 22 pada perusahaan DH. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai indikator kinerja perusahaan BP pada tahun 2017 sebesar 66,30; tahun 2018 sebesar 71,11 dan tahun 2019 sebesar 80,13. Sedangkan nilai indikator kinerja perusahaan DH adalah 61,18 pada tahun 2017, 64,12 pada tahun 2018 dan 74,85 pada tahun 2019. Terdapat satu indikator yang memiliki nilai kinerja paling rendah selama tahun 2017 - 2019 pada kedua perusahaan yaitu Delivery Fill Rate on Time (DFROT). Faktor penyebab keterlambatan pemenuhan pesanan pada perusahaan BP dan DH adalah pada kategori method yang meliputi lamanya waktu pengiriman, produktifitas yang rendah dan kurang koordinasi antar berbagai pihak.

Government plans to expand electricity distribution in rural areas, so average demand for steel electric poles in Indonesia is expected to increase. There must be a company that can afford to supply steel electric poles to locations in rural areas. During 2017 - 2018 there were still delays in fulfilling electric pole orders above 50%. This certainly can hamper electricity distribution process. This study examines supply chain performance assessment in two electric pole manufacturing during 2017 - 2019. The approach used is SCOR (Supply Chain Operation References) method to determine performance indicators to be assessed and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) to determine the weights of each performance indicator, and fish bone diagram to determine factors causing delays in fulfilling orders. The purpose of this study is to assess performance of Supply Chain in two steel electric pole manufacturing companies and determine factors causing delays in fulfilling order. Performance indicators assessed amounted to 21 in BP companies and 22 in DH companies. The results of this study are the value of BP's company performance indicators in 2017 at 66,30; in 2018 at 71,11 and in 2019 at 80,13. While the DH company performance indicator values are 61,18 in 2017, 64,12 in 2018 and 74,85 in 2019. There is one indicator that has lowest performance value during 2017- 2019 in both companies, namely Delivery Fill Rate on Time (DFROT). Factors causing delays in fulfilling orders at BP and DH companies is method category which includes the length of delivery time, low productivity and lack of coordination"

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan merancang strategi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) sebagai metode pengukuran kinerja untuk evaluasi kinerja rantai pasokan untuk mendapatkan indeks kinerja. Metode lain seperti Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk memberi pembobotan pada setiap indikator dan Traffic Light System untuk pengelompokan kategori kinerja berdasarkan warna. Terdapat 29 indikator kinerja (KPI), yang terbagi dalam perspektif model SCOR untuk masing-masing tingkatan. Hasil kinerja pada PT X Persero pada tahun 2021 dari bulan Januari sampai dengan September 2021 adalah sebesar 60,72% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori sedang. Setiap KPI kemudian dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mencari indikator penting dan kurang untuk diperbaiki. Terdapat 4 KPI terkait kinerja rantai pasok yang perlu ditingkatkan, oleh karena itu diberikan usulan rekomendasi untuk KPI tersebut.

This study was conducted to measure supply chain performance at PT X Persero as an explosives manufacturing company in Indonesia. This research aims to measure and design strategies that can improve supply chain performance. It is conducted using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) framework as a performance measurement method for supply chain performance evaluation to gain performance index. Also other frameworks such as Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to weight each indicator and the Traffic Light System grouping system to categorize performance based on color. The objective of this research is to develop and measure supply chain performance. There are 29 performance indicators (KPIs), that is divided into the SCOR model’s perspectives for each level. The result of the performance in PT X Persero in 2021 from January until September 2021 is 60,72% which shows the company’s performance is in an average category. Each KPI is then mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to find the critical and underperformance indicator to be improved. There are 4 KPIs regarding supply chain performance that requires improvement, therefore proposed recommendations is provided for the KPIs."

Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), yang digunakan sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Penelitian ini fokus pada perbaikan masalah yang terjadi dalam rantai pasok. Untuk menentukan tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja, para ahli menggunakan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan dan pembobotan. Terdapat 27 indikator kinerja yang diukur, yang terbagi menjadi atribut dalam model SCOR. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2022 mencapai 60,07%, berada dalam kategori rata-rata dengan warna kuning dalam Traffic Light System Monitoring. Selanjutnya, setiap indikator dipetakan dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengidentifikasi indikator dengan kinerja yang belum baik namun memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang cukup besar untuk diperbaiki atau ditingkatkan. This research was conducted to measure the performance of the supply chain network of a spareparts automotive industry. Performance measurement of the supply chain is necessary to assess the condition of a company's supply chain. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), which serves as a framework for measuring the performance of the company's supply chain. The improvement carried out in this research is related to the issues that occur within the supply chain network. The importance level of performance attributes is measured based on weighting using a pairwise comparison questionnaire by several experts. There are 27 performance indicators measured, divided into SCOR model attributes. From the measurement results, the company's supply chain performance in 2021 was found to be 60.07%, indicating an average performance categorized by a yellow color in the Traffic Light System Monitoring. Subsequently, each indicator is mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to identify indicators that have a performance that needs improvement and have a significant importance level to be enhanced. By using the IPA quadrant, six indicators in the company's supply chain were identified as needing improvement in their performance. Therefore, a strategy is needed to improve these performance areas.

"Untuk melakukan perbaikan yang berdampak pada rantai pasok, diperlukan pengukuran kinerja untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok suatu perusahaan, yang akan menjadi titik awal upaya perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja, metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot untuk setiap indikator kinerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan mengukur kinerja dalam kegiatan gudang; sistem pengukuran harus didasarkan pada model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Ada 29 indikator kinerja (KPI) yang akan digunakan untuk mengukur dalam perspektif model SCOR untuk setiap level. Hasil pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok gudang PT. X Indonesia tahun 2019 Januari-September sebesar 78,55% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan saat ini dalam kategori baik. Meskipun kinerja rantai pasok di gudang secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan baik, namun masih ada beberapa metrik kinerja gudang (KPI) yang tergolong kurang. Setiap KPI kemudian akan dipetakan ke kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mendapatkan indikator mana saja yang menyebabkan kinerja supply chain perusahaan menurun. Dari kuadran IPA, terdapat 6 KPI dalam rantai pasokan gudang yang membutuhkan perbaikan segera. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Strategi yang diusulkan dianalisis menggunakan matriks prioritas dan diagram Pareto. Dari 9 strategi peningkatan kinerja yang diusulkan untuk memperbaiki 6 KPI yang kinerjanya kurang baik, 6 usulan strategi yang paling efektif yang sesuai dengan keadaan dan kemampuan perusahaan untuk diterapkan adalah memberikan reminder untuk membuat saran sistem, melakukan briefing operator setiap pagi sebelum jam kerja dimulai, memberikan penghargaan, hukuman, dan motivasi kepada karyawan, menerapkan 5S prinsip lean, dan merekrut lebih banyak pekerja yang berkualitas

To make improvements that have an impact on the supply chain, performance measurement is needed to determine the condition of a company's supply chain, which will be the starting point for improvement efforts. This research was conducted in the warehouse of PT X Indonesia which is engaged in the automotive industry. Previously, there was no model or systematic approach used to measure warehouse performance in the logistics division of PT X Indonesia. If relevant performance measures and standards can be applied, PT X's logistics division can become more efficient, provide better support to production sites and indirectly lead to greater customer satisfaction. The method used in this study is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) as a performance measurement framework, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weights for each performance indicator. The purpose of this research is to develop and measure performance in warehouse activities; the measurement system should be based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. There are 29 performance indicators (KPI) that will be used to measure in the perspective of the SCOR model for each level. The results of measuring the performance of the warehouse supply chain of PT. X Indonesia in 2019 January-September of 78.55% which shows the company's current performance is in the good category. Although the overall supply chain performance in the warehouse can be said to be good, there are still some warehouse performance metrics (KPI) that are classified as lacking. Each KPI will then be mapped to the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to get which indicators cause the company's supply chain performance to decline. From the IPA quadrant, there are 6 KPIs in the warehouse supply chain that require immediate improvement. Therefore, a strategy is needed to improve performance. The proposed strategy is analyzed using a priority matrix and Pareto diagram. Of the 9 performance improvement strategies proposed to improve the 6 KPIs whose performance is not good, the 6 most effective strategy proposals that are in accordance with the circumstances and the company's ability to be implemented are to provide reminders to make system suggestions, conduct operator briefings every morning before working hours start, provide reward, punishment, and motivation to employees, apply the 5S lean principles, and recruit more qualified workers"
