"Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) berperan penting dalam menangani hingga mendistribusikan sediaan, termasuk sediaan yang sensitif terhadap kondisi lingkungan sekitar seperti produk Cold Chain Product (CCP). PBF harus dapat memastikan efikasi maupun kualitas produk sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku ketika didistribusikan. Kualifikasi tempat penyimpanan Produk Rantai Dingin (CCP) dilakukan untuk melihat kestabilan suhu selama penyimpanan CCP di kulkas dan data logger yang baru dikalibrasi. Kualifikasi dilakukan pada kulkas yang terisi Cold Chain Product (CCP) yang biasa disimpan di gudang MDC (Medical) dengan cara menyambungkan data logger ke aplikasi di komputer, melakukan setting pada data logger untuk merekam data suhu setiap 30 menit selama 3 hari, meletakkan data logger yang sudah terkalibrasi pada titik suhu tertinggi di kulkas, dan melakukan analisis pada data suhu yang telah direkam data logger setelah 3 hari. Diperoleh hasil bahwa kulkas tersebut dapat mempertahankan suhu 2°C hingga 8°C. Hasil pengujian pemulihan suhu pembukaan pintu kulkas menunjukkan bahwa kulkas penyimpanan CCP memiliki kinerja yang baik dikarenakan setelah pintu kulkas dibuka, suhu dapat turun kembali ke suhu yang ditentukan selama kurang dari 30 menit.

Metode pelaksanaan mengenai kualifikasi kinerja container chiller yaitu dengan studi studi buka dan tutup pintu serta studi holding time & recovery time. Hasil pada studi buka dan tutup pintu yang dilakukan pada container chiller, rentang suhu yang diperoleh yaitu 3.2 – 6.9°C. Rantai dingin (cold chain) merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk menyimpan vaksin dalam kondisi baik dimulai dari pabrik pembuat vaksin sampai pada unit pelayanan vaksin. Dalam proses validasi pengiriman ini dilakukan untuk pengiriman Cold Chain Produk dengan aturan suhu penyimpanan 2 – 8 0C. Pemantauan suhu menggunakan Thermometer data logger yang terkalibrasi dan diletakkan diatas cool box. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, validasi pengiriman CCP sesuai dengan suhu yang disyaratkan, yaitu dalam rentang 2 – 8 ?. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan 5 jam ditemukan suhu paling tinggi atau kenaikan suhu paling tinggi dalam rentang 5 jam waktu validasi, terjadi pada pukul 15.04.09 WIB. Untuk hasil pengamatan suhu hari pertama diperoleh rata-rata suhu penyimpanan yaitu 4,7 0C. Untuk hasil pengamatan suhu hari kedua diperoleh rata-rata suhu penyimpanan yaitu 4,63 ?. Untuk hasil pengamatan suhu hari ketiga diperoleh rata-rata suhu penyimpanan yaitu 4,74 ?. Suhu rata-rata mengalami kenaikan seiring berjalannya waktu.

Dilakukan pemantauan suhu setiap 5 menit selama 7 jam Pemantauan suhu cool box merupakan hasil akhir yang digunakan untuk memastikan keefektivitan validasi metode pengiriman produk rantai dingin. Pengumpulan informasi riwayat waktu dan suhu cool box merupakan faktor kritis hal pengambilan keputusan. Hasil pemantauan suhu cool box pada proses validasi pengiriman produk rantai dingin yang diterapkan di KFTD Tangerang mendapatkan hasil yang stabil selama 7 jam.Hasil validasi pengiriman produk rantai dingin pada cool box dapat diterima karena hasil pemantauan suhu yang stabil (2-8°C) selama 7 jam.

Kimia Farma Farma Trading and Distribution (KFTD) adalah salah satu PBF yang telah memiliki sertifikat Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB). Praktek kerja profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT. KFTD cabang 3 Jakarta bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di PBF sesuai dengan standart CDOB. Salah satu kegiatan yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus di PBF yakni penyimpanan sediaan cold chain product (CCP) pada suhu 2-8oC. Oleh karena itu dalam penyusunan tugas khusus PKPA di KFTD cabang 3 Jakarta ini, dilakukan pemetaan suhu chiller penyimpanan CCP untuk memastikaan chilller berfungsi dengan baik sehingga mutu sediaan terjaga sesuai persyaratan CDOB. Pemantauan dilakukan dengan mendokumentasikan suhu yang tercatat dari data logger yang diletakkan pada beberapa titik dalam chiller selama tiga hari dalam rentang waktu tertentu. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa chiller berfungsi secara efektif sesuai persyaratan dengan rentang suhu 2-8°C. Suhu maksimum berada di titik A yaitu 8,0°C dan suhu minimum berada di titik B yaitu 4,7°C. Suhu yang dihasilkan pada percobaan ini mempunyai rata-rata tinggi karena dipengaruhi oleh produk yang didalamnya. Hasil maksimal dapat diperoleh saat kondisi chiller kosong atau tanpa ada produk didalamnya.

One of the activities that requires special attention at PBF is the storage of cold chain product (CCP) preparations at a temperature of 2-8oC. Therefore, in preparing the PKPA special assignment at KFTD branch 3 Jakarta, a shortage of CCP storage chiller temperatures was carried out to ensure that the chiller functions properly so that the quality of the preparations is maintained according to CDOB requirements. Monitoring is carried out by documenting recorded temperatures from data loggers placed at several points in the chiller for three days within a certain time span. The results obtained show that the chiller functions effectively according to the requirements with a temperature range of 2-8°C. The maximum temperature is at point A which is 8.0°C and the minimum temperature is at point B which is 4.7°C. The temperature produced in this experiment has a high average because it is influenced by the product in it. Maximum results can be obtained when the chiller condition is empty or without product in it."
