"Protokol studi adalah dokumen yang menguraikan desain penelitian, menggambarkan tujuan, metodologi dan pengorganisasian keseluruhan penelitian yang akan dilakukan. Protokol studi membentuk template dan panduan untuk proses penelitian secara keseluruhan. Protokol yang ditulis dengan buruk dapat berkontribusi besar pada waktu persetujuan terutama untuk studi yang dimulai oleh peneliti. Protokol memberikan dasar ilmiah untuk penelitian yang diusulkan. Protokol studi mendefinisikan tujuan studi/penelitian, populasi yang akan dipelajari, prosedur yang harus diikuti, evaluasi yang akan dilakukan dan rencana analisis; dan terakhir, membahas aspek administrasi studi seperti manajemen keselamatan dan masalah peraturan. Pada Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) ini, calon Apoteker memperoleh kesempatan untuk membuat protokol studi terkait pemetaan suhu ruangan packaging material dengan penambahan AHU di PT. Kalbio Global Medika. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman calon Apoteker mengenai pembuatan protokol studi pemetaan suhu. Pembuatan protokol studi dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi terkait pembuatan protokol studi, dan informasi terkait pemetaan termal, kemudian menyusunnya menjadi protokol studi yang sesuai dengan format yang telah ditentukan di PT. Kalbio Global Medika. Pembuatan protokol studi terkait pemetaan suhu ruangan packaging material dengan penambahan AHU di PT. Kalbio Global Medika dapat dilakukan dengan baik.

A study protocol is a document that outlines the research design, describes the objectives, methodology and overall organization of the research to be conducted. The study protocol forms the template and guide for the overall research process. Poorly written protocols can contribute greatly to approval times especially for investigator-initiated studies. The protocol provides the scientific basis for the proposed research. The study protocol defines the objectives of the study/research, the population to be studied, the procedures to be followed, the evaluation to be carried out and the analysis plan; and finally, discussing administrative aspects of the study such as safety management and regulatory issues. In this Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA), prospective pharmacists have the opportunity to create a study protocol related to mapping the temperature of packaging material rooms with the addition of AHU at PT Kalbio Global Medika. This special assignment aims to increase prospective pharmacists' understanding of creating temperature mapping study protocols. "Kualitas air yang baik diperlukan untuk memastikan keamanan dan kemurnian produk farmasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai kegiatan pemantauan mikrobiologi dari sampel air yang merupakan komponen penting dalam industri farmasi. Kualitas air yang baik diperlukan untuk memastikan keamanan dan kemurnian produk farmasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel air, inokulasi kultur mikroba, pewarnaan gram, dan identifikasi mikroorganisme dengan API 20E kit. Proses pemantauan dilakukan secara rutin untuk mendeteksi potensi kontaminasi mikroba. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sampel WFI mengandung mikroba Burkholderia cepacia dengan probabilitas 97%. Burkholderia cepacia adalah bakteri patogen yang dapat menyebabkan infeksi serius pada individu dengan sistem imun yang lemah. Untuk mencegah kontaminasi mikroba, direkomendasikan pengaliran loop sirkulasi secara terus menerus dan penghindaran dead legs yang dapat menyebabkan pembentukan biofilm. Disarankan pula penggunaan metode identifikasi mikrobiologis lain untuk meningkatkan akurasi hasil. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemantauan kualitas air dalam industri farmasi untuk memastikan produk yang aman dan berkualitas tinggi serta menjaga kesehatan konsumen.

Good quality water is essential to ensure the safety and purity of pharmaceutical products. This research was conducted as part of microbiological monitoring activities on water samples, which are crucial components in the pharmaceutical industry. High-quality water is necessary to ensure the safety and purity of pharmaceutical products. The research utilized methods such as water sample collection, microbial culture inoculation, gram staining, and microorganism identification using the API 20E kit. Monitoring processes were routinely carried out to detect potential microbial contamination. Analysis results indicated that the WFI sample contained Burkholderia cepacia with a probability of 97%. Burkholderia cepacia is a pathogenic bacterium capable of causing serious infections in individuals with weakened immune systems. To prevent microbial contamination, continuous circulation loop flushing and avoidance of dead legs that can lead to biofilm formation are recommended. Additionally, using alternative microbiological identification methods is advised to improve result accuracy. This study underscores the importance of monitoring water quality in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure safe, high-quality products and protect consumer health."

"Personel yang terkualifikasi dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan proses kegiatan yang berlangsung dalam suatu industri. Personel yang terkualifikasi sangat berpengaruh dalam terjaminnya suatu produk PT Kalbio Global Medika merupakan salah satu industri yang bergerak dalam pembuatan produk obat dengan menggunakan bahan biologi. Pada pembuatan produk obat dengan bahan biologi tentunya dibutuhkan pengendalian khusus agar menjaga mutu dari produk yang akan diproduksi. Penjaminan mutu dari produk olahan tersebut harus dimiliki oleh personel yang terkualifikasi dan terlatih yang berpedoman pada CPOB. Departemen Pemastian Mutu dan Departemen Produksi merupakan contoh departemen yang harus memiliki personel yang terkualifikasi dan terlatih dalam proses pembuatan produk, selain divisi pendukung lainnya. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, diperlukan adanya kualifikasi personel yang terdokumentasi sesuai prosedur yang berlaku pada Departemen Pemastian Mutu dan Departemen Produksi di PT Kalbio Global Medika. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dibuat untuk membuat laporan alur kualifikasi personel Departemen Pemastian Mutu dan Departemen Produksi dari PT Kalbio Global Medika.

Quality assurance of the processed product must be owned by qualified and trained personnel who are guided by GMP. The Quality Assurance Department and the Production Department are examples of departments that must have qualified and trained personnel in the product manufacturing process, in addition to other support divisions. Based on this background, it is necessary to have documented personnel qualifications in accordance with the applicable procedures in the Quality Assurance Department and the Production Department at PT Kalbio Global Medika. Therefore, this research was made to report the flow of qualifications for the personnel of the Quality Assurance Department and the Production Department of PT Kalbio Global Medika."

"Dokumen yang dikelola oleh masing-masing instansi atau perusahaan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting terutama dokumen Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Standar operasional prosedur (SOP) adalah pedoman atau acuan untuk melaksanakan tugas dan pekerjaan sesuai dengan fungsi dari pekerjaan tersebut. Dengan adanya SOP semua kegiatan di suatu perusahaan dapat terancang dengan baik. Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang dipetakan dalam pengamatan ini, bertujuan menjadi panduan tim Document Control untuk melakukan kegiatan distribusi dokumen SOP ke masing-masing departemen. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mencocokkan dokumen yang ada di lapangan dengan master list SOP. Dokumen yang dicek meliputi nomor dokumen, nama dokumen, dan nomor revisi. Dilakukan pengamatan dicek masa berlaku dokumen dengan melihat nomor revisi yang ada di lapangan dengan nomor revisi yang terdapat di acuan master list SOP, apabila ada dokumen yang masih mempunyai nomor revisi lama, dilakukan penarikan dokumen SOP tersebut lalu dibuat dokumen dengan nomor revisi terbaru. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, dokumen yang tersedia di lapangan pada seluruh departemen PT. Kalbio Global Medika sudah mempunyai dokumen dengan revisi terbaru atau sudah sesuai dengan master list.

The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in this observation aims to guide the Document Control team in distributing SOP documents to each department. Observations were made by matching the existing documents in the field with the SOP master list. Documents checked include document number, document name, and revision number. Observations were made to check the document's validity period by looking at the revision number in the field with the revision number contained in the SOP master list reference. If a document still has the old revision number, the SOP document is withdrawn, and a document with the latest revision number is created. Based on the results of observations, the documents are available in the field in all departments of PT. Kalbio Global Medika already has documents with the latest revisions or in accordance with the master list."

"Profesi apoteker merupakan studi lanjutan setelah mendapatkan gelar sarjana. Profesi apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian dalam segi administrasi ataupun pelayanan. Agar menjadi apoteker yang profesional maka dalam masa studinya diperlukan praktik kefarmasian langsung. Sehingga, sebagai calon apoteker akan memperoleh pengalaman praktik keprofesian sebelum terjun dalam dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Pitara periode Februari 2022 dan PT Kalbio Global Medika periode Maret – April 2022. Dengan melakukan praktik kerja di apotek dan industri calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan, keterampilan, wawasan, dan pengalaman soft skill ataupun hard skill yang sesuai untuk menjadi bekal dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dikemudian hari. Selain itu dengan melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker, calon apoteker dapat memahami peran menjadi apoteker yang profesional dan meningkatkan kompetensi.

Apoteker sebagai salah satu pelaku pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya pelayanan kefarmasian harus memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang handal, serta integritas etika/moral untuk mendukung terwujudnya pelayanan kefarmasian yang bermutu. Dalam rangka peningkatan profesionalisme apoteker, baik calon apoteker maupun apoteker yang telah praktik, diperlukan pelatihan terstruktur yang dapat membangun pengetahuan, keterampilan serta sikap professional sebagai seorang apoteker yang berkualitas. In order to increase the professionalism of pharmacists, both prospective pharmacists and pharmacists who have built a career, structured training is needed that can be used for knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes as a qualified pharmacist. The structured training referred to in this document can be in the form of pharmacist work (PKPA) for prospective pharmacists. This time, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was held at PT Kalbio Global Medika for the January–February 2022 period and at Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy for the May 2022 period. Through the PKPA process in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy services, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledge, skills, and appropriate experience to perform pharmaceutical work."

"Salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam menjaga stabilitas dan mutu produk obat adalah bahan pengemasnya. Sehingga, bahan pengemas juga perlu disimpan dan disalurkan dengan cara yang tepat, salah satunya dengan mengontrol suhu penyimpanannya. Selain itu, sumber daya manusia yang mengelola tempat penyimpanannya juga perlu senantiasa menjaga kualitas produk obat yang dihasilkan. Dalam upaya memaksimalkan mutu produk, ketersediaan tenaga kerja juga perlu dipertimbangkan agar personil tidak dibebani tanggung jawab yang berlebihan. Dengan alasan tersebut, pada laporan ini dilaksanakan pemetaan suhu tempat penyimpanan bahan pengemas serta analisis beban kerja staf warehouse PT. Kalbio Global Medika. Kegiatan pemetaan suhu dilakukan pada periode November – Desember 2022 dengan mengikuti prosedur pemetaan suhu berdasarkan SOP yang berlaku di PT. Kalbio Global Medika, sedangkan analisis beban kerja dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan daily log, kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data, dan dilakukan analisis terkait tingkat produktivitas, keseragaman data, kecukupan data, serta beban kerja. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan suhu, seluruh titik pengujian memiliki variasi suhu yang memenuhi kriteria ≤30°C baik pada kondisi empty load corridor maupun maximum load. Jika suatu saat terjadi kondisi power failure, area penyimpanan masih dapat mempertahankan suhunya pada ≤30°C selama daya listrik dapat kembali normal atau dapat dialihkan dalam waktu 1 menit. Di sisi lain, analisis beban kerja telah dilakukan dengan data yang cukup dan seragam. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keempat staf warehouse memiliki tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi, dengan staf D yang memiliki produktivitas tertingi. Pada laporan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hasil pemetaan suhu menunjukkan bahwa variasi suhu di area penyimpanan bahan pengemas warehouse PT. Kalbio Global Medika dengan adanya AHU (air handling unit) memenuhi kriteria ≤30°C dan dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan bahan pengemas yang memiliki syarat penyimpanan ≤30°C. Selain itu, analisis beban kerja menunjukkan bahwa keempat staf warehouse memiliki beban kerja diatas 100% dengan yang tertinggi adalah staf D dengan beban kerja 120,33%.

In addition, the personnel who is responsible for the storage area need to consistently ensure the quality of the products. To ensure product quality, the availability of the workforce should also be considered to prevent personnel from being burdened with excessive responsibilities. For these reasons, this report includes thermal mapping of the packaging material storage area and an analysis of the workload of the warehouse staff at PT. Kalbio Global Medika. The thermal mapping was conducted on November - December 2022 based on the thermal mapping procedure based on the applicable SOP at PT. Kalbio Global Medika. Meanwhile, workload analysis was carried out by collecting daily logs, then processing the data and performing an analysis related to productivity level, data consistency, data sufficiency, and workload. The temperature mapping results show that all testing points have temperature variations that meet the criteria of ≤30°C, both in the empty load corridor and at maximum load conditions. In case of a power failure, the storage area can still maintain its temperature at ≤30°C as long as the electrical power can return to normal or be redirected within 1 minute. On the other hand, workload analysis has been conducted with sufficient and consistent data. The analysis results show that all four warehouse staff members have a high level of productivity, with staff member D having the highest productivity. In this report, it can be concluded that the thermal mapping results show that temperature variations in the packaging material storage area of PT. Kalbio Global Medika's warehouse, with the presence of an Air Handling Unit (AHU), meet the criteria of ≤30°C and can be used to store packaging materials with a storage requirement of ≤30°C. Furthermore, the workload analysis indicates that all four warehouse staff members have workloads exceeding 100%, with staff member D having the highest workload at 120.33%."

Audit mutu (external audit) dilakukan kepada pemasok berupa agen, perantara, atau industri yang menyediakan obat dan/atau bahan obat atas permintaan. Evaluasi terhadap hasil audit penting dilakukan untuk memastikan pemasok masuk ke dalam kategori pemasok yang disetujui dan memenuhi standar mutu yang ditetapkan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan studi literatur melakukan gap analysis pelaksanaan CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik) terhadap proses external audit di PT. Kalbio Global Medika. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan pelaksanaan audit mutu di PT. Kalbio Global Medika sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan BPOM.

The evaluation was carried out using a qualitative method and a literature study carried out a gap analysis of CPOB/GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) implementation on the external audit process at PT. "Departemen Quality Control (QC) PT Kalbio Global Medika merupakan departemen yang bertanggung jawab dalam semua keputusan terkait dengan mutu produk. Lamanya waktu pengujian terhadap bahan baku, produk jadi, maupun bahan kemas yang dilakukan oleh Departemen QC perlu dianalisis sebagai target kinerja dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan sebagai informasi perkiraan waktu untuk departemen yang mengajukan permintaan untuk analisis ke departemen QC. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan analisis data terhadap lamanya waktu pengujian mulai dari penerimaan sampel hingga release sampel yang dilakukan oleh departemen QC. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data-data pengujian periode Januari hingga Oktober 2022. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk analisis tiap jenis sampel oleh departemen QC berbeda-beda. Pengujian rutin yang dilakukan oleh departemen QC meliputi pengujian untuk produk jadi, pemantauan lingkungan, serta sampel pembersihan. Pada periode Januari hingga Oktober 2022, produk jadi membutuhkan waktu pengujian hingga rilis selama 22 hari, pemantauan lingkungan membutuhkan waktu selama 17 hari, serta sampel pembersihan membutuhkan waktu selama 21 hari. Departemen QC telah mengalami peningkatan efisiensi kerja yang salah satunya ditandai dengan parameter lead time pengujian sampel hingga release yang cenderung mengalami penurunan pada periode Januari hingga Oktober 2022.

The length of time for testing raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials carried out by the QC Department needs to be analyzed as a performance target with the aim of knowing and as information on estimated time for the department submitting requests for analysis to the QC department. The method used is to analyze data on the length of time the test starts from receiving the sample to releasing the sample which is carried out by the QC department. The data analysis process was carried out by collecting test data for the period from January to October 2022. The time required for the analysis of each type of sample by the QC department varies. Routine tests performed by the QC department include testing for finished products, environmental monitoring, and cleaning samples. Between January and October 2022, finished products took 22 days from testing to release, 17 days for environmental monitoring, and 21 days for cleaning samples. The QC department has experienced an increase in work efficiency, one of which is marked by the lead time parameter of sample testing to release which tends to decrease in the period January to October 2022."
