"Social tagging (including hashtags) is used over platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, WordPress, Tumblr and YouTube across countries and cultures, meaning that one single hashtag can link information from a variety of resources. This new book explores social tagging as a potential form of linked data and shows how it can provide an increasingly important way to categorize and store information resources. The internet is moving rapidly from the social web embodied in Web 2.0, to the semantic web (Web 3.0), where information resources are linked to make them comprehensible to both machines and humans. Traditionally, library discovery systems have pushed information, but did not allow for any interaction with the users of the catalogue, while social tagging provides a means to help library discovery systems become social spaces where users could input and interact with content. The editors and their international contributors explore key issues including the use of hashtags in the dissemination of public policy, the use of hashtags as information portals in library catalogues, social tagging in enterprise environments, the linked data potential of social tagging, [and] sharing and disseminating information needs via social tagging. "Latar belakang: Aspergilosis paru kronik (APK) merupakan komplikasi yang sering ditemukan pada pasien dengan riwayat tuberkulosis (TB) paru. Pemeriksaan serologi Aspergillus yang cepat dan sensitif dibutuhkan untuk mendiagnosis APK. Penelitian ini membandingkan pemeriksaan serologi ELISA otomatis dan tes imunokromatografi pada dalam mendeteksi antibodi spesifik Aspergillus pada pasien dengan riwayat TB paru.
Metode: Studi potong-lintang ini merupakan bagian dari penelitian payung tentang diagnosis APK pada pasien TB. Serum pasien diperiksa menggunakan ELISA otomatis dan tes imunokromatografi. Performa diagnosis diperoleh melalui perbandingan hasil pemeriksaan dengan diagnosis APK. Agreement antar tes dianalisis dengan
Hasil: Didapatkan 68 pasien pasca TB dengan median usia 34,5 (17-72) tahun. Sebanyak 24 pasien diadiagnosis APK (35,3%). Proporsi positif ELISA otomatis dan tes imunokromatografi sebesar 48,5% dan 2,9%. ELISA otomatis memiliki sensitivitas 91,7%, spesifisitas 75%, nilai duga positif 66,7%, dan nilai duga negatif  94,3%. Tes imunokromatografi memiliki sensitivitas 8,3%, spesifisitas  dan nilai duga positif 100%, serta nilai duga negatif 66,7%. Agreement antara kedua tes sangat rendah (kappa score: 0,062).
Kesimpulan: Pada pasien dengan riwayat TB paru, ELISA otomatis IgG spesifik Aspergillus dapat digunakan sebagai pemeriksaan penunjang APK di area dengan sumber daya mendukung. Sedangkan tes imunokromatografi dapat digunakan sebagai uji penapisan awal APK di daerah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya.

Introduction: Chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA) is common in post TB patients. Faster and more sensitive Aspergillus serological examination is necessary for CPA diagnosis. This study compared automated ELISA and immunochromatography test for Aspergillus specific antibody detection in post pulmonary TB patients.
Method: This cross-sectional study is part of previous research on CPA diagnosis in tuberculosis. Patient’s sera were tested with automated ELISA and immunochromatography test. The results were compared to CPA diagnosis to obtain diagnostic performances. The agreement between tests was analyzed with Cohen’s kappa.
Result: There were 68 previous TB patients with median age 34,5 (17-72) years old. CPA was diagnosed in 24 patients (35,3%). The positive result of automated ELISA and immunochromatography test were 48,5% and 2,9%. Automated ELISA showed sensitivity of 97%, specificity of 75%, PPV of 66,7%, and NPV of 94,3%. The immunochromatography test showed sensitivity of 8,3%, specificity and PPV of 100%, and NPV of 66,7%. There was very low agreement between tests (kappa score: 0,062).
Conclusion: Automated ELISA Aspergillus specific IgG could be utilized for supporting CPA diagnosis in post TB patients, mainly in settings where resources are available. Immunochromatography test is applicable as an early screening tool for CPA detection in resource-constrained areas.

"Indonesia merupakan negara dengan beban TB terbesar kedua di dunia. Prevalensi infeksi penyerta jamur paru juga tinggi, salah satunya aspergilosis paru kronik (APK). Alat diagnostik yang baik dan mudah digunakan sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang diagnosis APK, namun data terkait hal tersebut di Indonesia masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai performa diagnostik deteksi antibodi spesifik Aspergillus berbasis ELISA manual dan otomatis pada pasien TB paru. Penelitian ini merupakan uji diagnostik untuk membandingkan hasil deteksi antibodi spesifik Aspergillus berbasis ELISA menggunakan metode manual dan otomatis dari sera pasien TB paru yang diperiksa di Laboratorium Parasitologi FKUI. Dari 62 subjek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, 56,5% pasien adalah perempuan. Median usia pasien adalah 34 tahun dengan nilai minimum 16 dan nilai maksimum 72. Proporsi hasil positif ELISA manual adalah 12,9%, sedangkan proporsi hasil positif ELISA otomatis adalah 29%. Metode ELISA manual memiliki nilai performa diagnostik 20% untuk sensitivitas, 90,48% untuk spesifisitas, 61,5% untuk nilai duga positif, dan 59,79% untuk nilai duga negatif. Adapun ELISA otomatis memiliki nilai performa diagnostik 70% untuk sensitivitas, 90,48%untuk spesifisitas, 84,83% untuk nilai duga positif, dan 79,86% untuk nilai duga negatif. Kemampuan diagnostik ELISA manual tidak sebaik otomatis, namun dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai alat diagnosis penapisan yang lebih mudah diakses, khususnya di daerah dengan sumber daya terbatas. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan mengenai cut-off ELISA manual yang sesuai untuk populasi Indonesia.

Indonesia is a country with the second largest TB burden in the world. The prevalence of pulmonary fungal infections is also high, one of which is chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA). A good and easy-to-use diagnostic tool is needed to aid CPA diagnosis. This study aims to determine the diagnostic performance value of Aspergillus-specific antibody detection based on manual and automatic ELISA on pulmonary TB patient’s serum carried out at Parasitology Laboratory FMUI. This diagnostic test study compared the results of Aspergillus-specific antibody detection in pulmonary TB patient’s sera based on ELISA using manual and automatic methods. Of the 62 subjects who met the inclusion criteria, 56.5% of the patients were women. The median age of the patients was 34 years with a minimum value of 16 and a maximum value of 72. The proportion of positive results for manual ELISA was 12.9%, while the proportion of positive results for automatic ELISA was 29%. Manual ELISA has a diagnostic performance value of 20% for sensitivity, 90.48% for specificity, 61.5% for a positive predictive value, and 59.79% for a negative predictive value. Meanwhile, automatic ELISA has a diagnostic performance value of 70% for sensitivity, 90.48% for specificity, 84.83% for a positive predictive value, and 79.86% for a negative predictive value. Manual ELISA diagnostic capabilities are not as good as automated one but can be considered as a screening diagnostic tool as it is more accessible, especially in areas with limited resources. It is necessary to study the appropriate cut-off on manual ELISA Indonesian population."

LinkedLab proposes a platform to manage data for research communites using Linked Data technique. The use of Linked Data affords a more effective way to access, organize, and integrate the data."

"Vaksinasi COVID-19 merupakan salah satu solusi jangka panjang untuk mengatasi pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Topik vaksinasi COVID-19 menjadi perbincangan yang hangat, khususnya di media sosial. Berbagai macam pro dan kontra mengenai program vaksinasi terus bermunculan sehingga penelitian mengenai analisis publik terhadap program vaksinasi COVID-19 sangat berguna untuk komunikasi publik. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada lima jenis vaksin yang banyak digunakan di Indonesia yaitu, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer, Sinopharm dan Sinovac. Sebanyak 252,805 data dikumpulkan melalui media sosial twitter menggunakan Twitter API di tahun 2021. Lalu sebanyak 11,361 dipilih secara acak untuk dianotasi secara manual. Selanjutnya, proses klasifikasi dilakukan menggunakan model bahasa XLMR dan beberapa metode baseline berbasis pre-trained language model, deep learning, machine learning dan lexicon. Augmentasi data seperti Easy Data Augmentation (EDA), An Easier Data Augmentation (AEDA) dan Seqgan juga dilakukan untuk menyeimbangkan jumlah kelas data minoritas. Pembagian data latih dan data uji dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua metode yaitu simple random sampling dan stratified sampling untuk mengetahui performa model yang dilatih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan yaitu XLMR, memiliki performa yang tinggi dibandingkan metode baseline lainnya, dengan akurasi sebesar 71.91% sebelum dilakukan augmentasi dan 72.19% setelah dilakukan augmentasi menggunakan Seqgan menggunakan metode pembagian data simple random sampling. Lalu, dengan menggunakan metode pembagian data stratified, XLMR juga memiliki performa terbaik dengan akurasi 59.96% sebelum dilakukan augmentasi dan 74.37% setelah dilakukan augmentasi menggunakan EDA. Penelitian ini akan sangat bermanfaat untuk komunikasi publik dengan kasus serupa. Di masa yang akan datang, penelitian ini bisa dilanjutkan dengan melakukan domain transfer untuk meningkatkan performa model.

COVID-19 vaccination is one of the long-term solutions to address the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The topic of COVID-19 vaccination has become a hot discussion, especially on social media. Various pros and cons regarding the vaccination program continue to emerge, making research on public analysis of the COVID-19 vaccination program very useful for public communication. This study focuses on five types of vaccines widely used in Indonesia, namely AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer, Sinopharm, and Sinovac. A total of 252,805 data were collected through social media Twitter using the Twitter API in 2021. Then, 11,361 were randomly selected to be manually annotated. Subsequently, the classification process was performed using the XLMR language model and several baseline methods based on pre-trained language models, deep learning, machine learning, and lexicon. Data augmentation such as Easy Data Augmentation (EDA), An Easier Data Augmentation (AEDA), and Seqgan was also carried out to balance the number of minority class data. The division of training data and test data was done using two methods, namely simple random sampling and stratified sampling, to determine the performance of the trained model. The results of the study show that the proposed method, XLMR, has high performance compared to other baseline methods, with an accuracy of 71.91% before augmentation and 72.19% after augmentation using Seqgan with the simple random sampling data splitting method. Then, using the stratified data splitting method, XLMR also had the best performance with an accuracy of 59.96% before augmentation and 74.37% after augmentation using EDA. This research will be very useful for public communication with similar cases. In the future, this research can be continued by conducting domain transfer to improve model performance."

"ABSTRAK
Kasus infeksi measles baik individu maupun kejadian luar biasa KLB di Indonesia masih banyak ditemui. Konfirmasi infeksi measles klinis hanya dapat dilakukan di Laboratorium Nasional. Keterbatasan kit komersial yang rutin digunakan menyebabkan pemeriksaan menjadi terhambat. Pengembangan in house plate coating spesifik IgM measles dengan indirect ELISA dilakukan dengan memodifikasi dan mengoptimasi microtiter plate dengan kultur virus measles. Kultur virus measles didapat dengan menumbuhkannya pada kultur sel vero/hSLAM. Optimasi plate coating dilakukan menggunakan kultur virus measles dengan isolat MO/38/V/07 dan J/10/358/Riau dalam pengenceran 1:1 mdash;1:2.048 dan inaktif atau tidaknya virus pada saat coating dilakukan. Optimasi pemeriksaan indirect ELISA untuk in house plate coating dilakukan dengan konsentrasi konjugat 1:10, 1:25, dan 1:50. In house plate coating telah dioptimasi dan menunjukkan hasil optimum untuk mendeteksi IgM measles pada pengenceran 1:16 dengan isolat MO/38/V/07 dalam keadaan inaktif dan pemeriksaan menggunakan konsentrasi konjugat 1:25.

ABSTRAK
Cases of infection measles both individuals and extraordinary events outbreak in Indonesia are still widely encountered. Confirmation of measles clinical infection can only be done at the National Laboratory. The limitations of commercial kits that are routinely used cause the examination to be inhibited. The development of a specific IgM measles in house plate coating with indirect ELISA is done by modifying and optimizing the microtiter plate with measles virus culture. Viral culture measles obtained by growing it on cell culture vero hSLAM. Optimization of plate coating was done using culture of measles virus with MO 38 V 07 and J 10 358 Riau isolates in dilution of 1 1 mdash 1.2048 and inactivation or active of virus at the time of coating. Optimization of indirect ELISA examination for in house plate coating is done with conjugate concentration 1 10, 1 25, and 1 50. In house plate coating was optimized and showed optimum results for detecting IgM measles at 1 16 dilution with MO 38 V 07 isolates in inactivation and examination indirect ELISA using a 1 25 conjugate concentration."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi Aplikasi ATLAS tahap risk assessment untuk mengetahui (1) apakah Aplikasi ATLAS pada tahap risk assessment telah mematuhi SPAP berbasis ISA dalam pelaksanaan audit atas laporan keuangan, (2) apakah Aplikasi ATLAS pada tahap risk assessment memiliki kualitas aplikasi yang memadai, (3) apakah pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi mendukung proses pengimplementasian Aplikasi ATLAS pada tahap risk assessment (4) apakah Aplikasi ATLAS pada tahap risk assessment telah membantu meningkatkan efektivitas audit untuk mencapai tujuan audit dalam menilai risiko salah saji material, dan (5) apakah auditor yang sebelumnya melakukan penilaian risiko secara manual pada kertas kerja audit mengalami peningkatan efisiensi audit ketika menilai risiko dengan Aplikasi ATLAS tahap risk assessment yang merupakan kertas kerja elektronik terintegrasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode campuran antara metode kualitatif dan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi Aplikasi ATLAS, wawancara, dan survei. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah secara umum Aplikasi ATLAS telah memenuhi persyaratan yang diharuskan oleh SPAP berbasis ISA. Namun, pada tahap perencanaan audit, belum terdapat kertas kerja yang secara spesifik mengakomodasi diskusi tim audit terkait dengan bagaimana dan di mana dalam laporan keuangan entitas mungkin rentan terhadap kesalahan penyajian material yang diakibatkan oleh kecurangan. Lebih lanjut, secara umum tingkat persetujuan responden terhadap kualitas aplikasi, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi, peningkatan efektivitas audit, dan peningkatan efisiensi audit secara berturut-turut sebesar 74,33%, 82,39%, 80,91%, dan 80,38% yang menunjukan bahwa Aplikasi ATLAS memiliki kualitas yang memadai, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi audit atas laporan keuangan.
The objective of the research is to analyze the implementation of ATLAS Application on risk assessment phase to find out (1) whether ATLAS Application on risk assessment phase comply with ISA-based SPAP in conducting audits of financial statements, (2) whether the ATLAS Application on the risk assessment phase has adequate application quality, (3) whether the user training supports the process in implementing the ATLAS Application on the risk assessment phase, (4) whether ATLAS Application on risk assessment phase helps to increase the audit effectiveness to achieve audit objective in assessing risk of material misstatement, and (5) whether the auditors who previously conducted a risk assessment manually on the audit working paper experience improvement on audit efficiency while assessing risk of material misstatement using ATLAS Application which is an electronic-integrated audit working paper. The method used in this research is the mixed methods of qualitative and quantitative through observation of ATLAS applications, interviews, and surveys data collections. The conclusion of this research is that in general the ATLAS Application has fulfilled the requirements required by ISA-based SPAP. However, on the audit planning stage, there is no working paper that specifically accommodates the audit team discussion regarding how and where in the entity's financial statements may be susceptible to material misstatement due to fraud. Furthermore, in general, level of respondents' approval of the quality of the application, application usage training, improve audit effectiveness, and improve audit efficiency respectively by 74.33%, 82.39%, 80.91%, and 80.38% which shows that the ATLAS Application has adequate quality thereby improving the effectiveness and efficiency of audits on financial statements. "
