"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting baik di Apotek, Pedagang Besar Farmasi maupun Industri Farmasi. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani Praktik Kerja Profesi. Standar kompetensi Apoteker terdiri dari sepuuh standar kompetensi kemampuan yang diharapkan Apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran Apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi. Oleh karena itu, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari dan PT Takeda Indonesia selama periode Bulan Februari-September 2020. Selama melaksanakan praktik kerja, diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefamasian di tempat praktik kerja.

A pharmacist plays an important role in both the Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Wholesalers and Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as requirements for entering the world of work and undergoing Professional Work Practices. Pharmacist competency standards consist of all competency standards that are expected by Pharmacists to be able to understand the pharmacist's role and improve competence. Therefore, the Professional Work Practices of Pharmacists at Kimia Farma Pharmacy, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari and PT Takeda Indonesia during the period February-September 2020. During the work practice, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their knowledge, understanding and experience to carry out medical work in workplace.

"Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009 tentang Pekerjaan Kefarmasian, Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai Apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan Apoteker. Keberadaan Apoteker sangat penting, khususnya di Apotek dan Industri Farmasi. Apoteker memiliki standar kompetensi dalam menjalankan perannya. Salah satu cara untuk mengasah kompetensi dari Apoteker adalah dengan menjalankan praktik kerja profesi bagi para calon Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek dan Industri Farmasi merupakan rangkaian kegiatan untuk para Apoteker memahami dan belajar bagaimana peran serta kontribusinya di masyarakat. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere dan di PT Harsen Laboratories. Setelah dilakukan praktik kerja profesi, diharapkan para calon Apoteker mampu untuk menyiapkan diri dan memiliki bekal untuk menjadi tenaga kesehatan Indonesia yang bermanfaat bagi nusa dan bangsa.

According to Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009 about Pekerjaan Kefarmasian, a pharmacist is a bachelor of pharmacy who has graduated as a pharmacist and has taken the oath of its position. The existence of a pharmacist is very important, especially in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacists have competency standards in carrying out their roles. One way to hone the competence of a pharmacist is to carry out professional work practices for prospective pharmacists. The “Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker” in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry is a series of activities for pharmacists to understand and learn how to participate in the community. The Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker conducted at Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere and at PT Harsen Laboratories. After carrying out professional work practices, it is hoped that the prospective pharmacists will be able to prepare themselves and be equipped to become Indonesian health workers who are useful to the country and the nation."

"Apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu hal penting yang perlu dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam bidang praktik kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal untuk memahami peran apoteker, serta meningkatkan kemampuan sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceutical periode Januari – Maret 2022, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari periode April 2022, dan Apotek Kimia Farma periode Mei 2022. Untuk dapat menjadi apoteker yang profesional, suatu hal penting yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker adalah berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam melaksanakan praktik kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut agar dapat menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal ilmu dan pengalaman dalam memahami peran sebagai seorang apoteker serta untuk meningkatkan kompetensi diri sebelum terjun ke dalam dunia pekerjaan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was held at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories for the January – February 2022 period, Apotek Kimia Farma 96 Kemanggisan for the March 2022 period, and PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari for the period of April 2022. With the implementation of professional practice in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical distribution companies, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to broaden their horizons, knowledge, skills, and experience that can be applied in doing pharmaceutical work in the future."

"Apoteker merupakan profesional kesehatan lulusan sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus ujian kompetensi apoteker dan mengucap sumpah jabatan apoteker. Seorang calon apoteker harus mempunyai keahlian dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker diharuskan melakukan praktik profesi sebagai bentuk memperoleh pengalaman dan kompetensi untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian sebagai apoteker profesional. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia selama periode bulan Maret – April 2022 dan Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda selama periode bulan Mei 2022. Calon apoteker diharapkan memperoleh pengalaman, ilmu, dan keterampilan yang dapat bermanfaat dikemudian hari dalam menjadi profesi apoteker.

A prospective pharmacist must have expertise in practicing pharmacy in pharmacy service facilities. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to practice professionally as a form of gaining experience and competence to practice pharmacy as a professional pharmacist. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is held at the University of Indonesia Hospital during the period March – April 2022 and Kimia Farma 352 Margonda Pharmacy during the May 2022 period. Prospective pharmacists are expected to gain experience, knowledge, and skills that can be useful in the future in becoming a pharmacist profession."

"Continued Process Verification dilakukan selama siklus hidup produk dan merupakan persyaratan wajib baru dan diterapkan terlepas dari pendekatan apapun yang dipilih pada proses validasi. Akan tetapi dalam penerapannya industri farmasi mengalami banyak kesulitan terutama industri yang sistem pendataanya masih manual. FDA mengharapkan industri farmasi untuk menjaga peralatan laboratorium dalam keadaan bersih dan tersanitasi untuk memberikan konfidensi pada hasil analisis. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan konfidensi ini adalah melalui program validasi yaitu validasi pembersihan. Namun, detail pada validasi pembersihan alat gelas laboratorium tidak harus sama dengan validasi pembersihan peralatan yang digunakan untuk produksi karena alat gelas laboratorium hanya digunakan untuk tujuan pengujian dan dinilai memiliki resiko yang rendah terhadap produk dan pasien. Sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian resiko untuk menentukan produk penanda, peralatan laboratorium penanda dan kriteria keberterimaan yang sesuai.

However, in its application, the pharmaceutical industry is experiencing many difficulties, especially industries where the data collection system is still manual. The FDA expects the pharmaceutical industry to keep laboratory equipment clean and sanitized to provide confidence in the results of the analysis. One way to provide this confidence is through a validation program, namely cleaning validation. However, the details on the cleaning validation of laboratory glassware do not have to be the same as the validation of cleaning equipment used for production because laboratory glassware is only used for testing purposes and is considered to have a low risk to the product and the patient. So it is necessary to carry out a risk assessment to determine the appropriate marker product, marker laboratory equipment and acceptance criteria."

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Kalbe Farma Tbk pada periode 3 Januari-25 Februari 2022, Apotek Roxy Telajung pada periode 2-26 Maret 2022, dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari pada periode 1-14 April 2022. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini diharapkan dapat membantu apoteker dalam mengembangkan kemampuannya dan memperoleh pengetahuan baru terkait profesinya di Industri Farmasi, Pedagang Besar Farmasi, dan Apotek.

Therefore, pharmacists are required to have good competencies in accordance with the pharmacist competency standards. The Professional Practices of Pharmacist is one of the requirements that have to be carried out so that prospective pharmacists can understand their role and improve their competencies.
