"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh learning organization dan organizational commitment terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor pusat PT Telkomsel Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan cara memakai accidental sampling. Jumlah responden yang ada di dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan tiga teori utama, yaitu teori learning organization dari Watkins & Marsick, organizational commitment dari Steers, serta turnover intention dari Ableson. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa learning organization dan organizational commitment mempengaruhi turnover intention. Apabila dilihat pada masing-masing variabel, maka hasil yang diperoleh adalah learning organization memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention sedangkan organizational commitment juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention.

This study aims to explain the effect of learning organization and organizational commitment on turnover intention. This research conducted in head office of PT Telkomsel Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach to gather the data using a survey method that implement accidental sampling. Total respondents in this research are 100 employees. This research employs three main theories, which are the theory of learning organization by Watkins & Marsick, organizational commitment by Steers and turnover intention by Ableson. When viewed on each variable, the results obtained are that learning organization has influence on turnover intention and organizational commitment has also an influence on turnover intention.

"Ketika bertransisi dari kuliah ke dunia kerja, Generasi Z ditemukan mengalami kesenjangan soft skills, kurang mengetahui potensi diri dan minat karier, dan khawatir tidak bisa mendapat pekerjaan yang diinginkan. Fenomena tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa mereka belum memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik. Adaptabilitas karier adalah sumber daya psikososial yang dapat membantu Generasi Z untuk menghadapi masa transisi dan tantangan dalam berkarier. Kepribadian proaktif adalah faktor yang kritis dalam pembentukkan adaptabilitas karier dan dapat membantu Generasi Z untuk bertahan dalam lingkungan kerja yang tidak terprediksi. Selain itu, agar Generasi Z bisa terus memenuhi tuntutan dunia karier yang kompleks, kemampuan self-directed learning (SDL) menjadi penting untuk dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran SDL dalam memediasi hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan penelitian adalah 131 lulusan baru Generasi Z yang sudah bekerja atau magang selama maksimal 1 tahun. Hasil analisis regresi dengan Hayes Macro PROCESS menunjukkan bahwa SDL memediasi parsial hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Artinya, SDL tidak sepenuhnya menjelaskan hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan Generasi Z agar memanfaatkan kepribadian proaktifnya yang tinggi untuk mengoptimalkan adaptabilitas kariernya. Penyedia kerja dapat menyediakan mentoring karier atau coaching untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan adaptabilitas karier Generasi Z.

In transitioning from college to the workforce, Generation Z was found to experience soft skills gaps, lack of self-potential and career interests understanding, and worry about securing their desired job. This phenomenon indicates that they do not have good career adaptability. Career adaptability is a psychosocial resources that can help Generation Z to face transitions and challenges in their careers. Proactive personality is a critical factor affecting the formation of career adaptability and can help Generation Z to survive in an unpredictable work environment. In addition, self-directed learning (SDL) skills are important for Generation Z to meet the demands of a complex career world. This study aims to determine how SDL mediates the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. The participants of this study are 131 Generation Z fresh graduates with working or internship experience for a maximum of 1 year. The regression analysis result using Hayes Macro PROCESS shows that SDL partially mediates the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. In other words, SDL does not fully explain the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability. This research recommends Generation Z utilize their proactive personality to continue optimizing their career adaptability. Job providers can facilitate Generation Z with career mentoring or coaching to advance their career adaptability."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari organizational learning culture dan perceived organizational support terhadap komitmen afektif dan turnover intention pada karyawan IT di Bank XYZ. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 karyawan IT Bank XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa organizational learning culture dan perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap komitmen afektif, dan adanya pengaruh yang negatif dari komitmen afektif terhadap turnover intention.

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational learning culture and perceived organizational support on affective commitment and turnover intention. The respondents of this study are 170 IT employees in Bank XYZ. This study uses Structural Equation Model SEM to analysis the data. This research found, there is significant positive relationship between organizational learning culture and perceived organizational support with affective commitment and there is significant negative relationship between affective commitment with turnover intention."

"Latar belakang: Strategi problem based learning pada kurikulum berbasis kompetensi didasari atas adult learning theory, dimana salah satu ciri dari adult learning adalah self directed learning. Kemampuan self directed learning perlu diberikan dan dilatih, agar siswa kelak lulus nanti dapat mengembangkan keilmuannya. Melihat pentingnya self directed learning, maka perlu adanya suatu gambaran bagaimana penerapan self directed learning pada kegiatan mandiri oleh para siswa kita serta faktor yang berhubungan dengannya.
Metoda: Penelitian ini menggunakan disain potong lintang. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah 266 mahasiswa semester 3 FK UKRIDA. Instrument yang dipakai untuk pengumpulan data terdiri dari 3 kuesioner, yaitu: kuesioner penerapan self directed learning, motivasi dan pemanfaatan waktu pada kegiatan mandiri. Hasil data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan chi square lest.
Hasil: Penerapan self direcled learning didalam PBL diterapkan oleh 68% mahasiswa, 71,8% mahasiswa mempunyai motivasi baik, tetapi hanya 28,2% yang memanfaatkan waktu pada kegiatan mandiri.
Kesimpulan: Adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara mahasiswa yang menerapkan self directed learning dengan motivasi belajar, pemanfaatan waktu pada kegiatan mandiri.

Background: Problem based learning strategy in competency based curriculum was based on adult learning theory which is characterized by self directed learning. Student should be trained self directed learning. so after graduation they could develop their knowledge. Due to the importance of self directed learning, it is necessery to know the process of self directed learning and factors related to it.
Method: A cross sectional design has been conducted among 266 third semester medical student at University of Ukrida. Three questionaires were used to collect data related to self directed learning, motivation and time management. Data were analize using chi square test.
Result: Self directed learning in the PBL session was done by 68% of students, 71,8% has a good motivation, however only 28.2% used the time allocated in the PBL.
Conclusion: Motivation, time management were found significantly related to self directed learning.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh learning organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data sekunder dan survei yang dilakukan pada 120 pegawai tetap PT Waskita Karya(persero)Tbk serta wawancara dengan Vice President Human Capital Divission PT Waskita Karya(persero)Tbk dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dengan causal step dan sobel test untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh mediasi di antara variabel-variabel kunci.
Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa learning organization mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara signifikan. Hasil penelitian juga mengindikasikan bahwa learning organization mempengaruhi motivasi secara signifikan. Sedangkan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara signifikan. Hasil analisis juga mengindikasikan bahwa learning organization mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi secara signifikan. Hasil Sobel Test membuktikan pengaruh tidak langsung learning organization terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi signifikan.

The study aims to examine the effect of Learning organization on Employee Performance through Motivation as a mediating variable. This research used a quantitative approach. Data is collected through secondary data and survey which conducted on 120 head office employees at PT. Waskita Karya(persero)Tbk and interview with Vice President Human Capital Divission PT Waskita Karya(persero)Tbk by total sampling method. This Research using Regression analysis with causal step and Sobel Test to test the direct and mediating relationship between key variables.
The result of research shows that Learning organization affects Employee Performance significant. It also shows Learning organization affects motivation significant and motivation affects Employee Performance significant. It also shows that Learning organization affects employee Performance with motivation as a variable moderating significant. Sobel Test reveals a statistical support for the indirect effect of Learning organization on Employee Performance through motivation significantly.

"Turnover menjadi suatu permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh manajemen di beberapa perusahaan. Employer attractiveness dapat menjadi strategi yang tepat untuk mengurangi turnover intention karyawan. Selain itu, organizational commitment sebagi faktor siginifikan yang dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention diajukan sebagai variabel mediasi pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganlisis peran organizational commitment dalam memediasi pengaruh employer attractiveness terhadap turnover intention karyawan tetap head office PT Bintang Toedjoe. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei, menyebarkan kuesioner pada 120 responden sesuai kriteria sampel. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling.
Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan terdapat hubungan yang negatif signfikan antara employer attractivenessterhadap turnover intention, dan organizational commitment terhadap turnover intention, serta hubungan yang positif signifikan antara employer attractiveness terhadap organizational commitment. Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa organizational commitment memediasi secara penuh pengaruh employer attractivenessterhadap turnover intention karyawan tetap head office PT Bintang Toedjoe

Turnover has been a problem that faced by management in several companies. Employer attractiveness can be the right strategy to reduce employee turnover intention. In addition, organizational commitment as a significant factor that can influence turnover intention is proposed as a mediating variable in this study. This study aims to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effects of employer attractiveness on turnover intention study on PT Bintang Toedjoe head office permanent employees. Researcher use quantitative approach and collect the data through surveys by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents according to the sample criteria. The sampling technique of this study is total sampling.
The results show that there are a significantly negative effects of employer attractiveness on turnover intention and organizational commitment on turnover intention, and also there is a significantly positive effects of employer attractiveness on organizational commitment. Furthermore, the result also shows that organizational commitment fully mediates the effects of employer attractiveness on turnover intention of PT Bintang Toedjoe head office's permanent employees."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan komitmen keorganisasian karyawan tetap PT Telkomsel dengan menggunakan teori motivasi kerja menurut Herzberg yang meliputi dimensi intrinsik (motivator) dan ekstrinsik (hygiene), sedangkan variabel komitmen keorganisasian menggunakan teori Allen dan Meyer yaitu affective commitment, continuance commitment, dan normative commitment. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap Kantor Pusat PT Telkomsel, Jakarta.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 156 karyawan tetap kantor pusat PT Telkomsel dengan karakteristik telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Uji validitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan KMO Bartlett dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu korelasi rank spearman.
Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel motivasi kerja memiliki korelasi positif dengan variabel komitmen keorganisasian, dimana nilai hubungan tersebut sebesar 0.591, artinya motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat dengan komitmen keorganisasian para karyawan tetap Kantor Pusat PT Telkomsel.

This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation to work with the organizational commitment of employees of PT Telkomsel that use the Herzberg's theory of work motivation which includes the dimensions of the intrinsic (motivators) and extrinsic (hygiene), while the variable organizational commitment using Allen and Meyer's theory is affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. The samples used in this study are permanent employees at Head Office of PT Telkomsel, Jakarta.
This study uses a quantitative approach, involving 156 permanent employees of PT Telkomsel who has worked at least 1 year. Validity in this study using the KMO and Bartlett and test of reliability using Cronbach alpha, whereas the analytical techniques used rank spearman correlation.
From the results of this research note that the variable of work motivation has a positive correlation with organizational commitment variables, where the value of that relationship for 0591, it means that motivation has a strong enough relationship with organizational commitment of permanent employees at Head Office of PT Telkomsel.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job involvement terhadap turnover intention dengan organizational commitment sebagai variabel mediasi. Job involvement diukur menggunakan konsep multidimensi job involvement yaitu emotional job involvement, cognitive job involvement, dan behavioral job involvement (Yoshimura, 1996), organizational commitment diukur dengan organizational commitment questionnaire (Mowday, Steers, dan Porter, 1979) dan turnover intention diukur dengan indikator turnover intention (Mobley, Horner, dan Hollingsworth, 1978). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei yang dilakukan pada 120 karyawan tetap PT. South Pacific Viscose dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dan Sobel Test untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh mediasi di antara variabel-variabel kunci.
Hasil analisis jalur mengindikasikan bahwa job involvement mempengaruhi organizational commitment secara signifikan. Hasil analisis jalur juga mengindikasikan bahwa job involvement dan organizational commitment mempengaruhi turnover intention secara signifikan. Hasil Sobel Test membuktikan pengaruh tidak langsung job involvement terhadap turnover intention melalui organizational commitment secara signifikan. Sejalan dengan penelitian terdahulu Blau dan Boal (1989), hasil analisis jalur dan Sobel Test mengkonfirmasi bahwa organizational commitment memediasi hubungan job involvement dan turnover intention.

This study aims to examine the effect of job involvement on employee turnover intention through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Multidimensional job involvement, namely emotional job involvement, cognitive job involvement, and behavioral job involvement (Yoshimura, 1996), organizational commitment questionnaire (Mowday, Steers, and Porter, 1979) and turnover intention’s indicators (Mobley, Horner, and Hollingsworth, 1978) were using to measure job involvement, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. This research used a quantitative approach. Data was collected through survey which conducted on 120 permanent employees at PT. South Pacific Viscose by non-probability (convenience) sampling method. Path analysis and Sobel Test were used to test the direct and mediating relationship between key variables.
Path analysis shows that job involvement affects organizational commitment significantly. It also shows that job involvement and organizational commitment affect turnover intention significantly. Sobel Test reveals a statistical support for the indirect effect of job involvement on turnover intention through organizational commitment. In line with the previous research of Blau and Boal (1989), the result of path analysis and Sobel Test confirm that organizational commitment significantly mediated the relationship between job involvement and turnover intention.

"[Dalam perjalanan di perkuliahan, mahasiswa akan menemukan masalah salah satunya masalah karir, yaitu merasa salah pada jurusan yang telah dipilihnya dan menyebabkan ketidakyakinan pada jurusan yang telah dipilihnya. Keyakinan mahasiswa untuk tetap persisten pada jurusan yang telah dipilih erat kaitannya dengan career decision self-efficacy. Salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk dapat mencapai career decision self-efficacy adalah self-directed learning pada individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan self-directed learning terhadap career decision self-efficacy pada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia (UI). Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 516 orang mahasiswa S1 UI tahun kedua atau semester 4. Self-directed learning diukur menggunakan Student Self-Directed Learning Questionnaire dari De Bruin (2008, dalam De Bruin dan Cornelius, 2011) dan career decision self-efficacy diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short-Form dari Betz dan Taylor (1983, dalam Betz & Taylor, 2006) yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self-directed learning dan career decision self-efficacy (r = 0.576; p < 0.05). Selain itu, hasil juga menunjukkan ada hubungan antara dimensi self-directed learning (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi) dan career decision self-efficacy. Implikasi dari penelitian ini untuk perguruan tinggi diharapkan agar diadakan pelatihan terkait self-directed learning bagi mahasiswa agar memiliki pengarahan diri dalam pembelajarannya, agar mahasiswa lebih mandiri dalam belajar, menekuni dan mendalami pengetahuan dari jurusan yang dipilihnya sehingga dapat lebih yakin dengan keputusan karirnya.

Students? assuredness to be persistent in doing the chosen program is highly related with career decision self-efficacy. One factor that can help students to achieve career decision self-efficacy is by applying self-directed learning for each student. The main purpose of this research is to see the relationship between self-directed learning and career decision self-efficacy among undergraduates students in Universitas Indonesia (UI). A total of 516 students who are currently enrolled in the second or fourth semester participated in the research. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh authentic leadership terhadap turnover intention dengan organizational commitment sebagai variabel mediasi. Variabel authentic leadership diukur dengan menggunakan indikator dari Authentic Leadership Inventory (ALI) oleh Neider dan Schriesheim, untuk variabel turnover intention menggunakan beberapa indikator dari Mobley et al. dan yang terakhir untuk variabel organizational commitment diukur menggunakan beberapa indikator dari Mowday et al. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online dan offline dengan jumlah responden terkumpul sebanyak 105. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi, analisis mediasi (causal step) dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa authentic leadership secara signifikan memengaruhi turnover intention. Authentic leadership secara signifikan memengaruhi organizational commitment. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, terdapat pengaruh mediasi signifikan Organizational Commitment pada pengaruh Authentic Leadership terhadap Turnover Intention.

This study aims to examine the effect of authentic leadership on turnover intention with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The authentic leadership variable was measured by several indicators from Authentic Leadership Inventory (ALI) by Neider and Schriesheim, for the variable turnover intention by several indicators from Mobley et al. and the last for organizational commitment variable was measured by several indicators from Mowday et al. This research used a quantitative approach, collecting data by distributing online and offline questionnaires with 105 respondents collected. Data analysis in this study was conducted by descriptive analysis, regression analysis, mediation analysis (causal step) and sobel test analysis. The results show that authentic leadership significantly affected turnover intention. Authentic leadership significantly influences organizational commitment. Based on the results of mediation tests, there is a significant mediation effect of Organizational Commitment on the influence of Authentic Leadership on Turnover Intention."
