"Setiap obat memiliki manfaat, tetapi terdapat pula risiko dalam penggunaan obat. Risiko tersebut dapat terkait efektivitas obat, munculnya efek samping obat, atau masalah terkait biaya pengobatan (Kemenkes RI, 2019). Risiko-risiko tersebut dapat diminimalkan dengan menerapkan lima tepat dalam penggunaan obat yang dapat ditelaah apoteker sebelum memberikan obat kepada pasien yaitu tepat obat, tepat pasien, tepat rute, tepat dosis, serta tepat waktu pemberian (Kemenkes RI, 2019). Setelah dilakukan telaah obat oleh apoteker, pasien diberikan obat yang dilengkapi dengan kemasan beserta etiket obat. Etiket obat dapat membantu pasien mengkonsumsi obat secara tepat, dikarenakan pada etiket obat dilengkapi dengan identitas pasien serta identitas atau informasi obat yang sedang dikonsumsi oleh pasien (Kemenkes RI, 2019). RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo memiliki sistem database yang memuat informasi yang tercantum pada etiket obat yang perlu untuk diperbarui. Pada tugas khusus ini, dilakukan pembaruan data informasi pada etiket untuk obat-obat oral yang digunakan di RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Data-data yang diperbarui adalah data terkait instruksi terkait penggunaan obat, serta Beyond Use Date dari obat tersebut. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari sistem yang digunakan oleh RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, terdapat total 1269 obat. Terdapat 779 (61%) data obat yang diperbarui dengan menambahkan instruksi khusus terkait cara penggunaan, dan/atau Beyond Use Date obat; 453 (36%) obat yang tidak memiliki aturan khusus, atau belum ditemukan data terkait BUD dari 453 obat tersebut; 26 (2%) data obat yang belum diperbarui; dan 11 (1%) obat yang bukan merupakan obat dengan rute oral.
Every drug has benefits also risks while using it. These risks can be related to drug effectiveness, side effects, about treatment costs (Kemenkes RI, 2019). These risks can be minimized by applying five appropriate drugs that can be reviewed by pharmacists before giving drugs to patients, which is right drug, right patient, right route, right dose, and right time (Kemenkes RI, 2019). After a drug review by the pharmacist, the patient is given a drug that is equipped with packaging along with drug etiquette. Drug etiquette can help patients consume drugs appropriately, because it is equipped with patient identity and identity or information on drugs being taken by patients (Kemenkes RI, 2019). RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo has a database system that contains information listed on drug etiquette that needs to be updated. In this special task, information data updates were made on etiquette for oral drugs used at RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. The updated data are data related to instructions related to the use of the drug, as well as the Beyond Use Date of the drug. Based on data obtained from the system used by RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, there are a total of 1269 drugs. There were 779 (61%) data updated regarding how to or Beyond Use Date of the drug; 453 (36%) drugs that do not have special rules, or have not found data related to BUD; 26 (2%) drug data that have not been updated; and 11 (1%) drugs that are non oral drugs."

Hubungan kontrasepsi oral terhadap terjadinya kanker payudara pada wanita di RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta tahun 2010-2014 = Relationship of oral contraceptive on the occurrence of breast cancer female patients at dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital Jakarta in 2010-2014
"Kanker payudara merupakan jenis kanker dengan prevalensi tertinggi di Indonesia pada pasien wanita. Penggunaan kontrasepsi oral pada wanita usia reproduktif merupakan salah satu pilihan kontrasepsi yang sering digunakan di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2012, angka kematian akibat kanker payudara meningkat sebesar 20 jika dibandingkan dengan angka kematian pada tahun 2008. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemakaian kontrasepsi oral terhadap kejadian kanker payudara pada pasien wanita di RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo pada tahun 2010-2014. Pada penelitian dengan desain studi potong lintang cross sectional ini, data diambil dari unit arsip Departemen Patologi Anatomik FKUI-RSCM sesuai dengan hasil uji histopatologik, kemudian ditelusuri ke Unit Rekam Medik RSCM sebagai data sekunder yang diolah menggunakan uji Fisher menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai p = 0.03 dari 88 data yang terkumpul. Dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan kontrasepsi oral memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian kanker payudara pada pasien wanita di RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo pada tahun 2010-2014.
Breast cancer is one of the most prevalence types of cancers among women in Indonesia. Oral contraceptive consumption in reproductive age is one of the favorable choices for contraception in Indonesia. In 2012, the mortality rate increases to 20 compared with the mortality rate in 2008. The aim of this study is to find the relationship between oral contraceptive consumption and the occurrence of breast cancer among female patients in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital in 2010 2014. This cross sectional study is using collected secondary data taken from patients rsquo medical record based on patients rsquo histopathological examination results that can be analyzed using Fisher test with SPSS version 21. The result of this research shows p value that is 0.03 collected from 88 datas. From this research, it can be concluded that oral contraceptive consumption has statistically significant association on the occurence of breast cancer among female patients in Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital in 2010 2014."

"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dari tanggal 7 September sampai dengan 3 November 2015. PKP di rumah sakit bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker dan memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di puskesmas. Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di puskesmas meliputi pemilihan, perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian, pengelolaan narkotika dan psikotropika,. Kegiatan pelayanan klinik yang telah dilakukan adalah pengkajian resep, pengambilan riwayat pengobatan,pemantauan terapi obat, pelayanan Informasi Obat, konseling, ronde/visite, monitoring efek samping obat, evaluasi penggunaan obat. Masalah yang terjadi di Rumah sakit Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo adalah belum dilaksanakannya pemantauan kadar obat dalam darah.ABSTRACT Work Practice Profession (PKP) in pharmacies located in RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. The PFM in hospital aims to make students understand the role of pharmacists Pharmacists and have insight into the implementation of pharmacy work, and have a real picture of the issues that occur in pharmacy jobs pharmacy. Based on the activities undertaken PKP in general have been carrying out the duties and responsibilities in the management of activities related pharmacy pharmaceutical technical and nontechnical pharmacy activities in accordance with the legislation in force. Student pharmacists have managed to gain insights into the routine activities performed in the clinic. Pharmaceutical technical activities undertaken in the clinic include the selection, planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution, control, management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic. Clinical service activities that have been carried out is the assessment prescription, medical history taking, monitoring of drug therapy, Drug Information services, counseling, round/visite, monitoring of drug side effects, drug use evaluation. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul “Analisa Perubahan Regimen Terapi Antiretroviral (ARV) Periode Januari 2021 - Agustus 2022 pada Pasien ODHA di Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit”, dimana tugas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan regimen terapi ARV serta mengetahui regimen terapi ARV terbanyak yang digunakan pada pasien ODHA di Puskesmas Duren Sawit. Beberapa obat ARV yang digunakan sebagai regimen terapi pasien ODHA di Puskesmas Duren Sawit diantaranya ARV FDC dan obat lepasan.

"Praktik kerja profesi di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Periode Bulan Oktober-November Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk  memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian.
Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu Peran Apoteker Dalam Mencegah Medication Error Akibat LASA di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Periode Bulan Mei-September Tahun 2018. Tujuan tugas khusus ini adalah mengetahui persentase medication error akibat LASA,  persentase fase dan tipe medication error akibat LASA, dan persentase peran apoteker dalam penyelesaian medication error akibat LASA di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo periode Mei-September 2018.
The aims of internship held in RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo in October-November 2018  are to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists at the hospital in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in hospital, have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development.
This internship was conducted for two month with a special assignment The Role of Pharmacists in Preventing Medication Errors due to LASA in RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Period May-September 2018. The purpose of this special assignment is to know the percentage of medication error due to LASA, the percentage of phase and type of medication errors due to LASA, and the percentage of pharmacist role in solving medication errors due to LASA at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo May-September 2018."

"ABSTRAK
Apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam pelayana kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Sehingga dibutuhkan apoteker yang terampil dengan memahami semua aspek terkait kegiatan kefarmasian di rumah sakit, yaitu kegiatan menajemen farmasi dan farmasi klinik. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian dan mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Praktik kerja profesi secara garis besar terdiri dari kegiatan manajemen perbekalan kefarmasian dan pelayanan kefarmasian.
ABSTRACT
Pharmacists have an important role in pharmaceutical practice in hospital. So it takes a skilled pharmacist to understand all aspects related to pharmaceutical practice, from pharmacy managerial and clinical pharmaceutical. The aims of internship at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital were to know about the functions and responsibilities of pharmacist in hospital to have knowledge and experience about pharmaceutical practice in hospital to understand the challenges and their solutions in pharmaceutical practice and to learn about strategies and development of pharmaceutical practice . The internship was held for one month which was divided into two sub majors pharmacys managerial and clinical pharmaceutical care."

"[ABSTRAK
Angka kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia masih menempati urutan tertinggi untuk wilayah Asia Tenggara. Berdasarkan data kasus kecelakaan yang ditangani di IGD Rumah sakit Dr.Cipto Mangunkusmo pada bulan Juli sampai September 2012 terdapat 12,6 % kasus kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kecacatan antomi pada kecelakaan kerja yang ditangani di RSUPN dr.Cipto mangunkusumo. Desain penelitian ini adalah potong lintang komparatif dengan sampel penelitian pasien kecelakaan kerja yang ditangani di IGD RSUPN Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo. Sebanyak 173 sampel dari rekam medis yang memenuhi kriteria. Didapatkan 57,2% pasien kecelakaam kerja mengalami kecacatan anatomi. faktor risiko usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, status pernikahan, jenis kecelakaan, kecepatan transportasi tidak memiliki hubungan bermakna secara statistik. Faktor determinan kecacatan anatomi pada kecelakaan kerja adalah tidak mendapat tindakan P3K segera (p= 0,04; RRsuaian = 1,57; CI 95% : 1,01 - 2,44) setelah dilakukan adjusment terhadap jenis kelamin, pekerjaan dan status pernikahan.

The study design is a cross-sectional comparative which includes patients who underwent medical care in the emergency room RSUPN Dr.Cipto Mangunkusomo due to occupational accidents. A total of 173 samples of medical records meet the criteria. This study found 57.2% of occupational accident have anatomical impairment. Risk factors of age, gender, educational level, marital status, types of accident and speed of transport used at the time of incidence apparently does not have a statistically significant relationship.
