"AWGG Consulting Group diminta oleh Netflix, Bega Cheese, dan sebuah perusahaan swasta yang membeli perusahaan Delta/Signal untuk memberikan rekomendasi terkait isu-isu strategis yang sedang dihadapi oleh ketiga perusahaan tersebut. Dalam makalah ini, strategi Netflix dan Bega Cheese saat ini akan dianalisa dan mereka akan diberikan rekomendasi untuk di masa yang akan datang dengan menggunakan instrumen strategi dan konsep yang relevan. Sedangkan untuk perusahaan swasta yang membeli perusahaan Delta/Signal, penilaian terhadap keefektifan pengembangan strategi, implementasi, dan pemantauan di perusahaan Delta/Signal dengan menggunakan metode kartu skor berimbang sebagai alat pengukur kinerja akan diberiakan. Sebagai tambahan, evaluasi terhadap Siemens – sebuah perusahaan yang melakukan praktik-praktik tidak etis untuk memperoleh kinerja tingi – akan tercakup di dalam makalah ini untuk mengeksplorasi impikasi-implikasi etis dari strategi yang digunakan perusahaan Delta/Signal dan saran berdasarkan pelajaran yang diambil dari Siemens akan di berikan.

AWGG Consulting Group was approached by Netflix, Bega Cheese, and a private company that purchased Delta/Signal Company in order to provide advice on the strategic issues facing their organisations. In this research paper, the current strategies of Netflix and Bega Cheese will be analysed and they will be given recommendations for the future with the use of relevant strategy tools and concepts. As for the private company that purchased Delta/Signal Company, an assessment of the effectiveness of strategy development, implementation, and monitoring at Delta/Signal Company using balanced scorecard method as the performance measurement tool will be provided. Additionally, an evaluation of Siemens – a company which engaged in unethical practices to achieve high performance – will also be included in this research paper to explore the ethical implications of the Delta/Signal Company’s strategy and advice on the learned lessons from Siemens will be given."

This internship report discusses the evaluation of Consulting Firm strategy development on low-income housing ecosystem optimization project and accompaniment activities carried out by them with its effect on their client's psychological expectations. The scope of the discussion includes examining the strategy development carried out by Consulting Firm, particularly the execution of benchmarking analysis and gap analysis also the client accompaniment activities and its effect on their client psychological expectations.
