"Road accident is a leading problem in Indonesia that increases every year. Based on previous studies, mental fatigue is one of the biggest sources of road accident, that is majorly affected by mental workload. Driving duration is one of factors that triggers mental fatigue. Previous literature stated that Electroencephalogram (EEG) measurement is a gold standard to measure fatigue. However, there was limited study that addressing EEG indicators that affected by driving duration, and the previous research still had disagreements regarding the best EEG parameter to measure fatigue. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate driving duration effect towards EEG fluctuation and determine the best EEG parameter related to fatigue. Seven participants were asked three hours driving in medium fidelity simulator. One-way ANOVA and correlation analysis were performed on the analysis to measure the effect of driving duration towards EEG indicator and determine the correlation of indicator. Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) curve was also utilized to determine the best variable that correlates with subjective sleepiness indices. The results showed that in the end of 3 hours driving, there was an increment of delta and theta activities, followed by decrement of alpha and beta activities. In addition, the correlation of all bands were significant, with positive result of alpha-beta band and theta-delta band, and negative result towards each other. Furthermore, results from Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) curve showed that RPR of theta, RPR of alpha, and ratio of ?/?+? as the best indicators among others, that had accuracy of high degree (above 85%)."

"Kecelakaan berkendara menyebabkan sekitar 1.3 juta orang meninggal dan sekitar 20-50 juta orang mengalami cedera non-fatal setiap tahun nya, salah satu factor utama penyebabnya adalah human error. Komunikasi V2X merupakan salah satu teknologi yang dikembangkan dengan harapan dapat mengurangi kecelakaan akibat human error dan juga diharapkan akan dapat diaplikasikan dalam autonomous driving. Akan tetapi antena untuk komunikasi V2X masih perlu banyak perkembangan dan masih belum banyak dipakai di kendaraan yang sudah beredar di pasar, karena itu penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada bidang ini. Untuk mendapatkan performa sistem yang baik diperlukan antena yang mempunyai kemampuan beamsteering. Pada penelitian ini dibuat antena susun microstrip yang bekerja pada frekuensi 5,9 GHz dan memiliki kemampuan beamsteering yang dapat meningkatkan keandalan dari antena V2X. Berdasarkan hasil yang sudah disimulasikan, antena sudah berhasil bekerja di 5,9 GHz dan memiliki gain yang cukup tinggi di kisaran 8-11 dBi tergantung konfigurasi yang sedang digunakan, simulasi menunjukan kapabilitas beamsteering telah terdapat pada rancangan dan sudah berhasil melakukan pembelokan beam sebanyak 10, 25, dan 40 derajat.

Road accidents result in approximately 1.3 million fatalities and around 20-50 million non-fatal injuries each year, with human error being a major contributing factor. V2X communication is a technology being developed with the hope of reducing accidents caused by human error and is also expected to be implemented in autonomous driving. However, the development of V2X communication antennas still requires significant advancements, and they are not yet widely used in vehicles currently available in the market. Therefore, this research aims to contribute to this field. To achieve a good system performance, antennas with beamsteering capability are needed. In this study, a microstrip array antenna operating at 5.9 GHz frequency was designed, which possesses beamsteering capability to enhance the reliability of V2X communication. Based on the simulated results, the antenna successfully operated at 5.9 GHz and exhibited a high gain ranging from 8-11 dBi, depending on the configuration used. The simulations demonstrated that the designed antenna has beamsteering capabilities, successfully steering the beam at angles of 10, 25, and 40 degrees."

"Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan pembunuh terbesar ketiga setelah jantung koroner dan TBC. Kecelakaan lalu lintas disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor lingkungan. Dalam rangka mengetahui pengaruh cuaca yang merupakan salah satu faktor lingkungan terhadap resiko kecelakaan lalu lintas, penelitian ini ingin mengetahui signifikansi dari faktor utama lalu lintas yang direpresentasikan sebagai cuaca, kepadatan jalan, dan jenis kelamin pengemudi terhadap perilaku dan performa pengemudi yang direpresentasikan sebagai kecepatan rata-rata, kesalahan mengemudi, dan respon pengereman menggunakan driving simulator. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing faktor utama lalu lintas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku dan performa pengendara, dan interaksi faktor berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan rata-rata dan kesalahan mengemudi.

Traffic accidents are in the third place of leading cause of death, comes after cardiovascular disease and tuberculosis. Traffic accidents caused by a lot of contributing factors, including enviromental factors. In order to find the relation between adverse weather condition, which is one of enviromental factor, and traffic accidents risks, this research made to find signification in main factors of traffic, which represented by weather conditions, traffic levels, and driver?s gender, to the drivers behaviour and performances which represented by average speed, driving errors, and brake response. Results from this research shows that each of the traffic main factors have a significant impact on drivers? behaviour and performances, and the interaction of traffic factors also affect significantly on average speed and driving errors.

"Measuring mental workload requires both subjective and objective measurement. However, as existing objective measures lack applicability due to technical reasons and cost considerations, this study evaluates an easy to use and cost effective method of measuring the sensitivity of the eye blink rate as a potential objective measure of mental workload. Eight participants were instructed to operate a driving simulator in a lab setting and complete a series of driving tasks set at three different levels of difficulty. The completion time and penalty scores were recorded as the performance measures. The eye blink rate data were analyzed as an objective measure, and the NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) was used to assess the participants’ mental workload at the end of each task as the subjective measure. Although the completion time, penalties, and NASA-TLX increased as the difficulty level of the tasks increased, the eye blink rate decreased. The implications of these results are discussed."

"ABSTRAK
Operator tambang batubara merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang memiliki risiko tinggi untuk mengalami kelelahan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelelahan pada operator tambang batubara dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu shift kerja, durasi kerja, dan beban kerja dengan covariat faktor individu (usia, kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, dan irama sirkadian) dan faktor pekerjaan &lingkungan kerja (waktu istirahat, waktu kerja, dan masa kerja). Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksploratori dengan metode deskriptif melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap literatur yang sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian. Tinjauan literatur sistematis ini dilakukan dengan tahapan identifikasi, ekstraksi, sintetis, dan intrepetasi data yang diperoleh dari 11 literatur terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara shift kerja, durasi kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kelelahan pada operator tambang batubara.

ABSTRACT
Coal Mining Operator is one of the high-risk occupations in experiencing fatigue. This study aim to determine factors associated with fatigue on coal mining operators through a systematic literature review method. Factors studied were shift work, work duration, and workload with covariate of individual factors (age, sleep quantity, sleep quality, and circadian rhythm) and factors of work & work environment (rest periods, work hours, and work period). This research is an exploratory study with a descriptive method through a systematic literature review of the literature in according to the research criteria. This systematic literature review is conducted through the identification, extraction, synthesis, and interpretation of data obtained from 11 selected literature. The resukt showed that there was an influence between shift work, work duration, and workload on fatigue in coal mining operators."

"Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan mengamanatkan penurunan jumlah kematian dan cedera akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas sampai 50% di tahun 2020. Kecelakaan lalu lintas menjadi penyebab utama kematian penduduk kelompok usia produktif dan 90% terjadi di negara berpenghasilan rendah dan menengah. Di Indonesia prevalensi cedera akibat kecelakaan transportasi darat mengalami peningkatan dari sebesar 25,9% pada 2007 menjadi 47,7% pada 2013. Studi kecelakaan lalu lintas menganalisis pengaruh dari faktor-faktor penyebab, yaitu perilaku pengguna jalan, kendaraan, dan jalan.Di negara berkembang faktor jalan perlu mendapat perhatian lebih karena standar kualitasnya tidak sebaik negara maju. Di Indonesia kajian kecelakaan lalu lintas dilakukan dalam bentuk studi kasus.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor kondisi permukaan jalan dan faktor penerangan jalan terhadap jumlah korban kecelakaan lalu lintas di seluruh Indonesia menggunakan metode regresi negative binomial.Wawancara dengan para pemangku kebijakan dilakukan untuk memperkuat hasil penelitian. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan 765.678 data cross section yang dicatat oleh Korps Lalu Lintas Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (Korlantas).
Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa kondisi permukaan jalan yang buruk meningkatkan jumlah korban kecelakaan fatal, sedangkan penerangan yang buruk meningkatkan jumlah korban kecelakaan lalu lintas pada berbagai tingkat keparahan. Dibandingkan peningkatan kondisi permukaan jalan, peningkatan lampu penerangan jalan memberikan manfaat tiga kali lebih besar dan membutuhkan biaya 50% lebih rendah.

SDGs has mandated each country to halve road accident-caused death by 2020. Road accidents are the main cause of death for the productive age population and 90% occur in developing countries. In Indonesia the prevalence of injuries due to land transportation accidents has increased from 25.9% in 2007 to 47.7% in 2013. Road accidents analysis identify the influence of the causal factors, such as behavior of road users, vehicles, and road factors. We should pay more attention on road factors in developing countries because the road standard quality is not as good as in developed countries. In Indonesia the study of road accidents is mostly carried out in form of case studies.
This study aims to analyze the influence of road surface conditions and road lighting factors on the number of casualties using the negative binomial regression method. Interviews with policy makers are held to enrich this study. The analysis was carried out using 765,678 cross section data which is recorded by the Indonesian National Police Traffic Corps.
Results showed that poor road surface conditions increase the number of fatal casualties, while poor road lighting increases the number of casualties at all injury level. Compared to road surface improvement, road lighting provides benefits three times greater and requires 50% lower costs.

"The prevalence of road accidents in Indonesia is still extremely high, with human error being claimed as a major contributing factor. Profiles of the drivers involved in the accidents are not typically available, and studies covering this subject are also limited. In this paper, Indonesian road transportation will be discussed, particularly with respect to traffic accidents and the associated characteristics of the drivers. Also of interest is the description of certain demographic aspects and their relation to road accidents. Data were collected from the news, along with an online survey of 138 commercial drivers, 10% of whom were female). It was found that spending an inordinate amount of time driving per week induces sleepiness and fatigue and is considered as one of the prime causes of accidents. It was also determined that lack of concentration was one of the dominant (~51%) causes. Differences in age, gender, and driving experience did not seem to be related to the likelihood of accidents."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh beban kerja, stress kerja dan kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasi anggota Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Bogor. Komitmen organisasi bagi anggota satuan lalu lintas sangat penting untuk mewujudkan pelayanan dalam ketertiban lalu lintas di masyarakat bogor.Pertanyaan penelitian yang akan dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap anggota di Satlantas Polres Bogor. Penelitian ini melibatkan 68 anggota satuan lintas sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan matrik korelasi beban kerja mempunyai korelasi negatif dengan komitmen organisasi (r= -0.873;p<0.00); stress kerja berkorelasi negatif dengan komitmen (r=- 0.807;p< 0.00); kompensasi berkorelasi positip dengan komitmen (r= 0.851; p<0.00); dan motivasi berkorelasi positip dengan komitmen (r= 0.804; p<00). Dari keseluruhan tersebut, variabel beban kerja dan kompensasi mempunyai korelasi yang paling kuat terhadap komitmen organisasi.
Temuan penelitian menggunakan analisis structural equation model (SEM) bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen (r= - 0.348;p< 0.00), beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi (r= 0.103;p<0.00) dan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap komitmen (r= 0.258;p< 0.00). Selanjutnya hasil SEM juga menemukan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi (r=0.368;p<0.00) dan stress berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen (r=- 0.137;p<0.00). Pada akhirnya, kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi (r=0.368;p<0.00) dan kompensasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen (r= 0.262;p< 0.00). Dengan demikian, secara keseluruhan beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh kuat yang langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi, sedangkan stres kerja dan kompensasi lebih pengaruh terhadap motivasi dibandingkan beban kerja. Stres kerja dan kompensasi menjadi perhatian penting bagi usaha meningkatkan komitmen organisasi.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of workload, work stress and compensation on organizational commitment of members of the Bogor Police Traffic Unit. Organizational commitment for traffic unit members is very important to realize service in traffic order in the Bogor community. The research question that will be answered in this study is how the influence of workload, work stress, compensation and motivation on members of the Bogor Police Traffic Police. This study involved 68 members of the cross unit as a sample selected by random sampling.
The results of this study indicate that based on the correlation matrix workload has a negative correlation with organizational commitment (r = -0.873; p <0.00); work stress has a negative correlation with commitment (r = - 0.807; p <0.00); compensation has positive correlation with commitment (r = 0.851; p <0.00); and motivation positively correlated with commitment (r = 0.804; p <00). Of these, the workload and compensation variables have the strongest correlation to organizational commitment. Research findings using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis show that workload has a direct effect on commitment (r = - 0.348; p <0.00), workload has a negative effect on motivation (r = 0.103; p <0.00) and motivation has an influence on commitment (r = 0.258; p <0.00). Furthermore, SEM results also found that job stress has a negative effect on motivation (r = 0.368; p <0.00) and stress has a direct effect on commitment (r = - 0.137; p <0.00). In the end, compensation has an effect on motivation (r = 0.368; p <0.00) and compensation has a direct effect on commitment (r = 0.262; p <0.00). Thus, overall workload has a strong direct effect on organizational commitment, while work stress and compensation have more of an effect on motivation than workload. Job stress and compensation are important concerns for efforts to increase organizational commitment."

"ABSTRAK
Kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah peristiwa yang terjadi secara tidak sengaja dan di luar dugaan. Di Indonesia, angka kecelakaan terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun dan merugikan lebih dari satu milyar per tahun serta memakan korban lebih dari 800.000 jiwa dalam periode 2014-2018. Jalan Tol Cikopo-Palimanan adalah ruas terpanjang dari jaringan tol Trans-Jawa yang mengkoneksikan pulau Jawa dari Pelabuhan Merak, Banten hingga Pelabuhan Ketapang, Jawa Timur. Dalam langkah pencegahan dan penurunan kecelakaan, diperlukan strategi untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kecelakaan. Data mining adalah metode pencarian informasi untuk data berjumlah besar. Metode data mining yang digunakan adalah clustering untuk mengurangi heterogenitas data dan association untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara faktor kecelakaan. Penelitian ini menemukan ada tiga belas cluster kecelakaan yang kemudian setiap cluster dianalisis menggunakan metode apriori algorithm dengan parameter minimum support 20% dan nilai lift 1.

ABSTRACT
Traffic accidents are events that occur accidentally and unexpectedly. In Indonesia, the number of accidents continues to increase every year and costs more than one billion per year and claimed more than 800,000 lives in the 2014-2018. Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road is the longest section of the Tol Trans-Jawa road network that connects Pelabuhan Merak, Banten Pelabuhan Ketapang, East Java. In order to prevent and decrease number of accidents, a strategy is needed to identify accident factors. Data mining is a method of finding information from large amounts of data. Data mining methods used in this study are clustering to reduce data heterogeneity and association to identify the relationship between accident factors. This study found thirteen accident clusters and each cluster was analyzed using apriori algorithm method with a minimum support parameter of 20% and a lift value of 1."
