"This paper addresses the challenges in developing design ideas of learning environment for primary school children that could promote creativity. In particular it illustrates how the boxes as simple three dimensional objects could be constructed into a system that offers various possibilities of utilization for learning activities. The possible arrangements of boxes and the possible utilization of their surfaces were investigated through a series of creative workshop with children, in which they explored different ways of constructing the arrangement of boxes and using them for their activities. The possibilities offered by the arrangement of boxes and their surfaces indicate the importance of understanding the presence of objects in space not as an independent entity but as a part of the whole spatial system. It suggests that learning environment essentially needs to be designed as an integrated system of learning spaces and objects that together could promote creative learning."

"Domestic service activities as basic dwelling necessities are inevitably required and performed as essential part of living spaces in any house types. The spatial arrangement of domestic service activities might be problematic in dwellings with limited spatial size, as found in housings for low income occupants. This paper examines various spatial strategies for domestic service activities in urban kampung houses, through the development of a dwelling typology based on the spatial organization of domestic service space. It attempts to analyze urban kampung houses beyond the common differentiation of dwelling space in which domestic service spaces tend to be associated with the back of the house region. It also acknowledges the context of urban kampung housing with certain neighborhood social structure and collective uses of spaces. The findings suggest various spatial strategies in allocating domestic service activities within the available space, including the use of the front region of the house, the outdoor extension of house space, as well as collective uses of space for certain domestic service activities. Redefining the typology of houses based on the spatial arrangement of domestic service activities could provide an insight into specific characteristics of urban kampung living with specific spatiality for domestic service."

"One aspect of air spatial arrangement relating to national airspace sovereignty is to establish Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) which established on the basis of security considerations, particularly for the purposes of foreign aircraft identification. ADIZ Indonesia that has been established at this time is not ideal because it is still above Java and surrounding areas, which is still not sufficient in the face of the vast territory of Indonesia. In order to do so, the purpose of this study is to analyze the current condition of ADIZ Indonesia, what efforts have been made to re-establish ADIZ Indonesia in order to suport sovereign national airspace, and the provision of ADIZ stipulation in accordance with international air law. Research using qualitative method, data collected by interview and documentation study technique. The results show that ADIZ Indonesia currently resides in the airspace of a small portion of South Sumatra, Java and Madura, Bali, Lombok and a small portion of the western Sumbawa Island, not outside the territorial sea territory (ZEE). Attempts to reassign territory ADIZ Indonesia has been implemented through discussion forums or FGDs held at BNPP, and the establishment of ADIZ Indonesia is based on international customary law at that time."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pola kefektifan dari sebuah proses pembelajaran yang dilakuakan secara konvensional dan e-learning. Pola kefektifan dari proses pembelajaran dikaji melalui pendekatan terhadap faktor pemicu dan faktor interaksi pengguna. Pendekatan terhadap faktor pemicu dari proses pembelajaran baik yang berlangsung secara konvensional maupun e-learning diantaranya adalah motivasi, budaya belajar dan pengaruh lingkungan. Sedangkan pendekatan terhadap faktor interaksi pengguna dari proses pembelajaran konvensional maupun e-learning diantaranya adalah kemudahan akses dan komunikasi, yaitu jalinan interaksi antara pendidik dengan peserta didik, antara sesama peserta didik dan antara pendidik maupun peserta didik dengan sumber belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 400 orangb dan sampel sebanyak 196 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pemicu dan faktor interaksi pengguna berpengaruh positif terhadap pola kefektifan dari proses pembelajaran konvensional maupun e-learning."

"Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat mempengaruhi lingkungan pembelajaran yaitu membentuk lingkungan pembelajaran modern, salah satu bentuk lingkungan belajar modern tersebut adalah kelas belajar pintar. Aplikasi teknologi terbukti telah meningkatkan ketertarikan belajar serta kualitas dari edukasi. Untuk memiliki hasil yang maksimal, institusi yang menyelenggarakan kelas belajar pintar, membutuhkan analisis terhadap faktor yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kelas belajar pintar, agar dari faktor- faktor tersebut dapat dibentuk strategi untuk meningkatkan dan mempercepat tingkat adopsi kelas belajar pintar.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi guna mengakomodir tingkat adopsi pengguna kelas belajar pintar, dalam hal ini dosen dan mahasiswa, dengan mengembangkan model konseptual menggunakan kombinasi instrumen dari theory of planned behavior (TPB) dan preference instrument of smart classroom learning environment (PI-SCLE). Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa dan dosen di lingkungan Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Indonesia. Selanjutnya, partial least squares (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis kedua model.
Metode why how laddering digunakan untuk perumusan dan pengembangan strategi, serta metode strategy to mission matrix digunakan untuk validasi dan pemilihan strategi. Berdasarkan analisis model mahasiswa, 9 hipotesis diterima, dan 3 hipotesis ditolak. Sedangkan pada analisis model dosen, 5 hipotesis diterima dan 5 hipotesis di tolak. Berdasarkan perumusan dan pengembangan strategi menggunakan why how laddering, 24 rekomendasi strategi diajukan, kemudian 4 strategi dipilih sebagai prioritas atau fokus utama berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan strategy to mission matrix.

The rapid development of technology creates a modern learning environment, one of which is smart learning class. The application of technology is increasing the learning interest and quality of education. In order to have a maximum output, the institution in which the smart learning class will be adopted have to analyze certain factors that could be enhanced to accommodate students and teachers, to formulate strategies therefore, the system will be well adopted, in a manner of time.
This paper aims to develop recommendations of strategy, to increase the adoption rate and timeline towards smart learning class. Conceptual Model for smart learning class for student and lecturer’s adoption was build by using the combination instruments from theory of planned behavior (TPB) and preference instrument of smart classroom learning environments (PI-SCLE), to analyze the influential factors related to smart class adoption. This research was conducted using the questionnaire for lecturers and students in engineering faculty, Universitas Indonesia. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) method for hypotheses testing.
Why how laddering method was used to formulate and develop the strategy recommendation, and strategy to mission matrix will be used to validate and choose the appropriate strategies. From the student model, 9 hypotheses are accepted and 3 hypotheses are rejected, and from the lecturer model, 5 hypotheses are accepted and 5 hypotheses are rejected. 24 strategies recommendations were formulated using why how laddering method, and 4 strategies are chosen as priorities for implementation by using strategy to mission matrix.

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tindakan guru sekolah dasar terhadap siswa dengan kesulitan belajar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket pada 121 guru yang dipilih secara acak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multivariat diketahui bahwa keberadaan kebijakan sekolah adalah faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tindakan guru sekolah dasar (OR = 2,866). Faktor lain yang berhubungan yaitu jenis kelamin, sikap, jabatan, keaktifan program UKS, dan keberadaan program pemerintah.

The focus of this study is factors related to elementary teacher's practice toward students with learning difficulty. This study use quantitative methods. Data collecting is done through questionnaire distribution to 121 teachers randomly selected from those schools. Multivariate analysis performed find that school policy existence is the most dominant factor associated with elementary teachers' practice (OR = 2,866). Other related factors are gender, attitude, organizational function, school health's program activeness, and government's program existence."
