"Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang profesional memiliki peranan yang sangat dibutuhkan di berbagai sektor, antara lain industri farmasi, distribusi dan pelayanan. Apoteker memastikan mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaan. Tugas seorang Apoteker di distribusi adalah bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaksanaan ketentuan pengadaan, penyimpanan dan penyaluran obat atau bahan obat sesuai dengan CDOB. Apoteker harus menjamin aspek keamanan, pencegahan masuknya obat dan/atau bahan obat palsu ke dalam rantai distribusi, menjamin penyimpanan obat aman dan sesuai, termasuk selama transportasi. Apoteker juga memiliki peranan penting di tempat pelayanan kesehatan seperti di Apotek, Rumah Sakit dan Puskesmas. Pelayanan kesehatan sangat diperlukan bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan demi kualitas hidup masyarakat yang lebih baik. Pelayanan kefarmasian meliputi dua kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan yang bersifat manajerial berupa pengelolaan Sediaan Farmasi, Alat Kesehatan, Bahan Medis Habis Pakai dan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Apoteker menjamin seluruh rangkaian kegiatan perbekalan Sediaan Farmasi, Alat Kesehatan, dan BMHP sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Pelayanan farmasi klinik diberikan Apoteker kepada pasien untuk tujuan keselamatan pasien sehingga kualitas hidup pasien terjamin. Dalam upaya membekali mahasiswa calon apoteker dengan pengetahuan dan kemampuan tentang peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi, distribusi, Rumah Sakit, apotek dan puskesmas, Program Studi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan instansi terkait dalam penyelenggaraan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) bagi calon apoteker periode Maret-Oktober 2022. Setelah pelaksanaan PKPA diharapkan mahasiswa memiliki wawasan, keterampilan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian sehingga siap memasuki dunia kerja sebagai tenaga farmasi yang profesional.

Pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry ensure that the quality of the drugs produced is in accordance with the requirements and intended use. The duty of a pharmacist in pharmaceutical supplier is to be responsible for implementing the provisions for the procurement, storage and distribution of drugs or medicinal ingredients in accordance with the CDOB. Pharmacists must guarantee security aspects, prevent the entry of counterfeit drugs and/or medicinal ingredients into the distribution chain, ensure safe and appropriate storage of drugs, including during transportation. Pharmacists also have an important role in health care settings such as pharmacies, hospitals and health centers. Health services are needed for the community to improve health status for a better quality of life for the community. Pharmaceutical services include two activities, namely managerial activities in the form of management of Pharmaceutical Preparations, Medical Devices, Medical Consumables and activities of clinical pharmacy services. Pharmacists guarantee that the entire series of activities for the supply of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and BMHP are in accordance with applicable regulations. Pharmacists provide clinical pharmacy services to patients for the purpose of patient safety so that the patient's quality of life is guaranteed. In an effort to equip prospective pharmacist students with knowledge and skills about the roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical supplier, hospitals, pharmacies and health centers, the University of Indonesia Pharmacist Study Program works closely with relevant agencies in implementing internship for prospective pharmacists for the period March- October 2022. After the implementation of internship, students are expected to have the insight, skills and experience to do pharmaceutical work so that they are ready to enter the world of work as professional pharmacists."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi yang telah ditetapkan pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 74 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Tugas khusus yang diberikan Berupa Laporan Pemakaian dan Lembar Permintaan Obat (LPLPO), Penggunaan Obat Rasional (POR), pelayanan kefarmasian, dan monitoring obat generik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan, kerasionalan, dan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD) Gatot Soebroto bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi yang telah ditetapkan pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 72 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO) pada pasien Diabetes Melitus tipe II yang bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi ketepatan, keefektifan, keamanan dan kerasionalan terapi penggunaan obat pada pasien. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 367 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi yang telah ditetapkan pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa kajian administrasi, farmasetik dan klinis terhadap resep bagi pasien epilepsi yang bertujuan menentukan terapi yang diberikan telah memenuhi persyaratan administratif, klinis, dan farmasetik dan kesesuaian dan rasionalitas untuk keamanan pasien.

The Internship (PKPA) at the Presidential Hospital Gatot Soebroto Central Army Hospital (RSPAD) aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmaceutical services as stipulated in the Minister of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016 concerning Standards for Pharmaceutical Services in Hospitals. A special task is given in the form of Monitoring Drug Therapy (PTO) in patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus which aims to evaluate the accuracy, effectiveness, safety and rationality of drug therapy in patients. Internship (PKPA) at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 367 aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacy. Special assignments are given in the form of administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical studies of prescriptions for epilepsy patients with the aim of determining that the therapy given meets administrative, clinical, and pharmaceutical requirements and the suitability and rationality of patient safety."

"Kesehatan merupakan modal utama yang dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Manusia akan terus berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan akan jasmani dan rohaninya. Kesehatan yang baik ialah kesehatan yang dirasakan oleh seluruh warga disetiap negaranya tentunya Tenaga Kesehatan memiliki peranan yang penting, dalam hal ini baik Dokter, Apoteker, Perawat maupun Tenaga Kesehatan lainnya. Apoteker merupakan profesional di bidang kesehatan yang berperan dalam memberika informasi tentang obat-obatan yang akan dikonsumsi, memastikan bahwa segala proses produksi di industri sesuai dengan CPOB dan menjadi penanggung jawab pada pelaksanaan distribusi obat. Melalui Praktik Kerja, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memahami apa yang menjadi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Terbagi atas bidang peminatan yaitu industri dan pelayanan. Praktik dilaksankan dari bulan Maret hingga Oktober 2022. Praktik kerja dilakukan di PT Ethica Industri Farmasi, Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda, RSUP Fatmawati, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Tangerang, dan Puskesmas Ciracas sebagai gambaran peran apoteker dibidang industri, distribusi maupun pelayanan. Selain belajar secara langsung dari mengamati, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah yang ada di masing-masing tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan praktik kerja ini akan membahas mengenai masalah beserta solusi yang diajukan di tiap tempat praktik kerja.

Pharmacists are professionals in the health sector whose role is to provide information about medicines to be consumed, ensure that all production processes in the industry comply with GMP and are responsible for implementing drug distribution. Through Work Practice, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can understand what their duties and responsibilities are. Divided into 2 areas of specialization, namely industry and service. The practicals are held from March to October 2022. The practicums are carried out at PT Ethica Industry Pharmacy, Kimia Farma 352 Margonda Pharmacy, Fatmawati Hospital, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Tangerang, and the Ciracas Health Center as an illustration of the role of pharmacists in industry, distribution and service. Apart from learning directly from observing, prospective pharmacists are also given the opportunity to analyze the problems that exist in each workplace. Therefore, this internship report will discuss the problems and solutions proposed in each workplace."
