"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang memiliki peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker merupakan kegiatan pelatihan bagi calon apoteker yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di dunia kerja serta meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki calon apoteker. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di sarana pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan salah satu aspek penting untuk menghasilkan seorang apoteker profesional. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Soho Industri Pharmasi pada periode Januari hingga Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Biak pada periode April 2022. Melalui kegiatan praktik kerja di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan, pemahaman, pengalaman dan keterampilan yang dimilikinya.

The implementation of pharmacists professional practice in pharmaceutical service facilities is one of the important aspects to produce a professional pharmacist. "Sesuai dengan Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 34 Tahun 2018 tentang Pendoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), proses produksi harus memperhatikan berbagai aspek termasuk area kerja, jalur produksi, mesin, peralatan, bahan, dan personelnya untuk menjamin mutu obat serta memenuhi ketentuan izin edar. Oleh karena itu, diperkenalkan salah satu tolak ukur yakni Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang termasuk dalam Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) yang merupakan standar ukur untuk menilai efisiensi mesin produksi. Target nilai OEE yang ditetapkan di area Solid Production PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi pada tahun 2020 adalah 75% dan akan ditingkatkan secara bertahap untuk mencapai standar nilai OEE global yakni 85%. Pada tahun 2020, nilai OEE yang diperoleh mesin primary packaging masih berada dibawah 75%. Standar nilai OEE global yakni 85%. Kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan mesin Pam Pac, Siebler HM 230, Wonder eB350, KSM 3, Duan Kwei, Volpack, dan Siebler HM 300. di area Primary packaging Solid Production pada tahun 2020 sehingga mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan mesin tersebut dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Penyusunan laporan tugas khusus kerja praktik ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur, pengamatan proses produksi, dan wawancara secara langsung terhadap supervisor dan operator di Departemen Solid Production PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi. Hasil tugas khusus kerja praktik ini menunjukkan penggunaan mesin di area solid production belum merata karena mesin Pam Pac, Siebler HM 230, dan Wonder eB350 sebagian besar memproduksi produk-produk pareto, sedangkan mesin-mesin seperti Volpack, Duan Kwei, dan Siebler HM 300 sebagian besar memproduksi produk non pareto sehingga penggunaannya masih jarang. Produksi yang tidak merata pada ketujuh mesin ini dipengaruhi oleh jadwal produksi berdasarkan forecast dari PPIC, ketersediaan mesin, dan ketersediaan operator.

The target OEE value is set in the Solid Production area of PT. The SOHO of the Pharmaceutical Industry in 2020 is 75% and will be gradually increased to reach the global OEE value standard of 85%. Analisis pengkajian resep meliputi aspek administrasi, farmasetik, dan klinis. Praktik kerja ini dilakukan mulai dari juli hingga November 2021 dengan hasil pengamatan lapangan dalam bentuk laporan praktik kerja dengan kesimpulan hasil analisa dan solusi yang diberikan.

CPOB adalah cara pembuatan obat yang bertujuan untuk memastikan agar mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaan. "Dalam rantai pemasokan farmasi, obat-obatan yang dibuat dari produsen farmasi atau industri farmasi akan didistribusikan oleh distributor sampai di tangan konsumen melalui pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas kesehatan, termasuk Apotek. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan, yaitu untuk untuk mengidentifikasi ketidakselarasan database vendor pada Quality Compliance dengan Approved Vendor List (AVL) di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Juli – Agustus 2021; mengkaji resep obat-obat pada pasien kardiovaskular di Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak periode September 2021, serta pembuatan pembatas antar batch berbeda dalam satu produk di PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari cabang Bogor. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari database vendor yang dimiliki oleh Quality Compliance dan Quality Assurance; pembuatan pembatas dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke Gudang PT Pharmindo Lestari cabang Bogor; serta resep diperoleh dari pengunjung yang melakukan penebusan resep di Apotek Roxy Biak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni kegiatan kefarmasian di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi khususnya pada Quality Compliance bahwa terdapat gap pada database vendor di Quality Compliance dan AVL; distributor PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari memiliki pembatas untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan pengambilan produk dengan nomor batch yang berbeda; Apotek Roxy Biak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, melalui pelaksanaan penyiapan dan pelayanan resep yang diawali dengan skrining resep secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dispensing obat.

In the pharmaceutical supply chain, medicines made from pharmaceutical manufacturers or the pharmaceutical industry will be distributed by distributors to consumers through pharmaceutical services at health facilities, including pharmacy or drugstore. This study has several objectives, there is to identify the inconsistency of the vendor database on Quality Compliance with the Approved Vendor List (AVL) at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period July – August 2021; studied the prescription of drugs for cardiovascular patients at the Roxy Pharmacy, Biak Branch for the period of September 2021, as well as the manufacture of barriers between different batches in one product at PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari, Bogor branch. Data retrieval is obtained from vendor databases owned by Quality Compliance and Quality Assurance; making the barrier is done by direct observation to the warehouse of PT Pharmindo Lestari Bogor branch; and recipes obtained from visitors who redeem prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy. The results obtained are pharmaceutical activities at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi especially on Quality Compliance that there is a gap in the vendor database in Quality Compliance and AVL; the distributor of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari has a barrier to avoid the occurrence of errors in taking products with different batch numbers; Roxy Biak Pharmacy carries out pharmaceutical work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, through the preparation and service of prescriptions, beginning with administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical prescription screening, followed by drug dispensing."

Pengambilan data diperoleh dari dokumen prosedur tetap setiap produk finished goods dan raw material and packaging; diperoleh dari seluruh UPT di Indonesia yang diakses melalui SIPT (Sistem Informasi Pengawasan Terpadu); resep diperoleh dari pengunjung yang melakukan penebusan resep di Apotek Roxy Poltangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni kegiatan kefarmasian di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi khususnya pada quality control telah sesuai dengan penerapan CPOB dan GMP untuk memastikan hasil produk yang konsisten sesuai persyaratan kualitas, keamanan, dan kemanjuran; Badan POM bertugas untuk melakukan pengawasan Obat dan Makanan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, dengan berkoordinasi dengan Menteri Kesehatan dan bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden; Apotek Roxy Poltangan melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, melalui pelaksanaan penyiapan dan pelayanan resep yang diawali dengan skrining resep secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dispensing obat.

Pharmaceutical fields carry out Pharmaceutical Work in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, hospitals, or in government such as the Food and Drug Administration. This study has several objectives, to determine the process of testing QC and the cost of analysis in the laboratory of the Quality Control Department at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period July – August 2021; increase the knowledge and experience of prospective Pharmacists so that they can understand the supervision of Drugs and Food carried out by BPOM, as well as contribute as a pharmacist in the community; determine the suitability of patient prescriptions for administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical studies, as well as to carry out pharmaceutical practices in the form of drug counselling to patients at the Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, South Jakarta for the period 01 – 30 November 2021. Data were obtained from the standard procedure documents for raw materials and packaging finished goods products; obtained from all UPTs in Indonesia which are accessed through SIPT (Integrated Monitoring Information System); prescriptions are obtained from visitors who redeem prescriptions at the Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy. The results obtained are pharmaceutical activities at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi, especially in quality control, has complied with the implementation of GMP and GMP to ensure consistent product results according to quality, safety, and efficacy requirements; BPOM Agency is in charge of supervising Drugs and Food by the provisions of the legislation, in coordination with the Minister of Health and is responsible to the President; Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy carries out pharmaceutical work that is by applicable laws and regulations, through the preparation and service of prescriptions, beginning with administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical prescription screening, followed by the drug dispensing."
