"Resep adalah permintaan tertulis dari dokter, dokter gigi atau dokter hewan kepada apoteker baik dalam bentuk maupun elektronik untuk menyediakan dan menyerahkan sediaan farmasi dan/atau alat kesehatan bagi pasien. Resep dikatakan rasional apabila terdapat informasi terkait obat yang akan diberikan kepada pasien. Penyusunan tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi pada telaah peresepan. Penyusunan tugas khusus ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, dengan menggunakan resep yang diperoleh tahun 2022 di Apotek Atrika. Penulis menganalisis permasalah kelengkapan resep meliputi kelengkapan aspek administratif, aspek klinis, dan aspek farmasetik. Resep dikaji dengan menggunakan referensi Farmakope Indonesia edisi III, Info Spesialite Obat, PIONAS, dan MIMS. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan pada kajian administratif seperti jenis kelamin pasien, berat badan pasien, alamat pasien, nomor telepon pasien, dan tanda tangan atau paraf dokter.

Prescription is a written request from a doctor, dentist or veterinarian to a pharmacist, either in form or electronically, to provide and deliver pharmaceutical preparations and/or medical devices to patients. A prescription is said to be rational if there is information relating to the drug to be given to the patient. The preparation of this special assignment aims to overcome problems that may occur in the recipe review. The preparation of this special assignment uses the literature study method, using recipes obtained in 2022 at the Atrika Pharmacy. The author analyzes the problem of prescription completeness including the completeness of administrative aspects, clinical aspects, and pharmaceutical aspects. Recipes were reviewed using references to the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia, Edition III, Drug Specialist Info, PIONAS, and MIMS. So it can be concluded that there are still deficiencies in administrative studies such as patient gender, patient weight, patient address, patient telephone number, and doctor's signature or initials."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Abbott Indonesia Periode Bulan September-Oktober Tahun 2019 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, calon Apoteker juga wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan GMP (CPOB) di industri farmasi, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi yang dilaksanakan di Industri Farmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu Analisis Perbedaan Antara Approval Terbaru dari Suatu Perubahan Yang Didaftarkan di BPOM dengan Approval yang Telah Diimplementasikan Sebelumnya. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk megetahui perbedaan antara approval terbaru dari suatu perubahan yang didaftarkan di Badan POM dengan approval yang telah diimplementasikan sebelumnya, serta memastikan spesifikasi produk yang di produksi di PT Abbott Indonesia masih sesuai dengan ketentuan Badan POM.

Internship at PT Abbott Indonesia for the September-October 2019 Period aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, prospective Pharmacists also have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, understand the application of GMP (CPOB) in the pharmaceutical industry, and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. Internship in the Pharmaceutical Industry lasts for two months with a special assignment, namely Analysis of the Difference Between the Latest Approval of a Change Registered at the BPOM and the Approval that has been previously implemented. Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, pemerintahan, dan apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuk dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Terdapat 10 (sepuluh) standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Bintang Toedjoe, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia, dan Apotek Atrika dilaksanakan sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker serta meningkatkan kompetensi. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, government, and pharmacies. Pharmacists must have competency standards as a requirement for entering the workplaces and undergoing professional practice. There are 10 (ten) Indonesian pharmacist competency standards as capabilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. Pharmacist Professional Intern (PKPA) at PT Bintang Toedjoe, National Agency of Drug and Food Control of Republic of Indonesia, and Apotek Atrika are carried out as provisions and experiences of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve their competence. During PKPA, it is expected that prospective pharmacists can broaden their knowledge, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces.

"Apoteker memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek, rumah sakit, dan Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat.  Dalam ini, Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk menjalankan praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi merupakan praktik kerja yang bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis pakai, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian. Selain itu, praktik kerja profesi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, rumah sakit, dan puskesmas, serta memahami permasalahan yang dapat terjadi dalam pelaksanaan praktik kefarmasian dan strategi untuk mengatasinya.

"Apoteker berperan penting dalam dunia kesehatan terutama mengenai sediaan kefarmasian baik di industri farmasi, apotek, maupun pemerintahan. Apoteker dalam melaksanakan tugasnya haruslah memenuhi standar komptensi yang telah ditetapkan. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini bertujuan dalam membantu calon apoteker memahami peran apoteker sebagai bekal menghadapi dunia kerja. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, dan PT. Eisai Indonesia selama periode bulan Februari-Mei 2019. Selama praktik kerja, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists in carrying out their duties must meet the competency standards that have been set. Implementation of the internship of pharmacist profession aims to help prospective pharmacists understand the role of pharmacists as a provision to face the world of work. The internship of the pharmacist profession are carried out at the Atrika Pharmacy, East Jakarta Administrative Office of Health, and PT. Eisai Indonesia during the period from February to May 2019. During the work practice, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."
