"Penelitian ini berfokus pada menganalisis strategi komunikasi CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) yang dilakukan oleh PT. Pertamina dalam meningkatkan engagement kampanye “Pertamina Peduli Cianjur 2022” di media sosial. Perusahaan memiliki kewajiban untuk mengimplementasikan strategi komunikasi CSR sebagai bentuk kepeduliannya terhadap para pemangku kepentingan. Dengan menerapkan strategi komunikasi CSR melalui media sosial secara tidak langsung hal ini juga turut meningkatkan engagement dengan pemangku kepentingan. Sehingga, melalui strategi tersebut dapat membentuk hubungan yang baik dengan para pemangku kepentingan. Dalam hal ini, PT. Pertamina memanfaatkan media sosial yang dimiliki untuk mengimplementasikan komunikasi CSR untuk meningkatkan engagement dengan pemangku kepentingan melalui kampanye “Pertamina Peduli Cianjur 2022”. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dan observasi media sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Pertamina menggunakan strategi komunikasi CSR pada “Pertamina Peduli Cianjur 2022”. PT. Pertamina juga menggunakan sosial media untuk meningkatkan engagement kampanye “Pertamina Peduli Cianjur 2022”.

This study focuses on analyzing the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) communication strategy carried out by PT. Pertamina is increasing engagement with the "Pertamina Cares Cianjur 2022" campaign on social media. Companies have an obligation to implement a CSR communication strategy as a form of concern for stakeholders. By implementing a CSR communication strategy through social media, this also indirectly increases engagement with stakeholders. So, through this strategy can form a good relationship with stakeholders. In this case, PT. Pertamina utilizes its social media to implement CSR communication to increase engagement with stakeholders through the "Pertamina Cares Cianjur 2022" campaign. The analysis in this study uses the method of literature study and social media observation. The results of this study indicate that PT. Pertamina uses a CSR communication strategy in "Pertamina Cares Cianjur 2022". PT. Pertamina also uses social media to increase engagement with the "Pertamina Cares Cianjur 2022" campaign."

"[Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di Indonesia saat ini sedang menjadi
trend di kalangan perusahaan. Khususnya bagi perusahaan yang memanfaatkan sumber
daya alam sebagai usaha bisnisnya. Kondisi ini dilihat oleh Pertamina sebagai sebuah
peluang untuk menciptakan nilai baru yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat dan
lingkungan dalam mengatasi dampak negatif dari operasi perusahaan. Berdasarkan
pertimbangan tersebut, Pertamina membuat payung tema CSR dengan nama Pertamina
Sobat Bumi yang mencakup Sobat Bumi Pendidikan, Sobat Bumi Masyarakat, dan
Sobat Bumi Lingkungan. Dalam jurnal ini, penulis ingin menganalisis pelaksanaan
program CSR sebagai bagian dari strategi komunikasi eksternal PT.Pertamina (Persero).
Analisa akan dilakukan melalui media online serta akan dikaitkan dengan konsep
panorama CSR strategis dan melalui konsep 3P (Profit,Planet,People).;Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in Indonesia is currently a trend among

"Tesis ini membahas tentang kampanye Media Sosial ?Guess What Happens Next?, yang dilaksanakan oleh Tirajeans. Di dalamnya dijelaskan tentang pentingnya evaluasi dalam strategi komunikasi media sosial dan penjelasan mengenai hal-hal yang termasuk dalam indikator evaluasi media sosial.
Dalam penelitian ini, dapat dilihat melalui paradigma Lasswell bahwa di dalam komunikasi pemasaran interaktif terdapat lima komponen yaitu produk, pesan, media, konsumen dan efek yang menggunakan media sosial sebagai saluran dan media baru untuk penyampaian pesannya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan gabungan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung oleh pendekatan kualitatif. Sejumlah hal yang dapat diambil sebagai kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perlu adanya evaluasi dalam sebuah kampanye media sosial untuk menilai apakah strategi komunikasi yang digunakan merupakan strategi yang baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan akhir kampanye media sosial tersebut. Indikator indikator yang mendukung bahwa evaluasi tersebut baik dapat dilihat dari tools yang ada untuk menilai media sosial.

This thesis discusses Social Media campaign ?Guess What Happens Next?, implemented by Tirajeans. It describes the importance of evaluation in social media communication strategy and an explanation of the things included in the evaluation indicators of social media.
In this study, it can be seen through the paradigm of Lasswell that in the interactive marketing communications, there are five components of which is the product, the message, media, consumers and the effects of using new media like social media as a channel for the delivery of the message.
This study used a mixed method approach. It is a quantitative method that is supported by a qualitative method. A number of things can be taken as a conclusion from this study, that is the need for evaluation in a social media campaign to assess whether the communication strategy used is a good strategy and in accordance with the ultimate goal of social media campaigns. Indicators to support that evaluation can be seen from both the existing tools to assess social media.

"Telepon selular dengan layanan SMSnya dimanfaatkan oleh operator telekomunikasi selular sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran, yang disebut SMS broadcast. Pemanfaatan SMS broadcast memerlukan strategi untuk pemasarannya. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pemanfaatan SMS broadcast dalam memasarkan produk dan jasa serta mengidentifikasi strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh divisi Product Prepaid Marketing pada PT. Excelcomindo Pratama, Tbk melalui pendekatan segmentation targeting positioning (STP), push dan pull, dan integrated marketing communication (IMC). Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan SMS broadcast sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran langsung pada IMC dapat menggunakan strategi STP dalam mengkomunikasikan pesan yang disampaikan kepada pelanggan dengan menggunakan saluran komunikasi push atau pull.

The operators has made use of SMS service on the cellular phone as a mean of marketing communication, which is called SMS broadcast. The utilization of SMS broadcast needs a strategy in its marketing. This research is meant to identify the utilization of SMS broadcast in promoting a product and service and identifying the marketing communication strategy used by Product Prepaid Marketing division of PT. Excelcomindo Pratarna, Tbk through the perspective of segmentation targeting positioning, push and pull, and integrated marketing communication. The research concluded that the utilization of SMS broadcast as a mean of marketing communication straight to IMC can utilize STP strategy in communicating the messages delivered to the customers with a communication channels push or pull."

"[Tesis ini menganalisis komunikasi internal pada organisasi perusahaan multinasional dalam konteks manajemen komunikasi yang didasarkan pada faktor penentu dan faktor penghambat komunikasi yang efektif (Lesley, 1991) serta menganalisis strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan organisasi dalam rangka sosialisasi Good Corporate Governance (“GCG”). Studi ini mengangkat kasus perusahaan multinasional yaitu Telin Group, yang mensosiliasikan kebijakan di anak perusahaan dengan dua perbedaan karakteristik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan perolehan data melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumen dan kepustakaan. Hasil akhir dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi internal adalah sangat penting dan jelas dibutuhkan dalam sebuah organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan organisasi. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews , a number of valuable dokunmen , and literature study . At the end result of this study showed that internal organizational communication is very important and clearly needed within an organization to achieve organizational goals . "[Reformasi birokrasi Pemerintah Indonesia bertujuan untuk memberikan
pelayanan yang cepat, transparan dan akuntabel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengevaluasi implementasi strategi komunikasi salah satu program reformasi birokrasi
pemerintah, yaitu penyelenggaraan layanan unggulan pencatatan nikah di lingkungan
Kementerian Agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif
dengan pendekatan studi kasus intrinsik, melalui wawancara mendalam dengan
responden terpilih dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dengan lima orang narasumber menunjukkan
bahwa strategi komunikasi pada program pelayanan pencatatan nikah di Kementerian
Agama telah menerapkan kerangka Nine steps of Strategic Public Relations, yaitu
analisa situasi, analisa organisasi, analisa publik, tujuan dan sasaran, tindakan dan
respon strategi, komunikasi efektif, taktik komunikasi dan implementasi rencana
strategis. Namun demikian terdapat beberapa step yang harus dioptimalisasikan;Bureaucratic Reform of the Indonesian Government aims to provide the better
service for the public that is fast, transparent and accountable. The aim of this research

feature program, which is the civil registration in the office of Religious Affairs, known
as KUA. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology with a case study
approach.
The result of this research after having discussed by five expert resources had
concluded that the communication strategy used in civil registration program in KUA
right now is appropriate and effective by using Nine steps of Strategic Public Relations
that includes situation analysis, organizational analysis, public analysis, goals and
objectives, action and response strategies, effective communication, communication
tactics and implementation of strategic plans. Although there are steps to be optimized, Bureaucratic Reform of the Indonesian Government aims to provide the better

"ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Difteri merupakan salah satu penyakit menular dan sering menimbulkan kejadian luar biasa (KLB) di beberapa wilayah. Difteri merupakan penyakit yang sering menyebabkan kematian, karena racun yang dihasilkan oleh bakteri Corynebacterium diphterie. Bakteri membuat toksin apabila bakteri terinfeksi oleh coryne bacteriophage yang mengandung diphterie eksotoksin. Berdasarkan masalah yang terjadi di Kabupaten Cianjur mulai pada tahun 2013 ditemukan penderita difteri sebanyak 6 kasus dan 1 orang meninggal dengan Case Fatality Rate sebesar 17%. Sedangkan pada tahun 2015 ditemukan penderita difteri sebanyak 3 kasus. Kemudian pada tahun 2017 terdapat 15 pasien difteri yang ditangani RSUD Cianjur beberapa diantaranya dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin Bandung karena jumlah penderita meningkat sedangkan ruang isolasi terbatas. Salah satu daerah yang terjadi KLB yaitu tepatnya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cijedil. Data vaksinasi yang di dapat di Puskesmas Cijedil yaitu berjumlah 86 bayi laki-laki dan 87 bayi perempuan sehingga jumlahnya 173 bayi laki-laki dan perempuan, sedangkan yang sudah mendapatkn vaksinasi DPT 1 dan HB1 untuk kategori bayi laki laki berjumlah 71 atau 82,6 % dan kategori bayi perempuan berjumlah 84 atau 96,6 % yang sudah mendapatkan imunisasi DPT1 dan HB1.
Metode: Penelitian ini mengunakan desain metode kualitatif yang mempelajari tentang peningkatan praktek imunisasi difteri pada ibu balita di Puskesmas Cijedil,Dinas Kesehatan kabupaten cianjur mulai bulan Februari sampai Maret 2019 dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan ibu balita dan petugas kesehatan, kader posyandu.
Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan praktek imunisasi pada ibu balita di Desa Cijedil tahun 2019.
Kesimpulan dan Saran: dari hasil wawancara mendalam menggunakan kuesioner di dapatkan bahwa ibu balita terkait pengerahuan ibu balita tentang imunisasi difteri dan pencegahan difteri menunjukan adanya peningkatan praktek imunisasi difteri. Disarankan kepada petugas Petugas promosi kesehatan Dinas Kesehaan Cianjur agar lebih ditingkatkan lagi kunjungan imunisasi setiap satu bulan sekali agar peserta imunisasi difteri dapat mengerti betul tentang pencegahan penyakit difteri.

ABSTRACT
Background: Diphtheria is an infectious disease and often results in outbreaks in several regions. Diphtheria is a disease that often causes death, because of poisons produced by the Corynebacterium diphterie bacteria. Bacteria make toxins if bacteria are infected by coryne bacteriophage containing diphtheria exotoxin. Based on the problems that occurred in Cianjur Regency, starting in 2013, there were 6 cases of diphtheria sufferers and 1 person died with a Case Fatality Rate of 17%. Whereas in 2015 there were 3 cases of diphtheria sufferers. Then in 2017 there were 15 diphtheria patients treated by Cianjur General Hospital some of whom were referred to Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung because the number of sufferers increased while the isolation room was limited. One area that occurred outbreaks is precisely in the working area of the Cijedil Health Center. Vaccination data obtained at Cijedil Community Health Center amounted to 86 male and 87 female infants so that there were 173 male and female infants, while those who had received DPT 1 and HB1 vaccinations for 71 male or male categories of male infants and the category of female infants was 84 or 96.6% who had received DPT1 and HB1 immunization.
Method: This study used a qualitative method design that studied the improvement of diphtheria immunization practices in mothers under five at Cijedil Health Center, cianjur district health office from February to March 2019 and data collection was conducted through interviews with mothers of toddlers and health workers, posyandu cadres.
Results:. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in immunization practices for under-five mothers in Cijedil Village in 2019.
Conclusions and Suggestions: from the results of in-depth interviews using questionnaires to find that mothers of children under five related to the delivery of mothers and diphtheria prevention showed an increase practice of diphtheria immunization. It is recommended to the Cianjur Health Office Health Officer to increase immunization visits once a month so that diphtheria immunization participants can fully understand the prevention of diphtheria."

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh eksistensi UU No.5/1999 tentang Larangan
Praktek Monopoli dan Persaingan Usaha Tidak Sehat yang telah berlaku efektif
selama 12 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana
implementasi strategi komunikasi yang telah dijalankan oleh Komisi Pengawas
Persaingan Usaha untuk mengubah perilaku pelaku usaha yang bersaing tidak sehat
menjadi sehat sesuai dengan UU No.5/1999. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
adalah survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel
secara random. Survei dilakukan terhadap pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam Kamar
Dagang dan Industri (KADIN) DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
Pada dasarnya, implementasi UU No.5/1999 telah memberikan implikasi yang cukup
signifikan terhadap situasi usaha yang terjadi di lapangan, hanya saja ada pemahaman
pelaku usaha terhadap konsep-konsep persaingan yang dimuat dalam UU No.5/1999
masih sangat terbatas.

ABSTRACT
This research was motivated by the existence of the Law No.5/1999 about Law
Concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition
which was effective for 12 years. This study aims to determine the extent of
implementation of communication strategies that have been run by the Commission
for The Supervision of Business Competition Republic of Indonesia (KPPU RI) to
change the behavior of competing businesses unfair to be fair according to the Law
No.5/1999. The method used is descriptive quantitative survey approach with random
sampling. The survey was conducted of businesses who are members of the Chamber
of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) of DKI Jakarta. The results showed that
basically, the implementation of Law No.5/1999 has significant implications for the
situation that occurred in the field of business, it's just no understanding of the
business to the concepts of competition contained in the Law No.5/1999 is still very
limited."
