"Dari sudut pandang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja kelelahan merupakan ancaman yang cukup signifikan. Kelelahah pada individu bersifat subjektif, namun pekerja belum tentu menyadari adanya kelelahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran kelelahan dan faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan pada perawat di puskesmas Kabupaten Sambas tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang menggunakan instumen kuesioner yang dilakukan secara daring dari Maret--Juni 2023. Total sampel 126 perawat yang bekerja di puskesmas Kabupaten Sambas. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan 30,2% perawat mengalami kelelahan. Hasil analisis bivariat faktor risiko di luar pekerjaan menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara usia dan kelelahan (p value 0,016, OR 0.357), status pernikahan dan kelelahan ((p value 0,048, OR 0,351), kualitas tidur dan kelelahan (p value 0,005, OR 6,026). Hasil analisis bivariat faktor risiko pekerjaan menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara stes kerja dan kelelahan (p value 0,001, OR 6,763). Hasil penelitian menyarankan perawat untuk bisa melakukan manajemen waktu dengan lebih baik dan lebih memperhatikan untuk berpola hidup sehat. Selain itu manajemen juga berperan penting dalam mengembangkan strategi dan kebijakan untuk mengurangi kelelahan di tempat kerja. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menggali lebih banyak faktor risiko dan menentukan faktor risiko dominan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian berbeda.

From health and safety perspective, fatigue is a significant concern. Fatigue is a subjective feeling and workers isn’t always aware of it, so it’s important for managers to recognize and prevent fatigue at the early stage. This study aimed to describe fatigue and risk factors associated with fatigue on puskesmas nurses at districk of Sambas 2023. This research is quantitative study with cross-sectional design using questionnaire which was conducted online from March to June 2023. A Total sample was 126 nurses who worked in puskesmas at districk of Sambas. The results showed that 30.2% of nurses experienced fatigue. Bivariate results of non-work related risk factors showed a significant relationship between age and fatigue (p value 0,016, OR 0.357), marital satus and fatigue (p value 0,048, OR 0,351), sleep quality and fatigue (p value 0,005, OR 6,026). Bivariate results of work related risk factors showed a significant relationship between work stress and fatigue (p value 0,001, OR 6,763). The results of this study suggest nurses to have better time management and pay more attention to a healthy lifestyle. In addition, management plays an important role for developing targeted strategies and policies to reduce fatigue in the workplace. Further research is needed to explore more risk factors and determine the dominant risk factors using different research methods."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang hubungan antara faktor demografi, faktor individu, dan faktor pekerjaan terhadap kejadian kelelahan (fatigue) pada pekerja kantor di DKI Jakarta pada masa pandemi Covid-19 Maret 2020 – April 2022 di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Kebijakan yang mulai memberlakukan bekerja di kantor, di rumah atau Campuran di kantor dan di rumah berisiko pada terjadinya kelelahan pada pekerja. Data yang dikumpulkan untuk analisis, terkait faktor demografi (usia dan jenis kelamin), faktor individu (kehidupan sosial keluarga, kuantitas tidur, kualitas tidur, gangguan kesehatan, keadaan psikologis, dan perilaku tidak baik), dan faktor pekerjaan (kebijakam, penjadwalan, lingkungan ruang, beban kerja, durasi kerja, dan pekerjaan lain) terhadap kejadian kelelahan pada pekerja kantor diteliti menggunakan kuesioner (google form) kepada 202 responden di DKI Jakarta. Analisis menggunakan Chi-Square 2x2 untuk uji hubungan dua variabel dan uji regresi linear logistik untuk multivariat. Hasil telitian menunjukkan bahwa di DKI Jakarta selama masa pandemi Covid-19 Maret 2020 – April 2022 di wilayah DKI Jakarta, ada 33,7% pekerja mengalami kelelahan. Pekerja yang bekerja di kantor lebih banyak yang mengalami kelelahan yaitu 45,9%, sedangkan yang bekerja di rumah atau campuran 26,6% yang mengalami kelelahan. Uji statistik mendapatkan pekerja dengan gangguan kesehatan berpeluang 3,3 kali lebih berisiko kelelahan dibandingkan dengan pekerja yang tidak ada gangguan kesehatan (p 0,001; OR 3,300 (1,615-6,742)), yang berperilaku tidak baik lebih berisiko 2,4 kali dibandingkan yang berperilaku baik (p 0,012; OR 2,400 (1,214-4,745)), serta yang punya beban kerja berat berisiko 2,1 kali dibandingkan dengan yang tidak (p 0,038; OR 2,127 (1,041-4,344)). Sehingga, perlu dibangun model kebijakan untuk mengatasi persoalan kelelahan pada pekerja kantor di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Wilayah DKI Jakarta Wilayah DKI Jakarta.

This research discusses the relationship between demographic, individual factors, and occupational factors on the incidence of fatigue among workers in DKI Jakarta during the period of covid-19 March 2020 – April 2022 in DKI Jakarta. Policies that start enforcing work in the office, at home, or Mixed in the office and at home, can put workers at risk of fatigue. Data collected for analysis related to demographic factors (age and gender), individual factors (family social life, sleep quantity, sleep quality, health problems, psychological conditions, and negative behavior), and work factors (policy, work scheduling, space design, workload, duration of work, and other occupations) on the incidence of fatigue studied using a questionnaire (google form) to 202 worker respondents in DKI Jakarta. Analysis using Chi-Square 2x2 to test the relationship between two variables and linear logistic regression test for multivariate. The research results show that in DKI Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic period March 2020 – April 2022 in the DKI Jakarta area, 33.7% of workers experienced fatigue. More workers who work in offices experience fatigue, namely 45.9%, while those who work at home or a mixture of 26.6% experience fatigue. Statistical tests found that workers with health problems had a 3.3 times greater risk of fatigue compared to workers without health problems (p 0.001; OR 3.300 (1.615-6.742)), those who behaved badly were 2.4 times more at risk than those who behaved well (p 0.012; OR 2.400 (1.214-4.745)), and those who have a heavy workload are at risk 2.1 times compared to those who don't (p 0.038; OR 2.127 (1.041-4.344)). So, it is necessary to build a policy model to overcome the problem of fatigue in office workers during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period in the DKI Jakarta Region."

"Seperti diketahui bahwa penempatan bidan di pedesaan berkaitan dengan pemerataan dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Apabila aspek manajemen dari Pedoman Pembinaan Teknis Bidan di desa dilaksanakan dengan manajemen yang efektif dan efisien maka akan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas bidan di desa sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Kualitatif yaitu wawancara mendalam dan triangulasi sumber dengan pendekatan siklus pemecahan masalah. Apabila terdapat kesenjangan manajemen dalam aspek input, proses dan output maka akan dicarikan alternatif pemecahannya untuk disarankan kepada pelaksana program.
Hasil temuan penelitian analisis manajemen pembinaan teknis bidan di desa tahun 1995/1996 masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan buku Pedoman Pembinaan Teknis Bidan di Desa yang dikeluarkan oleh Departemen Kesehatan RI tahun 1994.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut maka peneliti mengajukan saran kepada pelaksana program untuk perbaikan yaitu :
1. Setiap kegiatan pembinaan teknis bidan di desa oleh puskesmas harus didokumentasikan agar aspek manajemen dapat menjadi bukti pendukung.
2. Pemerintah perlu melakukan pendidikan dan latihan aspek manajemen untuk dokter dan bidan puskesmas.
3. Pihak Dinas Kesehatan Dt II harus berupaya untuk menyediakan dana, tenaga dan sarana bagi puskesmas yang berkaitan dengan pembinaan teknis bidan sebagai konsekuensi adanya Pedoman.
4. Dinas Kesehatan Dt. II harus lebih meningkatkan peranannya di dalam pembinaan bidan di desa sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya agar aspek pengendalian terhadap puskesmas menjadi lebih berfungsi.

Management aspect of technical supervision of midwife in the village has to use effectively and efficiently in order to increase a midwife productivity in accordance to her function. The research uses Qualitative method; in-depth interview and triangular resource approaches.
The Health Center and Health Office of Sambas Regency would get recommendations for improving the management aspect of technical supervision of midwife in the village.
The result of Health Center?s technical supervision of midwife at Sambas Regency on 1995/1996 is not appropriate in accordance to Technical Supervision Manual Book from Health Department.
I would like to suggest some recommendation in order to improve the Health Center's technical supervision management, as follows :
1. The management will able to give some evidences if the activity of midwife technical building in health center is documented.
2. The government has to hold a management training to doctors and midwives at health center.
3. Chief of Health office of Sambas Regency has to prepare the fund, human resources and tools to support the activity in accordance to manual book.
4. Health Office of Sambas Regency has to increase the activity in technical supervision according to its function."

"Transportasi umum saat ini menjadi pilihan favorit masyarakat dalam melakukan perpindahan dengan selamat dan efisien. Salah satu transportasi umum pilihan masyarakat Jakarta adalah kereta Mass Rapid Train (MRT). Keselamatan kereta MRT merupakan isu yang penting untuk diperhatikan agar dapat menjaga keselamatan baik masinis maupun penumpang. Dalam pengoperasian kereta MRT, dilakukan oleh seorang masinis. Menurut data Komisi Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi (KNKT), di tahun 2016 sebanyak 45% kecelakaan disebabkan oleh masinis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fatigue serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kelelahan pada masinis seperti faktor terkait pekerjaan dan faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Januari-Juni 2023 di PT. XYZ. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) dalam mengukur kelelahan, dan Sound Level Meter dalam mengukur kebisingan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 67 masinis kereta MRT yang aktif mengoperasikan kereta. Hasil dari data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan uji statistic chisquare. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 41,8% mengalami kelelahan. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pada faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara shift kerja dengan kelelahan pada masinis. Pada faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara commuting time, dan kualitas tidur terhadap kelelahan pada masinis.

Public transportation is currently people's favorite choice for moving safely and efficiently. One of the public transportation choices for the people of Jakarta is the Mass Rapid Train (MRT). MRT train safety is an important issue to pay attention to maintain the safety of both the driver and the passengers. In operating the MRT train, it is carried out by a train driver. According to data from the National Transportation Safety Commission (KNKT), in 2016 as many as 45% of accidents were caused by train drivers. This study aims to analyze fatigue and factors related to the occurrence of fatigue in train drivers such as work-related factors and non-work related factors. This research was conducted from January to June 2023 at PT XYZ. The tools used in this study were the Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) questionnaire to measure fatigue, and the Sound Level Meter to measure noise. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study was 67 MRT train drivers who actively operated trains. The results of the questionnaire data were analyzed using the chi-square statistical test. The results of this study showed that 41.8% experienced fatigue. From this study, it is known that on work-related risk factors, there is a significant relationship between work shifts and driver fatigue. In non-work related risk factors, there is a significant relationship between commuting time and sleep quality on driver fatigue."

"Pemeriksaan parasit dari sediaan darah adalah salah satu langkah penting dalam menegakkan diagnosis malaria. Jika dibandingkan dengan kabupaten lain di Propinsi Kalimantan Barat, cakupan pemeriksaan sediaan darah penderita tersangka malaria di Kabupaten Sambas masih tergolang rendah. Dalam studi ini dilakukan penelitian terhadap hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan petugas puskesmas terhadap standar pelayanan penderita malaria dan pemeriksaan sediaan darah.
Studi kualitatif ini dilakukan pada 10 puskesmas dengan melibatkan 20 orang paramedis, 10 orang petugas laboratorium, 10 orang kepala puskesmas dan 1 orang wasor malaria kabupaten sebagai informan. Pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan petugas laboratorium ditelaah melalui wawancara mendalam, sedangkan untuk paramedis dilakukan diskusi kelompok terarah. Observasi juga dilakukan terhadap ketersediaan sarana laboratorium untuk melakukan pemeriksaan parasit sediaan darah.
Analisa data yang terkumpul menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan paramedis tentang standar pelayanan penderita malaria sudah cukup baik, demikian juga halnya dengan pengetahuan petugas laboratorium tentang prosedur pemeriksaan sediaan darah.
Sikap petugas paramedis maupun laboratorium pada umumya setuju dan mendukung pemeriksaan sediaan darah penderita tersangka malaria, tetapi pengetahuan dan sikap tersebut tidak diikuti dengan kepatuhannya dalam melakukan pemeriksaan sediaan darah. Namun demikian, sebagian besar petugas paramedis telah memberikan pelayanan kepada penderita malaria sesuai standar dengan merujuk penderita ke laboratorium untuk pemeriksaan sediaan darahnya. Juga diamati bahwa pada sebagian puskesmas ketersediaan sarana laboratorium untuk pemeriksaan sediaan darah malaria masih kurang, sedangkan kerjasama diantara petugas paramedis dan laboratorium dalam melakukan pemeriksaan sediaan darah malaria sudah berjalan dengan baik. Selanjutnya pengawasan dari pimpinan puskesmas kepada petugas paramedis dalam melakukan rujukan penderita ke laboratorium untuk pemeriksaan sediaan darah masih kurang.
Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kurangnya perhatian dan tanggung jawab pimpinan puskesmas, kurangnya tenaga analis dan kurangnya sarana laboratorium berhubungan dengan rendahnya kepatuhan petugas puskesmas terhadap standar pelayanan malaria dan prosedur pemeriksaan sediaan darah serta sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan puskesmas merupakan salah satu penyebab rendahnya cakupan pemeriksaan sediaan darah penderita tersangka malaria.

Compliance Analysis of Public Health Centre Provider in Performing Blood Sample Examination of Malaria Patient in Kabupaten Sambas, 2000Parasitic examination of human blood sample is an important step in the diagnosis of malaria. However, compared to other district in West Kalimantan, in Kabupaten Sambas the coverage of blood sample examination of suspected malaria cases is lower. In this study, relevant issues associated with the compliance of the Public Health Centre (PHC) providers to the standard services of malaria and procedure of blood sample examination are investigated.
Qualitative study has been carried out in ten PHCs involving twenty paramedics, ten laboratory analysts, ten PHC managers, and a district supervisor of malaria as informer. Knowledge, attitude and practice of the laboratory analysts, were assessed through in-depth interview, while focus group discussion were applied to the paramedics to analyze the same issues. Laboratory facilities for parasitic examination of the blood sample were also observed.
Content analysis of the collected data shows that the paramedics have good knowledge in the standard services of malaria, similar to those of the laboratory analysts in the standard procedure for blood examination_ Generally, paramedics and laboratory analysts agree with and support blood sample examination of the suspected malaria patient, but their knowledge and attitude are not consistent to their compliance with the blood examination. However, most of the paramedics have served malaria patients with the standard services by referring them for laboratory examination. It was also observed that at some PHCs the laboratory facilities for blood sample examination is insufficient, although collaboration between paramedics and laboratory analysts is good enough. Furthermore, some of PHCs' managers do not supervise strongly their staffs thoroughly to comply with the referring blood sample examination.
This study concluded that the low attention and responsibility of PHC manager, lack of laboratory analysts and insufficient laboratory facilities are associated with the low compliance of the PHC providers to comply with the standard services of malaria and procedure of blood sample examination. Improper recording and reporting system is one of the causes of low coverage of blood sample examination of suspected malaria cases.

Angka kematian ibu tahun 2013 Kabupaten Sambas Provinsi Kalbar masih tinggi sebanyak 17 kasus. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui implementasi manajemen aktif kala III (MAKT) oleh bidan puskesmas wilayah kerja Dinas Kesesehatan Kab. Sambas. Desain penelitian cross sectionaldengan mixed method, sampel 58 menggunakan Total Sampling Hasil penelitian bidan menerapkan manajemen aktif kala III 63,8% dan yang tidak menerapkan manajemen aktif kala III 36,2%. Terdapat hubungan variabel Pengetahuan dan sikap dengan Implementasi Manajemen Aktif Kala III. Variabel sikap terhadap manajemen aktif kala III merupakan faktor paling dominan dengan (nilai p= <0,007)

"Perawat merupakan sumber daya manusia terpenting di rumah sakit, dikarenakan jumlahnya dominan. Pekerjaan perawat yang bervariasi, menyebabkan perawat memiliki beban kerja relatif tinggi, sehingga berisiko terjadinya kelelahan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan kelelahan kerja pada perawat di RSUD Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor. Desain penelitian ini adalah semi-kuantitatif cross-sectional.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 91,1 perawat mengalami kelelahan kerja tingkat rendah hingga sedang, dimana variabel kualitas tidur dan masa kerja memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kelelahan kerja p-value < 0,05. Faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan kerja adalah kualitas tidur, dimana kualitas tidur buruk berisiko 2,367 kali lebih tinggi untuk mengalami kelelahan, dibandingkan dengan kualitas tidur baik, setelah dikontrol variabel masa kerja dan shift kerja.
Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah perlunya pengkajian penempatan tenaga keperawatan sesuai dengan kompetensinya dan kebutuhan pasien, meningkatkan manajemen waktu bagi perawat serta penerapan fatigue management program untuk mencegah tingginya kelelahan kerja pada perawat.

Nurse is the most important human resource in the hospital because of their dominant ammount. Nurse has various jobs, causing they have relatively high workload, so that would improve the risk of fatigue. The aim of the study is to analyze the determinants of work fatigue among nurses in Cibinong Regional Public Hospital, Bogor District. The design of this study is semi quantitative, cross sectional.
The results showed that 91.1 of nurses have low to moderate type of work fatigue, which is the sleep quality and working period variables have a significant relationship with work fatigue p value 0.05. The dominant factor affecting work fatigue is sleep quality, that the poor sleep quality respondents risk is 2,367 times higher to feels fatigue, compared with the good sleep quality, after controlled by working period and work shift variables.
Advices that can be given are need for assesment of the placement of nursing personnel based on their competence and patient needs, increase time managemet for nurse and also the application of fatigue management program to prevent high work fatigue among nurses.

"Stunting adalah masalah gizi serius di mana anak memiliki tinggi badan yang tidak sesuai dengan usia mereka. Prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Jombong, Jawa Timur, tahun 2022 masih tinggi sebesar 22,1%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting, yaitu pengetahuan, riwayat pendidikan, profesi atau pekerjaan orangtua, jenis kelamin, ASI eksklusif, kepemilikan jamban sehat, akses air bersih, status ekonomi keluarga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tambakrejo Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel adalah seluruh orangtua balita di wilayah kerja puskesmas yang memenuhi syarat inklusi dan eksklusi, dengan total sampel 73.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejadian stunting di wilayah kerja puskesmas Tambakrejo Kabupaten Jombang sebesar 55%. Hal tersebut dipicu oleh 8 faktor yaitu pengetahuan ibu, riwayat pendidikan, status kerja, jenis kelamin anak, ASI ekslusif, kepemilikam jamban sehat, kesediaan air bersih, dan status ekonomi keluarga memiliki hubungan dengan stunting. oleh karena itu sebaiknya puskemas dapat melakukan tindakan yang lebih serius terhadap 8 faktor yang telah disebutkan seperti memberikan penyuluhan tentang pendidikan ibu hamil dan menyusui, pentingnya gizi yang cukup pada anak, penyuluhan kebersihan toilet dan air bersih serta pola asuh yang tepat bagi bayinya.

Stunting is a serious nutritional problem where children have a height that is not appropriate for their age. The prevalence of stunting in Jombong Regency, East Java, in 2022 is still high at 22.1%. This study aims to examine several factors related to the incidence of stunting, namely knowledge, educational history, parental profession or work, gender, exclusive breastfeeding, ownership of healthy latrines, access to clean water, family economic status in the working area of the Tambakrejo Jombang Health Center. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample is all parents of toddlers in the work area of the health center who meet the inclusion and exclusion requirements, with a total sample of 73.The results of the study show that the incidence of stunting in the work area of the Tambakrejo health center, Jombang Regency is 55%. This is triggered by 8 factors, namely maternal knowledge, educational history, work status, gender of the child, exclusive breastfeeding, ownership of healthy latrines, availability of clean water, and family economic status have a relationship with stunting. Therefore, it is better for the Health Center to take more serious action against the 8 factors that have been mentioned, such as providing counseling on the education of pregnant and lactating women, the importance of adequate nutrition for children, counseling on the cleanliness of toilets and clean water, and the right parenting style for their babies.

"Pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia saat ini sedang banyak berkembang, khususnya pembangunan gedung yang dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan berbagai sektor industri maupun pemerintahan. Akan tetapi, seiring dengan perkembangan tersebut, aspek keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja juga naik sebagai isu utama yang menjadi perhatian dan memicu penelitian ini dilakukan. Hal ini juga didasari bahwa dalam dekade terakhir terjadi sederetan insiden dan kecelakaan kerja dengan berkaitan dengan kelelahan yang terjadi di sektor konstruksi gedung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja subyektif di proyek gedung PT X di DKI Jakarta dan wilayah satelitnya. Penelitian ini didesain secara potong lintang dan dilakukan terhadap 124 orang responden melalui pengisian kuesioner yang dikelola sendiri untuk menilai karakteristik individu dan status gizi. Kelelahan subyektif diukur dengan kuesioner Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) Jepang yang berisi 30 butir pertanyaan. Kondisi tidur diukur menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) untuk kualitas tidur dan kuesioner Sleep Hygiene Index (SHI) untuk sleep hygiene. Faktor psikososial diukur menggunakan kuesioner Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku merokok, jenis pekerjaan, Indeks Massa Tubuh, kualitas tidur, sleep hygiene, dan faktor psikososial terhadap kelelahan kerja subyektif. Akan tetapi, tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelelahan kerja subyektif dengan usia, status pernikahan, riwayat penyakit, perilaku olahraga, masa kerja, perilaku konsumsi air putih, perilaku konsumsi kopi, perilaku konsumsi gorengan, dan perilaku konsumsi minuman energi.

The construction of infrastructure in Indonesia has been developing lately, especially building construction which support the needs of various industrial and governmental sectors. Furthermore, alingside that development, occupational safety and health rise up to be one of the main issues of concern which prompts this research to be done. This is also based on the fact that in the last decade there has been a lot of work incidents and accidents related to worker fatigue that happened in building construction. This research aims on finding the factors associated with subjective work fatigue of PT X in DKI Jakarta and its satellite areas. The design of this research was cross sectional on 124 individuals through self-administered baseline questionnaire to measure individual characteristics and nutritional status. Subjective work fatigue was measured by Japanese Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) 30-item questionnaire. Sleep condition was measured using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire to measure sleep quality and Sleep Hygiene Index (SHI) questionnaire to measure sleep hygiene. Psychosocial factors were measured using the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) III. Results showed that there was a significant relationship between subjective work fatigue and each of smoking behavior, type of work, Body Mass Index, sleep quality, sleep hygiene, and psychosocial factors. However, there was no significant relationship between subjective work fatigue and age, marital status, disease history, exercise habit, length of work, water consumption habit, coffee drinking habit, fried food consumption habit, and energy drink consumption habit."
