"Meningkatnya angka harapan hidup menyebabkan kebutuhan perawatan jangka panjang orang lanjut usia, yang mayoritas diberikan oleh family caregivers. Family caregiver seringkali mengalami burden, terutama jika penyakit yang dimiliki anggota keluarga sulit untuk dirawat seperti demensia. Family caregiver orang dengan demensia seringkali mengalami penurunan dalam well-being. Salah satu hal yang dapat meningkatkan well-being adalah mindfulness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara mindfulness dengan well-being pada family caregiver orang dengan demensia. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara mindfulness dengan setiap dimensi well-being (spirituality, positive social relations, basic needs, dan acceptance) pada family caregiver orang dengan demensia. Penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak 38 family caregiver orang dengan demensia. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara mindfulness dengan well-being pada family caregiver orang dengan demensia. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa dimensi spirituality, positive social relations, dan basic needs dari well-being tidak memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan mindfulness. Sementara itu dimensi acceptance dari well-being ditemukan memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan mindfulness. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan mengenai penggunaan mindfulness untuk meningkatkan well-being dari family caregiver orang dengan demensia.

The increase in life expectancy has increased the amount of long term care needed for the elderly, which is mostly given by family caregivers. Family caregivers are prone to experience burden, especially if they’re caring for people with harder-to-treat diseases like dementia. Family caregivers of people with dementia frequently experience decreased well-being. One of the things that can increase well-being is mindfulness. This study aimed to see if there was a positive and significant relationship between mindfulness and well-being in family caregivers of people with dementia. The study also aimed to see if there were positive and significant relationships between mindfulness and the dimensions of well-being (spirituality, positive social relations, basic needs, and acceptance) in family caregivers of people with dementia. The study involved 38 family caregivers of people with dementia. Analysis found no positive and significant relationship between mindfulness and well-being in family caregivers of people with dementia. Analysis also found that the well-being dimensions spirituality, positive social relations, and basic needs did not have a positive and significant relationship with mindfulness. The well-being dimension acceptance was found to have a positive and significant relationship with mindfulness. This study adds knowledge to what we know about using mindfulness to increase well-being in family caregivers of people with dementia."

"Psychological Well-being (PWB) selama masa remaja menjadi salah satu penentu kesehatan mental di masa dewasa mendatang. Penelitian terdahulu menemukan bahwa Intolerance of Uncertainty (IU), sebagai variabel yang mempengaruhi bagaimana seseorang memaknai dan menanggapi situasi yang tidak pasti, dapat mempengaruhi PWB individu. Salah satu variabel yang diduga dapat menjelaskan hubungan keduanya adalah Dispositional Mindfulness (DM), yaitu kapasitas bawaan untuk mempertahankan perhatian pada pengalaman saat ini dengan sikap terbuka dan tidak menghakimi. Namun, dinamika antara ketiga variabel tersebut belum pernah diteliti pada remaja di Indonesia, sedangkan karakteristik tahap perkembangan remaja menunjukkan pentingnya ketiga variabel di masa ini. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana peran DM sebagai mediator antara hubungan IU dan PWB pada remaja di Indonesia. IU diukur menggunakan skala IUS-12, DM dengan skala MAAS, dan PWB dengan skala Ryff’s Psychological Well-being. Partisipan berjumlah 352 remaja SMP dan SMA berusia 13-18 tahun (M = 16.08) yang mengisi seluruh alat ukur secara daring. Berdasarkan hasil analisis mediasi, ditemukan bahwa DM secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara IU dan PWB (b= -.17, p < .01).

Psychological Well-being (PWB) during adolescence becomes one of the determinants of mental health in adulthood. Previous research found that Intolerance of Uncertainty (IU), as a variable that influences how a person perceives, interprets, and responds to uncertain situations, can affect individual PWB. One of the variables that is thought to explain the relationship between the two is Dispositional Mindfulness (DM), namely the innate capacity to maintain attention on current experiences in an open and non-judgmental attitude. However, the dynamics between these three variables has never been studied in adolescents in Indonesia, while the characteristics of the stages of adolescent development show the importance of the three variables at this time. So this study aims to see how the role of DM as a mediator between the relationship between IU and PWB in adolescents in Indonesia. IU was measured using the IUS-12 scale, DM was measured by the MAAS scale, and PWB was measured by Ryff's Psychological Well-being scale. The participants were 352 junior high and high school youth aged 13-18 years (M = 16.08) who filled out all measuring instruments online. Based on the results of mediation analysis, it was found that DM partially mediated the relationship between IU and PWB (b= -.17, p < .01).

"Penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi merupakan hal penting yang diperlukan untuk melalui masa transisi yang penuh perubahan. Penelitian melihat bahwa dispositional mindfulness memiliki peran pada penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi. Namun, hubungan yang terbentuk terkait dispositional mindfulness dan penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi masih dibutuhkan, terutama mengenai hubungannya dengan kesejahteraan psikologis yang seringkali terlibat. Kesejahteraan psikologis merupakan suatu kondisi yang diperlukan dalam penentuan kesehatan mental seseorang. Penelitian korelasional ini melihat peran kesejahteraan psikologis sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara dispositional mindfulness dan penyesuaian diri di perguruan tinggi pada mahasiswa tingkat pertama N = 207. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale MAAS, Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire SACQ, dan Ryffs Scale of Psychological Well-being. Dari hasil analisis mediasi yang dilakukan, terdapat indirect effect b = 0,54.

Adjustment to college is an important thing needed during the transition period from high school. Dispositional mindfulness has been proven to have a role in adjustment to college. However, research about the relationship that is formed regarding dispositional mindfulness and adaptation in college is still needed, especially about its relationship with psychological well being that is often involved. Psychological well being is a necessary condition in determining one 39s mental health. Thus, this present research is a correlational research that sees the role of psychological well being as a mediator in the relationship between dispositional mindfulness and adjustment to college among first year college students N 207. The instruments used in this research consisted of Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale MAAS, Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire SACQ, and Ryff 39 s Scale of Psychological Well being. From the result of mediation analysis, there are indirect effect b 0,54."

"Selama masa pandemi Covid-19, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru semakin berat
dengan strategi mengajar yang baru. Hal tersebut membuat guru kesulitan untuk
mempertahankan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka terutama guru perempuan yang mengajar di tingkat SD. Stres yang dirasakan oleh guru perempuan semakin bertambah dengan beban sebaga seorang ibu yang mengurus anak. Komunikasi antara anggota keluarga diasumsikandapat membantu guru untuk melewati masa sulit selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian inidilakukan untuk melihat peran pola komunikasi keluarga, baik dimensi conversation ataupun conformity, sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara perceived social support dengan psychological well-being. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental dengan teknik pengambilan sampel convenient sampling dari guru perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perceived social support
dengan psychological well-being baik secara langsung (β = 0.57, t(117) = 7.91, p = 0.000), maupun tidak langsung melalui pola komunikasi keluarga dimensi conversation (coefficient = 0.42, SE = 0.07, CI = 0.27 - 0.56). Di sisi lain, pola komunikasi keluarga yang mementingkan konformitas dalam berpendapat tidak berperan sebagai mediator karena tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan psychological well-being (coefficient = -0.11, SE = 0.10, CI = -0.32 - 0.10, p = 0.300). Salah satu limitasi penelitian ini adalah penelitian
ini hanya dapat dilakukan masa pandemi akan tetapi hasil yang didapatkan mengimplikasikan bahwa dukungan sosial dari berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru dalam menghadapi masa pandemi agar dapat menjadi bahagia, terlepas dari pola komunikasi di rumah. Meskipun demikian, pola komunikasi yang mementingkan kehangatan dalam berpendapat dan keterbukaan dapat menjadi salah satu bentuk dukungan sosial yang menunjang psychological well-being guru di situasi pandemi.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers are facing more challenges such as new teaching strategies. Thus, makes it difficult for teachers to maintain their psychological well-being especially female teachers who teach elementary students. Some of those female teachers have responsibilities as mothers at home. The burden of caring for children in home increasing the stress felt by these teachers. It is assumed that communication between family members can help teachers through difficult times during the Covid-19 pandemic. This
research was conducted to see whether conversation or conformity dimension within family communication pattern can act as mediator in the relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being. This research is non-experimental study with convenient sampling technique given to female teachers. The result indicates that there is significant relationship between perceived social support and family communication pattern, either directly (β = 0.57, t(117) = 7.91, p = 0.000) or indirectly through the conversation
dimension within family communication family patterns (coefficient = 0.42, SE = 0.07, CI = 0.27 - 0.56). On the other hand, family with high conformity dimension do not act as mediator in relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being (coefficient = -0.11, SE = 0.10, CI = -0.32 - 0.10, p = 0.300). One of the limitation of this study is this study can only be conducted in pandemic Covid-19 situation but the results obtained shows that social support from various sources is needed by teachers in order to be mentally healthy and happy regardless of communication patterns at home. However, communication patterns that emphasize warmth and openness can be one of the social
support that teachers needed in this pandemic situation.

"Setiap tahun, ada peningkatan jumlah orang yang didiagnosis dengan autisme, termasuk orang tua mereka. Membesarkan anak dengan autisme adalah tantangan seumur hidup bagi orang tua, dan itu bisa berdampak pada kesejahteraan orang tua. Untuk menjaga kesejahteraan orang tua, mereka dapat memanfaatkan dyadic coping (DC) dengan pasangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi suatu korelasi antara kesejahteraan dan faktor mengatasi diad. Ada 121 orang tua yang berpartisipasi penelitian ini. Kesejahteraan diukur dengan Skala Berkembang dan Skala Positif dan Pengaruh Negatif (Diener et al., 2010), sementara koping diad diukur oleh Diadik Coping Inventory (Bodenmann, 2005). Hasilnya menunjukkan, ada yang positif signifikan hubungan antara faktor kesejahteraan dan DC umum yang berfokus pada emosi, berfokus pada masalah DC umum, juga DC yang mendukung emosi. Ada yang signifikan positif hubungan antara yang berfokus pada masalah mendukung dan mendelegasikan DC dengan psikologis maju.

Every year, there is an increase in the number of people diagnosed with autism, including their parents. Raising children with autism is a lifelong challenge for parents, and it can have an impact on the well-being of parents. To maintain the welfare of parents, they can take advantage of dyadic coping (DC) with their partners. This study aims to evaluate a correlation between well-being and coping factors for dyads. There were 121 parents who participated in this study. Welfare is measured by the Developmental Scale and Positive Scale and Negative Influence (Diener et al., 2010), while dyadic coping is measured by Diadik Coping Inventory (Bodenmann, 2005). The results show, there is a significant positive relationship between welfare factors and general DC that focuses on emotions, focuses on common DC problems, also DCs that support emotions. There is a significant positive relationship between focusing on the problem of supporting and delegating DC with psychologically advanced."

"Pandemi COVID-19 membawa berbagai perubahan dan tantangan bagi individu di seluruh dunia. Berbagai permasalahan muncul dan kemudian menurunkan kebahagiaan (subjective well-being) individu terhadap hidupnya. Salah satu aspek penting yang juga berpengaruh dalam hidup individu yaitu hubungan sosial yang di dalamnya terdapat hubungan berpacaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara subjective well-being (SWB) dengan kepuasan berpacaran pada individu dewasa muda di masa Pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif cross-sectional dengan strategi penelitian non-eksperimental. Sebanyak 222 individu dewasa muda yang menjalani hubungan berpacaran mengisi alat ukur Subjective Happiness Scale yang disusun oleh Lyubomirsky dan Lepper (1999), serta alat ukur Relationship Assessment Scale yang disusun oleh Hendrick (1988). Melalui teknik analisis korelasi, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara SWB dengan kepuasan berpacaran. Hasil lain yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu sebagian besar individu memiliki SWB dan kepuasan berpacaran yang tergolong sedang. Dikarenakan Pandemi COVID-19 diasosiasikan dengan permasalahan yang berdampak negatif, individu dianjurkan untuk tetap menjaga dan/atau meningkatkan perasaan positif terhadap hidup maupun pasangan. Selain itu, individu dianjurkan untuk dapat menyelesaikan atau meminimalisir berbagai permasalahan yang dialami selama Pandemi COVID-19 secara efektif agar tidak menurunkan kebahagiaan dan kepuasan berpacaran.

The COVID-19 Pandemic brings various changes and challenges for individuals around the world. Various problems arise and then reduce the individual's happiness (subjective well-being) towards their life. One important aspect that also influences an individual's life is the social relationship, which include dating relationship. This research aims to see the relationship between subjective well-being (SWB) and dating satisfaction among young adults in COVID-19 Pandemic. This research is a cross-sectional quantitative approach with a non-experimental research strategy. A total of 222 young adults in dating relationships completed the Subjective Happiness Scale by Lyubomirsky and Lepper (1999), as well as the Relationship Assessment Scale by Hendrick (1988). Correlation analysis found that there was a positive and significant relationship between SWB and dating satisfaction. Another result obtained from this study is that most individuals have moderate SWB and dating satisfaction. Because the COVID-19 Pandemic is associated with problems that have a negative impact, individuals are suggested to maintain and increase positive affect towards life and their partners. In addition, individuals are suggested to be able to solve various problems experienced during the COVID-19 Pandemic effectively to avoid decrease lowering of happiness and satisfaction with dating."

"Subjective Well-Being (SWB) remaja relatif menurun selama pandemi dan salah satu faktor yang dapat menjadi buffer adalah strength dan virtue dalam diri seseorang. Salah satu virtue tersebut adalah Intellectual Humility (IH) yang relatif memiliki hubungan positif dengan SWB secara umum. Penelitian ini meneliti hubungan IH dengan SWB sekolah (SWBS) yang merupakan salah satu domain khusus dari SWB pada remaja. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 166 remaja awal umur 12-15 tahun yang merupakan siswa/i SMP Negeri. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah CIHS (Krumrei-Mancuso & Rouse, 2016) dan BASWBSS (Tian et al., 2014) untuk mengukur kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel IH dengan SWBS, tetapi ada hubungan antara beberapa dimensi dalam IH (Openness to Revise One's Viewpoint dan Lack of Intellectual Overconfidenc) dengan SWBS beserta komponen kognitif di dalamnya. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah perbaikan dalam metodologi dan prosedur pegambilan data, serta saran praktis bagaimana menanamkan IH pada siswa/i di sekolah sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka yang telah melalui pembelajaran akademik di era pandemi.

Subjective Well-Being (SWB) of adolescence has relatively decreased during the pandemic and one of the factors that can be a buffer towards it is the strength and virtues possessed by individuals. One of these virtues is Intellectual Humility (IH) which relatively has a positive relationship with SWB in general. This study examines the relationship between IH and SWB in school (SWBS) which is a special domain for adolescents’ well-being. The participants of this study were 166 teenagers aged 12-15 years old who were students of a Public Junior High School. The CIHS (Krumrei-Mancuso & Rouse, 2016) and BASWBSS (Tian et al., 2014) were used as measuring tools in this study. The result of this study showed that there was no significant relationship between IH and SWBS, but there was a relationship between several dimensions in IH (Openness to Revise One's Viewpoint and Lack of Intellectual Overconfidence) with SWBS and its cognitive component. Suggestions for future research are improvements in methodology and data collection procedures, as well as practical suggestions on how to instill IH in students at school as an effort to improve the welfare of students who had gone through academic learning in the pandemic era."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara kualitas attachment dan psychological well-being pada remaja dari keluarga miskin perkotaan. Attachment dibagi dalam dua kelompok figur yang paling dekat diusia remaja yakni orangtua dan peer. Variabel kualitas attachment pada orangtua dan peer diukur menggunakan The Inventory Parent Peer Attachment (IPPA Revision) yang terdiri dari masing-masing 12 item pada bagian orangtua dan peer yang mencakup dimensi communication, trust dan alienation.
Alat ukur ini telah divalidasi dan diterjemahkan oleh peneliti dari alat ukur asli yang dibuat Armsden dan Greenberg (1987). Variabel lainnya yakni psychological well-being diukur dengan alat ukur self-report yang diadaptasi dari penelitian oleh Putri (2012), yang menggunakan Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-Being (RPWB) (1989). Penelitian melibatkan 122 partisipan laki-laki dan perempuan dengan proporsi yang sama berusia 11-18 tahun dan berasal dari daerah Jabodetabek.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kualitas attachment pada orangtua dan peer dengan psychological well-being dimana jika remaja memiliki kualitas attachment yang tinggi maka ia akan memiliki psychological well-being yang tinggi. Namun, dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara variabel lain yang menjadi karakteristik partisipan seperti jenis kelamin, usia, jumlah teman, jumlah saudara kandung dan urutan kelahiran terhadap kualitas attachment dan psychological well-being.

The objective of this research is to investigate the correlation between quality of attachment and psychological well-being among adolescent from poor urban family. Attachment divided into two figure groups that closer to adolescent group, parents and peer. Quality of attachment to parents and peer was measured using used The Inventory Parent Peer Attachment (IPPA Revision) which consist of 12 items each in parents's and peer's part which cover communication, trust and alienation's dimension.
This measurement is validated and translated by researcher from the original measurement created by Armsden and Greenberg (1987). Psychological well-being was measured using self-report scale which is adopted by Putri (2012) from Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-Being (RPWB) (1989). The respondents of this research are 122 male and female adolescents with the same proportion from age 11-18 years old and living in Jabodetabek area.
The result of the research shows that quality of attachment to parents and peer with psychological well-being are significantly and positively correlated when adolescents's quality of attachment is high they will have a high score on psychological well-being too. Furthermore, this research found there is no correlation among the others variables which are the characteristics of respondents, sex, age, number of peer, number of siblings, and birth order to quality of attachment and psychological well-being.

Hal ini dikarenakan secure attachment dapat menjadi landasan untuk mengembangkan rasa percaya pada orang tua dan lingkungan sekitarnya dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengembangkan strategi coping efektif yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan psychological well-being. Pengaruh attachment pada psychological well-being dapat terjadi secara langsung atau dimediasi oleh faktor lain yang relevan, salah satunya dispositional mindfulness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dispositional mindfulness sebagai mediator hubungan antara parent attachment dan psychological well-being pada remaja. Partisipan berjumlah 352 remaja usia 13 – 18 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well being(RPWB), Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised (IPPA-R)-Parent Scale dan Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS). Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel saling berkaitan secara signifikan. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa dispositional mindfulness memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara parent attachment dengan psychological well-being pada remaja.

Psychological well-being is closely related to parental attachment. The reason is that a secure attachment can be a foundation for developing trust in parents and the surrounding environment, as well as increasing child's ability to develop effective coping strategies which will ultimately improve psychological well-being. The effect of attachment on psychological well-being can occur directly or mediated by other relevant factors, one of which is dispositional mindfulness. This study aims to determine the role of dispositional mindfulness as a mediator in the relationship between parent attachment and psychological well-being in adolescents. Participants in the study were 352 adolescents aged 13-18 years. The instruments used were Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-being (RPWB), Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised (IPPA-R)Parent Scale and Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS). The result of the correlation analysis shows that the three variables in this study are significantly related to each other. The result of the mediation analysis shows that dispositional mindfulness partially mediates the relationship between parent attachment and psychological well-being in adolescents.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara makna hidup dengan well-being subyektif melalui peran mediasi pemaafan dan harapan pada 257 pekerja on call. Pada penelitian ini, pengukuran variabel dilakukan menggunakan Meaning in Life Questionnaire MLQ, Satisfaction with Life Scale SWLS, The Scale of Positive and Negative Experience SPANE, Adult Dispositional Hope Scale ADHS, The State Hope Scale SHS, dan The Heartland Forgiveness Scale SHS. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model mediasi ganda yang dikemukakan oleh Hayes 2013. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemaafan dan harapan secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara makna hidup dan well-being subyektif dengan besaran efek total sebesar 0.2169 c = 0.2169, t 257 = 24.64.

ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to examine the relationship between meaning in life with subjective wellbeing through the mediation role of forgiveness and hope towards 257 on call workers. In this study, the measurement of variables was conducted using the Meaning in Life Questionnaire MLQ, the Satisfaction with Life Scale SWLS , the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience SPANE, the Adult Dispositional Hope Scale ADHS, the State Hope Scale SHS, and the Heartland Forgiveness Scale SHS. The data analysis was conducted using a double mediation method that was proposed by Hayes 2013. The findings of this study showed that forgiveness and hope significantly mediated the relationship between meaning in life with subjective wellbeing with the total magnitude of effect of 0.2169 c 0.2169, t 257 24.64."
