"Onggok merupakan limbah padat industri tapioka dari singkong dan dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi bahan maltodekstrin. Maltodekstrin merupakan senyawa organik yang dihasilkan dari hidrolisis pati dan memiliki ruang lingkup aplikasi luas untuk pangan dan kesehatan. Kandungan pati dalam onggok dimodifikasi melalui proses hidrolisis enzimatik menggunakan enzim ?-amilase dan ?-amilase pada suhu 80oC pada pH 5,5. Hidrolisis enzimatik dilakukan dengan memvariasikan konsentrasi enzim ?-amilase sebesar 0,1% dan ?-amilase sebesar 0,05%, 0,1%, dan 0,5%. Konsentrasi onggok juga divariasikan menjadi 4%, 7%, 10%, dan 13%. Penggunaan optimum jumlah enzim ?-amilase dan ?-amilase berturut-turut adalah sebesar 0,1% dan 0,1% pada interval waktu 1 menit dengan nilai dextrose equivalent (DE) yang diperoleh sebesar 5,7. Maltodekstrin yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan scanning electron microscopy (SEM) untuk menunjukkan morfologi struktur pati yang telah rusak akibat proses hidrolisis oleh enzim. Simultaneous thermal analysis (STA) menentukan temperatur kristalisasi produk dari suhu 50oC hingga 150oC serta degradasi produk hidrolisis dimulai dari suhu 350oC. Hasil hidrolisis onggok secara enzimatik berupa maltodekstrin dengan DE kisaran 2 hingga 10 memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan pada industri farmasi sebagai eksipien dalam formula sediaan tablet melalui granulasi basah serta sebagai pengikat tablet dan filler tablet.

Onggok is tapioca industrial solid waste from cassava and can be used to make maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is an organic compound produced from the hydrolysis of starch and has a wide scope of application for food and health. The starch content in cassava was modified through an enzymatic hydrolysis process using ?-amylase and ?-amylase enzymes at 80oC at pH 5.5. Enzymatic hydrolysis was carried out by varying the concentrations of ?-amylase by 0.1% and ?-amylase by 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.5%. The concentration of onggok was also varied to 4%, 7%, 10% and 13%. The optimum use of ?-amylase and ?-amylase enzymes respectively was 0.1% and 0.1% at 1 minute intervals with a dextrose equivalent (DE) value of 5.7. The maltodextrin obtained was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) that shows the structural morphology of starch which has been damaged by the hydrolysis process by enzymes. Simultaneous thermal analysis (STA) determines the crystallization temperature of the product from 50oC to 150oC and the degradation of hydrolysis products starts from 350oC. The result of enzymatic hydrolysis of cassava in the form of maltodextrin with a DE below 10 has the potential to be developed in the pharmaceutical industry as an excipient in tablet formulations through wet granulation and as a tablet binder and tablet filler."

"MoS2 nanosheet-microsphere telah berhasil disintesis melalui metode hidrotermal dengan prekursor amonium heptamolibdat dan tiourea yang konsentrasinya campuran bervariasi 0,25 M, 0,5 M, 1,0 M dan 1,5 M. Struktur kristal, morfologi, ukuran partikel dan koefisien gesekan dan pembentukan tribofilm diamati sebagai pengaruh dari konsentrasi prekursor. Pola difraksi sinar-X menunjukkan struktur kristal heksagonal 2H-MoS2 dengan perbedaan kristalinitas medan (002) dan tidak ditemukan fase lain. Pengukuran Spektrometer Raman menunjukkan pergeseran frekuensi E1 2g dan A1g bersama dengan perubahan konsentrasi prekursor di mana MoS2 adalah dengan
konsentrasi prekursor dari frekuensi 0,25 M mendekati frekuensi massal MoS2 menunjukkan semakin banyak lapisan dan kristalinitas yang lebih baik. Pengamatan dengan Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) yang menunjukkan morfologi partikel lembar nano dengan puluhan ketebalan nanometer berkumpul untuk membentuk microsphere dengan diameter 1-3 μm. Pengukuran koefisien gesek dan pembentukan lapisan film menunjukkan efek kristalinitas partikel pada koefisien gesekan dan pembentukan lapisan film di mana partikel dengan kristalinitas lebih rendah menghasilkan nilai koefisien gesekan yang lebih kecil dan pembentukan lapisan film lebih cepat. Menguji koefisien gesekan dengan Rig Reciprocating Frekuensi Tinggi (HFRR) juga menunjukkan penambahan 2% berat dan 3% berat MoS2-1,5M mengurangi koefisien gesekan pelumasan Yubase 8 sebesar 30% dan 37,5%

MoS2 nanosheet microsphere has been successfully synthesized through the hydrothermal method with precursors of ammonium heptamolybdate and thiourea whose concentrations the mixture is varied 0.25 M, 0.5 M, 1.0 M and 1.5 M. Crystal structure, morphology, particle size and friction coefficient and tribofilm formation were observed as influences from precursor concentration. X-ray diffraction pattern shows the crystal structure hexagonal 2H-MoS2 with a difference in field crystallinity (002) and not found another phase. Raman Spectrometer measurements show E1 frequency shifts 2g and A1g along with changes in precursor concentration where MoS2 is with the precursor concentration of 0.25 M frequency approaches the bulk MoS2 frequency indicates more and more layers and better crystallinity. Observation with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) showing particle morphology nanosheets with tens of nanometer thickness gathered to form microsphere with a diameter of 1-3 μm. Measurement of coefficient of friction and formation film layer shows the effect of particle crystallinity on the coefficient of friction and the formation of a film layer where particles with lower crystallinity resulting in smaller friction coefficient values ​​and film layer formation faster. Testing the coefficient of friction with the High Frequency Reciprocating Rig (HFRR) also shows the addition of 2 wt% and 3 wt% MoS2-1.5 M can decreases the coefficient of lubrication friction Yubase 8 by 30% and 37.5%."

"Pottiaceae merupakan salah satu famili dari divisi Bryophita yang dapat ditemukan pada berbagai kondisi lingkungan. Pottiaceae memiliki variasi karakter permukaan daun yang memungkinkan lumut tersebut dapat beradaptasi pada berbagai kondisi lingkungan. Namun, hingga saat ini belum diketahui pengaruh naungan terhadap variasi permukaan daun lumut Pottiacae. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variasi permukaan daun lumut Pottiaceae pada habitat ternaung dan tidak ternaung di kampus UI Depok. Variasi karakter permukaan daun dapat diamati menggunakan scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Variasi karakter permukaan daun yang diamati adalah bentuk dan ukuran sel, ketebalan dinding sel, papillae, dan mammilae. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, Pottiaceae yang ditemukan di kampus UI Depok terdiri dari 5 spesies, yaitu Barbula indica, Hyophila apiculata, Hyophila involuta, Hyophila javanica, dan Weissia edentula. Pottiaceae yang diamati memiliki variasi bentuk dan ukuran sel pada masing-masing spesies dan kondisi naungan. Dinding sel pada lumut yang hidup di habitat tidak ternaung umumnya lebih tebal daripada lumut yang hidup di habitat ternaung. Papillae dimiliki oleh B. indica dan W. edentula, sedangkan mammilae dimiliki oleh H. apiculata, H. involuta, dan H. javanica. Jumlah variasi bentuk papillae berbeda pada masing-masing spesies dan kondisi naungan. Variasi bentuk papillae yang paling beragam ditemukan pada B. indica yang berasal dari habitat ternaung dan W. edentula yang berasal dari habitat tidak ternaung. Ukuran mammilae pada individu yang hidup pada habitat ternaung umumnya lebih tebal daripada lumut yang hidup pada habitat tidak ternaung.

Pottiaceae is one of the group members of Bryophyta which has been found in the various habitat. They have variations of leaf surface characteristics that allow them to adapt in the various environmental conditions. Nevertheless, the effects of the canopy shading to the leaf surface variation of Pottiaceae has not been reported yet. The aim of this study is to observe the leaf surface variation of Pottiaceae from the shade and unshade habitat in UI Depok campus. The variations of these characters can be observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Variations of leaf surface characters that have been observed are cell shape and size, cell wall thickness, papillae, and mammilae. According to the data, there are 5 species of Pottiaceae in UI Depok campus which name are Barbula indica, Hyophila apiculata, Hyophila involuta, Hyophila javanica, and Weissia edentula. The Pottiaceae samples had variation in shape and size of the cell in each species and shade conditions. The cell walls of non-shaded habitats are generally thicker than the shaded habitats. B. indica and W. edentula have papillae in the leaf cells surface, while H. apiculata, H. involuta, and H. javanica have mammilae. The number of variations of the papillae shapes is different for each species and shade conditions. The most diverse varieties of papillae were found in B. indica from shaded habitats and W. edentula from non-shaded habitats. The sizes of the mammilae in mosses that live in shaded habitats were generally thicker than non-shaded habitats"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsistensi penerjemahan dalam majalah NADI vol. 28 tahun 2021 pada artikel berjudul "Digitalisasi, Solusi Pemulihan Ekonomi?" dengan menggunakan unsur makro dan mikro melalui skema W-Frage oleh Christiane Nord. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang konsistensi penerjemahan dalam konteks media komunikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat 7 alasan yang menyebabkan ketidakkonsistenan antara TSu (teks sumber) dan TSa (teks sasaran). Setelah diteliti secara keseluruhan, ketidakkonsistenan pada teks terjadi karena penerjemah memperhatikan konvensi budaya sasaran dan menggunakan metode komunikatif guna memperjelas maksud dari kalimat.

This study aims to analyze the consistency of translation in NADI magazine vol. 28 of 2021 in the article titled "Digitalisation, Solution for Economic Recovery?" by using macro and micro elements through Christiane Nord's W-Frage scheme. The research aims to provide a better understanding of translation consistency in the context of communication media. Based on the research results, there are 7 reasons that cause inconsistency between TSu (source text) and TSa (target text). After an overall study, the inconsistency in the text occurs because the translator pays attention to the conventions of the target culture and uses communicative methods to clarify the meaning of the sentence."

Antena mikrostrip saat ini banyak diaplikasikan dalam dunia telekomunikasi. Antena mikrostrip sendiri memiliki beberapa kelebihan jika dibandingkan dengan antena jenis lain, yaitu bentuknya yang tipis dan kecil, memiliki bobot yang ringan, mudah untuk difabrikasi, serta harga yang relatif murah. Berangkat dari keperluan untuk melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengetahui tingkat kematangan buah-buahan dengan menggunakan antena, maka dilakukan uji coba menggunakan antena mikrostrip serta melakukan pengujian terhadap nilai koefisien transmisi dan refleksi untuk memperoleh data yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan alat serta teknologi lebih lanjut.
Koefisien transmisi dan refleksi ini bisa terjadi ketika propagasi gelombang elektromagnetik mengenai yang sebuah benda. Data hasil pengukuran nilai koefisien transmisi dan refleksi akan diperoleh dengan menggunakan antena mikrostrip serta Network Analyzer (NA) di dalam alat berwujud waveguide. Dengan parameter pengukuran meliputi jarak, posisi, nilai parameter S11, S21 permitivitas dan jenis bahan.
Pada skripsi ini telah dilakukan pengukuran data dengan membandingkan parameter S21 pada antena mikrostrip dengan beberapa variasi jenis benda yaitu, buah labu, buah semangka, balon garam dan balon gula. Dari hasil pengukuran diketahui bahwa nilai S21 yang paling tinggi dimiliki oleh buah labu matang nilai S21 sebesar -32,9 dB, pada buah semangka matang nilai S21 sebesar -39,7 dB, balon air garam S21 sebesar -43,52 dB, balon gula S21 sebesar -48,56 dB, labu mentah -50.09 dB dan semangka mentah -52.22 dB. Dari beberapa data pengukuran diatas, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa semakin rendah nilai kepadatan dan kerapatan benda uji, semakin kecil nilai koefisien transmisi dan refleksi. Dari hasil penelitian berikut ini diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan alat pada masa yang akan datang, serta metode alternatif untuk mendeteksi tingkat kematangan buah dengan memanfaatkan antena mikrostrip serta nilai koefisien transmisi dan refleksi.

"Enzim α-amilase merupakan enzim yang memecah ikatan 1,4 glukosidik pada pati. Produksi enzim saat ini masih di dominasi dengan fermentasi. Aktivitas enzim yang diproduksi dalam skala yang lebih besar (fermentor) perlu dilakukan optimasi karena sulitnya menjaga faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja proses fermentasi pada skala yang lebih besar. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan optimasi agitasi proses fermentasi pada fermentor 10 L dengan variasi agitasi 100 rpm, 150 rpm, dan 200 rpm. Pengujian dilakukan dengan analisis aktivitas enzim, jumlah sel dan gula reduksi. Agitasi optimum untuk produksi enzim α-amilase pada penelitian ini adalah agitasi 150 rpm. Aktivitas enzim α-amilase tertinggi terjadi pada jam ke 30 dengan aktivitas sebesar 38,96 U/ml. Hasil ini didukung oleh hasil pertumbuhan sel dimana pertumbuhan sel tertinggi terjadi pada 150 rpm di jam ke 30 degan populasi sel 1,27 × 107 sel. Profil pertumbuhan Bacillus amyloliquefaciens T1 stabil pada agitasi 150 rpm, pada agitasi 100 rpm terlihat sangat lambat, sedangkan pada agitasi 200 rpm pertumbuhan sel yang cepat termamati.

α-Amilase is an enzyme that break down 1,4 glukosidic bonds of starch. Production of enzymes currently using dominate the fermentation. Enzyme activity produced in large scale fermentor need to be optimize due to the difficulty of keeping factors affecting fermentation performance in large scale fermentor. In this study the agitation optimization performed in 10 L fermentor with variation 100 rpm, 150 rpm, 200 rpm. Enzyme analysis performend with analysis of activity, cell, and reducing sugar. Agitation optimum for the production of α-amylase is 150 rpm. The highest enzyme activity is 38,96 U/ml at 30th hours. This result supported by cell observation which the highest cell growth in this study is at 30th with cell population is 1,27 × 107 sel. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens T1 growth profile stable at 150 rpm, at 100 rpm the growth profile stable but slowly, while at 200 rpm rapid cell growth observed."

"ABSTRAK
Berbagai metode imobilisasi sel telah dikembangkan, seluruhnya bertujuan untuk memperpanjang waktu hidup sel dan mempertahankan aktivitas katalitiknya. Penjebakan secara fisik di dalam matriks berpori merupakan metode yang paling banyak digunakan dalam imobilisasi sel. Pada penelitian mi digunakan Bacillus sp. Th4 yang dijebak dalam matriks karagenan untuk memproduksi enzim α-amilase. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi karagenan dan konsentrasi sel terhadap produktivitas α-amilase.
Sel-sel Bacillus sp. Th4 yang terimobilisasi dalam karagenan diinokulasikan pada medium Kokubu sebagai medium produksi. Fermentasi dilakukan selama 72 jam di dalam inkubator berpengocok pada suhu 45°C dengan kecepatan pengocokan 150 rpm. Pengujian aktivitas α-amilase dilakukan berdasarkan metode Virolle et al., yaitu dengan mengukur penurunan kekeruhan larutan pati yang direaksikan dengan enzim α-amilase.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dalam keadaan terimobilisasi sel-sel Bacillus sp. Th4 dapat tetap mempertahankan aktivitas katalitiknya. Konsentrasi karagenan (0,5; 1,0; 1,5; 2,0; 2,5% b/v) berpengaruh terhadap sintesis α-amilase, namun konsentrasj sel (5; 10; 15; 20; 25% b/v) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata."
