Kesesuaian Model Project Blaster Dengan Kompetensi Standar National School Library Standards
"Penelitian ini membahas tentang kesesuaian model literasi informasi Project Blaster dengan kompetensi standar literasi informasi National School Library Standards. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi cara Project Blaster diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran dan menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian Project Blaster dengan kompetensi standar National School Library Standards. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode comparative analysis. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data sekunder berupa dokumen resmi yang tersedia secara publik. Jumlah dokumen yang dikumpulkan ada sebanyak 13 buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cara penerapan Project Blaster sedikit berbeda dengan model literasi informasi pada umumnya, karena model ini hanya dapat digunakan pada proyek kreatif yang menghasilkan karya-karya imajinatif. Perbedaan lain yang menonjol ialah ketidakhadiran tujuan pembelajaran dalam model Project Blaster, sehingga kompetensinya tidak diketahui. Sebagai pengganti kompetensi, Project Blaster menjelaskan proses pembelajarannya dengan rinci. Namun, berdasarkan proses pembelajaran yang dipaparkan, Project Blaster mampu memenuhi sebagian besar kompetensi yang terlampir pada National School Library Standards. Tingkat kesesuaian yang tinggi ini
menunjukkan bahwa Project Blaster merupakan model literasi informasi yang sahih.
This research discusses the suitability of Project Blaster information literacy model with National School Library Standards’ competencies. The purpose of this study is to identify how Project Blaster is applied in the classroom and to analyze the level of Project Blaster’s suitability with National School Library Standards’ competencies. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative analysis method. Data
collection was done by gathering official documents provided publicly by each institution. In total, there are 13 official documents collected in this research. The results show that the way Project Blaster is applied is slightly different from other information literacy model in general, because this model can only be used in creative projects that produce imaginative works. Another prominent difference is the absence of learning objective, consequently making the competencies unknown. In lieu of competence setlist, Project Blaster provides an explanation of the learning process in detail. However, based on the instructions and
direction given, Project Blaster is able to fulfill most of the attached competencies within the National School Library Standards. This high level of suitability confirms the validity of Project Blaster as an information literacy model."

"Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan literasi informasi oleh mahasiswa pascasarjana program studi Ilmu Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia. Mahasiswa ini seharusnya memiliki kemampuan literasi informasi yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini fokus kajian lebih ditekankan pada kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menelusur informasi menggunakan fasilitas internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Model Empowering 8 digunakan sebagai metode dan menguji penerapan literasi informasi. Model Empowering 8 terdiri dari identifikasi, eksplorasi, seleksi, organisasi, menciptakan, presentasi, penilaian dan penerapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa pascasarjana Program Studi Ilmu Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia melakukan penerapan literasi informasi hanya beberapa tahap di Model Empowering 8. Namun tidak semua tahapan tersebut dilakukan, seperti tahapan yang termasuk pada bagian identifikasi, menciptakan, presentasi, dan penilaian.
The focus of this study is about information literacy application for postgraduate student of Library and Information Science, University of Indonesia batch 2013. The informant must have a good information literacy skill. Information literacy we talks about in this research related with internet. This study emphasize in the postgraduate student information literacy skill using internet. This is a qualitative research with descriptive methods. The analysis of this study is based on Empowering 8 model which consist of identification, exploration, selection, organization, creation, presentation, assess, and application. The result of this research suggests that the postgraduate student of Library and Information Science apply some of the steps of Empowering 8 model. The steps that are not being applied areidentification, creation, presentation, and assess."

"Pengumuman layanan “Nobar Perpusnas” yang diunggah melalui Instagram merupakan salah satu strategi Perpustakaan Nasional RI dalam melakukan promosi perpustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas pengumuman layanan nonton bareng di Perpustakaan Nasional RI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 99 responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan model AIDA serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Announcements of "Nobar Perpusnas" services uploaded via Instagram are one of the National Library of Indonesia's strategies for promoting the library. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of announcements for watching together services in the National Library of Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to 99 respondents. The data obtained were processed using the AIDA model and then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study revealed variables of attention and interest have a special level of effectiveness with values ​​of 83.76% and 81.40%, and the variables of desire and action have a good level of effectiveness with values ​​of 61.92% and 70.52%. Advertisements uploaded by the National Library of Indonesia via Instagram have a good contribution to library promotion."

Pengembangan Alternatif Desain Interaksi M-Library iPusnas untuk Memfasilitasi Strategi Metakognitif = Interaction Design Development of M-Library Application iPusnas to Facilitate Metacognitive Reading Strategies
"Perkembangan teknologi telah membawa perubahan pada aktivitas literasi. Akses terhadap sumber literasi kini bisa diperoleh dengan mudah melalui sumber bacaan digital. Salah satu penyedia bahan bacaan digital di Indonesia adalah iPusnas. iPusnas merupakan aplikasi m-Library milik Perpustakaan Nasional yang menyediakan koleksi buku digital secara gratis dan legal. Meskipun gratis, pengguna iPusnas saat ini masih sangat sedikit. Hal ini mungkin terjadi karena kualitas sistem yang kurang baik jika dibandingkan dengan aplikasi sejenis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain alternatif aplikasi iPusnas yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman pengguna dan memfasilitasi penerapan strategi metakognisi. Strategi metakognisi merupakan fondasi dari pemahaman membaca yang baik, dengan menerapkan strategi ini pembaca bisa lebih sadar akan proses berpikirnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed methods yakni dengan kuesioner daring, wawancara kontekstual, diary study, dan usability testing. Secara keseluruhan diperoleh 208 responden yang menjawab kuesioner system usability scale (SUS) dan instrumen metakognitif secara daring. Nilai SUS yang diperoleh adalah 69.2 sehingga sistem masih memerlukan banyak perbaikan. Strategi metakognitif yang paling banyak diterapkan responden secara berurutan adalah problem-dealing strategies, guessing strategies, information dealing strategies, overviewing strategies, dan supporting strategies. Sebanyak 11 partisipan dilibatkan dalam diary study selama tiga hari untuk memahami perilaku pengguna dalam penerapan strategi metakognitif. Berdasarkan data-data tersebut dikembangkan sebuah desain alternatif yang menjawab kebutuhan dan masalah pengguna terkait penerapan strategi metakognitif. Usability testing jarak jauh tanpa moderasi dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi desain alternatif. Berdasarkan hasil UT tersebut terdapat beberapa fitur dan halaman yang perlu dievaluasi ulang. Beberapa partisipan juga mengungkapkan saran perbaikan pada kuesioner daring yang disebarkan. Dengan demikian masih terdapat peluang perbaikan untuk desain alternatif.
Technological advancement has brought massive changes in literacy activities. Access to literacy resources can now be obtained effortlessly through digital reading material. iPusnas is one of the service providers of digital reading material in Indonesia. iPusnas is a mobile library application developed by the National Library of Indonesia which provide numerous collections of free and legal e-Book. Despite their free service, iPusnas still does not have that many active users. This might occur because the system is not yet established compared to their competitor. The aim of this study is to provide an alternative design of iPusnas mobile application that can improve the quality of user experience and facilitate the use of metacognitive reading strategy. Metacognitive strategy is the foundation of good reading comprehension, by applying this strategy reader can be more aware of their thinking process. Therefore, this theory can be used as a basis theory in developing alternative design. Mixed methods is used throughout this study including online questionnaire, contextual interview, diary study, and usability testing. In total, 208 respondents completed online system usability scale (SUS) questionnaire and metacognitive reading strategy instruments. The SUS score obtained from the questionnaire is 69.2, this shows that the system still needs a lot of improvement. Strategies that are most to the least used among respondents consecutively are: (1) problem-dealing strategies, (2) guessing strategies, (3) information-dealing strategies, (4) overviewing strategies, and (4) supporting strategies. Furthermore 11 participants were involved in diary study within three days in a row to gain a complete understanding about the use of metacognitive strategy during their reading session. Both qualitative and quantitative data obtained from the study are used to develop an alternative design. Finally, a remote unmoderated usability testing is carried out to evaluate the alternative design developed. Based on the result, there are several features and pages that need to be re-evaluated for a better experience. Participants also expressed some suggestions for improvement on the given online questionnaire. These imply that there are still room for improvement to this alternative design. "

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang kemampuan literasi informasi mahasiswa tingkat akhir Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Banking School. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kemampuan literasi informasi mahasiswa tingkat akhir STIE IBS. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus.
Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan masih terdapat indikator ACRL Information Literacy Standard for Higher Education yang belum terpenuhi oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir STIE IBS. Penelitian ini menyarankan STIE IBS untuk mengadakan program pelatihan literasi informasi untuk mahasiswanya.
This paper discusses about information literacy skills of final years students of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Banking School (STIE IBS). The purpose of this research is to identify information literacy skill of final years students of STIE IBS and to identify of implementation of information literacy to support their course. This study is a qualitative research using case study design.
The results showed there are indicators of ACRL Information Literacy Standard for Higher Education that has not been met by the final year students of STIE IBS. This study suggests STIE IBS to create information literacy training for students."

"Kemajuan teknologi yang diiringi dengan peredaran informasi yang begitu cepat tampaknya belum dapat diiringi dengan kemampuan individu dalam mencari dan menemukan informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Dibutuhkan kemampuan untuk mencari, menemukan, dan menggunakan informasi dalam mengatasi peredaran informasi yang seringkali membuat kita kesulitan. Skripsi ini membahas tentang kemampuan literasi informasi pustakawan dalam menelusur informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara langsung terhadap pustakawan sebagai narasumber dan observasi langsung di tempat penelitian. Narasumber berjumlah enam orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel diukur dengan menggunakan teori model literasi informasi BIG 6. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa coding dari hasil wawancara dengan narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pustakawan sekolah tersebut memiliki kemampuan literasi informasi yang mapan sesuai dengan model literasi informasi BIG6 dan mampu memberikan informasi yang sesuai terhadap apa yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna.
Technological advances accompanied by such rapid information circulation do not seem to be accompanied by the ability of individuals to find and find information that suits their needs. It takes the ability to search, find, and use information in overcoming the circulation of information that often makes us difficult. This thesis discusses the literacy information capability of librarians in tracking the information in accordance with the needs of users in order to provide maximum service. This research uses direct interview method to librarian as resource and direct observation in place of research. Resource persons were six persons selected using purposive sampling technique. The variables were measured using the BIG 6 information literacy model theory. Analysis technique that used in this research is in the form of coding from result of interview with informant. The results of this study prove that the school librarian has a well-established literacy information capabilities in accordance with the BIG6 information literacy model and able to provide appropriate information to what is required by the user."

Kemampuan literasi informasi siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo = Information literacy skills of senior high school students at SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo
"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kemampuan literasi informasi siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk pengumpulan data. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 responden. Model yang digunakan sebagai pedoman instrument penelitan adalah The Big6 Skills. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi informasi siswa kelas XI lebih unggul dibanding kemampuan literasi informasi siswa kelas X, dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan program kelas literasi informasi terhadap tingkat kemampuan literasi informasi siswa.
This thesis describes about information literacy skills of students at SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo. This research is a descriptive quantitative approach using survey method and questionnaire as instruments to collect the data. The model used as the instrument research tool is The Big6 Skills. The result of this research shows that the information literacy skills of students in grade XI is better than the students in grade X, so it can be said that the implemention of information literacy class program influenced the level of information literacy skills of the students."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas perilaku pencarian informasi anak di Perpustakaan Umum Provinsi DKI Jakarta ketika mereka berada diperpustakaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai perilaku pencarian informasi anak kaitannya dalam pemanfaatan perpustakaan di Perpustakaan Umum Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anak yang berkunjung ke Perpustakaan Umum Provinsi DKI Jakarta memanfaatkan perpustakaan sebagai fungsi rekreasi.
ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is information seeking behavior of children in the Public Library of Jakarta Unicivility when they are in the library. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the information seeking behavior of children in relation to the use of libraries Public Library of Jakarta Unicivility. This research is descripstive quantitative research. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The finding of this study indicate that children who visit the Public Library of Jakarta Unicivility using the library as a recreational function."

"Skripsi ini membahas kemampuan literasi informasi pemustaka di Perpustakaan Universitas Bina Nusantara Kampus Anggrek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kemampuan literasi informasi pemustaka dan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara variabel bebas dengan kemampuan literasi pemustaka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar ke 100 responden.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi informasi pemustaka tergolong baik berdasarkan indikator-indikator standar kompetensi literasi informasi perguruan tinggi dari ACRL namun masih ada beberapa kekurangan. Kemampuan literasi pemustaka juga dipengaruhi oleh frekuensi kunjungan ke perpustakaan dan tingkat semester pemustaka.
This research describes about information literacy skills of users at Binus University Library. The purpose of this research is to identify information literacy skills of users and to detect the correlation between independent variable and the information literacy skills of users. This research has descriptive-quantitative approach with survey method by using questionnaire which is applied to 100 respondents.
The results show that the information literacy of users is considered as good, based on Information Literacy Standards for Higher Education?s indicators (ACRL). However, this study also show that there were some drawbacks and obstacles in some items. Few items of Information literacy skills of users were influenced by user?s visiting frequency to library and their level of semester."
