"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh trustworthiness, customer citizenship behaviour, customer participation behaviour, dan expected brand value terhadap purchase intention dalam high involvement product. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode SEM-PLS yang menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasilnya adalah semua pengaruh langsung signifikan kecuali customer participation behaviour. Semua pengaruh mediasi dan moderasi tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dalam segi influencer untuk high involvement product dengan variabel independen trustworthiness karena menggunakan influencer mobil sebagai objek penelitian serta penelitian dilakukan di negara yang berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu brand juga dapat meningkatkan perannya dalam mengeksplorasi media sosial dengan melakukan kampanye untuk menampung komunikasi dan interaksi seperti diskusi, ulasan, dan komentar Brand juga dapat mempertimbangkan apakah Fitra Eri merupakan influencer otomotif yang tepat untuk mempromosikan brand sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh brand.

Determine the effect of trustworthiness, customer citizenship behaviour, customer citizenship behaviour, and expected brand value towards purchase intention in high involvement product. This research uses purposive sampling, quantitative approach and SEM-PLS method with the Smart-PLS version 4 software. All direct effects are proven as significant, except for customer participation behaviour. There is no mediation effect and no moderation effect. Novelty of this research can be found in the research object itself, which is influencer's influence on products' high involvement with independent trustworthiness as variable, where automotive influencer is used as research object. Moreover, this research is conducted in a different country than previous research. Building trust is one of the most important things in ensuring the success of customer citizenship behavior, by giving key updates via various social media or brand influencer. Brand owners could also increase their own involvement in exploring social media, one of the examples is by doing campaign to communicate and interact with customers, reviews, comments, and votes. Brand owners could also consider whether Fitra Eri is the most suitable automotive influencer to promote their brand, in accordance with their objectives."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh product attribute beliefs content sensory attribute beliefs, packaging and branding attribute beliefs, functional attribute beliefs terhadap repurchase intention dengan dimediasi oleh customer perceived value hedonic utilitarian value. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe non-probabilistic sampling yaitu convenience sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan single cross-sectional yaitu pengambilan data dilakukan satu kali periode pengambilan informasi. Pembagian kuesioner dilakukan dengan cara offline, dimana peneliti menyebarkan secara langsung kuesioner tercetak kepada responden yang memiliki domisili di Jabodetabek, berusia minimal 17 tahun, pernah membeli dan mengkonsumsi kopi siap minum kemasan botol plastik maksimal 1 bulan lalu terhitung saat kuesioner dibagikan. Kuesioner yang diberikan diisi sendiri oleh para responden self-administered. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh product attribute beliefs content sensory attribute beliefs, packaging and branding attribute beliefs, functional attribute beliefs terhadap repurchase intention dengan dimediasi oleh customer perceived value hedonic utilitarian value. Temuan menyatakan bahwa konsumen dari kopi siap minum RTD membentuk persepsi utilitarian value adalah melalui packaging and branding dan content functional attribute beliefs, sedangkan persepsi hedonic value dibentuk melalui content sensory, packaging and branding, dan content functional attribute beliefs. Kemudian penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa utilitarian value dan hedonic value terbukti mempengaruhi konsumen dalam repurchase intention.

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of product attribute beliefs towards customer perceived value and repurchase intention. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The sampling method is non probabilistic sampling specifically convenience sampling. The study was conducted with a single cross sectional. Distribution of the questionnaire done by offline, where researchers spread directly printed questionnaires to respondents who have a domicile in Jabodetabek, aged at least 17 years, ever buy and consume ready to drink coffee in plastic bottles with maximum consumption in the last 1 month since the questionnaire was distributed. Questionnaires was filled by respondents self administered. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modelling SEM. The findings indicate that consumer of ready to drink coffee form utilitarian perceptions through packaging branding and content functional attribute belief, and hedonic perceptions through content sensory, packaging and branding, and content functional attribute beliefs. The findings further reveal that utilitarian value and hedonic value are proven to effect consumer repurchase intention.

"Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan internet sekarang ini, media sosial telah menjadi sarana komunikasi, sumber informasi, dan pemasaran merek yang strategis bagi perusahaan, salah satunya dengan digital influencer. Sebagai online opinion leader, opini dan rekomendasi digital influencer mampu mempengaruhi persepi para pengikutnya. Namun beberapa hasil penelitian terdahulu menyatakan bahwa tingkat popularitas digital influencer belum tentu sebanding dengan tingkat pengaruh yang dapat diberikan kepada pengikutnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived influence Tasya Farasya sebagai mega-influencer produk kosmetik Indonesia terhadap purchase intention pengikutnya pada produk kosmetik merek Maybelline melalui brand engagement in self-concept dan brand expected value sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 220 orang melalui kuesioner online Gform dengan metode non probabilita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived influence berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap purchase intention; perceived influence berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention melalui brand engagement in self-concept dan brand expected value, serta brand engagement in self-concept berpengaruh positif terhadap brand expected value. Rekomendasi penelitian agar Maybelline mempertahankan penggunaan influencer yang memiliki keahlian di bidang produk kosmetik seperti Tasya Farasya serta meningkatkan pertimbangannya untuk memilih influencer yang memiliki kemampuan persuasif yang tinggi dalam mempengaruh persepsi pengikutnya.

Along with the development of communication technology and the internet nowdays, social media has become a means of communication, a source of information, and strategic brand marketing for companies, one of which is digital influencers. As an online opinion leader, digital influencers' opinions and recommendations are able to influence the perceptions of their followers. However, some previous research results state that the level of popularity of digital influencers is not necessarily proportional to the level of influence that can be given to their followers. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effect of Tasya Farasya's perceived influence as a mega influencer on the purchase intention of Maybelline cosmetic products by her followers on Instagram through brand engagement in self-concept and brand expected value as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach with a sample of 220 people through an online google form questionnaire with a non-probability method. The results shows that perceived influence had a direct positive effect on purchase intention; perceived influence has a positive effect on purchase intention through brand engagement in self-concept and brand expected value; and brand engagement in self-concept has a positive effect on brand expected value. This study recommends that Maybelline maintain the use of influencers who have expertise in cosmetic products such as Tasya Farasya and increase their consideration in choosing influencers who have high persuasive abilities in influencing the perceptions of their followers."

"Perkembangan modest fashion di Indonesia meningkat pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Sejak pandemi, pada tahun 2020, beberapa modest fashion brand ternama di Indonesia mulai mengalihkan strategi penjualan mereka ke ranah online, salah satunya melalui media sosial Instagram. Oleh karena itu, pemasaran produk modest fashion brand dengan menggunakan jasa social media influencer (SMI) sedang berkembang dengan pesat. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui peran mediasi dari perceived credibility dan perceived religiosity SMI terhadap brand attitude dan purchase intention pada modest fashion brand di Indonesia, serta peran moderasi dari hedonic value pada produk tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif single cross-sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 246 orang wanita pengguna aktif Instagram. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan AMOS 24 dengan metode SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived expertise, goowill, dan trustworthiness, serta perceived religiosity yang dimiliki oleh SMI mampu memediasi hubungan antara SMI power dan brand attitude. Kemudian, hedonic value dari produk modest fashion brand juga mampu mempengaruhi purhcase intention. 

In recent years, modest fashion has grown significantly in Indonesia. Since the pandemic in 2020, some well-known modest fashion companies in Indonesia have started to change their focus from offline to online sales, using Instagram as one of the strategies. As a result, social media influencers (SMI) in marketing strategies are expanding. This study wants to analyze the mediating role of perceived credibility and religiosity of SMI on brand attitude and purchase intention of modest fashion brands in Indonesia, as well as the effects of hedonic value on the product. This study included 246 respondents who are active female Instagram users and used a single cross-sectional quantitative methodology. The data was processed using AMOS 24 with the SEM method. This research offers empirical evidence on the mediating effect of expertise, goodwill, trustworthiness, and religiosity between SMI power and brand attitude. Furthermore, the result of this study also shows that moderating effect of the hedonic value on the product from modest fashion brands impacts the purchase intention."

Currently, a lot of restaurants do not incorporate music as something that could affect their businesses when actually they could. By understanding it, restaurant’s management could use music to achieve their strategy goals and might also boost profitability of their restaurant. It might also support restaurant industry post-pandemic as they are currently deeply impacted by the pandemic and suffering from declines in customers and profit.

Topik utama makalah ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana pelanggan sebuah restoran berperilaku tergantung pada musik yang dimainkan oleh restoran tersebut. Saat ini, banyak restoran tidak memasukkan musik sebagai faktor yang dapat memengaruhi bisnis mereka. "E-marketplace berbasis aplikasi memanfaatkan mobile application push notification dalam meningkatkan traffic flow dan jumlah transaksi pada aplikasiya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi message framing (yang meliputi gain-framed dan loss-framed) dan/atau message personalization (yang meliputi personalized dan generalized) dalam rancangan konten promosi Bukalapak di mobile application push notification yang paling efektif dalam mempengaruhi purchase intention konsumen aplikasi Bukalapak melalui mediasi perceived value of product. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap konsumen aplikasi Bukalapak, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melakukan online survey untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa konten yang bersifat gain-framed dan personalized memiliki pengaruh yang lebih efektif terhadap perceived value of product. Dan jika ditinjau dari angka signifikansinya, konten yang bersifat personalized memiliki efektifitas yang lebih tinggi dalam mempengaruhi perceived value of product dibandingkan dengan konten yang bersifat generalized, baik jika konten tersebut bersifat gain-framed maupun loss-framed. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perceived value of product memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap purchase intention, serta dapat memediasi hubungan antara message framing dan message personalization dengan purchase intention. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar Bukalapak perlu menjadikan strategi personalized sebagai pertimbangan dalam merancang konten promosi di mobile app push notificationnya, serta tidak harus menjadikan strategi message framing sebagai pertimbangan dalam merancang konten promosi di mobile app push notificationnya.

Application-based e-marketplaces are using mobile application push notifications to increase traffic flow and the number of transactions in their applications. This study aimed to analyze the message framing strategy (which includes gain-framed and loss-framed) and/or message personalization strategy (which includes personalized and generalized) in Bukalapak promotional content on mobile application push notification that is most effective in influencing Bukalapak application’s consumer purchase intention through mediation of perceived value of product. This research was conducted on Bukalapak application’s consumers, using a quantitative approach and conducting online surveys to collect the data. The results of this study indicate that gain- framed content and personalized content have a higher effectiveness in influencing perceived value of the product. And if viewed from the significance figure, personalized content has a higher effectiveness in influencing perceived value of product compared to generalized content, whether the content is gain-framed or loss-framed. This study also shows that perceived value of the product has a positive influence on purchase intention, and can mediate the relationship between message framing and message personalization with purchase intention. This study recommended that Bukalapak need to take a personalized strategy into consideration in creating promotional content in their mobile app push notification, and not to take message framing strategy into consideration in creating promotional content in their mobile app push notification."

"Meningkatnya jumlah generasi milenial yang melakukan pembelanjaan online semakin menekankan pentingnya para pelaku bisnis khususnya bidang skincare untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen dalam memiliki niat untuk membeli online. Bahkan diprediksikan bahwa jumlah konsumen yang melakukan pembelian produk skincare online secara penuh akan meningkat setelah pandemi COVID-19 mereda. Karakteristik merek merupakan salah satu faktor pendorong konsumen untuk memiliki niat membeli online mengingat skincare merupakan salah satu produk yang terdiri dari berbagai merek yang memiliki karakteristik tersendiri. Seiring dengan perkembangan internet, dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai karakteristik merek, ulasan online yang terdapat pada platform e-commerce merupakan salah satu media yang dimanfaatkan oleh para milenial dalam memperoleh informasi sebelum melakukan pembelian produk skincare. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh online customer review terhadap online purchase intention produk skincare COSRX pada generasi milenial di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa online customer reviewmemiliki pengaruh yang rendah terhadap online purchase intention produk skincare COSRX pada generasi milenial di DKI Jakarta.

The increasing number of millennial generations who online shopping increasingly emphasizes the importance of business people, especially the skincare sector, to identify factors that are considered by consumers in having the intention to buy online. It is even predicted that the number of consumers who purchase full online skincare products will increase after the COVID-19 pandemic subsides. Brand characteristics are one of the driving factors for consumers to have the intention to buy online considering that skincare is a product consisting of various brands that have their own characteristics. Along with the development of the internet, in obtaining information about brand characteristics, online reviews found on e-commerce platforms are one of the media used by millennials in obtaining information before purchasing skincare products. This study aims to analyze the effect of online customer reviews on online purchase intention of COSRX skincare products for the millennial generation in DKI Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through survey methods. The results showed that online customer reviews had a low effect on online purchase intention of COSRX skincare products for millennials in DKI Jakarta."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara endorser credibility, brand credibility, attitude towards brand, attitude towards brand credibility, dan repurchase intention pada merek Wardah. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling menggunakan survei yang disebarkan secara online kepada pengguna merek Wardah di Indonesia yang berusia minimal 17 tahun, mengetahui celebrity endorser Wardah, serta pernah melihat iklan Wardah melalui televisi atau media sosial dan membeli produk Wardah dalam rentang waktu bulan April 2020 s.d. Maret 2021. Sebanyak 522 responden terkumpul yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa endorser credibility dan brand credibility secara positif mempengaruhi attitude towards brand dan brand credibility, serta attitude towards brand secara positif mempengaruhi repurchase intention. Attitude towards brand credibility tidak mempengaruhi repurchase intention dan tidak memediasi hubungan antara endorser credibility dan brand credibility dengan repurchase intention.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between endorser credibility, brand credibility, attitude towards brand, attitude towards brand credibility, and repurchase intention on the Wardah brand. The data was collected by purposive sampling method using a survey distributed online to users of the Wardah brand in Indonesia who are at least 17 years old, know the celebrity endorser of Wardah, and have watched Wardah’s advertisement from the television or social media as well as bought Wardah products within April 2021 until March 2021. A total of 522 respondents were collected which were then processed and analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that endorser credibility and brand credibility positively affect attitudes towards the brand and brand credibility, and attitudes towards the brand positively affect repurchase intentions. On the other hand, attitude towards brand credibility does not affect repurchase intention and does not mediate the relationship between endorser credibility and brand credibility with repurchase intention. "

"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh brand familiarity terhadap minat konsumen pada produk Sephora Gerai Kota Kasablanka dengan variabel mediasi brand fit. Variabel yang akan diuji pada penelitian ini ada variabel brand familiarity, variabel brand fit dan variabel minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden yang merupakan wanita usia 18 sampai 35 Tahun yang pernah mendengar produk Sephora. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear, regresi linear berganda, uji sobel, dan uji analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh brand familiarity terhadap minat beli produk Sephora gerai Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta Selatan melalui brand fit.

ABSTRACT
This study examines the effect of brand familiarity toward consumer purchase intention on Sephora rsquo s Product in Kota Kasablanka Outlet with mediator variable Brand Fit. The variable that used in this research is brand familiarity, brand fit and purchase intention. This research uses quantitative approach and the data collected through survey by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are woman age 18 to 35 years old who rsquo ve heard Sephora before. The analysis technique used in this research is linear regression, multiple regressions, sobel and path analysis. The result shows there rsquo s effect from brand familiarity toward consumer purchase intention on Sephora rsquo s Product in Kota Kasablanka Outlet, South Jakarta mediated by brand fit."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh persepsi konsumen atas nilai terhadap Minat Beli Ulang produk fashionpakaian H&M saat berwisata ke luar negeri. Hal tersebut dilakukan karena pada dewasa ini terjadi fenomena pemasaran yang unik, dimana meskipun toko ritel pakaian impor terdapat di Indonesia, konsumen fashion Indonesia masih berhubungan jauh-jauh saat sedang berwisata ke luar negeri. Dalam penelitian, dilakukan pengukuran pada pengaruh persepsi nilai konsumen terhadap Minat Beli Ulangpakaian H&M pada saat berwisata keluar negeri.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada100 orang responden yang merupakan remaja akhir rentang usia 18-27 tahun, tinggal di Jakarta dan pernah membeli pakaian H&M saat berwisata ke luar negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling serta teknik purposive sampling.Penelitian ini menggunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian, dan hasilnya dianalisa menggunakan regresi linier.Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa persepsi nilaikonsumen memiliki pengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Ulang.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the H&M from foreign country's customer's perceived value on repurchaseintention on youth of 18- 27 years old in Jakarta. These days have been found a unique marketing phenomenon in which, even if imported apparelstores have been established locally, fashion lover would still be willing to buy it from foreign countries while they are traveling. This study measured the impact of customer's perceived value on repurchase intention on H&M bought from foreign countries while traveling.
This study used a quantitative approach with 100 respondents in Jakarta aged 18-27 years old, who had ever bought H&M from foreign stores while traveling. This study used a non-probability sampling and purposive sampling technique. This study used a questionnaire as a research instrument, and the results were analyzed using linear regression. The result obtained from this study is that the customer's perceived value has influence on repurchaseintention.
