"Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan krisis yang menyebabkan hampir seluruh organisasi profit mengalami kerugian finansial, pengurangan karyawan dan bahkan penutupan lini usaha. Dalam menghadapi krisis, analisis risiko dan kelancaran komunikasi internal organisasi merupakan isu kebijakan yang penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian empiris atas pengaruh organizational learning dalam mempengaruhi organizational resilience, serta efek mediasi strategic agility dan inovasi organisasi. Pengujian teori dilakukan dengan melakukan survei terhadap 169 perusahaan di dalam direktori industri manufaktur BPS 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis structural equation modelling (SEM), dimana hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara seluruh variabel yang diuji, yaitu organizational learning, strategic agility, serta inovasi organisasi terhadap organizational resilience. Efek mediasi oleh strategic agility dan inovasi organisasi juga menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Pembangunan kapabilitas dasar perlu diawali untuk membentuk organisasi yang kuat dalam situasi krisis. Organizational learning perlu dibentuk sebagai sistem di dalam organisasi. Kemudian, kebijakan learning diarahkan secara langsung kepada kapabilitas agility, inovasi, dan resilience. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel - variabel tersebut dapat membangun ketahanan organisasi dalam menghadapi krisis ekstrim.

The Covid-19 pandemic is a crisis that has caused almost all profitable organizations to experience losses, layoffs of employees and even closure of business lines. In dealing with a crisis, risk analysis and smooth internal organizational communication are important policies. This study aims to conduct an empirical examination of the effect of organizational learning on organizational resilience, as well as the mediating effects of strategic agility and organizational innovation. Testing the theory was carried out by conducting a survei of 169 companies in the BPS 2021 manufacturing industry directory. This study used structural modeling equation analysis (SEM), where the results of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between all the variables tested, namely organizational learning, strategic agility, and organizational innovation on organizational resilience. The mediating effect by strategic agility and organizational innovation also shows significant results. Development of basic capabilities needs to be anticipated to form a strong organization in a crisis situation. Organizational learning needs to be formed as a system within the organization. Then, learning policies are directed directly to agility, innovation, and resilience capabilities. This shows that these variables can build organizational resilience in facing extreme crises"

This study aims to obtain factual RISKA conditions, determjne the key leverage points of development of each discipline so that it can become an organization's internal recommendation. In this study, the authors apply the concept of system thinking to get the whole system model of the factors that influence the development of each disciplines. Later on, these model will be conducted to identifY key leverage points to accelerate the development of these disciplines within the organization. "ABSTRAK
Student Centered E-Learning (SCeLE) merupakan media pembelajaran online yang mulai digunakan pada tahun 2008. Penggunaan SCeLE pada Cluster Sosial dan Humaniora paling rendah dibandingkan dengan Cluster Sains dan Teknologi dan Cluster Ilmu Kesehatan di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penerimaan teknologi yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan siswa sosial dan humaniora dalam menggunakan SCeLE. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi model kesuksesan informasi teori DeLone & McLean dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian terhadap 9 hipotesis, yaitu 7 hipotesis diterima dan 2 hipotesis ditolak. Hipotesis yang ditolak adalah bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kegunaan, dan kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kegunaan. Hipotesis yang diterima adalah Kualitas layanan mempengaruhi persepsi kemudahan kita, Kualitas informasi mempengaruhi persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, Kualitas informasi mempengaruhi persepsi kegunaan, Kualitas sistem mempengaruhi persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan mempengaruhi niat perilaku, persepsi kegunaan mempengaruhi niat perilaku, perilaku niat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna.
ABSTRACT
Student Centered E-Learning (SCeLE) is an online learning media that began to be used in 2008. The use of SCeLE in the Social and Humanities Cluster is the lowest compared to the Science and Technology Cluster and the Health Science Cluster at the University of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the technology acceptance factors that affect the level of social and humanities student satisfaction in using SCeLE. This study uses a combination of the DeLone & McLean theorys information success model and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of the study on 9 hypotheses, namely 7 hypotheses accepted and 2 hypotheses rejected. The rejected hypothesis is that service quality affects perceived usefulness, and system quality affects perceived usefulness. The accepted hypothesis is that service quality affects our perceived convenience, information quality affects perceived ease of use, information quality affects perceived usability, system quality affects perceived ease of use, perceived ease of use affects behavioral intention, perceived usefulness affects behavioral intention, behavioral intention affects user satisfaction."

"Perkembangan dunia teknologi yang sangat cepat, berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi, di mana mendorong banyak perusahaan baru muncul, khususnya perusahaan pada bidang teknologi seperti startup. Untuk dapat tumbuh dan berkembang, startup memerlukan sebuah inovasi yang dapat didukung oleh adanya kemampuan pembelajaran dan kreativitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari organizational learning capability dan organizational creativity terhadap organizational innovation pada PT Kita Bisa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penarikan data melalui survei yang disebarkan dengan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dengan responden sebanyak 101 karyawan. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara organizational learning capability dan organizational creativity terhadap organizational innovation pada PT Kita Bisa Indonesia.
The technology changes is very fast and it have impacts on economic growth, which encourages many new companies to emerge, especially companies in the field of technology such as startups. To be able to grow and develop, startups need an innovation that can be supported by the ability to learn and creativity. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational learning capability and organizational creativity on organizational innovation at PT Kita Bisa Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection through surveys distributed by questionnaire. This study uses total sampling with 101 employees. To find out the relationship between variables, this study uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between organizational learning capability and organizational creativity on organizational innovation at PT Kita Bisa Indonesia."

"Inovasi model bisnis dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan khususnya untuk menghadapi lingkungan bisnis yang tidak pasti. Dengan inovasi model bisnis perusahaan dapat mencipta nilai lebih bagi konsumen baik melalui inovasi dalam hal target pasar, produk yang ditawarkan maupun rantai nilai industrinya. Diharapkan inovasi model bisnis dapat menuju model bisnis sebagai platform yang adaptif dimana inovasi dilakukan bersama-sama melibatkan mulai dari pemasok bahan baku, proses produksi, saluran distribusi serta konsumen akhir. Namun, walau inovasi model bisnis penting, banyak perusahaan mengalami kesulitan melakukannya. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu studi deskripsi dan eksplanasi terhadap perusahaan yang berhasil untuk menjelaskan bagaimana dan mengapa mereka dapat melakukan inovasi model bisnis.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana peran pembelajaran organisasi dan budaya organisasi dalam mendorong terjadinya inovasi model bisnis di perusahaan. PT. Njonja Meneer dipilih sebagai unit analisis karena walaupun perusahaan jamu ini berada dalam industri kesehatan dengan campur tangan pemerintah sangat ketat dan disertai perubahan perilaku pasar maupun rusaknya citra jamu akibat jamu yang mengandung bahan kimia obat, PT. Njonja Meneer tetap mampu bertumbuh. Berdasarkan protokol studi kasus yang telah disusun maka dilakukan wawancara mendalam dan focus group discussion terhadap pemilik PT. Njonja Meneer, tim pengembangan, dan distributor tunggal.
Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan nexus antara pembelajaran organisasi, budaya organisasi, inovasi model bisnis dan kinerja perusahaan. Tahapan inovasi model bisnis yang terjadi diuraian berdasarkan Business Model Framework (Chesbrough, 2007). Kemudian diuraikan pula komponen-komponen model bisnis yang berperan pada masing-masing tahap inovasi model bisnis hingga menghasilkan kinerja.
Penelitian ini juga memberikan fakta tentang adanya paradoks budaya organisasi. Paradoks ini dipicu oleh adanya perubahan besar dalam lingkungan eksternal perusahaan. Paradoks ini kemudian memunculkan fenomena supply chain discontent yang memunculkan hambatan menuju model bisnis sebagai platform yang adaptif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan paradoks budaya organisasi maka disarankan agar perusahaan keluarga mengadopsi perspektif pemangku kepentingan serta skema untuk mengatasi persoalan supply chain discontent. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis, proposisi maupun kontribusi manajemen terhadap perusahaan. Beberapa keterbatasan penelitian serta usulan penelitian lebih lanjut juga diungkapkan.

Business model innovation is needed especially to cope business environment's uncertainty. Business model innovation helps firm to create more value for their customer through innovation in term of target segment, product offering, and also industrial value chain.Through business model innovation, firm aims to get business model as an adaptif platform where innovation is done by firm along with their supply chain system. But, even business model innovation is so important, many firms were not able to implement it. Then, there is a need for a description and explanation study from a successful company to reveals how and why they conduct business model innovation.
This study aims to reveals how organizational learning and organizational culture could empower firm to conduct business model innovation. PT. Njonja Meneer is chosen as unit analysis. Even jamu industry were ruled aggressively by government and there were also many unfavorable situation such as customer behavior changing in consuming jamu and negative perception about jamu according to jamu that contained drug chemicals, PT. Njonja Meneer still able to grow. Based on a case study protocol, this study conducted in-depth interviews and focus group discussions toward the owner of PT. Njonja Meneer, development team and also their sole distributor.
This study revealed the nexus of organizational learning, organizational culture, business model innovation and firm’s performance. Stages of business model innovation are described by the business model framework (Chesbrough, 2007). Then, I elaborated the components of business model that plays important role in each stage of business model innovation to produce performance.
It also revealed facts that there were organizational culture paradox. This paradox is triggered by fundamental change in external business environment. Then, it brought up supply chain discontent issue that hampered firm’s effort to get business model as an adaptive platform. To cope with this culture paradox, company is advised to implement a stakeholder perspective as well as a scheme to solve supply chain discontent issue. Moreover, this study concluded some theoretical contributions, propositions as well as managerial contributions. Some research limitations and further research suggestions also be mentioned.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Oganization Excellence, Learning Organizational, dan Organizational Innovation terhadap Knowledge Management pada Staf Sumber Daya Manusia Mabes Polri. Knowledge Management penting untuk dimiliki oleh organisasi-organisasi yang berbasis pada pengolahan sumber daya manusia sebagai capital-nya atau disebut sebut sebagai "human capital". Hal tersebut disebabkan faktor modal yang paling penting didalam Human Capital adalah pengetahuan. Terkelolanya pengetahuan di dalam "knowledge management" dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas pelayanan Polri kepada masyarakat dengan meningkatnya kemampuan personel Polri. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Sebanyak 260 orang, dari total populasi sejumlah 460 Personel dengan jenjang kepangkatan dari yang terendah hingga pangkat AKBP atau PNS setingkat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert dengan 5 tingkatan skala pengukuran. Analisis SEM-PLE digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh Organizational Excellence, Organizational Innovation, dan Learning Organizational terhadap Knowledge Management pada Staf Sumber Daya Manusia Mabes Polri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Innovation memiliki hubungan korelasi paling kuat terhadap Knowledge Management dengan nilai r sebesar 0,760. Learning Organizational memiliki hubungan korelasi dengan Knowledge Management denhan nilai r sebesar 0,689. Organizational Excellence memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai r sebesar 0,628. Hubangan antar variabel diatas menunjukkan hubungan yang positif.

This research was undertaken to investigate the effect of Organizational Excellence, Organizational Innovation, and Learning Organizational toward the Knowledge Management in Indonesia National Police Human Resouce Department (SSDM Mabes Polri). Knowledge Management is imperative to be implemented in an Organizational, especially in Organizational which managing human capital as its source. It is becoming very important since the main factor in human-capital is knowledge. Therefore, managing knowledge through knowledge management affect the effectiveness of Polri service toward the society with enhancing the knowledge of its member. Sample for this research was 260 from the total population of 460 Polri members which come from the lowest rank members until Superintendent rank or Civil Servant on commensurate level. Data gathering using likert scale with 5 level of measurement. SEM-PLE analysis was conducted to test the correlation of Organizational Excellence, Organizational Innovation, and Learning Organizational toward the Knowledge Management in Indonesia National Police Human Resouce Department (SSDM Mabes Polri). The study shows that Organizational innovation has the strongest significant correlation with r score of 0,760. Learning Organizational has a correlation score of 0.689. And Organizational excellence with correlation score of 0.628. All of the correlation show a positive correlation."

"Tesis ini dibuat berangkat dari ketertarikan penulis terhadap agenda artikel riset empiris The Impact of Entrepreneural Leadership on Innovation Management and Its Measurement Validation (Fontana dan Musa, 2017). Salah satu temuan yang disampaikan dalam artikel tersebut adalah tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara Proses Inovasi dan Kinerja Inovasi. Riset itu menggarisbawahi peran manajemen inovasi dalam menentukan hubungan positif antara proses dan kinerja inovasi. Penulis bermaksud mengeksplorasi faktor lain yang dapat memediasi hubungan antara Proses Inovasi dan Kinerja Inovasi. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif SEM-PLS, peneliti melakukan survei terhadap 100 pucuk pimpinan dari 60 perusahaan non Keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran Organisasi pada level tim merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat memediasi hubungan antara Proses Inovasi dan Kinerja Inovasi. Hasil lain yang diperoleh adalah adanya hubungan langsung antara Proses dan Kinerja Inovasi pada perusahaan non Keuangan, sehingga dapat diidentifikasi dengan jelas kontribusi manajemen inovasi terhadap kemampuan daya saing perusahaan.

This thesis was made based on the author's interest in the agenda of the empirical research article The Impact of Entrepreneurial Leadership on Innovation Management and Its Measurement Validation (Fontana and Musa, 2017). One of the findings presented in the article is that there is no significant relationship between the Innovation Process and Innovation Performance. The research underlines the role of innovation management in determining the positive relationship between innovation processes and performance. The author intends to explore other factor that can mediate the relationship between the Innovation Process and Innovation Performance. Using the SEM-PLS method, researcher conducted a survey of 100 leaders from 60 non financial companies. The results showed that Organizational Learning at the team level is one of the factors that can mediate the relationship between the Innovation Process and Innovation Performance. Another result obtained is the existence of a direct relationship between the Process and Performance of Innovation in non-financial companies, so it can be clearly identified the contribution of innovation management to the company's competitiveness."

"Organisasi publik kini didorong untuk menghasilkan solusi yang inovatif dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial yang kian kompleks. Budaya belajar di dalam organisasi dapat menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan organisasi akan terbuka terhadap wawasan dan keterampilan baru. Salah satu organisasi publik, Jakarta Smart City merupakan instansi yang berperan besar dalam transformasi digital di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Proses transformasi tersebut memerlukan inovasi yang solutif. Berangkat dari hal tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh learning organization terhadap organizational innovation di Jakarta Smart City. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori learning organization oleh Marsick dan Watkins (2003) dan teori organizational innovation oleh Krasnicki et al (2016). Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Sebanyak 66 pegawai Jakarta Smart City terlibat sebagai responden kuesioner dan 5 informan dari Jakarta Smart City sebagai narasumber wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif explanatory, berupa nilai modus per dimensi dan uji Spearman’s rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara learning organization terhadap organizational innovation di Jakarta Smart City. Hal tersebut didukung oleh nilai modus berupa ‘sesuai’ pada mayoritas dimensi variabel learning organization dan organizational innovation.

Public organizations are encouraged to produce innovative solutions in tackling the ever-increasing number of complex social problems. Learning organization can act as one of the many strategies to increase the organization’s capacity. This is due to the fact that learning will expose organization to new knowledge and skills. Through acquiring new knowledge and skills, organization may translate that ability to create innovative solutions. Jakarta Smart City is responsible in implementing digital transformation within DKI Jakarta Province through smart city. Innovative solutions are required in the process of building a smart city. Based on that context, this research aims to study the effect of learning organization towards organizational innovation in Jakarta Smart City. This research utilises learning organization theory by Marsick and Watkins (2003) and organizational innovation theory by Krasnicki et al (2016). This research uses a quantitative approach by utilising questionnaire, interview, and literature review to obtain the data.  Approximately 66 employees of Jakarta Smart City with additional 5 informants from the same institution participated in the questionnaire and interview, respectively. The data then analysed quantitatively such as mode and Spearman’s rank test. Based on the quantitative analysis, the results show that there is a significant effect of learning organization towards organizational innovation. The significant effect is supported by ‘sesuai’ being the mode of majority of the dimensions in learning organization and organizational innovation in Jakarta Smart City."
