"Generasi milenial merupakan generasi yang diprediksi akan mendominasi jumlah angkatan kerja. Karakteristik milenial yang memiliki harga diri dan rasa optimis yang tinggi membuat mereka cenderung mencari pekerjaan yang mampu memberikan pengembangan, kepuasan hingga kesuksesan karier secara subjektif bagi mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh optimisme dan harga diri terhadap kesuksesan karier subjektif pada karyawan milenial melalui environmental career resources sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 237 karyawan milenial dengan menggunakan alat ukur Subjective Career Success Inventory (SCSI), Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale dan Career Resources Questionnaire (CRQ). Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis mediasi melalui aplikasi Jamovi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan optimisme dan harga diri memiliki pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan karier karyawan milenial. Akan tetapi peranan environmental career resources sebagai mediator hanya signifikan pada pengaruh optimisme terhadap kesuksesan karier subjektif. Karyawan yang memiliki perasaan optimis akan lebih percaya diri dalam mengambil keputusan karier dan mampu menjalin kualitas hubungan sosial yang lebih tinggi untuk menunjangnya dalam mencapai kesuksesan karier. Harga diri yang positif pada karyawan akan membuatnya memilih peranan yang lebih baik untuk mencapai kesuksesan.

The millennial generation is predicted to dominate the workforce in several years. The characteristics of millennials with high self-esteem and optimism make them look for jobs that can provide development, satisfaction, and career success. This study aimed to see optimism and self-esteem's effect on career personality success in millennial employees through career environmental resources as mediators. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 237 millennial employees, using the Subjective Career Success Inventory (SCSI), Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, and Career Resources Questionnaire (CRQ). Data processing uses mediation analysis through the Jamovi application. The results of this study indicate that optimism and self-esteem have a direct, positive, and significant influence on the career success of millennial employees. However, the role of career environmental resources as a mediator is only significant in the effect of optimism on subjective career success. Employees with optimistic feelings will be more confident in making career decisions and can build higher quality social relationships to support them in achieving career success. Positive self-esteem in employees will make them choose better roles to achieve success. Companies can create development programs to improve employee skills, and employees can develop social skills and expertise related to the field of work to maximize the potential of available environmental career resources."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tiga tipe career specific parenting behavior (support, interference, dan lack of engagement) sebagai moderator pengaruh job insecurity orang tua terhadap career decision self-efficacy mahasiswa. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir (18-22 tahun) dan ayahnya (N = 55) mengisi kuesioner yang berbeda. Mahasiswa mengisi kuesioner yang mengukur persepsi career specific parenting behavior dan career decision self-efficacy; ayah mengisi kuesioner job insecurity. Uji moderator dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis sequential multiple regression.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga tipe career specific parenting behavior tidak memoderasi pengaruh job insecurity orang tua terhadap career deicision self-efficacy. Dengan demikian penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tiga tipe career specific parenting behavior tidak memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh job insecurity orang tua terhadap career decision self-efficacy.

The objective of this study is to examine that three types of career specific parenting behavior (support, interference, and lack of engagement) moderate the effect of parental job insecurity on career decision self-efficacy. Students (18-22 years old) and their father (N = 55) filled in the different questionnaire. Perceived career specific parenting behavior was assessed on students; parental job insecurity was assessed on father. To measure moderation effect, this study was using sequential multiple regression.
The result showed that three types of career specific parenting behavior was not moderating the effect of parental job insecurity to career decision self-efficacy. Therefore this research showed that three types of career specific parenting behavior do not strengthen or weaken the effect of parental job insecurity on career decision self-efficacy.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran adaptabilitas karier dalam memediasi hubungan antara eksplorasi karier dan keyakinan terhadap keputusan karier, sehingga mampu mendukung mahasiswa sarjana tingkat akhir untuk memiliki keyakinan terhadap keputusan karier. Partisipan penelitian merupakan mahasiswa sarjana tingkat akhir yang menempuh studi di perguruan tinggi Indonesia dan sudah memiliki pengalaman eksplorasi karier dalam kurun waktu minimal enam bulan (n = 105). Metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah percentile bootstrapping method dengan perangkat lunak PROCESS milik Hayes. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa eksplorasi karier memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung pada keyakinan terhadap keputusan karier melalui adaptabilitas karier sebagai mediator (ab = 0,189, CI = 99%, LLCI = 0,045, ULCI = 0,432). Individu yang telah melaksanakan eksplorasi karier akan memiliki kemampuan adaptabilitas karier dan mereka yang mampu menghadapi tantangan karier dapat merasa yakin pada keputusan karier yang dibuat. Limitasi dari penelitian ini adalah tidak adanya penjelasan konteks spesifik dari eksplorasi karier yang dilakukan oleh partisipan. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan oleh otoritas perguruan tinggi dan pihak terkait untuk mengimplementasikan kegiatan eksplorasi karier bagi para mahasiswanya sejak semester awal.

Fresh graduates in Indonesia often experience negative impacts of undecidedness toward their career decisions in the last year of their study, such as job hopping and unemployment. This study aims to explain the role of career adaptability in mediating the relationship between career exploration and career decidedness. The participants of this study are Indonesian university’s undergraduates who have engaged in career exploration for six months or more (n = 105). The statistical analysis method used in this study is the percentile bootstrapping method using PROCESS founded by Hayes. The result shows that career exploration has an indirect effect on career decidedness through career adaptability as the mediator (ab = 0,189, CI = 99%, LLCI = 0,045, ULCI = 0,432). Individuals who have done career exploration will have career adaptability, and those who can adapt to their career challenges will feel decided with the career decision they have made. The limitation of this study is the absence of explanation regarding the specific context of the participants' career explorations. This study can be used by higher education institution authorities and related parties to implement career exploration programs for their students that can increase the students’ career adaptability and career decidedness."

"Era industri pada saat ini didominasi oleh generasi Milenial sebagai tenaga kerja dibandingkan generasi lainnya. Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara optimisme dan kesuksesan karir subjektif dengan job crafting sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan generasi Milenial. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori konservasi sumber daya (COR) untuk menjelaskan perilaku individu berdasarkan kebutuhan masa depan dalam memperoleh dan memelihara sumber daya yang berasal dari diri sendiri dan sosial dalam mencapai tujuan yang dihargai secara pribadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada tiga yaitu Subjective Career Success Inventory, Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) dan he Job Crafting Questionnaire (Slemp,Vella-Bredrock 2013). Responden dalam penelitian ini 295 orang karyawan milenial. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS Process Hayes Model 4. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job crafting memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara optimisme dengan kesuksesan karir subjektif.

The current industrial era is dominated by the Millennial generation as a workforce compared to other generations. This study examines the relationship between optimism and subjective career success with job crafting as a mediating variable in Millennial generation employees. The approach in this study used the theory of resource conservation (COR) to explain individual behavior based on future needs in obtaining and maintaining resources derived from self and social in achieving goals that are valued personally. This research was quantitative research by using the Subjective Career Success Inventory (SCSI) by Shockley et al (2015) which has been translated into Indonesian by Ingarianti, Suhariadi and Fajrianthi (2022) for subjective career success variables; The Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) by Luthans, Avolio, Avey, & Norman (2007) for the optimism variable and The Job Crafting Questionnaire by Slemp and Vella-Bredrock (2013) for the job crafting variable. Respondents in this study were a total of 295 respondents. Data processing used is using SPSS with Process Model 4 to see the mediating relationship between job crafting on optimism on subjective career success. The results in this study indicate that the effect of job crafting fully-mediated the role of optimism on subjective career success."

"ABSTRACT
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran sikap karier boundaryless dan organization-based self-esteem pada komitmen afektif. Partisipan penelitian adalah 290 karyawan di Indonesia. Komitmen afektif diukur menggunakan Affective Commitment Scale, kedua dimensi sikap karier boundaryless, yaitu boundaryless mindset dan organizational mobility preference, diukur dengan Boundaryless Career Attitude Scale, serta organization-based self-esteem diukur menggunakan The Organization-Based Self-Esteem Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa boundaryless mindset, organizational mobility preference, dan organization-based self-esteem secara gabungan memiliki peran pada komitmen afektif sebesar 27,4. Hasil juga mengindikasikan bahwa boundaryless mindset tidak memiliki peran pada komitmen afektif ? = -0,09, p > 0,05, organizational mobility preference memiliki peran yang negatif pada komitmen afektif ? = -0,34, p < 0,01, serta organization-based self-esteem memiliki peran yang positif pada komitmen afektif ? = 0,36, p < 0,01. Pembahasan dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya didiskusikan.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to examine the role of boundaryless career attitude and organization based self esteem towards affective commitment. Participants of this research were 290 employees in Indonesia. Affective commitment was measured using Affective Commitment Scale, both dimensions of boundaryless career attitude, which are boundaryless mindset and organizational mobility preference, were measured by Boundaryless Career Attitude Scale, and organization based self esteem was measured using The Organization Based Self Esteem Scale. The result of this study showed that boundaryless mindset, organizational mobility preference, and organization based self esteem combined had a role towards affective commitment of 27.4 . The results also indicated that boundaryless mindset did not have a role towards affective commitment .09, p .05, organizational mobility preference had a negative role towards affective commitment .34, p .01, and organization based self esteem had a positive role towards affective commitment .36, p .01. Discussion and suggestion for further research are discussed."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara self esteem dengan sexual compulsivity pada kelompok gay. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Untuk mengukur self esteem dan sexual compulsivity peneltiti menggunakan alat ukur RSES (Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale) dan KSCS (Kalichman Sexual Compulsivity Scale). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 145 orang pria dewasa dari rentang usia 20 sampai 40 tahun, dengan orientasi homoseksual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara self esteem dengan sexual compulsivity dengan nilai r= -0,241 ; p=0,01.

The purpose of this research is to discusses the relationship between self-esteem and sexual compulsivity among adulthood gay. This research methodhology using a quantitative study with a correlational design. To measure self-esteem and parental support, the author using Rosenberg?s Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and Kalichman Sexual Compulsivity Scale (KSCS). Respondents in this research were 145 adulthood age 20-40 years old. The result showed there is a significant negative correlation between self-esteem and sexual compulsivity with r=0,241; p=0,01.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran hubungan antara locus of control dengan career decision self-efficacy mahasiswa Univesitas Indonesia. Sampel yang diambil adalah mahasiswa semester empat dari seluruh fakultas. Partisipan berjumlah 146 mahasiswa. Pengukuran locus of control menggunakan alat ukur Internal-External Locus of Control Scale (I-E Scale) yang disusun oleh Rotter (1966) dan pengukuran career decision self-efficacy menggunakan alat ukur Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form (CDSE-SF) yang disusun oleh Betz dan Taylor (1984). Terdapat dua hasil penelitian, yang petama menunjukan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara locus of control internal dengan career decision self-efficacy pada mahasiswa semester empat Universitas Indonesia. Artinya, semakin tinggi kecenderungan locus of control internal yang dimiliki mahasiswa maka, semakin tinggi career decision self-efficacy mahasiswa tersebut. Yang kedua, terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara locus of control eksternal dengan career decision self-efficacy pada mahasiswa semester empat Universitas Indonesia. Artinya, semakin tinggi kecenderungan locus of control eksternal yang dimiliki mahasiswa maka, semakin rendah career decision self-efficacy mahasiswa tersebut. This study aimed to get an overview of the relationship between locus of control and career decision self-efficacy on undergraduate students of University of Indonesia. Samples are fourth semester undergraduate students of all faculties. The total of participan are 146 students. Locus of control measured using Internal-External Locus of Control Scale (IE Scale) developed by Rotter (1966) and career decision selfefficacy measured using Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form (CDSE-SF) developed by Betz and Taylor (1984). There are two results of the study. First, there is a significant positive relationship between internal locus of control and career decision self-efficacy on fourth semester undergraduate students of University of Indonesia. That is, the higher the tendency of students? internal locus of control, the higher the students? career decision self-efficacy. Second, there is a significant negative relationship between external locus of control and career decision selfefficacy on fourth semester undergraduate students of University of Indonesia. That is, the higher the tendency of students? external locus of control, the lower the students? career decision self-efficacy. Based on this finding, developing an internal locus of control on the students is necessary to improve students? career decision selfefficacy.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah efikasi diri keputusan karier memediasi pengaruh gaya atribusi terhadap eksplorasi karier siswa kelas 12 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Sebanyak 862 responden siswa kelas 12 SMK terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Responden mengisi kuesioner CES untuk mengukur eksplorasi karier, AACDM untuk mengukur gaya atribusi, dan CDSES-SF untuk mengukur efikasi diri keputusan karier. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan PROCESS dari Hayes pada SPSS untuk melihat model mediasi yang diajukan.
Hasil analisis data mendukung model mediasi yang diajukan bahwa efikasi diri keputusan karier memediasi pengaruh gaya atribusi terhadap eksplorasi karier siswa kelas 12 SMK. Responden yang menerapkan gaya atribusi optimis memiliki efikasi diri keputusan karier yang tinggi sehingga sering melakukan eksplorasi karier.
Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan gaya atribusi dapat secara langsung memengaruhi eksplorasi karir siswa kelas 12 SMK. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi secara teoritis bagi penelitian selanjutnya dan secara praktis dalam konseling serta intervensi terhadap siswa kelas 12 SMK. Hasil penelitian secara detail dan keterbatasan penelitian dibahas lebih lanjut dalam laporan tesis.

The current research examined mediation effect of career decision self-efficacy on the effects of attributional style on career exploration behavior of 12 grade of vocational students. A total of 862 respondents of 12 grade of vocational students were involved in the research. Respondents filled out the CES questionnaire for career exploration, AACDM for attributional style, and CDSES-SF for career decision self-efficacy. Research data were analyzed using PROCESS from Hayes on SPSS to examined the mediation model.
The results supported the mediation model that career decision selfefficacy mediate the effects of attributional style on career exploration of 12 grade of vocational students. Respondents who applied optimistic attributional style have high career decision self-efficacy, in turn affect their engagement in career exploration.
The results also showed that attributional style can directly have an effect on career exploration of 12 grade of vocational students. The results have theoretical and practical implications for further research, counseling and intervention programme towards 12 grade of vocational students. Others research findings and limitations are further discussed in the research report.

"Berkembangnya teknologi menyebabkan banyak perubahan, terutama di masa pandemi saat ini dimana berdampak pada dunia industri. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik. Individu yang memiliki adaptabilitas karier diprediksi memiliki kualitas pekerjaan yang baik sehingga dapat menghadapi berbagai tantangan karier. Employability skills dan self-esteem dianggap penting dalam memengaruhi adaptabilitas karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran self-esteem sebagai moderator pengaruh employability skills terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 703 siswa SMK (usia 14-23 tahun). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (= 0,936), Student Employability skills Questionnaire (= 0,939), dan Rosenberg’s Self Esteem Scale (= 0,736) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-esteem tidak memoderasi pengaruh employabilty skill terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Dengan kata lain, harga diri tidak memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh keterampilan dasar kerja individu terhadap adaptabilitas karier

The evolution of technology give rise to a lot of change, moreover in this time of pandemic which influenced the industry. Therefore manpower who has an outstanding career adaptability is needed. Individual who has an outstanding career adaptability predicted to have an outstanding work as well, hence could accomplished various career challenges. Employability skills and self-esteem considered important in influencing career adabtability. This study aims to study the effect of employability skills on career adaptability with the moderating role of self-esteem. The study was conducted on 703 vocational students (range of age 14-23 years old). Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (= 0,936), Student Employability skills Questionnaire (= 0,939), and Rosenberg’s Self Esteem Scale (= 0,736), which already translated into Bahasa used to measured this study. The result shown that self-esteem was not moderating the effect of employability skills on career adaptability. In another words, self-esteem was not strengthen or weaken the effect of basic individual work skills on career adaptability"

"Remaja perlu melakukan aktivitas eksplorasi sebelum berkomitmen terhadap pilihan karier, akan tetapi masih banyak siswa SMA yang belum melakukan eksplorasi karier dan tidak yakin dengan pilihan kariernya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran konsep diri akademik dalam memperantarai hubungan antara regulasi diri dalam belajar dan komitmen terhadap pilihan karier pada siswa SMA. Komitmen terhadap pilihan karier adalah kondisi ketika seseorang yakin pada pilihan kariernya, optimis dengan masa depan kariernya dan sadar akan adanya hambatan karier. Komitmen terhadap pilihan karier penting dimiliki siswa SMA karena merupakan komponen utama dalam pembentukan identitas diri.
Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada dimensi vocational exploration and commitment, yaitu keterbukaan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai pilihan karier sebelum berkomitmen pada pilihan karier tertentu.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan partisipan penelitian berjumlah 315 orang siswa SMA kelas X-XI. Pengukuran komitmen terhadap pilihan karier dilakukan dengan alat ukur Commitment to Career Choices Scale skala vocational exploraton and commitment. Pengukuran regulasi diri dalam belajar menggunakan Motivated Strategies and Learning Questionnaire, sedangkan konsep diri akademik diukur dengan menggunakan Academic Self Concept for Adolescents Scale.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi diri dalam belajar memengaruhi komitmen terhadap pilihan karier melalui konsep diri akademik. Keterampilan regulasi diri dalam belajar yang diterapkan dengan konsisten akan membentuk konsep diri akademik yang positif dan berdampak pada meningkatnya komitmen terhadap pilihan karier pada siswa SMA.

Adolescents need to explore before committing to career choice, but there are still many high school students who have not done career exploration and are unsure of their career choices. This study aims to determine the role of academic self concept in mediating the relationship between self regulation learning and commitment to career choice among high school students.Commitment to career choice is a condition includes self confident of one's career choice, a positive sense of one's vocational future and an awareness of potential obstacles. Commitment to career choice is important for high school students because it is a major component in the identity formation process.
This research focuses on the dimensions of vocational exploration and commitment, namely openness to explore career choices before committing to a particular career choice.
This research uses quantitative approach with 315 students of high school students of X XI class. Measurement of commitment to career choice is done by measuring tool Commitment to Career Choices Scale vocational exploraton scale and commitment. Measurement of self regulation in learning using Motivated Strategies and Learning Questionnaire, while the academic self concept was measured using the Academic Self Concept for Adolescents Scale.
The results show that self regulation in learning affects commitment to career choice through academic self concept. The self regulated skills in applied learning consistently will shape the positive academic self concept and impact on the increased commitment to career choice among high school students.
