"This research will be conducted by multilevel analysis with Structural Equation Model to know causal relationship between environment factors such as economics, natural resources, institutions and organization, individual background, entrepreneur-ship, management capacity and farm performance. For cross sectional data in 2003 obtained for 4 Kabupaten which are dominan producers tobaco in CentralJ ava, multilevel model with relationship among external environment, entrepreneurship, management capacity found to be adequate representation of the data to estimate farm performance.The empirical result indicate factors like personal aspect together with physical, economic and institutional environment effect farmers' entrepreneurship, which personal aspect to become dominan factor determine entrepreneurship and farm performance. This study also show farmers' entrepreneurship effect with his management capacity. Management capacity of farmer outcome farm performance. Economic structure such as agriculture, Farmers' group or associated, goverment policy and cigarette company supported, also determine level of entrepreneurship, management capacity and farm performance."

"Perubahan lingkungan yang dinamis memberikan tantangan bagi perusahaan untuk selalu responsive terhadap perubahan. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah perubahan lingkungan eksternal yang membutuhkan kompetensi untuk mencapai efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kapasitas inovasi perusahaan, dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan angket terhadap 150 usaha kecil di sektor industri pengolahan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui Multi Stage Sampling dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) Tahap pertama pengambilan sampel berdasarkan wilayah dan (2) Tahap ke dua pengambilan sampel berdasarkan lokasi usaha. Wirausaha yang menjadi responden adalah yang terdaftar di Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Semarang. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian secara umum menemukan bahwa faktor karakteristik manajer-pemilik usaha, karakteristik organisasi dan lingkungan eksternal berpengaruh positif terhadap kapasitas inovasi pada usaha kecil. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa peranan manajemen pemilik usaha menjadi faktor terbesar (dominan) yang mempengaruhi pencapaian kapasitas inovasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa kapasitas inovasi pada usaha kecil akan mampu meningkatkan pencapaian kinerja usaha. "

"ABSTRAKMasalah krisis regenerasi petani merupakan masalah yang sedang booming pada pertanian di pedesaan Indonesia. Beberapa penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kesejahteraan yang rendah dengan identity moratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran mengenai hubungan kesejahteraan keluarga petani tembakau dan status identitas karir penduduk emerging adulthood dalam bekerja pada sektor pertanian tembakau. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Pengilon, Kecamatan Bulu, Kabupaten Temanggung, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 99 orang. Karakter sampel yang diambil adalah penduduk emerging adulthood yang berusia 18-24 tahun dengan kriteria memiliki orang tua yang bekerja dan sumber penghasilan utama berasal dari pertanian tembakau. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang tidak searah antara kesejahteraan keluarga petani dengan status identitas karir sebagai petani tembakau pada penduduk emerging adulthood. Hubungan antar kedua variabel yang negatif ini memiliki artian bahwa semakin tinggi kesejahteraan keluarga petani, identitas karirnya cenderung ke arah diffusion dan semakin rendah kesejahteraan keluarga petani, identitas karirnya cenderung ke arah achievement.

ABSTRACT

The problem of the peasant regeneration crisis is booming in rural agriculture in Indonesia. Several studies have shown that there is a relationship between low welfare and identity moratorium. This undergraduate thesis aims to obtain an overview of the correlation between the family welfare of tobacco farmers and identity status for working in the tobacco farming sector of emerging adulthood population in Pengilon Village, Temanggung. This research was conducted in Pengilon Village, Temanggung. Sampling technique used is total sampling with 99 respondents. The sample is emerging adulthood aged 18 24 years with parents working in tobacco farming sector. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive research type. The main results of this study indicate that there is an opposite relationship between the welfare of the farming family and the status of career identity as tobacco farmers in the age of emerging adulthood population. The negative relationship between these two variables means that the higher the welfare of the farmer 39 s family, the career identity of emerging adulthood population tends toward diffusion and the lower the welfare of the peasant family, the career identity of emerging adulthood population tends towards achievement."

"The number of drug abused in adolescent is increasing every year. It is assumed that the influencing factors of drug abused could come from their internal and external factors of the adolescent. Some of the external factors are family environment, community, school, and their peer group. This research was using the descriptive correlation and cross sectional study design. The goal of this study was to determine of the correlation between the external environments of the adolescent with the risk of the drug abused on the student of senior high school in the Depok city. The samples of this study were the 205 students of the first and second grade student in the senior high school in Beji District, Depok city. The samples were selected by the proportional random sampling method.The result of this study showed that the family and peer group have significant correlation to the risk of drug abused amongst the adolescent (p = 0,006 and 0,020), where as the school and community had no significant correlation. It is implied also that the family environment has the highest correlation to the drug abused amongst adolescent (OR = 2,168). Characterize of the adolescent (gender) had also the correlation to the risk of drug abused (P = 0,003) and it was a confounding factors. Therefore, the focus of the community nurse role is including observation to the peer group, especially boys. It is suggested that community nurse should have good collaboration with public health center, school, and parents in making early detection on the drug abused behavior in adolescent. Counseling on the family, peer group should be implemented and monitored continuously."
