"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh inflasi, harga emas dan minyak dunia, kurs Dolar Amerika terhadap composite index Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand, Filipina pada periode Juli 2007 sampai Juni 2012. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi harga minyak dan emas dunia, composite index, inflasi, dan kurs Dolar Amerika dari Indonesia Malaysia, Singapura, Thailand, dan Filipina. Metode estimasi yang digunakan adalah estimasi OLS dan model regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada composite index Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, dan Thailand. Sedangkan pada composite index Filipina, pengaruh inflasi tidak signifikan. Di Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura dan Filipina, inflasi berbanding terbalik terhadap perubahan composite index. Harga emas dunia memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada composite index kelima negara yang diamati. Di Indonesia, Thailand, dan Filipina, harga emas berbanding terbalik dengan perubahan composite index masing-masing negara. Harga minyak dunia dan kurs terhadap Dollar Amerika tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap composite index kelima negara yang diamati. Harga minyak dunia berbanding lurus dengan composite index kelima negara yang diamati, sedangkan kurs Dollar Amerika berbanding terbalik.

The focus of this study is analyzing influences of inflation, world oil and gold price, US Dollar exchange rate to composite index Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippine (Period July 2007 – June 2012). This is a quantitative study that used statistical methods. Sample used in this study consist of world oil and gold price, composite index, inflation, and US Dollar exchange rate of Indonesia Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Philippine. Estimation method used are OLS estimation and multiple regression method. There are several results of this study. Inflation has significant influence in composite index Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. On the other hand, inflation do not influence Philippine composite index significantly. In Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippine, inflation have negative relationship to composite index. World gold price has significant influence to composite index five countries. In Indonesia, Thailand, and Philippine, gold price has negative relationship with composite index each country. World oil price and US Dollar exchange rate do not have significant influence to composite index five countries. World oil price has positive relationship to composite index five countries, while US Dollar has negative relationship to composite index each countries."
