"This paper presents an overview of and discussion on the current approaches to corporate sustainability with a main discussion on the stakeholder pressure for the drinking water company. Good corporate governance is associated with increased transparency and clear and informative financial reporting. The fast widening rote of corporate responsibilities is to include corporate social responsibility (CSR), where corporate sustainability is being part of it and needs to be disclosed in the financial reporting. Corporate sustainability stipulates the needs that future generation should be left or at least no worse off than the current generations (Said et al, 2005). As being sustainabte for companies could increase their competitiveness in the market, therefore CSR and corporate sustainability could not be separated in the disclosure of financial statements. Comparing physical and economic sustainability is another way of measuring corporate sustainability especially when we measure the sustainability of a company having the basis on the utilization of natural resources such as mining, energy, fishery, forestry, pulp and paper, water, and palm-oil plantation, etc. implications on financial reporting of a drinking water company are discussed in anticipating the stockholders pressure on long-term sustainability especially for water industry"

"Air permukaan adalah salah satu sumber air baku untuk air minum, namun sangat rentan terhadap pencemaran. Masalah riset ini adalah tercemarnya air Saluran Tarum Barat (STB) menyebabkan kualitas air STB melebihi baku mutu sehingga menimbulkan tekanan pada proses pengolahan air minum yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan tarif air minum PAM Jaya. Tujuan akhir riset adalah menyusun strategi keberlanjutan pengelolaan kualitas air STB sebagai air baku untuk air minum. Metode riset menggunakan metode gabungan. Metode analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, regresi, dan SWOT. Hasil riset ini yaitu kualitas air STB melebihi baku mutu dan memberikan pengaruh terhadap tarif air. Disisi lain, Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) responden terhadap air perpipaan tergolong tinggi. Strategi keberlanjutan pengelolaan kualitas air STB perlu didukung oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan melalui kerja sama dan koordinasi yang kuat. Kesimpulan riset adalah strategi pengelolaan kualitas air STB yang tepat dapat menghindari peningkatan tarif air dan meningkatkan pemenuhan kebutuhan air masyarakat Jakarta.

Surface water is one of the raw water sources for drinking water, but it is vulnerable to pollution. This research problem is that the contamination of West Tarum Canal (WTC)’s water causes its water quality to exceed the quality standard, thus causing pressure on the drinking water treatment process, which will increase PAM Jaya’s water tariffs. The final objective is to formulate the sustainability strategy for Water Quality Management (WQM) of WTC as raw water. This research method is a mixed-method. The analysis method used descriptive-statistics, regression, and SWOT. This research shows that WTC’s water quality exceeds the quality standard and affects water tariffs. Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willingness to Pay (WTP) of respondents for piped water are high. The sustainability strategy for WTC’s WQM needs to be supported by stakeholders through strong cooperation and coordination. The conclusion is the appropriate WTC’s WQM strategy can avoid increasing water tariffs and increasing Jakartans’ water needs fulfillment."

Pada saat ini metode pengukuran tekanan darah secara non-invasive paling banyak digunakan baik didalam maupun diluar fasilitas kesehatan. Namun metode tersebut masih membuat pengguna tidak nyaman karena adanya tekanan manset pada saat pengukurannya. Beberapa metode non-invasive tanpa manset telah dikembangkan salah satunya adalah metode pulse wave analysis (PWA). Photoplethysmograpy (PPG) merupakan satu-satunya masukan dan dasar bagi perhitungan pengukuran tekanan darah pada metode PWA. Tantangan utama dalam menggunakan metode PWA berbasis PPG adalah akurasinya sangat dipengaruhi oleh noise. Selain itu, karakteristik PPG bervariasi tergantung pada kondisi fisiologis, karenanya sistem harus melakukan kalibrasi untuk menyesuaikan perubahan tersebut. Kami berupaya mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut dan mengusulkan pengembangan metode pulse wave analysis untuk klasifikasi tekanan darah secara non-invasive berbasis PPG menggunakan kombinasi algoritma Bidirectional Long Term Memory (BSLTM) dengan Time Frequency Analysis (TFA). Kami menggunakan 121 subyek untuk pengujian model yang bersumber dari figshare database dan mengklasifikasikannya ke dalam tiga tingkatan klasifikasi: normotension (NT), prehypertension (PHT), hypertension (HT) sesuai dengan standar klinis Join National Commitee. Pelatihan jaringan BLSTM menggunakan fitur TFA, secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi dengan mengurangi waktu pelatihan sekaligus meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi. Metode yang diusulkan berhasil mengklasifikasikan tekanan darah dengan rata-rata nilai accuracy pada NT, PHT, dan HT masing-masing 92.43%, 94.83%, dan 94.01%.

The blood pressure measurement non-invasive methods that are presently implemented using a cuff cause discomfort, particularly for injured people, overweight people, and infants. Several non-invasive cuff-less methods have been developed, one of which is the pulse wave analysis (PWA) method. Photoplethysography (PPG) is the only input and basis for the calculation of blood pressure measurements in the PWA method.The main challenge in using the PPG method is that its accuracy is greatly influenced by motion artifacts. In addition, the characteristics of PPG vary depending on physiological conditions; hence, the system must be calibrated to adjust for such changes. We attempt to address these limitations and propose a novel method for the classification of BP using a bidirectional long short-term memory (BLSTM) network with time-frequency analysis (TFA) based on PPG signals. We used 121 subjects from the figshare database for model testing and classify into three classification levels: normotension (NT), prehypertension (PHT), and hypertension (HT) according to the Join National Committee. BLSTM network training uses the TFA feature, significantly increasing efficiency by reducing training time while increasing classification accuracy. The proposed method is successful in the classification of BP with accuracy values of NT, PHT, and HT; 92.43%, 94.83%, and 94.01% respectively.
