"[ABSTRAK
Nyeri pada anak kanker berdampak jangka panjang dan jangka pendek. Sebagian
besar orang tua tidak mengetahui cara mengkaji nyeri pada anak dan belum
menggunakan skala nyeri yang sesuai dengan usia anak untuk mengukur nyeri.
Pendidikan kesehatan tentang manajemen nyeri yang diberikan kepada pasien
belum terstruktur sehingga informasi yang diberikan tidak optimal. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak intervensi edukasi terhadap
pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan orang tua dalam mengelola nyeri pada anak
dengan kanker. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan one
grup pre test post test. Sampel berjumlah 29 orang di RSAB Harapan kita dan
RSPAD Gatot Soebroto yang diambil secara consecutive sampling. Analisis data
menggunakan McNemar dan Uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dalam aspek pengetahuan, sikap dan
keterampilan orang tua dalam mengelola nyeri pada anak sebelum dan sesudah
pendidikan kesehatan (pengetahuan, p=0,001; Sikap, p=0,001 dan keterampilan,
p<0,001). Karakteristik orang tua yang berhubungan dengan pengetahuan dan
sikap adalah pengalaman manajemen nyeri. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini
adalah pendidikan kesehatan tentang mengelola nyeri pada anak sebaiknya
dilakukan secara intensif.

ABSTRACT
Pain in children suffers from cancer gives effect in short term and long term. Most
parents do not know how to assess pain in children. They have not used a pain
scale based on children age to measure pain. Health education pain management
has not been structured for patients so the given information is not optimal. This
study aims to identify the impact of education intervention to the parent?s
knowledge, attitudes, and skills in managing pain of children suffers from
cancer.This study used a quasi-experimental with one group pretest-posttest. The
sample was 29 people in RSAB Harapan Kita and Gatot Subroto Army Hospital,
taken by consecutive sampling. The data was analyzed by McNemar and Chi
Square. The results showed a significant difference in the aspect of knowledge,
attitudes and skills of parent in the pain management of children before and after
health education (knowledge, p = 0.001; Attitudes, p = 0.001 and skill, p < 0.001).

"Tingginya penggunakan smartphone pada anak usia sekolah berisiko menimbulkan terjadinya adiksi .Keterampilan sosial dan efikasi diri merupakan faktor yang berperan penting dalam pencegahan adiksi smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dan terapi kelompok terapeutik (TKT) terhadap
keterampilan sosial dan efikasi diri anak usia sekolah dalam mencegah adiksi smartphone. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experimental pre-post test with control group. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 69 anak yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Kelompok intervensi 1 berjumlah 34 anak dan diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan TKT anak usia sekolah, sedangkan kelompok intervensi 2 berjumlah 35 anak diberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan tendensi sentral. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji dependent t-test, independent t-test, dan repeated Anova untuk data yang berdistribusi normal. Data yang berdistribusi tidak normal menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, uji Friedman, Mann-whitney test, dan korelasi rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efikasi diri serta penurunan adiksi smartphone yang lebih besar dan secara bermakna pada kelompok yang mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan dan TKT anak usia sekolah (p value < 0,05). Sementara pada aspek keterampilan sosial, terdapat peningkatan yang lebih tinggi pada kelompok yang mendapatkan pendidikan kesehatan, hal ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti faktor lingkungan sekolah, keikutsertaan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, adanya defisit keterampilan sosial, atau faktor lainnya. Pendidikan kesehatan yang dikombinasikan dengan TKT direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi keperawatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan efikasi diri anak usia sekolah agar tidak mengalami adiksi
smartphone.

The high use of smartphones in school-aged children can involve addiction. Social skills and self-efficacy are important factors in opposing smartphone addiction. This study discusses health education and therapeutic group therapy on social skills and self-efficacy of school-age children in the prevention of smartphone addiction. This study used a quasi experimental pre-post test design with a control group. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with 69 respondents who were divided into 2 groups. The intervention group 1 released 34 children and was given health education and therapeutic group therapy children, while the intervention group 2 released 35 children were given health education. Univariate analysis uses frequency distribution and central tendency. Bivariate analysis used dependent t-tests, independent t-tests, and repeated Anova for normally distributed data. Data that were not normally distributed used the Wilcoxon test, Friedman test, Mann-whitney test, and Spearman rank test. The results showed an increase in efficiency and a reduction in smartphone prices that were bigger and better in the group that received health education and therapeutic group therapy (p value <0.05). While in the aspect of social skills, there are some that are higher in the group that receives health education, this can be used by several factors such as school environtment, participation in extracurricular activities, social intelligence balance, or other factors. Health education combined with therapeutic group therapy is recommended as an effective nursing intervention to improve social skills and self-efficacy of school-age children so as not to increase smartphone addiction."
