"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pengungkapan sumber daya manusia terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan karakterisik perusahaan yaitu labor intensive company sebagai pemoderasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 472 perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia di tahun 2015 dan menggunakan regresi berganda Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai pengungkapan sumber daya manusia perusahaan akan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Perusahaan yang memiliki labor intensive company memiliki pengaruh positif yang lebih tinggi di bandingkan perusahaan lainnya.

This research has purpose to analyze the effect of human resource disclosure level to firm value with company characteristic, that is labor intensive company as moderation. In this study using 472 samples of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 and using multiple regression. The results of this study found that the higher of the value human resource disclosure will have a positive effect on the value of the company. Labor intensive company have hire positive effect of HR disclosure on firm value compare to other company"
